This was the last week of the 18/6 cycle. The Pineapples have reached the scrog screen which I installed at the beginning of the week. 4 Pineapple Chunks growing 35 days(+ 4 days to germinate) seemed to be enough for this space. They've grown into beautifull indica's with large fanleaves and sturdy branches yet easy to scrog. Once this week I gave them tapwater with Plagron nutrients (ec 1.58 – ph 6.1). The rest of the week was ph adjusted tapwater (ec 0.45 – ph 6.1) when they needed it. I sprayed them once with a CannaCure solution (15 ml CannaCure + 100 ml tapwater, ph 6) The week started with the cobs at the same wattage and height as last week (168 watt and 47 cm – 18.5 inch) DLI 34.4 – PPFD 531 On day 32 it got a bit brighter with 188 watt and a distance of 43 cm (17 inch) from the plants. DLI 40 – PPFD 617 and stayed like this for the rest of the week. The heating mat is turned of because temperatures are high enough. The humidifier has also left the room because humidity levels must be lowered in the flowering cycle. But that will be more important within a few weeks. Day 101, 12th of November 2020: All good. Poor girl too many buds lol some buds are bending too heavy for her haha.... Well, day 102 now so 3 days more and the 7th week starts. Harvest comes very soon I think in 10 days but may be earlier a bit trying to extend till the 8th week of flowering but she seeems to be ready but still giving some more time for sure ;)

Woche 4 bricht an und es läuft hervorragend! Die Orange Sherbet bekommt diese Woche frischen Boden: eine Mischung aus Bio-bizz All-Mix und Greenhouse-Feeding, perfekt für die letzten Vegetationswochen und blüte. Zudem hat sich die Orange Sherbet sehr gut mit dem Backhefe-Buttermilch-Melasse-Experiment entwickelt, was zu einem starken CO2-Anstieg auf bis zu 1500 ppm geführt hat. 💨 Ich bin gespannt, wie sie sich in der neuen Umgebung entwickeln wird. Auf der anderen Seite explodieren die Frozen Black Cherries förmlich in der Hydroponik! 🌱 Die Entwicklung ist beeindruckend, und ich könnte nicht zufriedener sein mit ihrem Fortschritt. Additionally, the Orange Sherbet has responded well to the back yeast-buttermilk-molasses experiment, resulting in a significant CO2 increase of up to 1500 ppm. 💨 I'm excited to see how she adapts to her new environment. Meanwhile, the Frozen Black Cherries are absolutely thriving in hydro! 🌱 Their growth has been phenomenal, and I couldn't be more impressed with their progress. Welcome growfessors to the harvest of Mandarin dreams! These 5 ladies got chopped down this week, the three pheno 1 strains have nice dense buds, very sticky! One pheno 2 is very fluffy, airy buds and the other pheno 2, is someplace in between, not rock hard, but close to it. Last time I'll be growing this strain, she was easy to grow, but not a smoke I enjoy, the indica hits harder as the buds cure and I'm not that interested in couch lock. Will update in 7-10 days with dry weight.

It is a cross of Original Amsterdam Blueberry, OG Kush, and the indica strain Mazar from Afghanistan, and is best known for its super potent effects and sky-high THC levels. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 📝 Compost Tea 3 Gallons of Dechlorinated H20 3 Cups Malibu Compost 2T Molasses 2 T Alfalfa Meal (DTE) 2 T Kelp Meal (DTE) 1 T Bat Guano (DTE) 1 teaspoon Rootwise Bio Elixir 1)- I used a small paint strainer to hold my composts, placing an air stone right in the bag and zip-tie it nice and tight - this allows air bubbles to really agitate the micro matter off of the compost and into your tea 2)- I like to mix in the molasses (microbe food) and start my main air stone, the dry amendments and Rootwise can be just measured in the bubbles 3) - Keep the temp of the water warm to 75F/85F - too cool and the microbes reproduce too slowly and too hot will kill them. I do not delete my teas and let the plant pots dry out slightly before feeding.

Week 16 (Harvest) 30-1 First day of darkness. Temperature: 27.9 degrees (lights on) 18.8 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 65% (highest) 48% (lowest) 31-1 Second day of darkness. Temperature: 24.5 degrees (lights on) 19.5 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 65% (highest) 50% (lowest) 1-2 Drying day 1 The Saparot is ready to be harvested! Before chopping her down, i took a lot of pictures. I was able to remove most of the soil to see the rootball. I hang plant as a whole to have a slow dry. The exhaust fan is on setting 4. 2-2 Drying day 2 Temperature: 19.1 to 17.5 degrees Humidity: 62% to 57% I changed the exhaust fan to setting 2 because setting 4 was a bit high in my opinion. 3-2 Drying day 3 Temperature: 19.9 to 18 degrees Humidity: 62% to 59% I changed the exhaust fan to setting 1, as someone told me that it was enough air movement for drying. 4-2 Drying day 4 Temperature: 19.8 to 18.5 degrees Humidity: 62% to 59% 5-2 Drying day 5 Temperature: 19.9 to 18.8 degrees Humidity: 62% to 59% Today i checked on the drying plants and the buds are shrinking a bit, they are getting a little bit crispy on the outside aswell, I hope they wont dry as fast, and i aim for a 12/14 day dry. Cant find the temps for 6-2 to 2-13. I do have a video when she was at the half of the dry process. 14-2 Trim day, yay! She was easy to trim, the buds are nice and dense, and there was not a too high bud/leaf ratio! She dried for 14 days. End results: Dried buds: 81 Grams. Dried Trim: 18.5 Grams. I am really surprised how good these genetics are! If you like CBD, i really suggest trying JYM Seeds out! The Saparot smells very fruity almost like a fruity coctail. The buds are super dense, and very bag appealing. After some months of curing the sweet fruity smell changed to a more sour smell, but still smells amazing! To be honest, i cured her a bit poorly, burped too less, and because the buds are so compact she holds moisture better then normal, so she tastes harsh, but thats on me. I have a pack of JYM's Sour Fruit aswell, so i will for sure try it out again! And my hope is already very high :D Thanks for following my diary, and feel free to check my others out aswell! The plant continues to develop beautifully and is clearly hitting its stride now. Buds are visibly stacking and gaining density with every passing day. The fruit aroma is absolutely incredible, smelling intensely like fresh apricot jam and filling the room instantly. A real highlight is the stunning pink coloration, which is now spreading steadily from the top buds downward. Overall, this run is shaping up to be something very special.

Hey guys, it's been a great journey but I've finally hung my Stardawg out to dry! Yesterday was their last day totalling 8 weeks on flower. Realistically they could have benefited from a further week because the lower buds are somewhat underdeveloped but then I would risk losing the preferred sweet high smoke of the top buds. With this being my first attempt it's been a great learner not only for how to care for the plants but also the environment. As soon as these went into flower and started stretching I knew that putting 6 in a 2.4 x 1.2m tent was a bad idea. They just got so big which is the cause of the lower sites not being as good as the top colas. Despite that I'm really happy with the outcome and I'm hoping ive got 30oz+ of real good quality nugs. All of the top colas have turned a gorgeous violet colour too which you can see on the pictures and I absolutely love. For my next grow I've gone with 6 fastbuds strains which hopefully will go under a scrog. Check back next week for the harvest and weigh in!
