Finally got some videos up (I think)! One shows the canopy, the other gives an idea of the training under the screen. Shes finally showing signs of female and pistils are popping out like crazy. Decided to not tuck the final days of the stretch so the buds won’t start in the screen and start right above it, seems like I’d be easier come harvest time

New week and this means official flowering for the girl, stretching, preflowers, pistils and a big smile after some 9 weeks of vegetation and mainline formation. I believe this is a very promising strain very sturdy, never seen any slowing of growth after any cutting or stress low or high and hoping for some big fat frosty colas with the new addition of more missing nutes such as Silica, voodoo juice and sensizym as I believe roots are very important too and I saw immediate results when I added those missing elements to my other autoflowering plants which apparently stopped drooping just before lights off and just from day 2 and never saw them droop since...check other diary... Peace Mid week update: Had to take a few more shots of this lady as Im impressed the way the buds form so quickly and look so packed even from such early stage, it proves the main lining technique works and will deliver what promises, big fat dense colas...

This is probably the final week of the full tent shots, these were taken a few days ago and at this point there is only 8 plants that have not yet been harvested. I learned a lot this run, tried some new shit, grew out my own crosses, dialed things in by getting rid of the light leaks and adding the heater so it was a success. The new lights out performed my expectation and the leaf strip might become a staple in my garden. The leaf strip made me nervous I wasn't sure how it would turn out but all of my buds are noticeably larger, the lowers are filled out and as dense as the tops and it saved space, water and nutrients. The lights could have contriuted to the larger buds but the other things made it well worth it. I have been vegging out the next run for a while trying to keep them from growing too much in 1/2 gal bags so there should be some interesting plants there stay tuned. * The ones remaining are MC2 MC3 and MC4, MC6 got tossed but I have a cut to run back. MC2 I have grown many of times and reversed for pollen, MC3 and 4 are new. 3 is almost done I should be chopping that one this week at some point and might be more impressive than 2 it has some serious nugs on it. 4 is also solid but taking a little longer than I would like it might be a 75-80 day finish. Next update I will have some good pics of at least 2 and 3, I am going to wait until I am ready to harvest before I bring 4 into the studio. Day 29: The girls are looking great. I upped the nutes yesterday, as I have been giving them barely any at all. Will up them once again on next feeding. Looking like tomorrow. The main branch that I snapped off did not make it. Lesson learned on that one. Day 30: Removed all other lights and added the HLG 550 V2 RSpec. Did some defoliation on the girls along with another feeding. Will do straight PH'd water next go. The girls are looking strong and healthy. 💪 Just on the small side. Still having to leave the tent wide open to subside temps and humidity. Day 31: Nothing new to report. Looking very short and stubby and healthy!! Day 32: Looking like they had some good stretching going on over the 3-day weekend. Will be needing fed tomorrow after work. May water a little less this time, as it is taking 2-3 days for them to dry out. Day 33: Great stretch and bloom on the girls today! They are looking super healthy and strong! 💪 No smell yet. Day 34: Girls are looking decent. Noticed some rusty looking splotches on the leaves. I'm thinking possibly Cal-Mag deficiency? Not sure. Day 35: Not looking too happy today. I let them dry completely and watered with only Cal-Mag. Hoping the patchiness clears up for them!

Ginger nut cookies and Aussie Music Videos update 20th Feb 2020 On Monday just past, I started to leave this plant out at night thus reducing light hours to the same as a regular outdoors Plant. This should induce flowering as all my other Photoperiod dependent strains are now in Flowering mode. Thru the use of Topping and LST training I have managed to create lots of potential bud sites for this plant to develop into lovely sticky and stinky Buds. Later on today I will do some more LST & As soon as I see pistils developing I will begin to add P+K to the soil by using Guano , Mollasses , Liquid potash, comfrey teas ,Compost teas and Worm castings. The smell of the stems is increasing in strength and has a blend of Red diesel stink mixed with cookies dankness. 😛 Now for the Weekly Music Videos yes I say videos because there will be three 🙏 Last week I chose The Divinyls but this week I thought I would do something different and ask the People what they wanted to hear. Week 2 of flower is in the books and all 3 girls are looking extremely healthy. Perfect time to start packing on the weight. There are tons if bud sites that will get tons of light due to all the defoliation I've done. I've never defiliated plants this much before and I'm curious to see the difference in bud production below the canopy level. I love trying new things and experimenting with these plants. Always coming up with new ideas on how to do things and making things easier along the way. Can't wait to see how much I'll get off all 3 and see the difference in phenotypes.

Feedining 5ml tiger blood and 2.5 ml of grow big per gallon ever since pistols have appeared. This plant is taking on my lsd-25 which was the biggest for the longest but is now competing against this blackberry which was the runt of the liter.

(Days 21-28) (Day 23) I like the amount of stretch I’m seeing on practically all the plants. I'm going to lower the light at the end of the week to stop the stretch. The more stretch they get in veg the less I have to lollipop or prune down the road. Makes lst easier too. I’m going to try topping this week. Last time I topped at the 7-10th nodes and didn’t get the best horizontal growth. This round I’m ready to give everything 3 or more toppings, stay on top of training and defoliate much less. This soil looks insane. I should have added a thicker layer of oats because it’s starting to look proper. (Day 24) Got my stuff from the hydro store today and amended my soil again. Next visit I will be grabbing a P booster like bat guano before I enter flower. Today, I got the 2gal pots, some primo worm castings, 5-2-4 insect frass, 0-0-22 langbenite, 1-0-3 alfalfa meal and an exhale co2 bag. Guy at the store said it gets his 4x4 tent 1000ppm+. It takes a few weeks at least for it to start putting out any amount of co2. I got the room sealed and two fans bowing. I fed a compost tea with a little bit of each dry amendment, BSO dry compost, boogie brew base and worm castings aerated for 24h. I diluted it to about 850ppm which still might be a little high. (Day 25) Opened a bottle of EM1 that was improperly stored and it exploded all over me and part of the tent. I wiped off the plants but there is still specks here and there. Cleaned it off and sprayed with method1 pps. (Day 26) Topped 9/15 plants. Will do the rest next week once I see a little more growth. 5 of the bbb’s I started 6 days after everything else so they are still quite behind. I’m going to push the transplant another few days until they recover. Going to start lst after transplant. (Day 28) Transplanting into 1.6gal pots that I thought were 2gals tonight... Depending on how many females I get, they will be going into either 3, 7 or 10 gallon fabric pots. Growth is looking solid so far, zkittlez and the 3 WW’s are leading the pack in terms of growth speed and cotes are yellowing out. I’m pretty sure what I have is a zkittlez bagseed but there is also a strong chance it could have been from some shitty Canadian biker weed. I accidentally misplaced the seed so it’s possible it got mixed up and I germinated the wrong one. Judging by the rapid growth I’d say that’s a fair bet. Biker weed is notoriously fast growing. Either way it won’t be hard to tell once they’re in flower. The white widow is probably going to be a breeze. I’ve heard that’s why it’s so popular too. It’s just a hardy rookie strain with good resistance, decent quality and above average yield. A sure investment. The blackberries are lagging behind but I’m sure they will blow the others away in terms of quality. One of the tunas looks great and the other is a stubby runt. The stubby runt I currently have in flower is killing it right now so I’m not writing it off yet. Can’t wait to see if the tuna god produces some nostalgic smells. Tuna strains are still super popular on the Canadian black market. I plucked the first set of leaves that were starting to appear on each plant. These branches almost always turn to larf and they're so small I can't that stressing the plants out at all this early. If anything, the zkittlez and white widows need to slow down a bit anyway. I’ve been doing a shit ton of research over the past year into what causes weed and cigarettes to have black ashes/poor fire holding capacity. Smoking black weed drives me crazy because it’s all the legal and black market have nowadays. The cigar industry has numerous studies on the cause of ash color and burn rate and apparently it has to do with the ratio of mineral content in the soil/water. Soil/water that is high in phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and other heavy metals will burn poorly and reduce to flaky black ashes. Whereas soil that has higher levels of potassium and calcium carbonate have thick uniform white ashes with no streaks. Calcium carbonate (wood ash, biochar) can also prevent heavy metals in the soil making them unavailable to the plant. I’m discontinuing my “Organic cal mag” as it is full of chlorine which I did not realize when buying it. I’m going to be pretty cheesed if that stuff ruined the burn of my current flowering crop. My dog also found and destroyed my Alaskan fish fertilizer so that’s being discontinued for now too.

Started some LST this week. Keeping it pretty simple did a simple runoff test and everything came in range so going to keep nutes the same, drink rate has almost doubled since last week, fully saturating pots everything 12 hours or so. Probably going to do a deep clean of tent before get heavy into flowering and I’ll add some more pictures as I go with LST.
