Flowering is really stunned in this very cold weather, still a fun thought seeing my plant still alive while all the tree already have lost their leaves. Today i chopped the remaining branches on my right maincola, the left will stay 1 to 3 more weeks, im gonna push that one with all the risk of every risk🤗 i wett trimmed the branches again and hanged them, after i took away the first drying batch from 10 days ago. I weighted that what was still hanging at 49 grams dry weight, adding up to a total of 64 grams so far... Im guessing the total amount of dry weight on this plant will be around 300 grams unfortunately... If this would have flowered lets say 1,5 month earlier( like it was fking expecter to do!!!) It would have made a kilo for sure

One more week here we go, and this girls are ready to Flower, I’ve defoliate them a bit, gave them some foliar feeding and provably tomorrow or so i will put them to sleep for 24 h and wake them up at 12/12. Color on the leafs is back were i like and there for the time is now, the only reason I didn’t do it yet is because i want to take some clones from them just in case something outstanding comes out of this run, better safe than sorry and this way i can save the pheno with i like the most 😇💚 As for the LED department, i believe this VIPRARSPECTRA P2000 is just perfect for this 3x3 closet, PPFD numbers are on point and my girls are loving the spectrum coming out of it. Que gran genética, y muy típica entre fumadores de hierba, un crecimiento más indico pero floración lenta bastante lenta, en teoría se supone que es Sativa, 17% thc en la tas con un tamaño medio pequeño pero flores mi compactas y dulces, un cultivo ni fácil ni difícil, sin más, bastante neutral para los cambios climáticos algo sensible con el aspecto alimentación. Hi Gromie's welcome to my 8th grow, have been half hearted at doing perpetual growing in recent times. Just get a bit lazy after a grow& harvest ( as U put a lot of time, love,& energy & passion into those beautiful girls who will reciprocate the love in return in the form of beautiful sticky solid dense & plentiful buds😍 but it can take a bit out of you! I tell myself I'll take a week off & then I've got around a pound+ to trim & I end up slacking for a couple of weeks, even been guilty of murdering a few clones/ young plants by starvation & or mistreat them & slow/stunt growth. But I am tired of running out of weed & waiting ages 4 more . I smoke a lot & recoup my grow cost, nutrient, electricity & initial investment. Due to demand! (Seem people prefer to get home grown hydro due to the very high quality & great terpenes) it runs out Fast. So after much thought I've decided to get right on top of thing's with my grows this will be my 8th grow in just over 2years & the plan is to run an expanded & upgraded Hydroponic perpetual operation. Originally started in 1mx1m with 600watt hps/mh . Upgraded to 1.2m tent & mars hydro FC-E480 480watt. Fooled around a bit with perpetual using 1m tent 4 veg. 7 quite successful grows & harvest's. Average a pound per grow from 4 plants easily with the FC-E 4800. Upgraded to 1.2 X 2.4m tent for flower, using old1.2m flower tent as new veg tent & old 1mx1m veg tent will be a drying tent /extra grow space if needed.Ive also set up cloning & propergation area , storage space 4 nutrients & grow equipment & workbench/ desk to record diary/grow journal . Both tents are hooked up to a 2 into 1 splitter venting out window, flower tent uses filter both tents run 6" air extraction set ups. Clone light is a viper spectra p600 100watt fully dimmable to a couple of watts. I obviously don't need that many watts for clone area (on 25watts) but this light was cheaper than a led or T5 clone light & versatile, use in veg or flower tent. Veg runs a viper spectra XS1500 150 watt & have a 2 nd XS1500 if needed flower tent runs a mars hydro FC-E4800 480watt with top feed recirculating hydro. Waiting on another FC-E 4800 for the other side of flowering tent & will do some DWC that side. Should easily pull 2+ , training & scrogs hopefully closer to 3p

This was another hot, hot week with a big rainstorm. Take a look at the measuring cup, it is full of rainwater. Zamnesia Mango Kush continues to smell and is very sticky. It is tall and with packed buds It should be ready to take down in a couple of weeks. Half way through this grow, I had to stop using Miracle Grow and change my grow plan. I decide to use Advance Nutrients Jungle Juice for the rest of the grow. Jungle Juice’s selling point is that it is the only nutrient that I should need during the entire grow. One just need to make the solution stronger as the plant matures. The directions say to “stir vigorously” and that is true. It is very clumpy and I had to stir and shake the bottle a lot. As your plant is in veg and growing larger, directions say to up your Jungle Juice to 4 ml per liter. If my calculations are correct, I am using approx. 5 tablespoons per 5 gallon bucket. 1 gal is 3.78 liters 5 gallons=18.92 liters 4ml jungle juice per liter x 18.92 liters= 75.7 ml which is = to 5.119 tablespoons per 5 gallon bucket of water As the end of the summer is quickly approaching, I have spent some time reflecting this week on all of the contests that I have entered and not won this summer. It can be a little frustrating because of all the time I have spent taking pictures and writing commentary. But, instead of it getting me down, I have to think about all of the positive take aways and I want to share them on this platform. I have read a lot of diaries and now know why I am just an apprentice. I have a lot to learn from all of you. There are some really good growers with a lot of experience and crazy grow techniques. So much knowledge is on this platform-it’s mind boggling. To be a great grower, you must be willing to be vulnerable and put yourself out there and try different suggestions and new techniques. I have made a few friend that I enjoy chatting with. I enjoy reading comments versus just seeing likes. My best friend on grow diaries is @Natrona and my neighbor as well. She has been growing longer than I have been so I routinely learn from her. This summer I learned to mix 1 cup of Perlite into my soil. I can see where my plants need the air flow. And, I now I only defoliate fan leaves that absolutely need to be gone. I let the fan leaves stay on until they fall off. I want my buds to pull all the nutrients they can out of the fan leaves. I also bought 2 new tools that @natrona suggested. The first was a water PH tester and the second was my Max-ee Magnifier which is informative and fun to use. This cycle was all along a great pleasure. The plants developed MUCH BETTER THAN EXPECTED, the result under the Q6W-Gen. 2 LED lamps from SANlight is FANTASTIC. I have NEVER harvested more from plants of the same strain under HPS and the quality of the bud (trichomes, taste aroma) is MUCH BETTER when grown under LED, my decision is definitely made, I will continue to solemnly grow with LED-lights in the future. I harvested 2250 gram of Shiva Skunk and 3009 gram of Serious Kush, that a total amount of 5259 gram. In relation to the 3000 Watts (incl. dimmed part!) power of the LED-lights thats an AMAZING 1,753 gram per Watt.

Week three, seedlings were not as root bounded as I though but still time to transplant. I am transplanting them all into 1gal rapidstacks. I noticed the roots look nice and healthy, that live soil is packed with nutrients and beneficial bacteria the plants love it! I added a few bamboo stakes in each pot and wrapped some garden wire around them to support the branches. The flowers are starting to get a little heavier now and some of the branches will need some support. Everything got a good feeding a couple days ago and have responded well. One of the plants got burnt by the light for a couple of days, killing a few of the top fan leaves. The top flowers on that plant are a little more fluffy than the other plants, but it has been moved to a cooler spot in the tent now.
