This week has been cold in the grow room with day time temps at 16c and night time around 12-13c. Growth this week has been quite slow and I wonder what has the biggest impact on growth rate. Is it temperature, light intensity or soil moisture levels? I've had the light at 25% since germination and wonder if it would be beneficial to start increasing the light levels or wait until they're more established before doing this. If anyone happens to read this and has thoughts about how to encourage faster growth, I'd be interested to hear.

8/25/23 - Day 73 - Another week down. We did a water change today. The buds are getting fatter and WAAAAAAY smellier. I have had a couple of times now where I lost a battle to the Skunk BOSS. I have had to reach in to move some buds around because they are too close to the light on some bud sites. You can see one of the buds up top, it has some white to it, I think that's due to being too close to the light. But once I move the buds around, I smell EXACTLY like a skunk. The smell is crazy strong. It's taking several full showers and it's still all over my fingers. Gloves will be an ABSOLUTE must when just reach in for a second. 8/28/23 - Day 76 - The buds are starting to grow even more, that the buds are growing buds out of them. That sounds weird but it's the only way to describe it. It looks like Romanesco. The buds are getting more dank, fatter, and more crystals are forming. 8/29/23 - Day 77 -I did some trimming today. I push some of the buds down and really got my arms in there today. All of the buds have gained so much mass to them when I squeeze them, they are really dense. I left a time laps video of me doing some late trimming, I was noticing some of the cannabis leaves were taking some of the light from the buds. 8/31/23 - Day 79 - The trichomes are still see-through and crystal clear. Most ladies are showing signs of flowering so today I will start counting the weeks. Here u can also see my mutant/special ladies. They germinated a bit different from the others. Day 3 of flower is showing some major progress‼️🙌🏽 I did NOT top any of these mutated plants. I only removed some very ugly growing leaves. So everything u see on them is done by mother nature.

Videos were taken on day 37 of flower. The mac x peanut butter breath plants are looking great ones in the back left and ones in the back middle towards the right side. They have more orange pistils at this point than all the other plants and are packing on the frost. I gave all the plants just plain water with herculean harvest, enzymes and humic acids last feed and flushed it a little but and it seemed to respond well. The rocstar breaths are frosty too and smell gassy. Also, I just checked some of my DMs on here and theres alot that I've never responded to, I dont check them unless it's from a business. I put in a few diaries a while ago if anyone has any questions for me to ask them in the comment section or a journal that way people with the same or similar questions can see it and I dont have to answer the same thing 8 times. I'm happy to answer any questions about my grows and shit just try to ask them in the comments✌️

This was my first cycle in tent. The Autopot System is amazing ang brings autonomy. I used fert Plantprod, calcium nitrate, magnesium sulfate and MKP. PH around 6.0 and solution fert in tank 1200 PPM . This strain is fantastic. It withstood the intense heat of the southern hemisphere's tropical climate. It was easy to prune and defoliate to control the size. The smell is of tangerine and flowers produces a lot of resin. I am very satisfied with this harvest! Thank you Sweet-seeds!!

Week 5 Flower - Day 30 Flowering - Day 86 of life Black gum is fatting up nicely for a small plant. Buds are like ball shaped. It’s frosting too and starting to smell. Let’s go ✨

I think she has Ebola. I'm now feeding her nothing but bloom at 4 mil per gallon. She gets 2 gallons per feeding and most of that runs off. Feed is PH at 5.9. I plan to just do this until she finishes or self destructs. She just keeps getting worse. I have no answers.

Day 10F-17F (Day 10F) Everything is looking on point. I’m going to soak in a gallon of lite compost tea diluted to 400ppms on each plant except for #5. I’m still a little worried I won’t make it through the stretch but at the same time I fear N toxicity just as much. I will give one more lite tea before the end of stretch, most likely at the end of this week. (Day 12F) Ladies responded nicely to the tea except for BBB#1. It just isn’t looking as vigorous as it was last week. It’s the only one without an air hose so I guess it couldn’t hurt to grab one. The air hose does without a doubt prevent overwatering in soil and I’m surprised I don’t see more people using it. It’s cheap, effective and gives me similar results to growing in pure coco. I’m going to give one more light foliar spray of 3ml of calmag, 3ml of kelp and 2.5ml of insect frass. (Day 14) Got the air hose hooked up to all 5 plants now. I hate that I’ve been forced to defoliate so much in early flower and it is definitely reducing bud size. Last round my bbb’s had pistil clumps twice the size at this time and they were dealing with severe deficiencies. I’m hoping it’s just genetics or the fact they are larger plants. (Day 15) I’m starting to see signs of N toxicity on the some of the new growth and overall growth on all plants except #1 has slowed. It was most likely caused by the foliar spray/tea combo. No more feeding anything for the next 12 days at least. Luckily it’s still pretty early in flower but I know that N tox can hit really hard after the stretch stops. I would be pretty upset if I vegged for 80 days only to get severe N tox in mid flower. Since it’s not breaking down in the soil, I should be fine. I’m going to defoliate some more of the large bottom fan leaves as they hold large reserves of extra nutes I don’t need. Hopefully these small defoliations aren’t stressing them at all. Next round I plan to do a big strip one week before flower, at transplant and a second big strip on day 21. (Day 17) I think I was over-worrying about the seriousness of the N tox. I’ve seen it hit very hard in mid flower and can’t be too careful. It’s almost always caused by water soluble nitrogen so I’ll try to stay away from that unless I absolutely need it. My case does not look to alarming just yet. I noticed the stunting on #3 right after that last tea so I am going to stop giving the last liter of compost tea because of how unbalanced and separated at the bottom it is. It sure helped out the other 4 plants that didn’t get the granulars from the bottom of the bucket. I‘m planning to give a bloom tea around day 26 and a final top dress a few days later. #1 has now out stretched everything else in the tent. I honestly was not expecting that. If #3 didn’t get stunted this whole week I think it would be the taller/heavier plant.

This is end of week 7. I think another week or two and they're ready for harvest. Smell is getting stronger and I'm seeing some nice colours on the leaves which is typical for this strain. Everything looking really nice and volume of the buds is increasing every day. Lovin' it😄💚✌️
