I highly recommend LST and topping the plant at least 2 weeks prior to flower. This strain reacts very well to it and getting an even canopy of big frosty buds is great. I must say that in the past 2 weeks the smell has become very steong. Be sure to seal whatever air leak you have in your flower space if you are concerned about smell. I use a 6 inch AC infinity long filter and it handles the 2 plants decently. As soon as you open the door to the flower side a wall of fruity-ish smell hits you. The resin production is amazing. I have never had a plant produce so much.

🌾 Harvest Day — The Grand Finale of the Eternity Grow Cup 🌾 Days 72–73 | Trimmed on May 25 | Posted May 27 What a journey this has been — and what a finish. These five incredible Runtz phenos have now completed their cycle, and today, we celebrate the final stage of their flowering life: the Harvest. We sent the girls into darkness on Day 70, allowing them a full 48+ hours of rest and reset. The dark period was just a bit longer, truth be told, because time… it flows as it must. This extended dark time helps increase resin production, allowing the trichomes to mature just that final bit more. On Days 72 and 73, we harvested them with care and reverence. Each plant was hung upside down, whole, in a perfectly controlled 60% humidity environment for 13 full days. Before hanging, we gently removed only the fan leaves, leaving all trichome-rich sugar leaves in place — a natural armor for the delicate resin glands during drying. Why do we do this? Because those sugar leaves help protect the essential oils and terpenes, preserving potency, flavor, and aroma for the smoothest experience later on. 🌿 The Dry Room & The Trichome Guardians Throughout the drying, we used a moisture meter to monitor the moisture content in the stems. Once it dropped to around 12–13%, we knew it was time. This tool is a simple but game-changing ally in ensuring a perfect dry — not too fast, not too slow. We then trimmed everything by hand over a 6.5-hour focused session. Armed with trim bins and good energy, we collected an abundance of glistening trichome heads in the process — a golden bonus from these resin-packed beauties. The leaves themselves told a story: deep purples, near-black shades, autumn fades and metallic tones — just stunning. Each girl was trimmed in order: #5 → #4 → #3 → #2 → #1, revealing dense, chunky buds all the way from top to bottom. Not a single pop-corn bud among them — only rock-solid nugs, heavyweight champions in every sense. 📦 Cure Begins – Grove Bags & Glass Jars Once trimmed, the buds were tucked carefully into Grove Bags and glass jars, each stabilized at around 61% RH. D60. I'm back again after being out of town for six days. The tent was packed when I opened it! The girls had stretched more, and a couple of leaves were even touching the lights and had gotten burnt. They are now 125 cm tall. That's five times the height they were when I flipped to flower. Five times!!! I have never had a strain stretch this much, and I hope they are done now since there's no more room in the tent. I removed the fan and carbon filer and placed them outside the tent. It looks a bit stupid and is far from stealthy, but what to do? I moved up the lights as far as possible, but I will probably switch the lights with the one I have in my autotent. That light has a much lower profile, so raising it even further is possible. Should that not be enough, I will have to cut off some tops, but I hope it doesn't come to that. The first girl already has dark purple flowers, while the second looks more green with some purple. ------------------------------ D61. I opened the tent today, only to find that the second girl had stretched another 2 cm overnight! This is getting ridiculous, and I hope they stop soon. I super-cropped the tallest top, hoping it would slow down the stretch. A few hours later, she had already recovered. These genetics are nuts! In other news, my girlfriend found spider mites on her papaya plants that are in the same room as my tents. We immediately removed the plants from the room, and I started to scout my plants for an infestation. The good news is that I didn't find any spider mites. However, the bad news is that I found thrips on the lower leaves of the second girl. Ugh! I had thrips last grow season, and I guess some survived. The thrips were only on the lower part of the plant, so I defoliated the girls by removing a bunch of leaves and tiny branches down low and immediately threw them out of the apartment. Thrips don't like it humid, and since the buds are still tiny, I don't need to worry about botrytis yet, so I cranked up the humidity into the high 70s to low 80s. Finally, I ordered a bunch of lacewing larvae that will get here next week. They should eat the thrips and any spider mites that I might not have been able to find. ------------------------------ D63. The girls have slowed their stretch, BUT they are still stretching somewhat. I freaked out when I opened the tent today and saw they were taller, so I attacked them immediately and super-cropped the highest tops. I will switch out the lights next week, gaining me another few centimeters, which I hope will be enough. The VPD in the tent is way off, but I'm more interested in figuring out the light and getting rid of the thrips. Finally, I watered each girl with 2.5 liters of water L pH 6.1, with 10 ml humic acid and 5 ml Fermented Fruit Juice I made a few months ago. ------------------------------

Week 1 flowering 12/12

Week 5 (20/02 - 26/02) I made no progress with the LST last week, hoping to do better the next grow. Some secondary branches developed more than usually but not as expected. I haven't been effective enough with the training. The last day of the past week, the two fat banana moved into pre-flowering, while the blue cheese is still into vegetative stage. During this week, I will start to add bio-bloom and top-max together with the bio-grow. The light will be to 40 cm from top of the plants at 100% of its power. No changes to the heating/cooling parameters. 20/02 D28: - 21/02 D29: watering day. Added to 2.5 liters of tap water: 2ml Bio-Grow, 1ml Bio-Bloom, 1ml Top-Max. This evening, being secondary branches still flexible, I've tried to horizontally extend them with ropes in order to give them more light, let's see what happens in next two days. 22/02 D30: leafs sprayed with tap water 23/02 D31: watering day. 1 liter of tap water only each plant. Evening check: plants became thirsty; the soil seems to be almost dry even if I watered them this morning. 24/02 D32: watering day. Added to 2.5 liters of tap water: 2ml Bio-Grow, 2ml Bio-Bloom, 1ml Top-Max. 25/02 D33: leafs sprayed with water. 1 liter of tap water each because they are growing and drinking a lot. 26/02 D34: Added to 2 liters of tap water: 2ml Bio-Grow, 2ml Bio-Bloom, 1ml Top-Max. They seem to grow well and faster. The blue cheese seems to be in pre-flowering, almost a week later than the two fat banana.

Flushed Critical Lemon with Flawless Finish and ph'ed water for about a week. Cut everything off the large stems and air dried/cured. Amnesia is looking ultra thicc and I started to flush those plants out. Skunk 47 looks like it needs at least another week before its flushed.

She’s growing in Sonnenerde (yes, real “sun soil” 🌞🌱) and has already stretched like crazy. Honestly, she smells phenomenal – a strong sweet citrus candy vibe in the air 🍊🍬. I’m a bit worried she might turn into a giant later on, but that’s part of the fun 😅. I didn’t catch the moment right after transplanting to see how she reacted, but hey – it’s all part of the experiment. Luckily I’ve got a few more seeds of her in the stash, so we’ll see what this one can teach me 🌿. Ein bisschen Sorge hab ich schon, dass sie nachher ein richtiger Riese wird 😅. Leider hab ich den Moment nach dem Umtopfen nicht getappt, um zu sehen, wie sie reagiert hat – aber egal, ist ja ein Experiment. Zum Glück habe ich noch ein paar Samen auf Lager, also mal sehen, was dabei rauskommt 🌿. Bleibt dran und vergesst nicht zu folgen – das hier könnte ein richtig süßer Ananas-Rainbow werden 🌈🔥.

Day 71, 19.06.2024 As the new and possibly last week of blooming arrives I am looking at two ladies, that behaved quite well during the last weeks. They grew close and it will be a shame to cut them down in the end. However, what must be done, must be done right? Today there will be the second to last nutrition intake for them. I decided to cut the BioBizz Grow and CalMag completely so they will receive 600ml of 4/4ml (Bloom/TopMax) later today. Also today I saw the first amber trichomes through my pocket microscope. But not enough yet - maybe I will stop feeding nutes after todays "last supper" and start flushing... Day 72, 20.06.2024 No action today. Day 73, 21.06.2024 600ml of water each - no nutes. I think it might be the big finale. I am thinking about harvest next and watching a lot of YouTube about that topic 😂 Day 74, 22.06.2024 No action on the plants but to give them a check up. I finally see the first amber trichomes on both of the plants, woohoo 🙌 Removed 3-5 fan leafs that were starting to get yellow. Time to make up a plan for the harvest I guess! Currently the plan is - to do harvest in 4 days from today in the evening (Wednesday, 26.06. ~1700). - I stop watering immediately - no more soup for you! Maybe I did not do flushing long enough, but my hope is that using organic fertilizer eases the effects - I will not switch off the lights on Monday at 1100 (like usual). Instead I will keep it on until 1700 - then switch them off completely. - 48h later on Wednesday I will harvest I do all this to inflict stress to the ladies. Stress by low water, stress by longer light followed by stress due to no light at all. All this will hopefully lead the plants to 1. produce more trichomes as a defensive reaction and build up bud mass 2. urges the plant to process as much chlorophyll as possible which leads to better taste in the end So much for the plan. Let's see how this turns out. Day 75, 23.06.2024 The good thing about not watering anymore: No action today. But as today would mark the "point of no return" in a way I will double or even triple check for the trichomes. If they are ready, I will commence the plan of not watering and longer lighting tomorrow. If there is doubt I will shift the plan day by day. Aaand here it is: Doubt! After checking the trichomes again I found too much of them clear. I decided to not rush things and thus postpone the harvest for at least 3 days. So today there will be a (late) flush and we will take it from there. Day 76, 24.06.2024 No real action today but to check in trichomes. Erika II has a good number of amber trichomes while Erika I still has too mich clear ones. It's a dilemma. But I will hold on to the plan for now which says: Harvest will be on the weekend (friday presumably)! Day 77, 25.06.2024 Today we reached 30°C outside and it is (finally) getting summer here in germany. This resulted in 28°C inside the tent & it felt good to give the ladies some craved water: ~1000ml went in the pots before the drain started. This was definetly the last drink. Tomorrow the last light cycle will start. Today is tuesday. The plan for harvest is as follows: Wednesday: No action. Thursday: Lights out at 1100. They stay off until the end. Friday: Harvest will begin at around 16:30 after work. Both plants will be harvested & hung up for drying. I am thinking about doing one plant using wet-tim and one plant using dry-trim techniques, just to have the comparison right after the first grow. I guess I need to make up my mind about that...
