This will be the last week until harvest. It has been a decent grow had a few nutrient problems but I am happy with the turn out. I snipped off a tester bud and it got me pretty ripped once it was dry. That immediately made me antsy for the rest of the plant. Lol ... I will make another update next week at harvest. This northern lights will have gone 13 weeks at harvest. That is 5 weeks longer than the breeder said on the pack of seeds. Even though it was longer than expected I'm still super happy, she is alot bigger than most autos so no complaints here.

There is a timelapse of this past week! This plant, the blueberry, is in the background. Early this week I transplanted the rock wool cube into my DWC system. I pH'd the water, but otherwise did not provide nutes for a few days. The grow tent is now on an 18hr light period. Sometime in the middle of this past week, this blueberry started wilting! In response, I provided the nutrients listed above, with the addition of 1 gallon of (hard) tap water to provide calcium. Unlike my GSC, the nutrients did not fix the wilting, but the wilting did go away after 2-3 days. I had some humidity troubles, so I resorted to flooding the bottom of my tent. This does seem to help maintain humidity around 50% RH. This plant is growing asymmetrically! It's first set of "real leaves" is not even. It will be interesting to see how this pans out.

Everything is progressing normally. The weather is changing and temps outside are dropping so high temps in tent are no longer an issue. Other than the burnt tips from some sort of burn or defiency I have no complaints. I plan on harvesting BBK next week Wednesday. I fed them regular water right before taking the pics with 3 oz liquid worm castings mixed into 2 gallons. I have been feeding them each until first signs of run noff. The watering before this one (Sun 10/24) I gave them plain water, the one before that (Thur 10/21) I gave them the max dosage of what the general hydroponics 3 in 1 bottles recommend and didnt hold back like I normally do which is to give about half of what they recommend. It didn't appear to affect the plant to much as far as burn, the tips were already fried and the sclerosis didn't progress. I will flush the BBK this Friday and prepare her to harvest next Wed or Friday. I can't wait!!

Hey guys :-) A lot has happened this week :-). She has developed very well. Today it was topped on the main shoot for the first time. How often I will use topping on her, I make it dependent on how everyone else develops. I want to bloom soon so it won't happen very often :-). It was poured twice this week with 1 l each time (for nutrients, see table above). Fast plant spray from GBL was applied 2 times this week. New was added this week Fast Bud from GBL is preparing her for the coming flowering. Bio Grow Stay away for a while because the substrate is 30-50 % consists of fresh earth and the ladies are nice and dark green :-). Today there was another spray with neem oil against the remaining tripse which I will repeat one last time next week. As always, everything was cleaned and checked. Die automatics: fat banana wachsen alle gleichmäßig und gleich groß. Sweet zz wachsen 3/5wie die fat banana, 2 sind kleiner, wachsen langsamer und etwas krüppelig, aber mit etwas Zeit verwächst sich das erfahrungsgemäß. Die feminisierten: 1/3 critical Wächst normal, 1keimling wurde von bodenorganismen angefressen,aber kämpft noch ums überleben,1 ist nicht gekeimt. Also mittlerweile 2/3. Special queen #1 hat von der keimrate enttäuscht. Als Bonus seeds sollten sie besser keimen als 2/5... die beiden, die keimen, wurden auch von bodenorganismen amgeknabbert, eine hat es geschafft, eine kämpft noch. Wie letztes Jahr hab ich wieder n paar bagseed gezeigt.2 Samen aus meiner letztjährigen Northeim lights auto und 3 aus der letztjährigen fat banana Auto. Mal sehen, was das wird.... i love surprizes stelle mich drauf ein, dass die ruderalisgene sich nicht durchsetzen und es ganzjährige werden. Werden klein gehalten .Will mal testen, ob man mit seeds von Autos was anfangen kann.. Also bisher spielt das Wetter mit(das ist die hauptsache) und warme, sonnigen Tage sollen kommen. So muss das. Another successful harvest. This time it was my perfect girl, a very good strain, easy to grow, fast, and without many demands. Besides the controlled environment, it has a wonderful smell. The buds were very dense and sticky. Every time I touched the scissors, a strong smell emitted that filled my room. I really liked the result, and this will definitely be the first of many. My favorite so far! ✌️💪🌿🍁

Still on the hunt for those cosmic snacks, it'll be awhile until I see some fruits but here we are end of week 1.. There's only one but she's popping! Took a bit longer than the other strains to sprout from soil but as soon as she did you could see some nice strong dark green leaves. I placed the seeds in 500ml cups with BioBizz Light Mix soil, beforehand I mixed 1 gram of Synergy per 4 liters of soil. These are live microbes called Mycorrhiza which live in symbiotic association with the roots. My idea is to leave them in this container for about 14-21 days until the roots develop correctly then transplant them to their final pot which will be an 11L fabric pot. As the light mix soil comes blended for at least two week of life, no nutrients will be added until after the transplant. Happy Growing!😃 🌱 🌿 🌲

this lady has stayed very short but bushy , she is drinking the least out of the rest and bud production has been minimal so far , i gave her a light / last defoliation this week and she has already recovered , purely too open her up too the available light , i really do hope she very soon steps up a gear with bud production otherwise i dont think there will be very much on the scales at the end , again have had absolutely no issues with this plant at any stage and she certainly has had more than enough light on her too produce , so lets watch this space and see what she can do ,

Just starting , This is my soil mix! Only took two days to break soil pretty sweet!!

Day 30: The Fastbuds seeds have turned around and are coming along nicely. I moved both vivosun 600w leds to the top of the tent and that is helping them to stretch and create bud sites. I put tomato cages to open up the side branches and they responded very well to it. Would you growers who are experienced with autos defoliate some of the leaves or let them do their thing? The plants will soon be starting to preflower. I don’t want to stunt them, but if it will benefit like it does to photos, I’m game. These plants are getting watered about 1-1.5 L per day, I have been feeding about 500-625 ppm and a ph of 5.3-5.6, which seems to be working for them. There is noticeable daily growth from most plants. The plants in the 7 gal fabric pots of coco are just showing their first pistils at node sites and clustered leaves at tops while the 5 gal plastic pots of soilless are already showing numerous pistils at the tops. The OG is the smallest, but broke ground 2-3 days after the Critical, White widow and Northern Lights. It seems to require less light, so it is moved to the corner as best as I can. It is starting to stretch out a little bit more, but is very leafy. I’m glad to see that these plants are doing better than 2 weeks ago and looking forward to see what happens next. Happy Growing 🌱

This was my first grow, so I was happy to get anything to harvest. Ended up with just about a half ounce of some pretty amazing bud. I initially started growing with Miracle-Gro, mainly because I'm dumb, which led to pretty bad nutrient burn and stunted growth around week 4. After some suggestions by the users here at GrowDiaries, I switched to Advanced Nutrients, and followed TaNgs EASY Auto Feeding Schedule that incorporated pH Perfect Sensi Grow Part A &B, Overdrive, and Carboload. My plant bounced back really well after this, but didn't add much growth. This was my first grow, and GSC was very forgiving and survived me messing up many times along the way. The final product smells and tastes delicious, and packs quite a punch. Very euphoric and uplifting feelings, with a moderate amount of dry mouth. I still have a few more of these seeds, so I'll probably be starting another grow in the near future.
