Chonga is doing nicely at 7", Cheecha still a little behind. The soil has been staying moist for awhile, even with light watering and I was worried about root rot. So, I let them go about a week without watering. After a light watering with the remaining 1 ml/2Qt nutrient/water solution (about 1 cup each plant), I took the plunge and decided to try Topping (or FIMing), which I did a few days after watering. I'm also concerned about soil PH. I've been testing it with the 3-in-1 tester, but it always reads about 7. I tried the thing out in pure vinegar, but it gave the same results. So, soil PH is anybody's guess. I eventually bought a digital PH tester for liquids. BIG CHANGE: On Day 27, I switched over to a new, 1200W LED grow light.

Los ultimo 2 riegos ya fueron con solo agua PH 6.0. 🦍🍌 - Las Gorilla Banana siguen con exceso de nutrientes, un color verde intenso en las hojas y ya tienen días que no logro ver cambios en las flores. 🦍🌈👻 - La Gorilla Rainbow y Gorilla Ghost todos los días pierden hojas 🍃 por falta de nutrientes, las últimas 2 semanas solo regare con agua para tratar de conseguir el máximo sabor y olor de la planta natural.

One didn't get hit enough water from the sprinkler so it got stunted hard and had to go, the plan was to only do 2 this run so all good, I used this one in a breeding experiment and it recovered very well despite the conditions, but this is not part of this diary. How's it growing farmers? She finally came through this week, showing me some of her potential. we finally have stinky flowers and resin. if you grow this strain in DWC and know what you are doing, top it at the fifth node, you will thank me. There's just too much foliage, I tried very hard with lollipopping and daily defoliations, yet there's still so much growth. if your aim is phat colas, this strain can deliver for sure, but you gotta top it. That said, im sure im still going to get very pretty and very sticky flowers, I predict to harvest around day 90, this is day 63. We have a whole month to go, plenty of time for her to get even frostier and fatter. I also added another trellis late this week, in futile attempt to expose more flower sites and reduce the chance of mold. doing this also reduces the overall rh in the tent, which im having some issues with right now. I started feeding green sensation this week, and kept my EC close to 1.6, this turned out to be a mistake, overnight she brought that 1.6 down to 1 and made the Ph skyrocket, She clearly needed more so I increased the dose to 2 EC later in the week, this is on the high end for me personally, especially for autoflowers, lets see how she responds to it next week. I stopped my Hypochloric acid too, Green sensation has enzymes in it, and i'm not sure how chlorine acts with it, it seemed to make my water cloudy, if anyone knows why, let me know, for now its cold enough to run sterile without chlorine... 02/15 (M) - Prepping her to flip into flower within the next week or two - Weaved her under net for better light coverage - Running 8 drip emitters with a 5 gallon res - 45 sec feed every 8hrs. 02/15 (C) - Thus far all 15 are still kicking but they did take a hit - starter roots for all 15 have begun - I will update with pics within the next 2 weeks - Running high temps and high humidity during lights on. 02/18 (M) - Mom is doing great - No deficiencies - Flipped her into flower today - running 8 line feed with 5 gallon res - clean water feeds for the first 2 weeks. 02/18 (C) - The babies to a bit of a hit they are looking a bit funky but they are rooting - some of the clones are growing their own babies - I will let them rock as to seeing they are rooting and showing new growth. 02/19 (C) - 4 out of the 15 have developed very strong roots - the rest have smaller roots coming in - will continue to run high humidity and monitor accordingly.

On day 1 I transplanted 2 BB clones into 3 gal smart pots with coco coir. I watered them in with veg formula and set up my blumat watering system with week 1 flower nutes. I raised PPFD to 600-700. On day 2 the reservoirs PH was adjusted from 6.4 to 6.0. The rez is 823 ppm. The tops are 16.5" from the grow light. The blumats have not started watering yet and I will monitor to ensure it goes smoothly. I have the blumats set at 1.25 carrots on left plant and 1 carrot on right plant. The average PPFD of my 16 tops is 703 PPFD. I increased temps to 85 day 81 night to get leaf surface around 80 f during day. On day 3 the reservoirs PH is 6.2. The rez is 782 ppm. The blumats have started watering and I will monitor closely over the next few days. On day 4 the reservoirs PH was adjusted from 6.3 to 6.1. The rez is 717ppm. On day 5 the reservoirs PH is steady at 6.1. The rez is 706 ppm. The highest top is 15.25" from the light. I defoliated to bring in more air and light to deeper into the canopy. I increased the flow rate of blumat by .5 carrot on the right plant as it was a little to dry for my liking. The Clones are preforming well. On day 6 the reservoir PH is going down so I adjusted up from 6.0 to 6.2. The rez is 730 ppm. The highest cola is 14.75" from the light. The left plant had a runaway so I reduced blumat by 1 carrot. I increased flow of blumat on right plant by .5 carrot as it is still drier than I would like. On day 7 the reservoirs PH was adjusted from 6.3 to 6.0. The highest cola is 14.25". I reset rez with nutes.

Going well. Good colour. Getting a good feed this week. Pretty Flowers. Lots of pistils. Some tiny smell. Day 54. Dec 17. Watered with molasses.

The ladies are doing well. Cant complain really but the hard work is yet to come. The different strains are getting bushy and the Blue Gelato #2 has the biggest canopy thus far. They all have been transplanted into 3gall pots. No strong smell even from stem rubbing but the orange Sherbet has a distinctive smell that's so citrusy. feeding has gone well this week. I may run into a pending issue when i bring out the 4x4 tent as I have been using a 2x2 for most of the veg period.Lets see what challenges week 8 brings to this run. The Vanilla Kush is taking training so well. So short and stumpy.

Been a good week no signs of shock at all. I have only been watering them with Mills Vitilize silica supplement , i think ive been doing 1 mls per gallon, slowly increasing the dosage. topped 2 plants in here , now am i wishing i did it for some of the others . Day 1 for all of these was the 03-08-24

9/16 Day 8: transplanted 3 of them into 1 gallon plastic pots. they werent very rooted but the roots they did have were healthy and thick. will transplant the others as soon as i can. Up potted about half of the tent. i need to set up another tent 9/18 day 10 transplanted the last 2 plants into 1 gallon pots. im reusing soil with them and i dont normally do that. hoping that there arent any random issues to pop up. 9/19 finally numbered the plant's. #1 is the one that's looking more sativa leaning. she has longer petioles or fan leaf stems. Longer, thinner leaves and has stood out from the rest from the very beginning. im going to use the terms indica/ sativa and hybrid as generalized terms. on the other end #5 is super short and tightly spaced nodes. has a more even indica style look to her. #'s 2-4 i have noted as being "hybrid" as in they look to be a mix of both and not on one end or the other such as #1 and #5 are. also onr of the hybrid ones has super thick indica maple leaf style leaves that stands out as well. these are more so for my notes and i understand that these are all technically hybrids 60/40 sativa/indica i believe.
