MANNNNNN.. It’s the end of week 4 and holy hell is she a bushy BEAST!!! She seemingly out grew whatever was going on with her leafs and I’m soooo glad I hadn’t pulled her out when I was faced with the “TMV” nonsense!! She’s growing strong and needs daily adjusting with the lst! Again, sorry if my photos are a little out of order but check out the timelapsed video!!

The Extrakush, the odd one out. What started out as a save because my third-party Barneys Farm seeds didn't germinate, this diary was supposed to be about their Runtz, but when dealers sell old seeds and replace those old with some even older seeds Expert seeds, fool me thrice.... So this was a shot in the dark, these were the only seeds I had available at the time, bought as a try out for the garden. A species designed for NW European climate. And she had, due to germination disasters, two weeks less of growing and she had a brother in the same pot, only removed in flowering. Still she filled out the entire tent and some space of her failing neighbour: the Gorilla. What a gem this strain is, look at those buds, look at her outperforming expensive seeds at a dollar a seed. Yes we still have to see some trichomes, yes she is mostly still hairy and not filled out yet but she is racing there. Let's hope on some quality smoke from this lady, for now, consider weedseeds.site as a place for quality strains. In Italia i cambiamenti climatici sono molto evidenti, questo mese di maggio è stato come aprile cioè pioggia incessante ogni giorno e temperature pazze con sbalzi assurdi ma nonostante ciò le bellissime dutchfem autofiorenti continuano a crescere in maniera abbondante, rapida e compatte. Ero preoccupato per il terreno troppo bagnato ma per fortuna non hanno minimamente stressato o rallentato la crescita di queste varietà autofiorenti così adatte ad ogni esigenza. Alcune sono già in pre fioritura e massimo tra dieci giorni la fioritura sarà evidente. Il meteo migliorerà tra una settimana circa e quindi con il caldo estivo forte italiano queste varietà non faranno che fiorire in maniera massiccia come ogni anno saranno risultati indimenticabili soprattutto in outdoor biologico. Alcune sono state morse da lumache che spesso tentano di mangiare le foglie ma non hanno ottenuto nulla, queste piante si difendono bene. I nutrienti a lenta cessione è risultato inutile con la pioggia incessante si è sciolto subito ma non è un problema perché il terreno è molto equilibrato e nutrito da anni. Verranno nutrite a fioritura inoltrata,per ora crescono abbastanza rapide e non hanno bisogno di ulteriori attenzioni. Hanno circa sei internodi alcune quindi la fioritura magica a breve inizieranno tutte insieme come una sinfonia musicale!

She is bursting with terpenes! I pressed a 6.6g puck and I got a 1.74g return at 220F (26%) my mold is made to hold about 15g so I suspect I lost some recovery to the filter bag. Just learning on the press but I’m getting wonderful results and returns around 25%.

At this point the special queen and kush were sprouting, the ak-47 with 3 weeks and the critical with 1 week

On the final few days of a 10 day flush. Will be chopping down this week to harvest and hang dry. Really excited to try this one. The smells in the room are unreal.

Some of you may have wondered: Why do I use CO2 at average 950 ppfd μmol/m2/s (moral flow)? The answer is quite simple. Because of lack of space in some regions of my cultivation area, I simply cannot keep the ideal distance to my Sanlight high-performance lamp, due to some height growth of various strains. And so some of the main colas have ppfd values of 1250 μmol/m2/s and even more... So this is how I manage to achieve and compensate for such high radiation levels even with a CO 2 balance. And I have to say, my strategy to avoid various light stress symptoms works just fabulously. In combination with CO 2 implementation, my babies are simply unbeatably insensitive to light. Thats it! Beginning of 3rd week flowering: Again feeding my babies by 36 hours fermented potions of Bio Tabs Kompost Tea PK-Booster (15 g pro Liter) and added: 5ml Orgatrex/Liter 1 Spoon of Bactrex 1 Spoon of Mycotrex 1 Spoon of Mycco-Vital 1 Spoon of Dynomyco A little tip for those who are interested in small modifications that have a big difference or influence - on the result - effect - beauty - health - taste! Before adding microorganisms or beneficial bacteria or Mycorrizae and Trichodermas, please use oxygen-saturated water. On the one hand, unwanted chlorine gases evaporate and the small world of the microbiome becomes even faster and more rewarding in compost tea to sprout. Last but not least for this week, I would like to introduce my reasons, why I prefer growing biologically and sustainably. First of all, it’s something which suits very well in these times/days we are living now. Sustainability is a big need and task for our planet. 🌎 Nature means life. Our home, the air we breathe and everything that surrounds us. Not just today. Hopefully tomorrow as well. Maybe I'm starting to protect our environment on a small scale, but maybe I can also make a big difference at all. If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change... I thought about what’s the difference, between Mineral Feeding and Super Soil Feeding. It’s very easy. Biologically Growing is a similar process than the natural soil activities out there in the lap of nature’s. So plants has to work and interact with the microorganisms and microbiomic communities in the soil. So the plants will never get lazy like the lazy ones of mineral feeding growers. If you grow biologically, you will feed the soil first and the microorganisms will support every parameter next to your plant conditions. And that will generate an unbelievable spectrum of Terpenes and Trichomes you will never forget. It’s the same comparison, when you daily visit McDonalds and you eat only fast food. Addendum for Day 53: At the moment we unfortunately have another winter onset here in Germany. This means that I am forced to take additional heating measures due to structural facts in order to be able to keep the temperatures constant. After all, just tonight the thermometer climbs again to -1 degree Celsius. In addition, my exhaust air system runs out of my bedroom terrace and I therefore grow winter and summer with the patio door open. Well, sometimes I experience real weather-related challenges. But all in all, no problem... "Where there's a will, there's a way." Addendum to pouring out the fermented PK tea: I always administer half a liter of lukewarm aerated water with 3.5 ml of cannazyme per liter to each plant. This means that the "root machine" is not supplied with supplies unprepared and the nutrient solution can thus also be better distributed in the soil. Since I also work with cloth shoes, I spray them evenly moistened everywhere with water that is also warm before pouring them out from the outside. This has the advantage that the moisture stays where it should: in the pot! ... I did the math today ;-) We are still in week 7 until this Friday. And week 8 starts on Friday! OMG... still so much time yeahh! Today my Fast Buds Sour Jealousy and Sweet Seeds Big Devil and Dark Devil Automatics arrived. I'm looking forward to it. This time Fast Buds next Time Sweet Seeds. Love them too. Very beautiful genetics. Today a review video of the beginning of week 3. At the time of the pictures, I had minor signs of nitrogen excess. (Light peaks first at the crown of the roof and then slightly continuing to the middle section.) I then painstakingly racked my brains as to why this could be. I found that very slight dry spots had formed and therefore the root found small accumulations of nitrogen that caused its problems. But then, when I carefully homogeneously checked the moisture content in the substrate, the problem evaporated again. However, they had not shown any loss of growth rate during this time. Nevertheless, they developed as expected. They Strawnanas had no problem with that. In the end, I always have a hard time killing them. But I guess that's the way things go. We live and die. 10/6/2024 Starting to reduce PPM in the reservoir with just pH-adjusted water. Buds are putting on some weight now! Lights are turned up to 95% and raised the one directly over the plant to another inch or so. Recorded daytime air temperature in the tent is around 83F, leaf temperature is 78F. Keeping humidity around 50-55% in the tent. Lung room is set to 45% humidity. 10/8/2024 Noticed some potential light bleaching from the lights likely being too close at too high of an intensity. Backed them down to 90% and will likely remain there for the rest of the week. Some minor nutrient issues showing up with black tips and mild rust spotting on larger fan leaves, maybe early fade, but likely a slight deficiency with a slight p/k excess. Pumped off 2 gallons of reservoir to replace with fresh nutrient solution. 10/9/2024 Plants are showing signs of fade already as mentioned yesterday. Daytime air temps are rising in the tent due to outdoor temps falling and indoor AC not running consistently. I am ok with daytime temps rising to about 82-84F as long as the bud/leaf temperatures stay closer to 80F. Running humidity as low as I am (40-50%) is increasing the VPD (up to 1.8-2.0) on the plants considerably during the daytime. I am glad I left as much plant material as I did as it is helping considerably during these high VPD windows. The smell is amazingly strong with notes of fruit, pine, and a few notes of diesel coming through. Super pungent!

So as you can see I now have four flowering which I guess were the autos and I have one gelato that is still vegging and is doing damn good. There are two that have lighter color leaves, I’m trying to focus on on these and see if I can get better production. As for the tall GG in the back, leaves are waxy and have resin production starting. A lot better, overall I’m learning more and more every week! Friday, September 25, 2020 Chopped to dry in closet. No trimming needed Wednesday, September 30, 2020 Trimmed and jarred. Very little trimmings were thrown away. My first indoor grow was a success! I don't have the largest tent so it was nice to keep it short. Not the biggest yield in the world but it was a fun experience. My only regret is not watering or feeding it enough. I'm main-lining my other auto grows so we'll see how those do. Thanks! -JTGROW

Week 8 10-14 Water, both drinking around 750 ml a day! Pretty much just fun with pictures from here. Kosher still seems a bit hungry, but doing awesome! Ztrawberriez is just nasty! Cant seem to get good enough pictures! Lol 10-17 Water and Guy was up to no good! 😻 10-15 Guy stopped in to pose today! 10-19 Flushed both today. I thought they should be low on food, but I over loaded again, I guess. K ppm starting was 1200, now 440 Z 1050 now 310 Sheesh! One day I may Not over feed. 🤣 I even thought 2 tbs was light. 🤣 .
