I'll be updating the comment with the daily log shortly, but figured I'd get the photos and weekly overview up. I started off this week with a topping at about the 4th node, leaving the larger fan leaves on for now. I then left then alone for a bit while I waited for the new branches at the nodes to grow out, rotating as needed. By the end of the week, they had all bushed back up with new foliage and growth. I also included photos pf the flowering mother plant to keep up with that sneak peak. She still wasn't showing signs of flowering, so I gave her an extra 24 hours of darkness to hopefully kick start the process. As I went to go shut unplug the light source, I noticed that there was a smaller light leak from one of the vent ports, so I also made sure to close that up. At the end of the week when she started to show signs of flowering, I defoliated her to help with light penetration, as she's got massive fan leaves. You'll see in the photos that I took that opportunity to decarb the trim as well. I'm sure there's little to no THC-A, but whatever other compounds are present should make for a nice addition to some butter later on down the road. I just won't factor it in when approximating the potency of the final product.

Man I had the weirdest dream...and for some reason I wanna put lotion into baskets...🤔. Anyway I'm probably just stressed out cuz beans said I need to start paying rent. It's hard to get a job as a plant so I'm getting desperate. He said I owe him $50,000 a month/friend price. Seems high but it is a pretty luxurious closet. It even has clothes in it. She looks super beautiful,just like her 2 sisters I have another 2 somango auto by gea seeds as purple as her, msame aroma,just very stable Strain,the smell it's just pure authentic mango,plus she has a very gorgeous purple color on her flowers,definitely need to grow her many more times. 💚🌱💎🔝

Brutal genetic! Just like that BRUTAL. Tons of resin, super strong woody pimey smell, very beautiful strain to grow, beautiful indica leafs, I know that this is one of those indicas that once you smoke that dense smoke you won't be able to get up from the couch, very strong genetic, I'm so fortunate to have this lady in my garden man! End of the 3rd week for the Purple Lemonade. I did some LST on her and she just got fed Goldleaf feterlizer. It's been a slow process with ups and downs. I encounter a few issues, but she's still hanging in there. Hopefully week 4 is better. I still got faith in her.

Since last week I’ve noticed I lil more growth on leaves it hasn’t been stretching as much as it was. I also had to transfer to a 5 gallon bucket noticed it grew more leaves and looks happy and healthy. This is my first grow and have been reading a lot of journals and different ways to grow. I’m still curious about nutrients and how much to give it. I’m on budget with money so can’t buy the top nutrients so does anyone know any nutrients that go for cheap but work good. I really want it blossom and grow i feel like it’s growing a lil slow.

My little skunk apple runtz lady man I am disappointed so far with this plant not much can be expected from a pollen chuck seed I made myself but I think it will have nice smoke in the end just not alot most likely The day has come and it's time to flip these ladies to flower. I was planning on letting them go untill Friday and let the smaller ones grow just a bit more but they will be fine. I have the eternity cup contest in mind and I'm thinking timing so I need to get these lady done and out my tent lol. This past week I turned the light up alot getting them ready to flower they have grown a bunch inhavendone lst maybe 5 it 6 times on the branchs and they arw nit bendy anymore that will help durring flower.

It's happening! It's going to be a high of 32C/90F and so very sunny, so why not train them today? They're both 22 days from seed as of training start. #2 got FIMmed: So I was planning on topping one but ended up choosing to FIM it instead because it's lower stress. I have no idea what will happen now. I've never done either before. I chose #2 because it seems to be having an easier time producing leaves so far. I have a video of the cut. I used a pair of bonsai shears. I was really second guessing that I actually had to cut the leaves? I missed one, and it just felt weird to go back in and cut healthy growth, even though I'd already took off most of the newest leaves. I am not convinced I did this correctly because I don't understand what happens with the tiny new node I didn't cut. We will see. #1 got LST'd: With LST, I maybe should have done it sooner. The issue is the leaves are wide enough that they would be touching the soil if I really bent it like I was planning. I even undid it and tried the other direction just to see that it was even wider across. I propped a leaf on the tie and will have to adjust it again tomorrow once the crown has righted itself. I also read that it's not good to keep them in ties once they've gone into flower for autos because it stresses them, but with two plants I had LST'd, removing the ties just resulted in them eventually straightening the stems back out. So I'll not do that again for this one. I'm also a bit obsessive about measuring my plants, and that's harder with LSTing. I have a ribbon tape measure I use to measure the main stem length instead of the actual height of the plant.

The buds are starting to plump near the end of week 8. I’m just amazed at the whole process!! Starting to understand now what is meant my stacking nicely😎. Still no smell I rubbed the stem and it definitely smelled like weed not like a house plant. But overall no smell from the buds yet. The sugar is developing nicely I think🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
