Loved it!! Relatively easy going!! Couple off moments but not worth getting into but the smell!!! It’s not super strong where you smell it throughout the house when you burp the jars but she has a very (what I could only reference as sour, sweet and lemony, almost like that lemon pledge your mom use to clean the house with) smell but I love it!!!

so... was of to any awesome start to the week topped them and started low stress training but at the end off all of it.... my torque got caught on the wire and she got more of a topping then planned thats for sure!!! ill just let here go for gold now leave her be.. had bad root rot and the only thing i can get in Australia is root stop unless someone knows something better..... i soaked the two dwc in the root stop substance for 4-8 hours... it seems to have lightened the root colours. i decided to cut the one that had root rot bad and cleaned and prepared it to transplant it to coco...

Main plant blue dream height 6.5 feet. Largest plant I’ve ever grown, it’s been topped at least 10 times throughout the season. Any guesses on yield for a monster plant that size!? 2 Pineapple Express plants hydro harvested 3.5 ounces dried. Transitioned 3pineapple 3 blue dream clones into grow tent. My can Dewey (dewbie) helping me prune the plants. Medium sized outdoor plants are pineapple and mimosa orange punch. I’ll be stacked for harvest I think šŸ‘

: End of week #6, and I’m extremely happy with the results so far, especially considering the conditions inside the tent — it’s quite small with limited airflow. The plants are in full bloom and still bulking up nicely. A strong aroma is starting to fill the space (my roommates are already complaining about the smell!). I’ve been following the BioBizz feeding schedule to the letter, carefully keeping the pH between 6.3 and 6.5, and watering every other day without skipping nutrients. As shown in previous weeks, my RHC #2 has become the tallest plant, and it’s clearly the one that will produce the biggest and fattest colas. RHC #1, on the other hand, is denser but its colas aren’t as large. Overall, I’m very pleased with the progress and now eagerly waiting for the moment to start the drying process. I assume that eventually the colas will start turning red, although there’s only about a 60% chance of that happening. RHC #1 is already showing some color on its leaves, which is a good sign. Once it’s fully mature, the colors should become more intense — hopefully shifting into a deep, vibrant red. I’m really looking forward to seeing that transformation take place as the plants reach their final stages. šŸ˜

Week 1 and the first round of testing for this recent new cross. The F1 generation of Northern Spice. Germination was a full 100% with varying degrees of development across 3 days in the towel. Oddly however, about half of the beans cracked the shell head first with their cotelydons. Stability is always suspect with F1s anyway, but this kind of sampling, this early is concerning somewhat. We’ll see where it goes. On another topic, we also made some big changes to the grow method this cycle. We’ve moved over to a grow system by the bucket company. Fairly similar to the Dutch bucket design, just without the small reservoir in each bucket that acts as an additional insurance policy. So far, she’s purr’n like a kittenšŸ‘Œ. Strain details She’s a mix of a particularly strong Northern Lights, mixed with a Spicy Bitch sativa hybrid. The hope is that we’ll be able to combine the overtly narcotic effects in the NL and mellow it out somewhat with the quality daytime sativa effects found in the SB. Both strains feature numerous grower qualities. Both parents possessed vigour and resiliency, the SB particularly colourful in late flower.

Greenhouse growing is strange and exciting, well from what I have observed and experiencing, I see extremes, next week I will post readings from my thermometers, yes I have two, a coil, and a red mercury one, placed in a shaded area and the other in direct sunlight where the ladies are tanning. It’s getting hotter as the days go by, I need a humidity reader. It will help me better catalogue.

This week marks Week 18 of veg for the Pineapple Upside Down, and things are getting interesting. The plant is still pushing hard, stacking growth on all sides — more height, more volume, more density. She’s clearly in that phase where she’s comfortable, full of energy, and ready to take every bit of space you give her. But that’s exactly where the challenge begins. Right now, I still can’t move her into the bloom tent. There’s another plant finishing inside, so the space isn’t free yet. And that delay changes the whole strategy, because this girl is getting tall — fast. So the main question of the week is the same one I’ve been wrestling with for a while: Should I let her stretch and plan a SCROG, or should I top her to keep things low and contained? And to be honest, I’m still not ready to decide. I want to see her in her final environment before making that call. Transplanting into the bloom tent will change the lighting, the airflow, the VPD, the root-zone rhythm — and I don’t want to shape her structure blindly before she settles in. On top of that, she’ll need a short acclimation period once she’s transferred, so there’s no point in rushing structural training now. It could do more harm than good. So for the moment, the rule is simple: don’t touch anything. I’m keeping her on the same settings, same nutrition, same EC, same feeding schedule. She’s clearly thriving, and when a plant is this comfortable, the smartest move is not to interrupt her momentum. You can feel she’s building up internal energy — thicker stems, fuller leaves, faster node spacing. All of that will pay off in bloom, as long as I manage the height correctly once she moves to her final tent. This week is all about timing. Letting her grow, monitoring the stretch, and holding the decision until the very last moment. The more I watch her, the more I realize that patience here is probably the winning move. For now, she’s healthy, beautiful, vigorous, and still accelerating. No signs of stress, no burn, no deficiencies. Just a plant in full confidence. Next week should be decisive — hopefully the bloom tent will finally be free, and I’ll get a clearer picture of the strategy: SCROG or top. Until then, she keeps growing… and I keep observing.

After her 10/21 defol she has really started putting on some weight. her little golf ball sized flowers have almost doubled in size and the terps coming off her continue to increase in strength. If I even brush against her it sticks to me. The flower is insanely resinous.
