Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. I am very excited to see how the new growroom will work and how this Blue cheese Auto from Royal queen seeds will turn out. KL 08.00. The girls woke up after their beauty sleep, the leaves are always a bit down after 6 h of darkness, but they will stretch now when the HPS lamp starts. The Nr 3 girl is still a little bit behind the other 2 girls and all the 3 girls look like there 3 different pheno of the same plant. KL 23.30. I have never tested PH in my grows, when growing organic in soil iv learned that it adapt PH by it self. But im curious by nature so i had to test. New Led for vegi from Todogrowled

This strain of Kings kush is a smelly one, I still can put my finger on the terp profile yet. Almost a kushy herby dank is all I can describe atm. Growing these plants, I would suggest pruning every second node once you get her into flower since the bugs tend to push up against each other and may cause bud rot. Say ontop of defoliation and try to qork on them on a daily basis rather than lolipoping. Another key thing is to keep rH in range during flower, I will recomend to set it to 40-50rh in flower. Also if you are growing outdoors, Be sure to cover them up during rain when in flowering, I uses a transparent tarp for the last 5 weeks of flower. Save my plants from 9 huge rain events during the last 5 weeks, my plants would of died from br. This strain had some decent cold resistance also! She stay alive with with few events of temps getting down to 4 deg c.

8.73 oz from 2 plants. Very dense and potent nugs. Love it so far. Now for curing

Big Lemon needs a stronger dose of calcium in her next feeding. I normally dont have nutrient probs but ive never had to feed a plant this big and hungry 😯

6/9 I can't believe it but I had faith. The transplant yesterday LOOKED like it was fucked. I cleaned it up though and left it outside. This morning it was standing straight up. Both transplants were! I put tarps up to block the wind tunnel between buildings. It's still overcast and rainy. Sun isn't supposed to come out for a couple poke days. Chance of thubder storms tomorrow but I'm going to try to get everyone in their forever homes today. Or at least most of them. I plan to light dep a few right in the 3 gallon. I'm sure I'll be updating this after I get some work done. UPDATE: I WENT OVER AND GOT THREE MORE TRANSPLANTED. THAT MEANS FIVE ARE OUTSIDE IN THE CAGE. TWO 10TH PLANET, 2 BLUEBERRY CHEESE AND A LITTLE PURPLE PUNCH. THE 3 GALLON POTS WERE RELATIVELY HEAVY SO I PICKED THE LIGHTER ONES TO TRANSPLANT. I LEFT THE ORHER TWO 10TH'S IN THE GARAGE WITH THE DOOR OPEN WITH THE REMAINING PLANTS. I ALSO ADDED WIND BREAKS AND SUPPORTS TO EVERYTHING. I WANTED TO GET EVERUTHING DONE TODAY BUT THERE MAY BE A THUNDER STORM SO IF I DONT GET IT DONE ITS NOT A BIG DEAL AND ILL FINISH TOMORROW. TRANSPLANTS WENT SMOOTH. This new grow space gets about twice as much sun as my old spot. The tar stops the burrowing insects. I'm getting everything out today. I just need to decide if I'm going to light dep that MASSIVE blueberry cheese or bite the bullet and put it in the fifty. Maybe I'll try to get some help from my cousin. Plants withstood the thunderstorm like Champs. I'll update as the day goes on. I planned better this year so I SHOULDN'T have an unmanageable jungle. UPDATE: WATERED THE 3 PLANTS LEFT IN THE 3 GALLONS (1 10th PLANET WITH GREAT BRANCH STRUCTURE AND TWO PURPLE PUNCH THAT WERE THE SMALLER ONES. IM GOING TO LIGHT DEP THEM. FINALLY DECIDED TO GET The MONSTER BLUE CHEESE I FIMed INTO ITS FOREVER HOME A 50 FALLON POT. IT WAS TGE EASIEST BEST TRANSPLANT OF THEM ALL. JUST LIKE AETTING A POT IN THE WHOLE. I DONT EVEN THINK THE PLANT NOTICED. ONE OF THE PURPLE PUNCHES HAD ROOTS OB ONE OF ITS LEAVES WHEN I LOOKED BUTVIT WAS STILL STANDING UO STEAIGHT. I KNOW SOME OF THE PLANTS LOOK DROOPY BUT WEVE HAD SEVERAL DAYS OF RAIN AND A MASDIVE THUNDER STORM. I BROUGHT OUT THE EARLIER TRANSPLANTS AS WELL. THEY ARE OUT OF THE SHOCK. WIND IS PRETTY HIGH BUT I DONT WANT TO ADD MORE TARPS. I THINK THINGS ARE SECURED GOOD ENOUGH FOR NOW. IM SUPER STOKED THAT TRANSPLANT WENT SO GOOD! Went back at 7:30pm. Some plants have a little bit of transplant shock and a little bit of burn but it's negligible considering they've been through a thunderstorm with pouring rain and extremely high winds. That blueberry cheese in the 50 transplanted so easy and still looks like it didn't even know the difference. I'll start light dep once I get a plan. Plants are recovering nicely but should something happen to one I could replace it. I'm interested in the light dep though and I've got a pretty good idea how to start. 6/12 The plants that had a little transplant shock are coming out of it. We had a thunderstorm and pouring rain the day of some of the transplants. Wasn't forecasted. High winds moved the plants around a bunch bit they are tough as hell. Everything is out now. Suppisedcto have showers the next few days. I'm putting together a feeding schedule abd setting up a spit to start light dep on the three plants I decided to flower early. The cage now gets twice as much sun as before. This is going to be a good year. Went back over and plants are perking up and doing even better everytime I see them. I took a video but it might not upload until tomorrow. I may start a new diary for the light dep. I have a few places I'm thinking to use for light dep. I need to make a solid plan before I start so maybe a day or two. Trying to upload again but I doubt it. 6/13 Had a rushed morning but I watered the plants in the 3 gallons as they were dry. I had added more soil to a couple of the bags. The top soil is startingvtj dry out but the plants look good and we are supposed to get rain so I don't really want to water if it's going to be raining. I think I've found my light dep spot and schedule. I'll update after I do something. WENT BACK OVER AND SPRAYED A LITTLE BIT OF WATER ON THE EXTREMELY DRY TOPSOIL THAT I HAD TOPPED SOME OF THE PLANTS OFF WITH. SHITTY THING IS THAT WAS ADDED AFTER THE THUNDER STORM SO IT MAKES IT HARDER TO JUSTE THE PLANTS WATERING NEEDS. I CAN TELL THAT ONE OFCTHE FIRST TEANSPLANTS IS STILL HOLDING WATER. I MEAN WE GOT A DOWNPOUR AND I DONT WABT TO WATER IF WE'RE GOING TO BE GETTING RAIN ANYWAY. IM GOING TO LOOK BACK OVER THE DIARY. THATS ONE GREAT THING ABOUT THESE. YOU CAN GO BACK AND CHECK YOUR WORK. 6/14 Glad I held off watering. It's raining today. Just showers. We haven't gotten any of that extreme wind we usually do. I have the plants supported but I still worry. Definitely more than I should. Plants are still doing good and acclimating to there homes. I have not started the light dep with the 3 gallons but I think I've found my spot. Once I start it will just be staying consistent putt8ng them in and out. I need to train them anyway. I have some research to do and a joint to smoke so I'll update later.

Growth is super, despite having splitting and getting a break where I topped due to something falling on the plant. I quickly patched her up with some electrical tape and a cable tie and she recovered within a day! Super resilient plant. She's starting to smell and putting out a few pistils already at the end of week 1 flower!

Looks like she recovered alright from the little dry patch in the watering schedule. Her leafs look healthy and vital, so I decided to top her on day 15 - maybe a day or two too early, we'll see. But I didn't just top her, I also removed the two top fan leafs - I'm aware, it's a tricky balance between the loss of energy produced from the leafs vs. giving the new growth underneath more light to stimulate growth. She'll be alright, I've got a good feeling about her! She also received a layer of Mulch on top of the first soil layer. The idea: aiding the microbial life on the soil surface and at the same time reduce evaporation to prevent the top soil layer to dry out too quickly.

July 18: Plants are recovering from hail damage 7 days ago. Weather is good now but it’s fairly hot reaching 30 C the last couple days and about 21 C overnight which is quite warm for Edmonton. Starting force flowering tonight. That is 10 h darkness plus 2 h virtual darkness using 730 nm far red light at dusk to initiate dark mode. In garage at 9 pm, few seconds of 730 nm far red and then out of garage at 7 am. 12 h darkness within the ‘26 h day’. Your mileage will vary at different latitudes but that timing works for me here at 53 N.

На этой неделе растения стабильно получали 20 часов света, это очень помогло им стать больше и сильнее. Я продолжаю тренировки LST. На этой неделе была обрезка веерных листьев, я часто практикую дефолиацию автоцветов. Надеюсь проблем со светом не будет, растения уже показали "усы" свой пол, значит стадия предцвета будет примерно через неделю, хочу что бы они стали ещё больше и набрали "мяса" массу. I'm not going to give you another speech about how small she is. 😂 We've done that. We've established it. Everybody knows. Pink Rosay Pheno B is Pink Rosay Pheno B. She's here. She's growing. She's flowering. She's doing her thing. And we're letting her. 💗🌿 At this point, I think that's really the most honest way to describe this girl. There isn't some huge dramatic development to report. There isn't some crazy transformation. There isn't some unbelievable story that suddenly appeared this week. And honestly? That's perfectly fine. Because not every plant needs a dramatic weekly chapter. Some plants simply need to be observed. Maintained. Appreciated. And allowed to finish their story. And that's exactly what we're doing with this little girl. ──────────────────────── 🌸 WEEK 13 – LET HER DO HER THING Pink Rosay Pheno B continues moving along in her own little world. 😂🌸 She's developing. She's flowering. She's maintaining herself. And she's continuing exactly as she has been. And that's enough. At this stage of the 8×8 Adventure, the role of the grower has changed considerably. Earlier in the run, there was plenty to do. Structure. Training. Tucking. Adjustments. Canopy work. Watching the stretch. Making decisions. Now? Much less. And honestly... that's a good thing. Because when a flowering plant is progressing nicely and doesn't need anything from you, that's usually exactly where you want to be. If something suddenly demands a lot of attention at this stage... it's usually because something has gone wrong. 😂 So when I walk into the room and Pink Rosay B doesn't need anything? Thank you very much. I'll take that. 🌿💚 ──────────────────────── 👀 SHE'S HERE — AND THAT'S ENOUGH I think this week is less about trying to make this girl into something extraordinary... and more about appreciating her for what she actually is. She's here. She's part of the 8×8 Adventure. She's been given the same general opportunity as everyone else. She's been cared for. She's been watched. She's been documented. And now she's continuing her journey. That's it. No need to create a bigger story than there actually is. No need to pretend she's suddenly become the star of the room. She's not. 😂 And that's okay. Because this project isn't about pretending every plant is spectacular in exactly the same way. It's about documenting the differences. Some plants demand hours of photography. Some make you want to pull out the macro lens. Some have structures that make you want to photograph every single flower. And some... you take a few good photographs... smile... and say: "Yep. That's her." 😂🌸 And that's Pink Rosay Pheno B. ──────────────────────── 📸 NOT EVERY PLANT NEEDS A PHOTO CATALOG This is something I actually want to explain properly this week. You'll notice that we're not creating an enormous photographic catalog for this girl. And that's intentional. Not because she's being ignored. Not because she doesn't deserve attention. But because I want the documentation to reflect the plant honestly. Some plants are so visually complex or unusual that I genuinely enjoy spending hours photographing them. Macro after macro. Different angles. Different lighting. Close-ups. Structure shots. Details upon details. And that's fantastic. I love doing it. 📸🔥 But with Pink Rosay Pheno B... I don't feel the need to turn every flower into a museum exhibition. 😂 She's doing her thing. She's beautiful in her own way. She's part of the experiment. And we're documenting her appropriately. That's enough. The diary doesn't need twenty different macro photographs of the same flower just for the sake of having twenty photographs. I'd rather show you the plant. Show you the progress. Show you where she is. And let her speak for herself. ──────────────────────── 🌿 DOCUMENTATION SHOULD TELL THE TRUTH That's one of the things I really value about the 8×8 Adventure. We're not trying to make every entry look like a magazine advertisement. We're documenting plants. Real plants. Different phenotypes. Different expressions. Different levels of excitement. Different personalities. And sometimes the most honest report is: "She's doing well. Nothing dramatic happened. Let's keep watching." 😂🌱 That's growing. Not every week is fireworks. Sometimes it's simply another week of healthy development. And that's exactly what this week is for Pink Rosay B. ──────────────────────── 💗 SHE'S STILL GETTING THE CARE SHE NEEDS And just because we're not spending hours photographing her doesn't mean she's being neglected. Absolutely not. She's still part of the room. She's still being observed. She's still receiving what she needs. She's still included in the overall maintenance. And if she asks for something... we respond. That's the relationship. We don't need to constantly touch a plant to care for it. Sometimes caring means knowing when to leave it alone. And right now? She's telling me: "I'm fine." 😂🌿 Okay, little girl. Then carry on. ──────────────────────── 🌸 THE QUIET PART OF THE JOURNEY This is the part of the grow where things become wonderfully simple. The major structural work is behind us. The plants have already built their architecture. The flowers are established. The room is stable. The systems are running. Now we're mostly watching. And I actually enjoy this stage. Because there is something very satisfying about walking into a room and realizing: Nothing needs fixing. Nothing needs rescuing. Nothing needs changing. Everything is simply moving forward. And Pink Rosay B is part of that. She's moving. She's developing. She's finishing her own little chapter. And we're allowing her to do it. 🌿💗 ──────────────────────── 💡 SAME ROOM. SAME WORLD. HER OWN STORY. The 8×8 Adventure continues to demonstrate the same thing week after week. One room. One general environmental strategy. One lighting ecosystem. One overall nutritional approach. One 12/12 schedule. And completely different plants. Different structures. Different sizes. Different personalities. Different expressions. Pink Rosay B has simply chosen her own version. 😂🌸 And that's exactly what I want to document. We're not here to force every plant into the same mold. We're here to see what they become. And she's already told us quite clearly who she is. ──────────────────────── ☀️ THE PHOTONS KEEP FLYING The lighting environment remains part of the upgraded Future of Grow Black Series setup across the room. The additional fixtures continue giving us greater capability and flexibility. But the important part is still control. We're not simply throwing everything at maximum output. We're providing the environment... and letting each plant interpret it. The photons don't care whether she's big or small. They arrive. The leaves receive them. And the genetics decide what happens next. 😂☀️🌿 Pink Rosay B has her own answer. And that's all we're here to observe. ──────────────────────── ⚗️ MAINTENANCE, OBSERVATION & PATIENCE At this stage, my job is wonderfully simple. Maintain. Observe. Support. Respond when necessary. And otherwise... leave the plant alone. 😂 It's funny because earlier in a grow, doing nothing can feel like you're not doing enough. Later in the grow, you realize that doing unnecessary things is actually the bigger mistake. If she's healthy... let her be healthy. If she's developing... let her develop. If she's not asking for anything... don't invent something for her to ask for. 🌿💚 Sometimes the best intervention is no intervention. ──────────────────────── 😂 SHE DOESN'T NEED ME TO INVENT A STORY And that's probably what I want to avoid most this week. I don't want to invent some dramatic transformation just because it's Week 13. She's not suddenly a completely different plant. She's Pink Rosay B. She's continuing. She's doing her thing. And I'm enjoying watching her do it. That's the story. And honestly... I think there's something quite nice about that. Not every chapter needs a plot twist. Sometimes the character simply keeps walking. And we're following her. 😂🌸 ──────────────────────── 📸 A FEW GOOD PHOTOS ARE ENOUGH So this week, we're keeping the photography simple. A few good views. Enough to show her development. Enough to document her current state. Enough to keep the diary complete. And then... back to enjoying the room. Because I don't want the camera to become the reason I'm looking at the plant. The plant is the reason I'm looking at the plant. 😂📸🌿 And if she gives me a particularly beautiful flower... I'll photograph it. If she gives me an interesting angle... I'll photograph it. If not? That's okay too. She's still part of the story. ──────────────────────── 🌸 BEAUTY DOESN'T HAVE TO BE LOUD There is also something I appreciate about this girl. She doesn't need to scream for attention. She doesn't need to be the most spectacular plant in the room. She doesn't need to produce an endless gallery of macro shots. She simply exists... and continues. And sometimes that's beautiful in itself. There is beauty in complexity. There is beauty in size. There is beauty in frost. There is beauty in colour. And there is also beauty in simplicity. Pink Rosay B gives us that. 💗🌿 ──────────────────────── 🔍 WHAT I'M WATCHING NOW At this point, I'm watching the basics. 🌸 Continued flower development. 🌿 Overall plant health. ❄️ Resin development. 💚 General maturity. 👀 Any changes that actually require attention. And that's about it. I'm not trying to force anything. I'm not trying to turn her into another plant. I'm not trying to create work where there isn't any. I'm simply watching her finish. And honestly? I'm happy. ──────────────────────── 💗 LET HER HAVE HER SPOTLIGHT Even though we're not giving her an enormous photographic catalog... she still deserves her spotlight. Because the spotlight doesn't have to mean: "Look at the most spectacular plant in the room." Sometimes the spotlight simply means: "Look at this plant. This is her. This is how she grows. This is what she became. And this is her story." 💗🌸👑 That's enough. So yes... Pink Rosay B gets her spotlight this week. Not because she's trying to steal it. Not because she's demanding it. But because she's part of this adventure. And because she deserves to be seen. ──────────────────────── 💭 FINAL THOUGHTS – JUST LET HER BE Week 13. Pink Rosay Auto. Pheno B. And this week... I'm keeping it simple. 😂💗 She's doing her thing. We're doing ours. She continues to develop. We continue to provide. She continues to flower. We continue to observe. She doesn't need an enormous amount of attention. And that's perfectly okay. I don't need to spend hours creating a massive macro catalog for every plant in this room. Some girls make me want to spend an entire afternoon behind the camera. Some don't. That's part of the reality of growing twelve different plants. And I think it's actually important to show that honestly. Pink Rosay B is here. She's cared for. She's respected. She's documented. She's part of the experiment. And now... we let her finish. 🌸💗🌿 No pressure. No expectations. No unnecessary interference. Just... let her be. And honestly? I'm perfectly happy with that.
