Grow diary / germination / The new adventure begins Hello, dear grower friends! 😊 I’m back with a new grow diary and a new adventure. This is my second grow and I’m excited to try new things and improve my skills. I’m thankful for all the support and feedback I’ve received from you . 🙏 In this week’s update, I want to talk about: My setup My seeds My germination My expectations My setup My setup is still an 80 by 80 by 180 cm tent, which is a bit small but nothing else fits in my room. I’m very satisfied with it for the beginning, but I will get a Homebox for the third run because I find the zippers better processed and the inlay reflects more light. My lamp is a LUmatek 200 watt pro edition, which I’m absolutely happy with. It has great handling and processing and it gives enough light for my plants. If I get a smaller tent for a mother plant, I will order from Lumatek again 110 percent. My exhaust is twice as strong as I need it so I can keep it at a quiet 50 percent. It keeps the air fresh and the temperature stable. The temperature is around 25°C and the humidity is around 60%. I water my plants manually according to the Biobizz fertilizer scheme. I use organic nutrients and adjust the pH of the water. The plants are in Lightmix now and will move to 20 l fabric pots in Allmix when transplanting. My seeds As seeds I have this time: 1 Orange Sherbert from Barneys Farm 1 Bruce Banner 1 Apple Fritter 2 Lemon Gelato from a collaboration of Zamnesia and Kannabia These are all very special strains that I’m curious to try. The Lemon Gelato seeds were limited to 500 and I hope they will be fantastic. Of course I have conserved some for later grows. My germination I germinated the seeds in a glass of water for 24 hours and then planted them in small pots with Lightmix. They sprouted after 2-3 days and are now showing their first true leaves. They look healthy and happy, except for one Lemon Gelato seed that didn’t make it, which was probably my fault. The other one is very lively. I have them under the lamp at 18/6 light cycle and at about 50 cm distance. I water them every two days with a spray bottle and a little bit of root juice. My expectations I’m looking forward to the new challenge, especially because it’s a mix of 4 strains this time and I hope we can build on past successes. I want to improve my scrog technique and top the plants at least 3 times. I also want to try mainlining on one of them. 420 Fastbuds Week 1 Gorilla Zkittlez Auto Hey hey what up grow family. Started another couple seeds from 420Fastbuds of this amazing looking strain Cherry Cola Auto. Germination started on 9/21 and 48hrs later after soaking in a glass of water they where put into the soil. Fast forward 48 more hours and we have sprouts that appear to be healthy. *Disclaimer - Please disregard the counting weeks - The mother is ready to be harvested so the updates moving forward are only for the clones* 05/17 - (C) - The babies are flowering accordingly - Long strans on the flower sites and healthy plant structure on all of them - I will increase their molasse intake to provide more carbohydrates on the feeds - I replaces the C02 bag with a fresh one to give the ladies fresh CO2 through out harvest. I will begin to decrease the light intensity on in the tent to ensure a clean productive harvest. 05/18 -(C)- The ladies trichomes are setting in nicely - they are in week 3 flower and the bud-sites are going in volume every day - Increase in "Raw NPK Cane Molasses" have increased their terp production. 05/23 - (M) - The mother was harvested last week - She yielded a little under 3ozs - She also produced nice dense buds with heavy trichomes and a nice earthy citrus smell - Pictures will be uploaded soon. 05/23 -(C) - The babies are flowering amazingly - nice earthy lemon citrus smell coming off the babies - Trimmed the bottom dead grow and some mid larf to redirect that energy back to the top.

#1 start showing male parts so it got pulled....also seem like a have a mag. Prob hopeful it clear out during the week..... TP #3 to 7gal pot during 2week flowering....also TP another one that i wasnt keeping track of in veg into a bigger pot that only start growing after I topped it

Start of the new week, some good growth seen.. can't complain, strong vigorous growth in a short space of time. Can't wait to see how quick she grows over the next couple days. Stay tuned. Day 26 - very quick growth from this one, in two minds about letting her go a bit longer in veg, or to flip to 12/12 at the end of week 4. So far so good. Day 27 - so far doing super good. Im due to flip as i cant wait anymore with the other girls needing to be flipped. But i shall see how she does, no doubt ill be running her again. Stay tuned.

Another great week. She stacked up her buds and should be getting the chop in the coming days. The frost on her is amazing. I also sampled a test nug and just dam. It's some quality bud lol.

3rd week of flowering looking great . No deficiencies , no pH problems. Did some defoliation and strategic leaf removal to let more light hit the buds.

This is the end of week 10 and the beginning of week 11 of veg. About another month of veg for these girls, before going into flowering near the end of May. The plants are healthy and doing good. They are just getting rainwater for now. There's lots of compost in the pots for them to feed from. they just need to get their roots into it. OK. Be Great. Chuck.

Day 21 Yay, Fiona is a dream of a plant so far. Huge, dark, lush leaves and fast development. She is going to be topped tomorrow as I am 100% sure she will be able to take it like a champ! Day 22 Got up early to top the princess and fed her nutes and calmag afterwards 🤞 Day 23 Fiona took the topping without any issues so far. I am expecting her development to be a bit slowed down but no major complications. Her leaves are as big as my hand and I am pretty sure she will fill up the entire 60x60 tent by the end of next week. Day 25 Yes, well. I don‘t even think Fiona slowed down after topping. I love this plant. Tomorrow, the two Autos will be gone. About time because she has started to stretch in every direction lately. Day 26 Today was a good day for the Princess. Started her with .3 water breakfast. In the afternoon, her roommates moved out and in the evening, I added the humidifier I got her and set up the SCROG. Hope she is as happy as I am.

Ive got two Skunk Apple Runz plants(tossed 1 when I repotted the plants) with exotic-looking leaves and some great genetics. These are seeds I made and both the parents were top notch. They're both about five inches tall and growing strong they both seem to have the growth strength from the ricky bobby Unfortunately, one of them might not make it because of some damage or mutation im not sure, it just seems to have stop growing upward correctly but the other one's looking really healthy. Happy late turkey day grow diaries world!!!! It's now day 24 from seed for all the seedlings I have going. The past few days the plants have really started to take off. There roots have really started to dig in. Every other water I am still giving 2ml per gal of fox farm grow big. I keep having to tell myself not to add any more nutes other than that. I don't want to fry my plants but I also want they to start jumping. I'm quite excited for the coming week, I think the next 7 days or so is when the plant really starts to transform and look more like a pot plant than just some random little green thing. A few days ago I decided to move the plants from under my 55w cheep amazon light to under my spider farmer 100w newer version light with the good leds in it. The plants will hopefully be ready to up pot them here soon and get them in the large tent. Sometimes when growing multiple different strains it can be really hard to balance giving to much or to little light. You don't want the faster growing plants to get to stretched out waiting on the slower plants to catch up I spend Thanksgiving day morning transplanting the plants into 2gal pots. I am useing spme promix potting soil it's my 1st time tring this soil. It is actually doing really well the roots were all white and nice looking. I think next time I'm going to add some worm casting, kelp, granular mycos, and a little bit extra perlite. I just didn't have the money with christmas coming to splurge for all the extra stuff. I got rid of 2 plants 1 of the bubble og and 1 skunk apple runtz. There is only room for 10 pots in the 2x4 tent. I will peob only bring 8 of them to flower, always good to have back ups. Yesterday I also stuck the plants back under the 500w medicgrow mini sun 2 in my 2x4 tent. They did great under it the 2nd half the day I was happy they didn't get stressed. I had put them under that light a little early about 10 days ago or so. I am expecting in a week these plants will ge going crazy with growth

Let's call it Fuego RSO.. 😎 you will need: 30g / 1 ounce trim or flowers, ground coarsely or blitzed 1 litre alcohol (better the expensive one which is food safe, butthen it would be nice to have a distiller to catch it.. so i take rubbing alcohol 99,9%) a cheap rice cooker, you need to be able to operate it with an open lid, and it needs to switch to keep warm function by itself! a USB cup heater a container for mixing the weed with the alcohol, made from ceramic or glass or something a stick for stirring a container to catch the green liquid (alcohol is magically dissolving many colors and other things so make sure you use the right materials here) a straining cloth, sieve, coffee filter etc to seperate the plant material from the green alcohol trichomes solution a scraper or spatula a heat proof glass to put on the USB heater for last finish a glass container or cyringe to store the finished oil some coconut oil and some small glass jars ° first you pour half of your alcohol over the flowers or trim and then stir for several minutes ° sieve the material, catch the green liquid ° put the material back into the bowl and mix with the other half of the alcohol, repeat ° put the minimum demanded amount of liquid in the rice cooker and switch on, stay there!!! keep the lid a bit open, this is really prone to catch fire now. i do it in the garden when it's windy.. So the girls are 4.5 weeks old there abouts. Happy with 4 of them (ish) seem to be transitioning to flower now so hopefully they get a nice stretch as there really short making me panic a little. Can see purple straight away.

She's developing pretty fast and looking very strong snd healthy, although she's having to deal with fungus gnats which are making her grow a little slow however I'm about to start treating her with nematode steinernema feltiae. Auto Black Cherry Punch-PyramidSeeds 5/17-23 W6F4 This week I’ve been flushing with plain ph 6.5 water since each plant shows a different level of nutrient issues. All of the black cherry punch gals are in flower with a 45-day window. BCP1 started flower 4/30, which puts harvest June 15th. BCP 5 & 6 are 2 weeks behind BCP1. BCP6 now 24inches tall, started flower on May 14 (~July 1 harvest). BCP5 had a 8 inch stretch this week and is now 20 inches tall. In addition, has started to bloom on May 19. Mild defoliation throughout this week. Flush imminent so will leave the remaining fans as nute banks. Next run with these genetics I'll be running a monstercropped clone under this scrog and will go heavier with the defoliation earlier on. I was advised this on here this grow and did a bit but have learned I need more! Forever learning. Looks like it's gonna be an epic harvest. These girls smell absolutely dank. Testament to the quality of these Madame Grow Fertilisers. Harvest just get better every time!
