Well day 34 of flower today week 6. Let me start by saying that this week hasn't been too good for my white widow, all sort of issues, first she started to burn with the nutes, that was corrected fast, but then I had a power outbreak on my air pump and water quality went to hell follow by that Ph sky rocket and was very hard to keep steady. All that is now under control bit she suffered a lot this week and I'm afraid my yield is going to be affected by this terrible week. 😕

💜 8×8 Adventure – Week 13 Purple Haze by Zamnesia – Pheno B The Little Frosty Queen Is Not So Little Anymore… ❄️💜👑🌸 Welcome back to another chapter of the 8×8 Adventure! 🌱💚 And... GUESS WHO FINALLY DECIDED TO SHOW UP PROPERLY FOR THE CAMERA? 😂📸 Our little Purple Haze Pheno B. And I have to say... I'm really, really happy we have the photographs this week. Because this girl deserves them. 💜❄️👑 For a long time, her story has been about being the smaller sister. The slower sister. The girl taking the scenic route while Pheno A was basically driving with the accelerator welded to the floor. 😂💜🚀 But now? Something has changed. She's stacking. She's growing. She's getting denser. She's getting frostier. And when I look closely at those flowers... HOLY SHIT. 😂❄️🌸 This girl may not be big in the same way her sister is... but she's definitely BIG. Just in her own way. She's compact. She's dense. She's incredibly frosty. She's developing some beautiful flower structure. And the amount of frost is getting to the point where even the leaves are starting to curl around those flowers under the weight of everything happening there. That's the kind of problem I don't mind looking at. 😂💜❄️ So this week... we finally get to give our Little Frosty Queen the proper spotlight she deserves. ──────────────────────── 🌱 WEEK 13 – THE LITTLE QUEEN IS STACKING Let's start with the biggest change. She's stacking. And she's stacking beautifully. 🌸🌸🌸 This is one of those moments where I have to admit that the girl I was calling "slow" is starting to make me eat my words. 😂 She's still slower than her sister. Absolutely. She's still smaller. Absolutely. But she's moving. And more importantly... she's building. The flowers are becoming more substantial. The structures are becoming denser. The individual flower sites are starting to look increasingly developed. And the frost? Well... the frost is becoming ridiculous. ❄️❄️❄️ This girl is starting to look like somebody accidentally turned the trichome machine up too high. 😂💜 And I'm absolutely loving it. ──────────────────────── 💜 SMALL DOESN'T MEAN SMALL FLOWERS This is probably the biggest misconception I could have if I only described this girl by her size. Yes. She's not a giant. She's not standing there trying to compete with her sister's enormous architecture. She's more compact. More controlled. More contained. But look at the flowers. 😂 That's where the story changes. She's not small in the way that matters. She's small in overall plant size... but her flowers are becoming increasingly substantial. Dense. Structured. Frosty. Beautiful. So when I say: "She's not big..." I immediately have to follow it with: "...but she's big." 😂💜👑 Because she absolutely is. She's making herself noticed in a completely different way. Her sister dominates through size. Pheno B is starting to dominate through density and frost. And honestly? I love that contrast. ──────────────────────── ❄️ THE FROSTY QUEEN HAS ENTERED ANOTHER LEVEL This girl has always had frost. That isn't new. But this week? It's becoming difficult to ignore. ❄️💜❄️ The flowers are absolutely coated. And when you get closer with the camera, the details become ridiculous. The sugar leaves are carrying frost. The flowers are carrying frost. The little structures around the developing buds are catching the light. And suddenly... you understand why this girl earned the name: The Little Frosty Queen. 👑❄️ But there's something else I really noticed. Some of those leaves are beginning to curl around the flowers. And when you look closely at them... they're absolutely covered. It's almost like the plant is wrapping the flowers in a layer of frosty decoration. 😂❄️🌿 She's not just getting frosty. She's becoming a frost-covered little monster. And I absolutely love it. ──────────────────────── 🌸 DENSE BUDS – THAT'S WHAT I'M SEEING NOW Another thing that immediately catches my attention is the density. The flowers aren't just developing outward. They're starting to look increasingly compact. Dense. Packed. Substantial. And that's really interesting because earlier in the diary, so much of her story was about waiting. Waiting for her to move. Waiting for her to catch up. Waiting for her to show us more. Well... I think she's finally decided: "Okay, okay, I'm ready." 😂💜 And now she's showing us. The structure is there. The flowers are developing. The stacking is happening. And the density is becoming much more obvious. That's the progression I wanted to see. Not necessarily a huge increase in plant size... but a clear increase in what she's building. And that's exactly what we're getting. ──────────────────────── 👭 THE TWO SISTERS ARE STILL COMPLETELY DIFFERENT This comparison is getting more interesting every week. Purple Haze Pheno A: 💜 Big 💜 Tall 💜 Massive flower structures 💜 Extremely noticeable 💜 Fast-moving Purple Haze Pheno B: 💜 More compact 💜 Smaller overall 💜 Dense flowers 💜 Extremely frosty 💜 Slower, but catching up in her own way Same genetic family. You start with: "Nice flower." Then: "Oh, that's frosty." Then: "Okay... that's VERY frosty." Then: "Why are the leaves covered in this much frost?" 😂❄️💜 And that's exactly what I love about macro photography. The naked eye gives you the overall impression. The camera gives you the details. And suddenly that little plant we were waiting on... doesn't look quite so little anymore. She's still compact. But compact doesn't mean insignificant. Quite the opposite. She's using the structure she has very efficiently. And that's something I really like about her. She doesn't need to occupy half the tent. She just needs to make the space she has count. And she's doing exactly that. ──────────────────────── 👑 THE LITTLE FROSTY QUEEN IS GETTING HER CROWN BACK After all the delays... all the slow weeks... all the: "Come on, girl..." 😂 She's finally giving us the answer we were waiting for. 🌼 Flowering – Week 2 (Days 36–42) 10/18 (Day 36 – Start of Week 5): Watered with the same nutrient solution as last week (2.5 ml/L CalMag + 1.4 ml/L Coco A + 1.4 ml/L Coco B). Not adding PK yet — I’ll wait until the stretch fully ends before introducing it. Measured heights today: tallest = 122 cm, shortest = 61 cm, average = 84 cm. Did not measure runoff this time. 10/19 (Day 37): Average vertical growth today: +4.66 cm, showing the stretch is slowing down. Watered again with the same solution as yesterday. The canopy remains uneven, with clear height differences between phenotypes — I’ll adjust pot heights soon to improve light distribution. Plants look healthy overall, no visible stress or nutrient issues. 10/20 (Day 38): Watered with water + CalMag + AN Micro (micronutrient maintenance day). Adjusted the height of the shorter pots, and now PPFD across the canopy is much more uniform. Average daily growth was +5.33 cm — the defoliation slowed them down briefly, but they’ve regained momentum. The tallest plant is now 132 cm, and I’ve had to raise the lights to their maximum height — any further stretch could become a problem for space. 10/21 (Day 39): Watered with the same nutrient solution as before, increasing total volume to 1.5 L per plant to achieve about 25% runoff. Performed a massive defoliation — foliage density was too high, and the dehumidifier couldn’t keep up with transpiration. Suspect that the excessive stretch was partially due to insufficient light intensity, since readings were only ~360 PPFD when ideal for this stage is 500–600 PPFD. Raised light intensity to 430 PPFD to gradually correct this. 10/22 (Day 40): Same watering as yesterday (1.5 L, ~25% runoff). Runoff: EC 1000, pH 6.6 Plants look strong and are adapting well to the increased light. Tomorrow I’ll introduce PK 13/14 at low dosage to initiate the first phase of bloom boosting. 10/23 (Day 41): Watered with 1.5 L. Introduced 0.3 ml/L PK 13/14 (first light dose) and 0.5 ml/L AN Micro after noticing one plant showing small brown spots between leaf veins (possible early micronutrient deficiency). Runoff: EC 1000, pH 6.6 Plants look stable overall, no visible stress from new additives. 10/24 (Day 42 – End of Week 5): Watered again with the same solution as yesterday. Input/Runoff: EC 1000, pH 6.6 Humidity has been difficult to control — RH stays around 60%, which lowers VPD. Planning to increase airflow and raise temperature slightly to improve VPD levels and moisture evacuation. Week 5 Summary 🌸 Stage: End of stretch and transition to full flower development. 📈 Growth: Height stabilized around 130 cm (tallest). Stretch nearly complete. ⚙️ Feeding: Base mix: 2.5 CalMag + 1.4 A/B (EC 1300). Runoff steady at EC 1000 / pH 6.6, indicating perfect nutrient uptake. Introduced PK 13/14 (0.3 ml/L) and AN Micro (0.5 ml/L) for bloom support. 💧 Watering: 1.5 L with 25–30% runoff per plant. No salt buildup detected. 💡 Lighting: PPFD increased from 360 → 430 µmol/m²/s after noticing under-lighting. Nutrients: Maintain base feed at EC 1300–1400 µS, pH 5.8 ± 0.1. Increase PK 13/14 slightly to 0.4–0.5 ml/L if no stress appears. Keep AN Micro 0.5 ml/L once per week for micronutrient balance. Both parents of this cross were super gas very weak start. Plants were not strong enough to push the seeds off so I had todo surgery. I really wander if it has something todo with how long you dry the seeds these were almost fresh seeds maybe 13days after harvest then I popped them. 3 of them going so far

3rd week of flowering Did a lollipop, took some clones and now I'm making a fungal aerobic tea for the next week. Day 21: Don't know if I defoliate it or not and how many leaves? Just the big ones? Just the low ones? I'm scared lol

Buds are not as dense as the first purple punch but the mass is more. Will keep this updated up to drying. Edit #1 June 15 : buds have been washed in baking soda/lime juice warm water (32*C) > rtp water (27*C) > cold water (22*C). Buds then will be hung to dry for 24 hours in AC (45% humid). At day 2 (or in another 24 hours) will move the buds into another room for 24 hours again @65-75% humidity. Day 3 (or in another and probably the last 24 hours of drying) will move back into ac and then a stem test on each branch will be conducted to see if they are dry enough. If they are not dry enough after day 3 (2 days ac @ 45% and 1 day rtp @65-75%) then a 4th day of ac drying will occur and then more branch tests. Upon being sufficiently dry, the final trim of the sugar leaves will occur and then jarring with some Boveda 58%. Thanks for reading, more edits to come.
