Week 7 Mars Hydro TS1000 has arrived. plants starting up te flowering stage. did some light defoliation.

Thunderstorms for several days generally cloudy the rest of the time, sunshine on the horizon though! Next week should be sunny hopefully! 🙏🙏🙏

TUESDAY 8/13: She grew another couple of inches overnight and popped some new pistils..maybe she IS starting to flower! I fed her a gallon with grow big, big bloom, kelp me kelp you, bembe, terpinator, and great white today. It will probably be her last big dose of Nitrogen. WEDNESDAY: It rained a little bit last night and despite being very sunny, the temperatures were about 10 degrees cooler than usual. I see some spider mite damage on the plant next to her, so I'll be spraying all the plants with trifecta crop control as soon as the humidity drops again. THURSDAY: I wasn't able to visit her today..😟 FRIDAY: She really IS flowering!!! She'll definitely have time to finish before potential frost issues can occur...love it.👍 I sprinkled some bat guano and silicium flash onto her soil and watered it in with about a half gallon of water including beastie bloomz, terpinator, and bembe. I also thoroughly sprayed her with boom boom spray. I started brewing another batch of the PK booster compost tea including extra bat guano, earthworm castings, bembe, big bloom, and kelp me kelp you. It should be ready on Sunday. SATURDAY: Went boating...no time for gardening. SUNDAY: It was 108f today...miserably hot....I douched her with about a half-gallon of compost tea... MONDAY: She stretched another inch or so..

The Afghani x Mac1 auto solo grow yielded 9.7g of potent, stank nugs. Smelling a bit like fruit and paint thinner in the jar, and transforming into sweet tarts candy once ground up. Excellent flavor and blissful effects.

Week 3 has been great! We topped 2 Pre 98 Bubbas and 2 Dirty Blondes so far , 2 other Pre98 Bubbas will also get the topping but just gotta give them a few more days and they will be ready for it ! Once we have a little time of recovery, we will be topping all these ladies at least 2 or 3 more times so you all keep them eyes peeled! I hope you all enjoy an have an amazing productive week ! The flush week! Seemed ok - def had nitrogen toxicity in one purple berry kush - maybe too much ripener before. But we’re here - will give them the 24 now and chop. We’re out of time on this run. 90^% of the crop are where I want them to be however I thought I would have more droopy leaves. Will do the harvests on Monday anyways. Have a great week. I starting to see a bit of light bleaching this week. This week I did a bit of defoliation but nothing too crazy, next week I will do the last defoliation. D4 - YES! We have lift-off!!! Today both seeds poked up. BOOM! Yesterday, I also put in my new humidifier in the tent, and man, this little thing is a BEAST. The amount of water vapor it is able to push out is insane. I use an Inkbird controller to... ummm... control the humidifier so that the humidity in the tent is 80% plus/minus 5%. I'm planning on running this high humidity for the first week or so and then dropping it down. D5 - I adjusted the light to 80 cm (about 31") above the canopy, resulting in 300 μmol/m2/s at canopy level. A bit high as I usually keep it around 250, but it should be alright, I think. D6 - The left girl, #1, seems to have died. Her leaves never fully emerged from the seed, and now she is entirely wilted, laying on the soil. So yeah, she is a gonner, I think. No idea what happened since she looked okay yesterday, and the other girl is already 5 cm (2") tall. Strange, but there's a first for everything, I guess. I already have a new seed soaking in water to be planted tomorrow. She'll then be six days after the other girl, and while probably noticeable at first, I don't expect any real problems during the grow. Hopefully, it'll germinate, but if not, c'est la vie. D7 - After soaking the seed for 24 hours, I rolled it in myco, and planted it in the first pot. However, I removed and replaced some soil in the center of the pot before planting, just in case something was wrong with the soil. Fingers crossed that this one will germinate just fine. On the other hand, the second girl is doing her thing just fine. I removed her humidity dome, though, as the RH in the tent should be high enough. D11 - End of the first week of veg and the third seedling popped up. BOOM! Now let's hope this girl survives, considering that the first girl in that pot died. On the other hand, the second girl is thriving; already 9 cm tall and 6 cm wide. Her first set of true leaves is slightly twisted but not too severely, and the second set looks fine. She is a bit leggy, so I added a couple of toothpicks for support. I have been asked in DM why I have Avocados on top of the soil. The reason is simply for feeding my worms and encouraging breeding. Temps have been good and RH has been steady between 60-65%. I have good airflow all around and don’t worry too much about it the higher RH at this point in the grow. Transplanted the ladies from their starter pots to their 2 gallon pots. They did not seem to have any transplant shock. A few more weeks and we will go to their 4 gallon final pots.

Well, what we feared, became a reality, one of the regular XTrakush plants is a male. This is why I planted two and I'm happy it seems to be only the one. But with the canopy going nice and full it hurt to get it out. Of course, I hoped to have two females but nature went its course. Considered leaving it in, to pollinate the others, or keeping it somewhere, but I do not have the space or light for it. Thus with pain in my gut, I went about getting her out. I notice a nice developed root system, very healthy, which was very hard to get loose. After shaking the soil off I have a rootball the same size as after my whole grow last time. I could lift the whole 57 ltr bag by lifting the plant. Sturdy stem, thick solid branches. This is what I was aiming for and it works. The soil again is proving itself to be a winner. The light this low gives some higher temps as expected, but manageable within ranges. The SP-3000 is performing really well and I cant wait to see the bud development coming weeks. I'm sure it will deliver a great amount of bigger buds looking at all the flower sites and the thick branches that support them. The plants seem to take the light well on only 45 cm. I've started adding the BAC Organic Bloom Nutrition. It is designed to work with the microorganisms I added with the micro life. With this I do a little bit of Calmag, but not so much, since I don't see any evidence of shortages, again proving my soil is dialed in for growing under LED perfectly.
