83 days from seed, soil was hot from day 1 & I ended up stunting the plants this run... Low yield at 28g but end product still turned out great! Smelled like straight chem with none of the extras during flower & has managed to maintain that during the cure so far as well! Alright Growmies!! So this Purple Ice Water is a bag seed I got from an amazing strain i had and was lucky enough to find hidden gem inside one if the beautiful nugs!! I think I have a photo in my Google photos I'll look for a picture of the flower the seed came from!! Anyway, I was going to enter the 16oz solo cup challenge but I didn't realize time was running out and so i had already planted the seed by then and of course she popped and I grow attached to them when that happens so here we are!! Not to mention, this is my first indoor grow and so I'm not thinking or planning as I should be and so guess what problem I ran into next...well my tent was now in flower so lights were kn 12/12...so 3 days into the new seed I planted, i need more hours of light for her and so you'll see my solution in the photo or video..my lady thought it was hilarious when she walked into the bathroom to get ready in the morning and a baby cannabis plant was handing from the light fixture lmao!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 this is only temporary fix and she is only hanging up there for a few hours then I place her back into the tent to give her that much needed light!! I could always do the window trick but hey this was too fun!! 1st week is going amazing, as it can go lmao!! Between day 5 and 6 I added some rain water. It rained for almost 3 days straight here in Arizona so it was nice to be able to capture some rain water for my girls for once! Those days are few and far between unfortunately!!

Easy strain to grow. Responds well to training . Good yielder too . I had a problem with the gorilla skittles plant. It went hermi in the last week. So i ended up trimming an ounce off her and using the rest for hash . Gelato wasn't a great finisher either. Harvested around 2 ounce off her . Smoke is average but a nice fruity flavour. The alien Ogs were excellent though I will be definetly trying them again in the future . The high was just what I wanted . Strong but relaxing , you can either get really creative on this strain or you can giggle a lot . The after effects make you sleepy too so maybe a better mid day/night time smoke . Alien pheno 1 was super sticky with purple hues throughout the buds . Probably the best girl I've ever grown. Gave me 5 Oz of top quality . Next time I shall be going for all alien Ogs . It's an excellent strain. Total weights Alien og 2plants - 250g dried Gelato 1 plant - 56g Gorilla skittles 32g plus hash 334g dried buds . Not a great return from 480 watts. But I'm happy with how the alien og turned out. I have decided to give some autos a go next as this one was a long grow for one of them to go hermi . So will be trying some Strawberry pies from Fast Buds . Happy growing 🌱

Strawberry AK – Current Status During flowering week 5, I unfortunately made a classic grower mistake. After adjusting the light, I forgot to return the timer to its normal schedule, which resulted in the Strawberry AK receiving approximately 96 hours of continuous light. There are some minor visible effects on the plant, but overall it handled the incident surprisingly well. There are no signs of hermaphroditism, no major stress response, and the buds are continuing to develop normally. 🌿 Overall Impression Despite the lighting mistake, the Strawberry AK remains stable and is still progressing well through flower. At this point, the plan is simply to keep conditions steady and let her finish out the run.
