No major phenotypic differences so far — which makes this run especially interesting to follow. ⸻ 🌸 Week 5 overview — transition into flower This week marks what feels like the first “real” flower week: • Clear bud sites forming • Vertical growth slowing slightly • Side branches pushing up evenly • Plants staying compact and well-balanced They’re stacking nicely and responding very well to the gentle training approach. ⸻ 🌿 Training & canopy management No heavy interventions here: • Continuous leaf tucking • Gentle branch bending • Very light LST, only where needed to open the canopy No defoliation beyond what’s absolutely necessary. The goal remains: let the plant decide, we just guide So far, this approach is paying off. ⸻ 🍽️ Nutrition & irrigation strategy (important update) ➕ CalMag introduced this week Not because the plants are deficient — but because: • We’re using rainwater + dehumidifier water • These sources are very low in minerals • Calcium & Magnesium need to be present before demand spikes This also explains the EC adjustments this week. ⸻ 🚿 Hand-watered plants • EC: 1.43 • pH: 5.9–6.0 • Water temp: 22.8°C Carefully adjusted to support flower transition without pushing too hard. ⸻ 💧 AutoPot-fed plants (6 plants) • EC: 2.29 • pH: 6.01 • Water temp: 22.8°C AutoPots are running mineral-only inputs, as organic inputs don’t perform well in this system. Higher EC here is intentional and controlled. ⸻ 🔍 Plant handling All plants are regularly: • Taken out of the tent • Checked for weight, water demand, and overall condition • Then returned to their position This helps ensure each plant gets exactly what it needs. ⸻ 🌡️ Environment (winter realities) • Outside: ~5°C, RH 92–96% • Grow room: • Temp: ~21.8°C • RH: ~58% Not ideal on paper — but the plants are not complaining, so we adapt and keep observing. ⸻ 💡 Lighting • PPFD: ~700–850 (depending on plant size and position) • Plants are praying consistently, showing good light response We let the plants “decide” how much they want to push. No forcing — just monitoring. 🔦 Under-canopy lighting — phased introduction By the end of this week, we’ll be plugging in the under-canopy lights. The canopy has already grown past the main light plane, and the goal here is not to blast the lowers — but to signal the plant that light is present from all directions. Why we’re doing this: • Encourage lower and inner bud sites to stay active • Reduce the “shade shutdown” response • Support more uniform flower development • Improve airflow and plant posture as branches respond to multidirectional light Important note: This will start very gently — low intensity, just enough to be perceived. PPFD and intensity under the canopy will be increased gradually, only if the plants respond positively. The idea isn’t forcing production — it’s communication. We let the plant decide how much it wants to use. ⸻ Fungus gnats — honesty section Yes, we’re seeing a small fungus gnat presence: • Yellow sticky traps installed • More intentional dry-downs • Actively monitoring, not panicking Personal thought (not science, just observation): A mild, controlled pressure may trigger subtle defense responses. Whether that translates into anything meaningful later… we’ll see. She looks absolutely awesome, has come stronger since the supercroping technique,she got the branches up again,and now she's more open and can get a bigger light penetration in all the bud sites,let's see how this wonderful lady performs,the aroma it's not too strong yet and the resin production is not too much either but smells very sweet,let's see how she performs! 💚🌱✌️💎

Como escribí anteriormente, no pensé en realizar un seguimiento, por lo tanto, no tengo fotos de todas las semanas. Desde esta semana sí llevaré un seguimiento. Estas fotos y videos son del día que inicia la semana 6. Desde el inicio de la floración, la planta ha multiplicado por tres aproximadamente su tamaño. El olor es riquísimo, como a frutas exóticas muy dulces. Fui demasiado ambicioso y le di demasiada vegetación considerando el pequeño espacio de la carpa. Como dispongo de muy poco espacio, quise aprovecharlo al máximo; todo el espacio está repleto de puntas, lo que no deja pasar mucha luz a los cogollos de abajo. Hay demasiada materia vegetal, por lo que, para evitar la aparición de hongos, tengo muy vigilada la humedad. La extracción de aire y la ventilación están encendidas casi todo el tiempo para evitar la botritis. Nos vemos la siguiente semana.

Day 36 I guess I can call it bloom. Nice strong pistils shooting all over. She is the tallest so far making me raise my lights a little more. Day 38 Now Californian Snow is the tallest :) Ztrawberry stopped at a perfect height, it looks like she's gonna develop into a beautiful lady. Fat white pistils all over 😻 Day 39 Happy girl got 2500ml cm bg bb bh 6.3ph ~1EC She is perfect, symmetrical, stopped stretching at about 50cm, flowers are mostly leveled, branches are strong, leaves point up unless I water. I think she's also turning purple. Beaut 😻 Day 42 I think I saw some burnt tips but she still looks super happy and healthy. The most vigorous plant I've had.

beautiful girl ill suggest for anyone to grow! the trim was easy as i prepared the harvest and defoliated along the way! i took a different route that will now add to my future grows where i lowered the lights power to 50-60% and lowered the light close to the tops and had my light turning off 2 hours earlier for the last 3 days! and wow oh wow the density the terpenes the THC i can't wait for her to dry, my normal is 5 days! she smelled so good! could especially catch that mint when pulling off the little fan leaves! she has so many tones! will be sure to seek out some more from super sativa seed club! they're impressive! video will be added and updated as soon as its rendered! be sure to check out my Instagram page for daily updates!

Defoliated some of the bigger fan leaves, I know it may be risky technique but since she has grown into the tent, space is tight and in order to maximise flower sites, I decided to remove some foliage to get better coverage. Flowering is taking off and have decided to increase the dosage of the nutrients to see if she can handle the feeding, she has grown quickly in the last couple of days and want to see if I can push her to the maximum. Healthy and happy plants, no more issues with spidermites (Thank goodness!), no more needing to treat a flowering plant (if I had to, I would drench the plant in a mixture of H202, liquid dishwashing detergent and water to ensure that buds are not covered with nasty chemicals). Clones have been taken and in this pic, can be seen that it has rooted, clones were taken off during defoliation session during 2nd week of flower.

The week ain’t over yet but so far so good. What i’ve done: •Germinated the seed in a glass of water •Replanted it from a 2.7 liter pot to a 6 liter bucket with drilled holes at the bottom. ———————————————————————— What i’ll do the coming days: •Give the plant a 150w led light •Give the plant 18/6 light instead of 24 hours

Was really fun to grow this plant!

Starting to fade as the strain is 62-67 days. Multiple frosty buds. The leaves hav started to turn purple on several of the buds. All should be purple in the next week

Hi. I have good news - my plant began to bloom after 2 weeks of vegetation. This is good news and you can already see small flowers The smell is minimal - a little mint with sweet aromas. All branches are covered with inflorescences. I am very happy with the fast flowering. Now I will do defoliation of large leaves. I will add more Blooms and PCs to plant diet this week. i will keep light same 18/6. PPM: 550 - 650 PH: 6.30 - 6.50

WEEK 14/04-20/04 : Just one clone is growing, the others are still rooting. I'm going to select 2 for complete the growing cycle and one to create the new clones, as mother. I'm going to top the fastest soon and check wich one would be the selected for growing. 😀.

11-1-2025 she is looking great 1 day pass schedule harvest date. Im push her until a sign to show and tell cut her down beautiful out. It was pretty difficult getting the video with the trichome. Holding the jewelry loop on the back of the phone, being steady ✨️ 👌 takes work

I was not able to dedicate the full time I needed to make this happen today, so I decided I would give it one more day. One thing I am noticing is the color of the leaves. I've always wanted to grow a strain that has purple in it, and it looks like this plant turned super purple. I couldn't tell because of the lights. 9/24/23 - Day 115 - I'm 2hrs away from chopping. With the Leaf box, you have to stay on your timeline, No rushing it, and no waiting. Always right on time. I started the grow at 3 pm 115 days ago so from 3 pm - 3 pm is a full 24/hrs. I'll update after 3 p.m. I already have my tripod, tools, cleaning materials, etc., up and ready. We will drain the water, ill then remove the roots and clean out the tub. Then, I'll start to remove the branches one at a time. Once they are removed, I will then get the hanging supports in place. Then I will hang them upside down and hope there is enough room. :) I've noticed I have a lot of views on this grow. One thing I feel I should do a better job of (based on all the messages I received) is documenting the process that I follow throughout the grow. So I'll start my next grow in November. I'll document it with better "this is how I do this in Leaf" type details. 2 hours and counting! See you at 3 PM! 9/24/23 - I started at 3 p.m. and finally finished around 9 p.m. Holy shit, am I tired...... I have a lot of pictures and videos to upload. I'll add some photos tonight with some videos to follow tomorrow. I don't know how much I have yet, I need to wait until I can jar them to weigh them. I was able to get all the buds off and hung. With a couple of bags of A/B stock (Snicklefritz) of leftovers that I didn't want to hang. In just the Snicklefritz, I had 219g of wet buds. Ill know the full dry amount in a couple of days. I was REALLY happy with the amount of buds. There were more than 75 branches of bud to hang/dry. Its the most weed I have grown ever. Now that the buds are all back in the box. The Leaf box will handle all of the drying process. It will maintain temperature as well as humidity. I now wait and check daily to check for dryness. I think one more day should work before I start putting them in jars. I already trimmed them. Its a prefrence on trimming before/after drying. Becuase I had so much I wanted to make sure there was enough air space. This is my first grow in this box so this will be floor, theres no where to go but up from here. Im hoping to finish out this journal in September with a final weight.

Week 11 (Mar 11 – Mar 17) March 11–16 → trichome close-ups, mostly clear/milky. March 20 → end of stretch, buds swelling, first pistils turning orange. ⸻ Week 12 (Mar 18 – Mar 24) Grow left on autopilot during vacation. Plants stable, humidity/temps under control. Buds continue swelling naturally. ⸻ Week 13 (Mar 25 – Mar 31) Returned March 31 → plants very big, buds thickening. Trichomes mostly milky, no amber yet.
