Not much happened this week except trichomes came out to be about 10% clear 75% cloudy 15% amber.

They’re starting to drink a little more. No real issues, business as usual day 42

Week five in flower and not much change. The buds are starting to bulk up and get fat. I have noticed a color shift in the bud as well. They are developing a pink/purple hue with a gray undertone. It’s an unusual color because it’s very pastel looking. Frost production is still on high, these things are coated like crazy already. Magnesium issue has now stopped, I’ve been adding 1/16 teaspoon of magnesium sulfate to the water every time to keep up with the demand for this large plant. Smell is very strong and hits you hard when you open the tent. When rubbing the bud I pick up a fruity pebbles smell. So far watering every other day and she is sucking down about a gallon a day of water. Run off pH was reading 6.5 which has been spot on this entire grow so far.

Sadly OG Kush didn't survive the kitty attack ⚰️ I did put in an extra REG Blueberry OG when I first started all of the seeds so I will replace this journal & updates with that 2nd Blueberry OG. I'll update with that starting next week, it is the same age as all these other plants. I just have a feeling it's going to be a male though, it's running for the sky very early on versus the other Blueberry OG.

Thanks to Royal Queen Seeds for the gratis. Smoked this in Amsterdam in June and it was the best high I'd had in my life. Hoping RQS genetics are up to scratch - they usually are - and I get a similar effect. Just water week 1

Just had to cut some fan leafs off and try to get her in some kind of shape before she start to get some hight. Cut some bigger yellow leafs off too.

TRANSITION DAY 11 (9Th July 19): Wow and wow these ladies are going for it now. They both have flower sets forming nicely which i didnt ecpect for another few days at least. I am going to take them to Friday to keep the stretch weeks ( transition) in line with feeds. i dont want to starve the stretch now. I didnstart adding the Sumo boost at 1ml/l as they are flowering and i dont want to starve them of anything they might be asking for now either.The Orange sherbet has a very complex inner structure going on which i feel is the Quadlining. She may suit a more traditio al grow style to get those limbs wide and growing. I will be thinning some of the less useful shoots out once the stretch has finished so she should get lots of light and air for her buds that should be nice and heavy. The Cookie is a lot smaller but does have a lot of growth for it. She hasn't stretched as much as the other ladies but she should still give up a decent yield if treated right. I do not delete my teas and let the plant pots dry out slightly before feeding. I try to do this weekly - as we get further into the growth during the flowering stage I will add DTE Seagull Guano increasing the phosphorus. Day 29: As my plant is entering the pre-flower stage, I’ve adjusted her nutrition accordingly. To support the stretch, I decided to only use a mix of grow and bloom nutrients. I’m using half the amount recommended in the feeding chart because, in my last grow, one of my plants showed signs of nitrogen toxicity. Day 30 and 31: The weather has been excellent, promoting rapid growth. She’s growing so quickly that I have to adjust the LST daily. The first pistils are appearing, and the tied-down side branches are shooting upwards again. I still bring her back onto the balcony overnight due to the unusually high number of snails, and I'm tired of doing nightly patrols.still feels weird to walk out of my garden with weed plants without worrying. It's fucking legal 🤟🏽 Day 32: The weather has turned into a mix of heavy rain, thunderstorms, and extreme humidity. In a previous grow, I had to remove two plants due to bud rot, so I’m being extra cautious with this one. While inspecting the undersides of the leaves, I discovered some spider mites. I removed them by hand and brought the plant inside. I then sprayed a solution of 0.5 liters of water mixed with 1.5 ml of neem oil on and under the leaves. I plan to repeat this treatment tomorrow, which should resolve the issue. Since the buds are still in early development, the neem oil should not cause any problems. Day 34: The weather was really nice today with no rain, just a little wind. I adjusted the LST once again as she's getting very bushy. I had to remove a few leaves to ensure the lower branches receive enough light. Before going to bed, I sprayed her all over with neem oil one last time. No more neem oil after that because I don't want to fuck up the taste.

Had a pretty serious gnat infestation this week. I noticed some movement in the runoff water after feeding. After taking video I made a 2:1 water to peroxide mixture to spray down the bucket and into the overflow trays of both plants in the tent. I also added a gnat traps and a low tent to help dry the soil and prevent gnats from hanging out there.

Here we are for Week 6 and things have been smooth as can be. With them being at the start of flower I went ahead and did the last defoliation I'll do for this grow. The flower sites are nice and exposed to receive as much light as they can. The overall canopy of the grow space is pretty even except for AK-49 #4 it just never really grew like the others did but I still keep her going. The ladies received their usual watering and feeding of the week but this week we went up on the nutrients. I personally feel this has been a fairly easy grow so far especially with being six plants in the tent at the moment, just been letting them do their thing while just giving them the basics nothing special. Ladies are looking great smelling great the chocolope has put on some extra height and the bubblegum has put on some extra weight. The buds on the chocolope are spaced out pretty far hopefully the buds get bigger and fill in the space
