Purple CousKush Pheno A is making this one very easy. No drama. No complaints. No major intervention. No need for me to stand there wondering what the hell she's doing. She's simply... doing her thing. 😂💜 And she's doing it beautifully. The longer this adventure continues, the more interesting it becomes to watch the different personalities emerge. Because although almost every plant in the room is sharing essentially the same environment, they're certainly not moving at exactly the same rhythm. Some are faster. Some are slower. A couple are giving me a little more to think about. But the majority? They're just getting on with it. And Purple CousKush Pheno A is very much part of that group. She's moving. She's developing. She's building some beautiful flowers. And she's doing it without asking me for much attention. Honestly? I love that. 🌱 The 8×8 Adventure — Different Rhythms, Same Stage For anyone joining the diary now, welcome to the 8×8 Adventure. This project is all about watching different genetics and phenotypes develop while giving them the same general opportunity. Same room. Same 12/12 lighting strategy. Same environmental philosophy. Same irrigation system. Same general nutrition. Same lighting ecosystem. Same grower. And yet... the results are different. That's the experiment. The environment gives everybody the stage. The genetics decide how each plant performs on it. And right now, I'm finding it fascinating because the room has reached that point where most of the girls are moving quite quickly. They're no longer asking: "What am I going to become?" They're increasingly showing us: "This is who I am." And Purple CousKush Pheno A is becoming very easy to recognize. 💜 She's Just Getting On With It I think that's probably the simplest way to describe this week. She's not demanding anything special from me. She's not creating problems. She's not requiring another round of major training. She's not asking to be redesigned. She's just continuing forward. And sometimes those are my favourite weeks in a grow. Because there isn't always a problem that needs solving. Sometimes you get to stand there, look at the plant and say: "Yep. That's looking fucking good." 😂💜 Then you take the photographs. You admire the flowers. You check everything. And you let her continue. That's exactly where Purple CousKush is right now. 🌸 Beautiful Bud Formation The flowers are becoming one of the main reasons I keep stopping to look at her. The bud formation is really nice. The flowering sites are becoming more established, the structures are gaining definition, and the individual flowers are beginning to look increasingly substantial. She's moving beyond those early flowering formations now. This is becoming a proper flowering plant. And I really like the architecture she's building. There is a nice relationship between the branches and the flowers. Nothing looks excessively stretched. Nothing feels chaotic. The plant has enough vertical structure to give her presence without becoming one of those enormous plants that takes over half the room. And that's actually something I've noticed throughout this run. I don't really have any true monsters. They're mostly somewhere around that comfortable middle ground. And honestly? I'm loving it. 🌿 The Average-Sized Girls Are Winning Me Over Purple CousKush Pheno A is around 125 cm, which puts her firmly into that middle ground for this run. She's not a dwarf. She's not a giant. She's simply... average-sized. 😂 And apparently that's where my plants decided they wanted to live this time. I don't have many extremely tall plants dominating the tent. Instead, I have a room full of plants with different personalities expressed through their structure, density, flower formation, colour and development rather than simply height. And I really like that. Because when you're running twelve different plants together, it makes the comparison much more interesting. If one plant were three metres tall and everything else was tiny, the difference would be obvious. But when they're all living within somewhat similar physical dimensions... you start paying attention to the details. And Purple CousKush has some very nice details. ✨ Glamorous Girl There's something glamorous about this phenotype. I don't know exactly how else to describe it. She's not necessarily screaming for attention. But when I look at the photographs... she has presence. The flowers are elegant. The structure is balanced. The foliage is beautiful. And there's something about the way the flowering sites sit throughout the plant that makes her look particularly polished. She's one of those plants that doesn't need to be enormous to look impressive. She just... looks good. And sometimes that's enough. 💜🌿✨ 🌿 Those Beautiful Greens The deep green foliage is still one of the characteristics I really appreciate. She's carrying that rich green appearance that I've been enjoying throughout her flowering development. And now, with the flowers becoming more pronounced, the contrast is even more interesting. Deep green leaves surrounding developing flowers. The lighter flowering structures standing out against the foliage. More detail appearing every week. The whole plant is becoming increasingly photogenic. And I have to say... I really like photographing her. There's enough structure to work with. She's not so enormous that I need to fight the plant to get the camera where I want it. And she's not so tiny that everything disappears into one little cluster. She's sitting in that sweet spot. A very cooperative photographic subject. 😂📸 ✂️ No Need to Touch Her And once again... no scissors. 😂 We've already done the necessary work earlier in flower. The canopy has been managed. The plant has been given room where it needed it. And now? I'm leaving her alone. This is something that becomes more obvious as the grow progresses. Early on, there can be a temptation to keep doing things. Train this. Move that. Remove this. Adjust that. But eventually you reach a point where the plant has built the architecture it's going to use. And then your job becomes much simpler. Observe. Maintain. Provide. And let the plant finish. Purple CousKush is very clearly telling me: "I've got this." And I'm happy to believe her. 💡 Still Eating Photons The lighting environment remains consistent with the rest of the 8×8 Adventure. The Future of Grow Black Series LED continues providing the primary overhead illumination, with Lumiflora contributing additional light beneath the canopy. At this point, I'm less interested in telling you what I think the light is doing and more interested in watching what the plants actually show us. And Purple CousKush is showing us a plant that is continuing to build. Leaves are working. Flowers are developing. Structure is holding. The plant is progressing. That's the evidence I care about. Give her the environment. Give her the photons. And then... let her tell us what her genetics decided to do with them. 🌸 The Flowers Are Becoming the Main Event This is the really exciting part now. The plant's structure has already been established. Now we're watching the flowers increasingly become the stars. The buds are gaining definition. The flowering sites are becoming more substantial. The pistils remain visible throughout the developing flowers. And the overall structure is beginning to look much more like the finished plant we're eventually going to harvest. Eventually. Not yet. 😂 There's still plenty of time for these flowers to change. And that's exactly what I'm enjoying. Every week now should bring another little transformation. More density. More maturity. More resin. More character. And eventually... the final version of Purple CousKush Pheno A will reveal herself. We're just not there yet. 🔬 Another Great Example of Phenotype Expression This girl is also another nice reminder of why I wanted the 8×8 Adventure to contain so many different plants. Even within the same general environment, each one develops its own personality. Purple CousKush Pheno A is showing us a phenotype that's: Balanced. Medium-sized. Beautifully structured. Deep green. Flower-focused. Easy to manage. And increasingly... glamorous. 😂💜 There are other girls in this room with completely different stories. Some are much smaller. Some are more compact. Some have different flower structures. Some are more unusual. And that's what makes looking across the whole garden so much fun. The environment stays relatively predictable. When a plant is comfortable, you can see it. You don't necessarily need a complicated explanation. You look at the foliage. You look at the structure. You look at the flowers. You look at the general posture of the plant. And sometimes everything simply says: "I'm good." That's Purple CousKush right now. She's not fighting. She's not demanding. She's not giving me a reason to interfere. She's just progressing. And when I see that... my job becomes incredibly simple. Sommertime and the living is easy! Nicht so ganz, denn die wiederkehrende Hitze und Düngeranpassung für die Blüte machten einige Überlegungen nötig. Sie wurde wie gehabt mit Vinasse und Seetangextrakt gegossen, dazugekommen ist nun aber auch Bittersalz, Fledermausguano und Komposttee. Dem Komposttee wurde Wurmkompost, BioBizz PreMix, Wuxal Calcium Dünger, Seetangextrakt und Vinasse hinzugefügt. Das ganze in einem 20l. Eimer mir Sauerstoff angereichert und nach 22 Stunden wurden heute Morgen alle Pflanzen 1:9 verdünnt damit gegossen. Der Komposttee roch erdig, etwas rauchig, ganz leicht säuerlich und war auch etwas milchig geworden und nicht nur eine dunkle Brühe. Mineralstoffmangel sollte somit ausgeschlossen sein. Diese Prozedor wird von jetzt an wöchentlich stattfinden. Da die großen Töpfe 72 L. fassen sollten die Mikroben eine Zeilt lang darin überleben können, bis zur Auffrischung in sieben Tagen. Die anderen Tage wird weiter mit Vinasse und Bittersalz gedüngt. Ich hoffe, dass es zu keiner Überdüngung kommt. Wuxal Calcium ist neu hinzugekommen, da ich mir nicht sicher bin ob der Komposttee genug Calcium enthält. Da die SevenFreeze nun die vierte Blütenwoche hinter sich hat, werde ich abnehmend Vinasse verabreichen und dafür den Kaliumanteil erhöhen durch gesammelte, getrocknete Bananenschalen. Die SeveenFreeze würde sich auch sehr gut als kleines Bäumchen machen, dafür sollte sie aber erst später getopped werden, damit ein Stamm sichtbar wird. Vielleicht nächstes Jahr, wenn die Ernte gut wird. Vielen Dank für euren Besuch!

I have added a new light and am going to try a super soil grow for the first time. I have a Mephisto Genetics Double Grape between paper towels and waiting to sprout. The space is about 18 inches by 24 inches. The ceiling slopes down, so I don't have much room at the rear of the space. For medium I am using Fox Farms Happy Frog augmented with perlite. The bottom third contains 0.5 pounds autoflower blend of a "super soil" additive from Nature's Living Soil. (https://amzn.to/2PUHc6k) I am using three-gallon cloth pots. The light is a Horticulture Lighting Group 135W QB V2 R-Spec LED kit. NUTRIENTS Tap water pH’d to 6.5. pH lowered using 1.5 TBS unsulfured blackstrap molasses and apple cider vinegar. One-half TBS of vinegar lowered pH about 0.5 points. The medium was very dry. Slowly watered to allow the moisture to be equal throughout the soil ISSUES My while I have yet to put the seed in the dirt, I am concerned about temperatures. They are currently running at about 86F. I would like to get it down to about 80F. DAILY LOG DAY -2: STARTED SEED * Started seed in my traditional manner. Between paper towels soaked in 5% bleach solution, 0.25 tsp/0.5 Cup water. Temp 82F. DAY -1: ACTION *The smallest of tip has appeared. Will put in soil in a few hours. Day 0: SEED PLANTED. * Refrigerator filtered water. pH 6.5. 1 cup (250ml) added very carefully. * Covered with humidity dome. * Light from Soil: 32.5” * Temperature: 82F DAY 1: SPROUT The sprouted seed has shown itself above the soil. A nice Christmas morning surprise. Now I can start counting the days. * Watered with about 200ml of water at pH 6.5. Used apple cider vinegar to lower the tap water pH. * I was pleased to find that my tap water does not contain chloramine. I was reading bad things about chloramine and "living soil." It can kill beneficial microorganisms. All I did was ask my water company and they replied saying "we found no mention of chloramine use in the system:" Just what I wanted to hear. * After looking at other diaries using 250W LEDs, I moved my light down to 25 inches. DAY 2: NO WATER FOR YOU * No watering today. There is plenty of water in the soil and I want the roots to stretch and work. * Working on increasing the humidity and getting more control over the temperature. DAY 3: WATER PLANT, NOT POT. ADDED MYCORRHIZAE. * Following the GrowWeedEasy watering suggestions for Kind Soil * 500ml water at 6.5 pH, around the plant and not across the full 3-gallon bag. * The fan gently moves the seedling to keep it strong. * Had minor unexpected run-off. I hope to avoid that in the future. * Added 1/8 tsp Great White Mycorrhizae dissolved in 100 ml of 50 ml water/50 ml molasses mix. Did not pH as it is such a small amount of solution compares to the watering earlier today. DAY 4: NO WATER, NO PICTURE * Nothing really new. So no reason for a picture. * The soil is dry on top, but the bottom of the pot is still damp. So I will watch it, but I don't expect to water today. * Adding a small intake fan has dropped the temps to about 82F, I think they can live with that. * A humidifier arrives tomorrow and I think that will be my last step to improve the environment. DAY 5: 500ml WATER, LOOKING GOOD * The plant is looking good. The second set of true leaves has a bend, but nothing to worry about. DAY 6: 500ml WATER. NEW HUMIDIFIER * It wasn't really necessary to water today, but I did simply to stay on the schedule I am using. * Given the lightness of the soil and the moving air, I don't anticipate any problems. * Added a humidifier yesterday evening. It's bringing the humidity up, but I need to keep the space closed and I'm a bit concerned about having to provide it with distilled water frequently. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ WEEK ONE IN REVIEW ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ * Watered with 750 ml pH's tap water. Watered slowly to avoid any runoff. * The plant is looking very healthy. It looks as if the roots are really starting to work as the plant is darker green. * Balancing temperature and humidity is tricky, but I think I will be able to get it stabilized with a bit more work. * Target Relative Humidity: Seedlings - 65-70; Vegging - 40-70; Flowering - 40-50 ==> Beginning Next Week I Will Only Post Twice A Week, Mid-week And End Of The Week. <==

End of Week 12 (Fifth week of flower) The ladies are smelling reDANKulous and are so frosty and sticky I can't remove fan leaves without getting my hands sticky. Next level terpene profiles. I did a final increase in CO2 to 1500ppm. The main top-sites are taking shape. I have been keeping a cooler average temperature - and also keeping the relative humidity lower. Pest Report: None

📆 Semana 4 El stretch empieza a moderarse y la energía se dirige cada vez más a la formación de las flores. Los sitios florales ya están bien definidos y comienzan a verse pequeños racimos que marcan el inicio del stacking, aunque todavía queda margen antes de la verdadera compactación. La canopia se mantiene uniforme, los tallos firmes y el color de las hojas continúa sano, señal de que la absorción de nutrientes y el equilibrio de riego están funcionando correctamente. Todo avanza en orden y la base para la densidad final ya está construida. Seguimos creciendo fuerte 💪!

cuarta semana de floracion. me gusto mucho el main-lining hasta ahora, es comodo, facil de acomodar las ramas, tienes más posibilidad de controlar la humedad al tener menos hojas desde abajo del scrog.

4/20 Still having trouble getting seeds to grow! 4 out of 6 seeds from the initial pop have died, so I've popped one more Chemdogging and one more Sour Diesel. Placed the popped seeds directly in the pot they'll stay in for the whole grow per suggestions. Built a 30"x36" trellis out of 3/4" PVC pipe, will install a double trellis netting on it once I set up the Blumat watering system. Also added in a smart power strip that now has built-in timers I can control from my phone. Organized all my extra grow equipment and cleaned up the room! The little pots in the photos are some random seeds I'm starting off in here to give to some friends to grow outdoors. 4/25 - sour diesel popped up today! 5/2 Still no luck getting the Chemdogging to sprout, currently waiting on C-dog and a Blackberry auto to sprout in my other two pots. Set up some random plants from seeds I found in a bag of Black Lime and Cookies, put them in a separate room to flower so I can find out if they're female.

Hello fellow growers week 4 is upon us for the cookies gelato by RQS Day 22 Veg Phase I think i have bin trying to mutch technieks at same time idk it's my first grow . So the first topping i did didn't work there is still something sprouting out so i think that was fail on the cookies gelato #2 so i just Going to try to LST the main . Cookies Gelato #1 was topped yesterday and i think that work better 🤔 but i did say that with First topping 🤣🤣🤣. In the process i did twist some main leaves on both plants i hope that didn't do to mutch damage to the process . Like was saying before i am still new to and very eager to learn . But to mutch at same time cannot be good either Will see true the day's thanks for stopping by and have a look good luck growing everybody 💪💪 Day 23 Veg Phase So today i find out that i wasn't doing topping but FIMing . And yeah it looks like it . She didn't stop growing but made more sprouts 😎😎😎. Came home today and all looking good 👍👍 Day 24 Veg Phase Broke one of my big leaves 😢 with doing the LST clips . It was def my own fault but you learn from your mistakes 🤘 Day 25 Veg Phase They are looking good i see some yellow spots on some point of leaves but i think they had to much nutrients so i have bin giving just regular water in between watering . I have 4 plants growing and it looks like there all half week apart from each other . It's not very consistent but it def helps me see if something happens with First plant i can do something before it will happen to the other ones . Day 26 Veg Phase I have def bin giving them to much nut i saw white salt build up on my fabric pots . So today i have flush them with pH 6 water until all the soil was moist and would drain out . Now i am going to be not giving them anything until next week of growing phase 2days from now . And then start keeping up EC levels etc . Day 27 Veg Phase No watering just some LST with the clips on plant is def topped the other wel look your self it's a monster lol Day 28 Veg Phase Week 4 of Veg is over doing good no watering today . Tomorrow will be giving nutrition to water again 🤘🤘

I used pins to tie down the limbs and cleaned out all the under growth. giving ph water only. 7/6 2 liters ph 6.5, ppm 238 to get the pot wet. 7/8 1 liter ph 6.6, ppm 262 pics & video I included videos of the ph meter with water, iridium glass & iridium glass and copper. When in water only, the ph meter climbs steadly, in iridium, there is slight jumping in the register. When the readings are taken with copper and iridium, the ph meter jumps up and down in wide ranges. So there is marked energy emanating from the glass and from the copper. What is it doing?
