Welcome to week 8 / week 5 of flowering! Many more pistils have turned amber and harvest time is closing in. I’m aiming for a nighttime smoke, so I’ll hold out until she has 50% amber trichomes. ✅Day 50: 100oz of water. No runoff. Seems like she isn’t drinking as much lately. Bud trichomes are mostly still all cloudy. ✅Day 51: No water. The fade is really kicking in now. Some sugar leaves are looking black! ✅Day 52: No water. ✅Day 53: 144oz of water. No runoff. The pot was very dry. She needed a big drink. ✅Day 54: No water. ✅Day 55: 136oz of water. No runoff. She is smelling even stronger now. ✅Day 56: No water.

Flowering Week 23: The Great Defoliation & Purple Hints Update: 17.08.2025 | Day 163 Hey Growmies, Week 23 was all about the snip-snip – gave both ladies a serious haircut and opened up them tight spaces. Airflow’s king now, and these girls are breathing easy. Here’s the wrap: Durban Poison – Cleaned & Gleaming After that defoliation, she’s standing tall like a proper little tree – clean stems, no clutter, just good light and air all through her core. The buds are frosting up with pistils that’s turning a soft, shy purple. Real pretty. Smell’s picking up too – still subtle, kinda old-school. Not like these new genetic gas-monsters. If I had to call it something? Flowery. Earthy-flowery. Simple. Honest. Blueberry – Tall, Late & Mysterious This girl’s still reaching – almost 2.20m now, though only three mains broke the 2m mark. Rest is hanging around 1.80m. Buds are forming slooow, pistils are shy. She’s blooming on her own damn schedule – way behind Durban. Started sexing at the same time, but now it’s like Durban’s sprinting and Blueberry’s strolling. Starting to sweat a little… if she’s too late, mold might sneak in when the autumn damp hits. Start of a new week with plenty growth, she’s flying every day. Added pk half ml on top of 2ml feed every 4 days she will probably get 3 more doses of pk at 1ml providing she reacts to the small dose well The lower leaves that where slowly turning yellow shot to yellow almost overnight after giving her half a ml of pk. Buds are swelling up with rapid growth so I’m hoping she’s focusing more on flower as I have just gave her another dose 3 days later...

She is doing really good. I am mixing it up with extra Nitrogen. She really likes it allot and needs it. And so far everything is going fine and there is much buds poppig up now hmm.😍

Again, J8st added 80ml into 20ltr of fresh water then brought p.h down to 6.0/6.1. Just running this last feed before I start Flushing for final 14days. Be back next week. Please and love growmies.

Day 63 have to harvest day 77 cause have to move house hope they be ready the small ones be ready any day but don’t know about the big ones 🤞 growth continues anyway hopefully fatten up nice by next week

Wow, she did turn out to be the silverback we aimed for. Look at that frosting. The strange and wonderful growth has made it look like something primeval. She is taken out of the grow room for a couple of days of darkness and tomorrow she will be harvested. Have been giving just freshwater for 1.5 to 2 weeks now. 8/5/23 - Day 54 - Last night, a successful water change took place. I've attached a picture of the bucket at the top for reference. While I currently perform manual water changes, I have plans to automate the process using the available hookups. Unfortunately, the unit was shipped quickly, leaving me no time to set up the automatic system before receiving the LEAF box. However, on my next grow, I'll ensure the drain and water inlet are properly connected. During this current grow, the bucket you see at the top is always connected to the drain as a precautionary measure. I can activate the draining process through the app, and after two cycles, all the water, including the water collected by the dehumidifier, is efficiently removed. Following the draining process, I fill the box with RO water, and from there, the LEAF box takes over and automatically dispenses the necessary nutrients. This automated system has made the whole process incredibly easy, eliminating any guesswork. I simply empty and fill the water; everything else is expertly handled by the LEAF box. The flowering stage is progressing exceptionally well. The plant has ceased growing upward, and the buds are now thriving and reaching new heights each day. I find myself eagerly looking into the box daily, excited to witness the changes, especially around 2 pm when I can observe the growth since the morning. It feels like Christmas morning every day! As always, I'll keep adding daily pictures to document the incredible journey. 8/9/23 - Day 58 - It's been a few days since I have posted. Thats because Shes growing bud like crazy. You can see the plant has focused on growing the buds because the plant has stopped stretching up and started swelling the buds. We have about 3-4 weeks until harvest. This has been the easiest grow of my life. Basically, I add some water to top it off and that's about it. FINAL WEEK? Feb 28th - pH 6.0, PPM 400, 0.8 EC, Temp 77f, Humidity 50% - What changed! 3 gals, hoping this to be the final week. The trichomes look good, just want to ensure all are sufficiently done and ripe. Mar 1st - pH 6.3, PPM 400, 0.8 EC, Temp 81f, Humidity 70% - Adjusted pH from 5.0, added water to adjust PPM from 550. Mar 2nd - pH 6.4, PPM 420, 0.8 EC, Temp 80f, Humidity 55% - Adjusted pH from 5.4, added water to adjust PPM from 550. Mar 3rd - pH 6.4, PPM 460, 0.9 EC, Temp 77f, Humidity 62% - No adjustments. Mar 4th - pH 6.2, PPM 460, 0.9 EC, Temp 83f, Humidity 80% - Adjusted pH from 5.7, VPD is ass, no idea on how to change or fix it. I have 2 intakes and one exhaust, the room the cabinet is in is not high in humidity, just the 1.5x2.5 cabinet. :/ I have tried a dehumidifier, but in the end, it didn't collect anything after a few days, so truly at a loss, I've also tried defoliation, but I'm always afraid of doing too much, I mean I guess it's the last week/week and a half so it shouldn't be too bad to cut leaves off but damn, what about the earliest stages, shits going to be tough to dial in... Mar 5th - pH 6.3, PPM 430, 0.9 EC, Temp 85f, Humidity 70% - Adjusted pH from 5.7, seeing more purple on the buds, maybe I'll go another week just to see if any more color comes out. Mar 6th - pH 6.3, PPM 530, 1.1 EC, Temp 83f, Humidity 75% - No adjustments
