Mad stretch this week! A little bit of nute burn where I overfed but other than that, things are looking good. Once the stretch has slowed down I will do some heavy defoliation to get things under control a tad but at the moment I'm just letting them do their thing. Peace! QB

The week ends Sunday Mar-1, being day 61 of flowering since flipping the light. From first pistils shown, it's day 45 which is a more accurate snapshot of where the plants actually are in their maturity. The buds development is progressing albeit slowly and trichomes are still clear across the canopy with lots of frost on the sugar leaves. The buds have beautiful structure and quite fluffy. Swelling has started on some calyxes. Light is maintained at 30cm above the canopy, with single daily fertigation at lights on - watering 3L per day. Fertigation pH target is 5.9-6.2 whilst flowering. Stopped the practice of fertigating at lights off due to the springtales infestation. Need to allow at least 2-4hrs of lights on period after fertigation. The coco is not dry but still damp on the surface after 24hrs from fertigation. Trying to maintaining an average RH in the space at 50% but it's getting harder now with all flowers. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The grow setup includes; - Secret Jardin DS120W tent (120cm x 60cm x 180cm) placed inside the bedroom. Passive & active intake of air is from a closed off section of the room where the central heating boiler sits - the intake is warm air (20 degC.) and fairly dry (40% RH) during the winter months. - Mars Hydro SP250 LED light - extraction fan - AC Infinity Cloudline T6 - ventilation fans - aquarium heater - small oil heater - small dehumidifier - 20L Airpots and 3.5L general pots for seedling stage - Canna Coco substrate and nutrients - GHE Flora trio nutrients - pH and EC/TDS meters - 2x Govee Thermo/Hygro meters (one at canopy the other at the roots level)

F7 and LSD ready for topping GC will need more time Plan is to flip between 12 - 14 inches after topping recovery Will firm up plans next week on these Ran across an idea , had we used microriza fungus in the pots for rooting the fungus gnat larva would have went after that rather than the roots themselves. They prefer fungus but will settle for root hairs Seeing some long term root issues in the recovered plants, think those hairs lost remain so thus having to stay on rooting hormones longer than normal

Weird bud growth, hoping what look like fox tails fill out real well in the future. Have been saturating well and going lighter with the fertigation on this plant, in the future I think going into flower I will just cut the n part of my feed completely unless I see deficiency of some sort. As the bloom component still has some n in it. 7/26 Read EC in base at 2.5, definitely acceptable. Will continue not giving N to this plant, while the rest get get A.B.E. 3/3/1.5

This was a great week, last week I Was fed up and wondering if my girls were EVER going to get going!! But all of a sudden boom 💥 They are looking beautiful, I also put another lamp in my tent. The lighting is immense!! I can't wait to see how they respond

Let’s Go day 29!! This week went real nice ! Girls are staying very healthy and building up nicely and even started showing signs of female sex which is super great ! We started doing a little bit of leaf tuck training method on em , nothing to big as like I said I want these girls just to do there thang an grow more on naturally side! My Air temp and Humidity have been on point all week, staying from 70-75 degrees throughout the day and humidity staying around 58-61% humidity , my girls are loving that summer an 75 feeling !! Strawberry Gorilla harvest

Ok so I'm really impressed with this autoflower. It's a monster in my opinion. I really pushed it hard for a day or two during a heat wave. Temps were 88F, I gave it a Full dose of PK booster ( LiquidKool Bloom ) and some Raw Citrus. Plant suck the bucket DOWN FAST. I thought alright its liking it. It did but it also burned it pretty badly. So I watered it down and got a cal-mag deficiency lol. Then during the heat wave I was being to brave and left to work for 12 hours with high temperatures and the plant tops at about 2 and a half feet when its recommended 3 feet. Totally my fault. But man oh man, she took all of it pretty well in my opinion. She's a little burnt but the FROST on the buds are insane outside the tent lights. It hasn't even had 1 night of sleep its entire life. 8/15 Checked ppm and pH, felt brave and added full dose PK. 8/16 Checked ppm and pH, pH remained steady at 5.9, ppm climbed to 1200. I let it run. 8/17 Checked ppm and pH, pH remained steady at 5.9, ppm climbed to 1400 and the bucket was empty. I knew I'd see burned tips soon. Added plain pH water, dropped to 800ppm. Left it to drink water. 8/18 Checked ppm and pH, tips showing burn but its definitely swelling, was it worth it? So far I'm thinking yes. Definitely yes. Ppm 950, pH 6.0 8/19 Checked ppm and pH, ppm at 1100, pH at 6.2 I watered it down with plain pH water to 700. I was feeling brave again, added more sweetener and PK booster. Ppm at 900. ( I made a mistake over the last 2 days and forgot to add cal-mag) 8/20 Checked ppm and pH, ppm went down to 800, pH at 6.2. Made no adjustments just added Cal-mag. I already had a slight deficiency going but not adding ANY to a plant that drinks 2 gallons a day was a huge mistake. It got a lot of brown patches and yellow but not everywhere. I also realized it was to close to the CMH. Plus a heat wave sent my temp to 88F while I was at work, not sure how long. I think I got a little bit of foxtail going on the very top tips. Adjusted temperature and raised light as high as I could. 8/21 Checked ppm and pH. This plant just eats and drinks to much. None of my other plants come close to this one. I have to check it everyday. My others can go up to 3 days untouched. This monster is impressive. I would reccomend this autoflower to anyone, but it says it's an intermediate grow level. It's been super easy for me. Really hope this monster finishes soon. All trichromes are clear. This week hopefully i will get some good growth rate so I can perform topping and lst in week 3, my temp is quite high today reaching 34 degrees it just shows the resilience of these little plants. Humidity is at a steady 40% which I don't mind as then flowering plants need that. Day 18 on barneys watermelon zkittles and I changed the light and installed the ac infinityn 6 inch just need to put the filter on but need brackets its a beast lol. All mounted and tested all is good. Tomorrow I will be feeding molasses and phed water and topping the barneys watermelon zkittles. Day 19, good growth nodes are getting longer now, im not sure.if to top and lst or let it run and grow and minor lst and defoliation. Any input would be much appreciated. Some of you may have wondered: Why do I use CO2 at average 950 ppfd μmol/m2/s (moral flow)? The answer is quite simple. Because of lack of space in some regions of my cultivation area, I simply cannot keep the ideal distance to my Sanlight high-performance lamp, due to some height growth of various strains. And so some of the main colas have ppfd values of 1250 μmol/m2/s and even more... So this is how I manage to achieve and compensate for such high radiation levels even with a CO 2 balance. And I have to say, my strategy to avoid various light stress symptoms works just fabulously. In combination with CO 2 implementation, my babies are simply unbeatably insensitive to light. Thats it! Beginning of 3rd week flowering: Again feeding my babies by 36 hours fermented potions of Bio Tabs Kompost Tea PK-Booster (15 g pro Liter) and added: 5ml Orgatrex/Liter 1 Spoon of Bactrex 1 Spoon of Mycotrex 1 Spoon of Mycco-Vital 1 Spoon of Dynomyco A little tip for those who are interested in small modifications that have a big difference or influence - on the result - effect - beauty - health - taste! Before adding microorganisms or beneficial bacteria or Mycorrizae and Trichodermas, please use oxygen-saturated water. On the one hand, unwanted chlorine gases evaporate and the small world of the microbiome becomes even faster and more rewarding in compost tea to sprout. Last but not least for this week, I would like to introduce my reasons, why I prefer growing biologically and sustainably. First of all, it’s something which suits very well in these times/days we are living now. Sustainability is a big need and task for our planet. 🌎 Nature means life. Our home, the air we breathe and everything that surrounds us. Not just today. Hopefully tomorrow as well. Maybe I'm starting to protect our environment on a small scale, but maybe I can also make a big difference at all. If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change... I thought about what’s the difference, between Mineral Feeding and Super Soil Feeding. It’s very easy. Biologically Growing is a similar process than the natural soil activities out there in the lap of nature’s. So plants has to work and interact with the microorganisms and microbiomic communities in the soil. So the plants will never get lazy like the lazy ones of mineral feeding growers. If you grow biologically, you will feed the soil first and the microorganisms will support every parameter next to your plant conditions. And that will generate an unbelievable spectrum of Terpenes and Trichomes you will never forget. It’s the same comparison, when you daily visit McDonalds and you eat only fast food. Addendum for Day 53: At the moment we unfortunately have another winter onset here in Germany. This means that I am forced to take additional heating measures due to structural facts in order to be able to keep the temperatures constant. After all, just tonight the thermometer climbs again to -1 degree Celsius. In addition, my exhaust air system runs out of my bedroom terrace and I therefore grow winter and summer with the patio door open. Well, sometimes I experience real weather-related challenges. But all in all, no problem... "Where there's a will, there's a way." Addendum to pouring out the fermented PK tea: I always administer half a liter of lukewarm aerated water with 3.5 ml of cannazyme per liter to each plant. This means that the "root machine" is not supplied with supplies unprepared and the nutrient solution can thus also be better distributed in the soil. Since I also work with cloth shoes, I spray them evenly moistened everywhere with water that is also warm before pouring them out from the outside. This has the advantage that the moisture stays where it should: in the pot! ... I did the math today ;-) We are still in week 7 until this Friday. And week 8 starts on Friday! OMG... still so much time yeahh! Today my Fast Buds Sour Jealousy and Sweet Seeds Big Devil and Dark Devil Automatics arrived. I'm looking forward to it. This time Fast Buds next Time Sweet Seeds. Love them too. Very beautiful genetics. Today a review video of the beginning of week 3. At the time of the pictures, I had minor signs of nitrogen excess. (Light peaks first at the crown of the roof and then slightly continuing to the middle section.) I then painstakingly racked my brains as to why this could be. I found that very slight dry spots had formed and therefore the root found small accumulations of nitrogen that caused its problems. But then, when I carefully homogeneously checked the moisture content in the substrate, the problem evaporated again. However, they had not shown any loss of growth rate during this time. Nevertheless, they developed as expected. They Strawnanas had no problem with that. In the end, I always have a hard time killing them. But I guess that's the way things go. We live and die.
