Week 1 of flower for White Widow by Greenhouseseedco Fed her 2.7g of BioBloom per L of soil, watered that in and flipped it to flower 24hours ago. As more room opens up in the tent ill spread her out a little more. Also wont be defoliating unless necessary as I'm trying to bring up the humidity a little.

02/07/2026 A new week and I believe we are starting the pre-flower stretch... Maybe. I'll ve leaving the nutrients alone for some of the week. I need to make sure she's in stretch or not before I change out my nutrients. She's already got white pistils and is 14" tall. That's 5" in a week. Not too shabby. Now if we can get an inch or 2 a day from here on out, I'll be very happy. Once I know the stretch is in motion, I think that's when I start changing out the nutrients. Like bud if itor and big bud. Oh and bud factor x. These all go in on week 5. Which should be this week, BUT I started the veg cycle early. So it's really a week behind. In that regard, I should be keeping the same mix as last week. So I'll compromise and change the water out when I know we are stretching. I snipped the main stem fan leaves as well. It was definitely a good idea. Now the branches have space to grow and not be impeded by massive fan leaves bigger than my hand. I left the very top two fan leaves as I like to do. I feel like the leaves are too new to snip off. Once the node gets a little bit older, I'll snip them off as I go. Speaking of nodes, she has 8 and is working on 9. But then I think that's it. From here on out, she'll be stretching the main cola. I have to figure out a way to tie the top down so the rest of the branches can catch up. I hand bend it, but not enough. I would need to be in the tent like 4 times a day. Not that I mind, but like 4 times messing with the environment will be a pain. The heater is overheating as it is. I'm gonna have to swap it out. Not sure how it's overheating. It should be on like 4. But then again. It's 1ยฐ f outside today. Wind chill is -17ยฐ f. So maybe it's trying to compensate. But it's like 70ยฐ f in the apartment. Outdoors can't play that big of a role, surely. Anyway, on top of popping some leaves off, I cleared out the small bit of growth under the canopy. The goal for this run is to properly defoliate and prune an autoflower. Only keep the top 2/3 of the plant. It won't be very hard to be selective with this plant. Everything is so very uniform. Something that's pretty cool is all the bud clipped branches are starting to grow at the same time and seems to be the same pace. This should level out the canopy to table top flatness. The only thing that will bother me is the top. Considering the fact that I couldn't tie her down, her top buds will be bigger than the canopy buds. Which is ok, but I want a sea of buds, not a nipple. We'll see how it turns out. Maybe if I hand train the top down, for a couple days, the branches will start to catch up. So I'm still considering the trellis net. I'm not sure though. I do have an air pump specifically for this purpose, but like how the hell am I gonna clean the bucket out weekly? There's just no way. None that I can think of. I mean I could slide the roots to another bucket for the time being, but how will I remove the bucket without lifting the plant? I don't know. Well, water pump it is I guess. That's only if I use the trellis net. Very possible. However, her branches are super strong and will definitely be able to handle heavy buds. And lots of them. The environment is looking good today. Happily it's stable, it at the cost of an overheating heater. 02/08/2026 Looking good today! I believe she has started the pre -flower stretch. She sucked down a little under a gallon in 2 days. So that's good. I'll be changing the water out tomorrow for some fresh nutrients. I think I'm supposed to start the transition from grow nutes to bloom nutes as well. I can't remember if it's before or after the stretch. I'm thinking after? I need to research this. After a bit of research, it seems bloom nutes start after the stretch. So maybe I won't be changing the water after all tomorrow. Who knows. I must research more. Other than that, she is a beautiful plant. Stretching out her side branches almost enough for me to be able to bud clip them. Currently they are long and thin and already leaning out, so no sense in training them yet. I'll wait for them to start really stretching. Then I'll do some more training, maybe. We'll see. What I've done so far might be enough. The goal is to fill half the tent. Front to back. Then the other plant does the same thing and I have a full tent. They have to stay a little thin and less wide though so they don't encroach on the others space. The humidity and temp are just wrong. The AI doesn't seem to get the fact that less is more. Oh well. It's pretty decent. 02/09/2026 Omg she is looking great! 16" now and just started the stretch. Beautiful greens and super thick stem. The branches aren't as thick as the blue dream in the tent, but they are definitely thick and sturdy. A little easier to bend too. But the internodal spacing on the branches is too short to fit clips in. So I'm going to wait until the stretch really gets underway. Auxiliary branches are starting to get pretty long too. But they're already horizontal, so no sense in bending them. Well, yet anyway. They'll start lift up soon enough. I might have to raise the light soon. It's 17" from the canopy. I want it higher and brighter. I'll probably wait for 15" then raise it back up to 22" and increase the intensity to probably 6 or 7. We'll see. Currently the DLI is 38 mol. I'd say perfect for this age. Very close to 40 but not there quite yet. Perfect. The environment looks alright now. I attached the hose to the humidifier so now it's dropping from above and is much more stable. Once I lift the light up higher, I'll feel much more comfortable. The fog is really close to the light. 02/10/2026 Well today is the day. I think. So I noticed the tips of the top growth starting to turn yellow. Definitely a deficiency. I'm guessing nitrogen given the need for it during the stretch. But what I'm going to do is increase the nutrients from 2.5 ml per gallon to 1 ml per liter. There's 15 liters, so it's half of what the recommended dose is. It should be fine. Readings after water change. pH: 5.8 EC: 880 TDS: 442 Temp: 64.4ยฐ This might not be enough nutrients. But we'll see for now. 02/11/2026 So I'm pretty sure I screwed up again. The water temp was definitely higher than 70ยฐ this morning because I forgot to add an ice bottle last night. So naturally there were bubbles all over the place. Like big bubble foam. Not sure if that's good or bad. But if it's bad, that's what Hydrogaurd is for. We'll see what happens now that I got the water to cool down. On a better note, she's still growing strong. Leaves are getting bigger, she's stretching and branches are making more branches. Lol. The environment seems pretty good now. No issues with the equipment specifically the heater. I raised the light yesterday and increased the power to match. Now the DLI is at 39 mol. Just under 40. I'll bring it over 40 after the stretch. I have CO2 in the tent, so I could go up to 45 mol if not 50 mol. But I'm gonna keep it at 40, maybe a little higher. It all depends on what she wants. I can definitely increase the intensity. Just don't want to risk light stress. On a better note, I have tons of space for this plant to grow. Like a good 3 ft. of space. So she can grow a good 4 ft tall and still not take over the tent. Well, no true. If she ends up being that big she will most certainly take over the tent. Let's hope the Blue Dream can hold her own. Anyway, I don't really expect a 4 ft plant. I'll be happy with 3 ft. As long as it has colas for days, I'm happy. Plus, height doesn't really matter in tents. It's width that matters. How many tops can one make in a limited space. Spread the plant out keeping a low profile. That way all the buds get light and not a select few that would otherwise be over the canopy. For example, this plant is going to be tall with a lower canopy and one main cola. I didn't really want this structure, but I don't have any tie downs. And the top won't grow a long enough node that's thin enough to bend. So I can't even use the bud clips. And now the side branches are building a lot of nodes and none are spaced out enough to use a bud clip on. Well, it doesn't really matter anyway. All the side and auxiliary branches are growing outward and not up, Soni don't need to train those down. Honestly, this would have been the perfect opportunity to learn how to top. But that bus went by a long time ago. 02/12/2026 So I topped her off today. Current dose. What's weird is that the water is still lower than when I did the new mix. It's only been 2 days. I'm wondering if I should be adding more to the mix to bring it back up to 450 ppm. The pH is fine now. It was a little high, but now it's back down to 6.2. The EC and TDS are way low. Like 800 cm and 396 ppm. I'm pretty sure I want to be around 900 cm and 450 to 500 ppm. Not too sure though. She seems to be a light feeder. Not complaining. Less nutrients to use. So now I'm wondering if I need to add more to the mix. Like 5 ml more of bloom and 2.5 of everything else except for Silica Blast and Hydrogaurd. Those are already at the normal dose. Maybe I just need more cal/mag? I'm not sure. I also wonder why the mix I'm using now is lighter than what I used before. It was 450. Should t it be the same 450 that it was before? Very confused. 02/13/2026 Friday the 13th! What a fun day. She got big. Explosive growth. It seems she hasn't started to stretch up yet. But she's definitely getting wide. I want her tall though. She should get taller soon. I don't mind a short plant, but she doesn't have enough nodes for my liking. Not enough bud sites. If she had like super short internodal spacing, I wouldn't be too worried, but she doesn't. Lol. Long spacing. So she definitely has some growing to go. No top off needed today. I did swap out the ice bottles. It wasn't that warm either, so I think I'm keeping the temp down all together. Technically, the water temp shouldn't be a problem at night and in the morning. But I can understand the heat turning on full blast during lights on. Now if I were a waking man, I'd be awake at 6 am to swap the bottles out. But I'm not. I sleep to like 8:30. Lol. The environment is looking pretty good. No complaints here. This is the last week of veg I think. Maybe not? I don't know where to place the pre flower stretch. Considering the name is Pre-flower, I'd say it's not flower, but it's not really veg. Well shit. I'll figure it out. Readings: pH: 5.8 EC: 700 TDS: 349 Temp: 66.7ยฐ

Plants looking healthy and they are starting to form strong buds by the looks of it . Some of them have startet to have brown leaves, but the bud looks healthy. Ive put the lights from 600w to 400w since they are suffering from high light and temp. Now the temp should be 24ยฐto 26ยฐ.

๐Ÿ‘‘ 8ร—8 Adventure โ€“ Week 12 Godfather OG โ€“ Pheno B The Big Mama Keeps Shining โ€“ Doing Nothing, Seeing Everything ๐Ÿ‘‘๐ŸŒฟ๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿ’Ž Hello everyone, and welcome back to another chapter of the 8ร—8 Adventure! ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ’š And here she is again... Our beautiful Godfather OG Pheno B. ๐Ÿ‘‘๐ŸŒฟ And honestly... I'm loving this girl. She's big. She's beautiful. She's evolving quickly. She's filling her space. She's building flowers. She's developing more and more character. And the funniest part? I'm barely doing anything to her. ๐Ÿ˜‚ This is one of those weeks where the grower walks into the room, looks around, checks everything, looks at the plants again... and thinks: "Yep." ๐Ÿ˜‚ That's it. That's the job right now. Observe. Pay attention. See what is happening. Check whether anything is actually needed. And if nothing is needed... leave the plant alone. Because sometimes... doing nothing is actually doing something. And this Big Mama is proving that beautifully. ๐Ÿ‘‘๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿ’š โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ ๐ŸŒฑ WEEK 12 โ€“ THE BIG MAMA KEEPS MOVING โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ Godfather OG Pheno B continues to move quickly. She's not slowing down in the way that makes you think she's finished. She's evolving. She's developing. She's continuing to build her flowers and fill out the structure she's spent the entire grow creating. And when I look at her now compared with the earlier weeks... it's almost funny how much plant we're looking at. She has become a substantial girl. A proper Big Mama. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ‘‘๐ŸŒฟ She's occupying her space. She's making herself noticed. And she's doing it without asking me to constantly reach into the canopy and change something. That's exactly where I want her. Healthy. Developing. Stable. And doing her thing. โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ ๐Ÿ‘‘ BIG MAMA HAS CLAIMED HER SPACE โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ There are plants that quietly exist inside a tent. And then there are plants that seem to say: "Yes, this corner is mine." ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ‘‘ Godfather OG Pheno B has definitely claimed her place. She's got presence. You notice her. You look across the room and she's there. Big structure. Beautiful flowering sites. Healthy foliage. Increasingly developed flowers. And that unmistakable Godfather OG personality we've been following throughout this entire journey. That's one of the things I love about running individual phenotypes. Eventually, you stop seeing just a plant with a label. You know who she is. You know her habits. You know her structure. You know her appetite. You know how she fills the space. And Pheno B? She's our Big Mama. THE FLOWERS ARE DOING THE TALKING โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ At this point, the flowers are becoming the main story. And they're speaking pretty loudly. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐ŸŒธ The flowering structures continue to develop. The buds are becoming more substantial. The pistils continue evolving. The resin is becoming increasingly visible. And the whole plant is gradually shifting from: "Building flowers" toward: "Developing what those flowers are going to become." That's one of my favourite stages. Because you can actually see the progression. You don't need to imagine what the plant might become. She's showing you. Week by week. Photograph by photograph. And Godfather OG Pheno B is showing us plenty. โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ ๐Ÿ’Ž THE FROST IS GETTING HARDER TO IGNORE โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ The closer we look at this girl... the more there is to see. ๐Ÿ’Ž๐ŸŒธ The resin continues becoming more noticeable across the flowers and surrounding sugar leaves. And this is where the camera becomes such a beautiful tool. From a distance: "She's beautiful." Closer: "Whoa..." ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ“ธ๐Ÿ’Ž The flowers have texture. The pistils weave through the developing structures. The trichomes begin creating that frosted appearance. And suddenly you realize just how much is happening inside what initially looks like one flower. That's why I love keeping the weekly photographic record. Because when you put the weeks together... you can actually see the plant progressing. DOING NOTHING... The plant doesn't need us to invent work. She's not asking for major training. She's not asking to be reshaped. She's not asking to be stripped. She's not asking us to constantly reach into the canopy. She's growing. She's flowering. She's developing. She's healthy. So what exactly would I gain by interfering? Nothing. ๐Ÿ˜‚ My job right now is observation. I walk in. I look. I inspect. I check the flowers. I check the leaves. I check the environment. I check the irrigation. I check whether anything needs attention. And if the answer is: "No." Then... I walk away. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐ŸŒฑ That's not laziness. That's experience. Knowing when a plant needs you... and knowing when it doesn't. โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ ๐Ÿ‘€ OBSERVATION IS STILL WORK โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ I think this is something people sometimes underestimate. When a grow is in its active training phase, it's easy to feel productive. You're moving branches. You're positioning things. You're adjusting the canopy. You're doing things with your hands. But later in the run? The most important tool can be your eyes. ๐Ÿ‘€๐ŸŒฟ You observe. You compare. You notice changes. You catch something early. You decide whether it matters. And you act only when necessary. That's what we're doing with Big Mama. We're not ignoring her. Quite the opposite. We're paying attention. We're just not manufacturing problems where there aren't any. And right now... she looks like she's doing exactly what she should be doing. โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ ๐ŸŒธ WATCHING THE PLANT CHANGE โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ One of the most rewarding things about this stage is watching the little changes accumulate. The flowers become larger. The pistils change. The resin becomes more apparent. The plant's overall appearance changes. Some leaves begin to show signs of age. Other leaves remain beautifully green. And all of these things are part of the plant's progression. The important thing is context. We don't look at one leaf and immediately decide the whole plant has a problem. We look at the entire plant. We compare with previous weeks. We look at where changes are occurring. We look at the flowers. We look at the new growth. We look at the environment. And then we decide whether anything actually needs attention. So far? Big Mama is simply moving. And moving beautifully. THE NUTRITION IS STARTING TO COME DOWN โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ We're also entering the stage where the nutritional strategy begins to change. As we approach the final part of the flowering cycle, I'm starting to reduce the mineral nutrition gradually. And this is something I personally prefer. I don't like the idea of going: "Full nutrition today." Then: "ZERO EVERYTHING TOMORROW." ๐Ÿ˜‚ Especially when working with mineral nutrition. I prefer a gradual transition. Reduce a little. Observe. Let the plant continue. Reduce again when appropriate. And allow the plant to naturally move toward the end of the cycle. The plant doesn't suddenly stop being alive because we're approaching the finish line. She's still functioning. Still transpiring. Still photosynthesizing. Still developing. So for me, a progressive reduction makes more sense than slamming the door shut overnight. We're beginning that transition now. Less nutritional input. Continued observation. And allowing Big Mama to finish her work. WHY I PREFER A GRADUAL REDUCTION โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ Plants don't have a little calendar hanging on the wall saying: "Two weeks left!" ๐Ÿ˜‚ They respond to their environment. They continue functioning. They continue using resources. And different plants can behave differently during the final stages. That's another reason why I prefer to reduce gradually. I'm watching the plant. Not just the calendar. Godfather OG Pheno B is still actively developing. She's still beautiful. She's still moving. So I'm not interested in suddenly starving her simply because we're getting closer. The nutritional input is being reduced progressively while we continue observing her response. That's the philosophy. Slow transition. No panic. No unnecessary extremes. THE ARTIFICIAL SUN IS STILL FLYING โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ The lighting setup remains upgraded with the two additional Future of Grow Black Series 600W fixtures. And we're still controlling that extra capacity rather than simply running everything flat out. Approximately: ๐Ÿ”Œ 59% power from the plug with approximately: โ˜€๏ธ 1,500 PPFD across the upper canopy. And once again... this is where having more capability becomes useful. We don't have to use everything. We have the headroom. We have the fixtures. We have the photons. And we can control how much we're actually using. That's much more interesting to me than simply chasing the biggest number possible. Big Mama has plenty of light available. Now we're watching what she does with it. ๐Ÿ˜‚โ˜€๏ธ๐Ÿ‘‘ โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ โ˜€๏ธ PHOTONS MEET A BIG PLANT โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ Godfather OG Pheno B is a fantastic example of why I keep talking about three-dimensional lighting. She's not a flat surface. She's a big plant. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ‘‘ She's got height. She's got branches. She's got flowers occupying different levels. She's got leaves facing different directions. She's got areas exposed directly to the fixtures... and areas deeper inside the canopy. So when we say approximately 1,500 PPFD across the upper canopy, that's exactly what we mean. The upper canopy. The rest of the plant naturally receives different intensities. That's normal. That's physics. That's plant architecture. And the additional Lumiflora lighting helps us explore how we can bring additional illumination into deeper parts of that structure. We're not just lighting a tent. We're lighting a three-dimensional garden. โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ ๐Ÿ’š FUTURE OF GROW โ€“ THANK YOU FOR THE EXTRA SUN โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ A big thank you again to Future of Grow for providing the two additional Black Series 600W fixtures for us to test here in the 8ร—8 Adventure. This upgrade has given us something I really value: Control. More available lighting. More headroom. More flexibility. And because we don't need to run the fixtures at maximum output, we can find the operating point that makes sense for the room. We're currently around 59% power from the plug and approximately 1,500 PPFD across the upper canopy. That's a serious amount of artificial sunlight. โ˜€๏ธ๐Ÿ˜‚ And Big Mama is sitting right underneath it... catching photons and turning them into flowers. Thank you, Future of Grow, for giving us the opportunity to test these fixtures in a real flowering environment. โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ ๐ŸŒฟ SAME ROOM โ€“ ANOTHER BEAUTIFUL ANSWER โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ And once again... the 8ร—8 experiment continues to prove why genetics are so fascinating. Same room. Same general environment. Same lighting philosophy. Same irrigation. Same nutritional strategy. Different plants. Different expressions. Different personalities. Godfather OG Pheno B has given us a very clear answer. She's big. She's vigorous. She's hungry. She's beautiful. She's developing quickly. And she has claimed her own space. She's not trying to be Pheno A. She's not trying to be another cultivar. She's simply being herself. And that's exactly what we wanted to see. THE PHOTOS TELL THE STORY โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ And looking at this week's photographs... I can see why I'm loving this girl. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ“ธ๐Ÿ‘‘ The full-plant images show just how substantial she has become. The flower photographs show the developing structure. The closer images reveal the resin and pistils. And together... they tell a story that a single photograph never could. She's changing. She's maturing. She's becoming more defined. And she's doing it quickly. This is why I don't want to rush through these final stages. There is still so much to observe. Every week gives us another little piece of the story. BIG MAMA IS STILL BUILDING โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ She's not finished. That's the important part. She's still developing. Still building. Still changing. And although we're getting closer to the final part of the journey, I don't want to start treating the plant like the finish line has already arrived. She's still here. Still working. Still using the environment. Still developing her flowers. So we continue observing. We continue providing what she needs. And we let her decide how the next chapter looks. No forcing. No unnecessary intervention. Just support. And patience. THE ROOM CONTINUES TO DO ITS JOB โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ The general room environment remains consistent with the current 8ร—8 setup: โ€ข ๐ŸŒก๏ธ Day temperature: approximately 26.5โ€“27ยฐC โ€ข ๐ŸŒ™ Night temperature: approximately 25โ€“26ยฐC โ€ข ๐Ÿ’ง RH: around 60โ€“61% โ€ข ๐Ÿฅฅ Substrate temperature: around 25โ€“26ยฐC โ€ข ๐Ÿ’ฆ Nutrient solution: around 25ยฐC โ€ข โš—๏ธ pH: approximately 6.0 โ€ข โšก EC: gradually being reduced as we move toward the later flowering stage โ€ข ๐Ÿ’จ COโ‚‚: approximately 693 ppm โ€ข ๐Ÿ’ก Light schedule: 12/12 โ€ข ๐Ÿ’ง Irrigation: approximately 1.4โ€“1.45 L/plant/24h โ€ข ๐ŸŒฑ Pot size: 15 L โ€ข โ˜€๏ธ Upper canopy: approximately 1,500 PPFD โ€ข ๐Ÿ”Œ Lighting output: approximately 59% And again... these numbers are useful. Something happens. Something changes. Something needs fixing. And then there are weeks like this. Nothing dramatic. Nothing broken. Nothing demanding intervention. Just... growth. Beautiful growth. And honestly? Those are some of my favourite weeks. Because this is the payoff of all the work we did earlier. We built the structure. We established the environment. We got the irrigation working. We provided the nutrition. We upgraded the lighting. And now... we watch. Godfather OG Pheno B is doing the rest. THIS IS THE PART I LOVE โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ This stage of the grow reminds me why I enjoy growing so much. You can plan. You can measure. You can prepare. You can control as many variables as possible. But eventually... you have to let the plant be a plant. And that's where the magic happens. The grower provides the opportunity. The genetics provide the expression. The environment provides the conditions. And the plant writes the story. Godfather OG Pheno B is writing hers very clearly. She's a Big Mama. She's beautiful. She's moving fast. She's filling out. And she's making herself impossible to ignore. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ‘‘๐ŸŒฟ โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ ๐Ÿ”ฎ LOOKING AHEAD โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ From here... we continue exactly as we've been doing. Observe. Check. Photograph. Measure. Support. And only intervene when something actually requires intervention. The nutrition will continue its gradual reduction as we move toward the later stages. The lighting remains controlled. The environment remains stable. The irrigation continues. And Big Mama gets to keep doing what she's been doing. Over the coming weeks, I'll be watching: ๐ŸŒธ Continued flower development ๐Ÿ’Ž Resin development ? Pistil evolution ๐ŸŒฟ Natural changes in the foliage โš—๏ธ Response to the gradual nutritional reduction ๐Ÿ’ง Water demand โ˜€๏ธ Response to the lighting environment ๐ŸŒก๏ธ Environmental stability ๐Ÿ“ธ Changes from week to week No rushing. And Godfather OG Pheno B continues to shine. ๐Ÿ‘‘๐ŸŒฟ๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿ’Ž She's big. She's beautiful. She's evolving quickly. She's filling her space. She's developing her flowers. And I'm loving her. This week, once again, we didn't need to do much physically. And that's okay. Actually... that's fantastic. Because it means the plant is doing what she's supposed to do. Our job right now is mostly to observe. Look closely. Check the flowers. Check the foliage. Watch the environment. Monitor the irrigation. Gradually reduce the nutritional input as we approach the later stages. And if something is needed... we respond. If nothing is needed... we leave her alone. That's the balance. Because growing isn't always about doing more. Sometimes growing is knowing when to stop doing. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐ŸŒฟ And this Big Mama? She's got it. She's claiming her place in the tent. She's shining under those photons. She's building beautiful flowers. She's becoming increasingly frosty. She's evolving quickly. And she's doing it all while I stand there with a camera thinking: "Well... you're doing a pretty damn good job without me." ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ“ธ๐Ÿ‘‘ So keep shining, Big Mama. Keep growing. Keep building. Keep showing us what this Godfather OG expression can become. We're watching. We're learning. We're documenting. And we're enjoying every minute of it. ๐Ÿ‘‘๐ŸŒฟ๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿ’Žโ˜€๏ธ๐Ÿ”ฅ โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ ๐Ÿ™ THANK YOU โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ As always, a massive thank you to everyone following the 8ร—8 Adventure. ๐Ÿ’š๐ŸŒฑ Thank you to GrowDiaries for giving us the platform to document these individual journeys and share the process with growers around the world. Thank you to Zamnesia for the Godfather OG genetics and for giving us the opportunity to explore these different phenotypes side by side. Thank you to Plagron for supporting the garden throughout this journey with the growing media and nutrition. A huge thank you to Future of Grow for supplying the additional Black Series 600W fixtures and allowing us to test this expanded lighting setup in a real flowering environment. More capability. More control. More photons. And the ability to run the fixtures at a controlled output rather than simply pushing everything to maximum. Thank you to Lumiflora for helping bring additional light into the deeper parts of the canopy and allowing us to explore lighting as a three-dimensional environment. Thank you to TrolMaster for helping monitor and manage the room behind the scenes. And finally... thank you to everyone following these girls week after week. Every comment. Every question. Every message. Every person stopping by. You're all part of this adventure. ๐Ÿ’š Twelve plants. One room. One shared environment. And twelve completely different stories. Godfather OG Pheno B is writing hers as a Big Mama. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ‘‘ She's big. She's beautiful. She's hungry. She's developing fast. She's building flowers. She's getting frostier. And she's shining brighter every week. So let's give this girl the spotlight. Let's keep watching. Let's keep photographing. Let's keep those photons flying. And most importantly... let's keep doing what this stage of the grow asks us to do: Pay attention. Provide what is needed. And let the plant shine. ๐Ÿ‘‘๐ŸŒฟ๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿ’Žโ˜€๏ธ๐Ÿ”ฅ Growers Love, my friends. ๐Ÿ’š๐ŸŒฑ Happy growing, take care everyone... and I'll see you next week in the 8ร—8 jungle. ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ“ธ๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ”ฅ

๐ŸŒฑ๐ŸŒž๐ŸŒฑWeek4๐ŸŒฑ๐ŸŒž๐ŸŒฑ Bruce is much smaller, LST is almost completely tied to the ground, but looks super healthy. All the side shoots have now been directed and I hope that she will now grow nicely upwards ๐Ÿ˜… Sherbet is my queen in this grow so far ๐ŸŒž It's just fun to watch the beauty grow. To start the fourth week, I removed some leaves today and directed the shoots in the right direction, otherwise Brucie will soon be completely overgrown ๐Ÿ˜‚ but hopefully it will also have the effect that the good energy of growth will now go in the right direction.... I'll be surprised. Now she looks like a beautiful chandelier ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Here we are into the beginning of true flowering! Stacking has begun, flower development is coming along beautifully, both plants are loving the 900PPFD & 2.0EC feed without signs of stress. Co2 is being implemented this week & leaf tucking will continue. The Bride Cake has surprised me with its stretch during this last week or 2, Growing nearly an inch every other day. No real serious trichome development yet so only a faint smell when first opening the tent. Both plants are drinking quite a lot which Iโ€™m very happy to see.

01/05 - Updating this a day early as they won't be 3 weeks old until tomorrow - but tomorrow's pretty busy for me... Gave them both a bucket change... added the Rapid Start to GG's bucket as her roots looked like they could use some (although I STILL think they look like OG has one more week of life to her than GG!) Going to start some LST later on today, a bit of ponytailing perhaps.... I have the feeling these two are going to fill my small tent!! Update: I went back 2 hours after changing their buckets only to find GG screaming in agony (see the pics of her teaching me a lesson)... the pH had shot up to 6.7 and she was NOT a happy camper at all!! Quickly made the adjustment and will check on her every half hour and measure her pH ... she's one sensitive little gal, is GG... Meanwhile, the same thing had happened to OG but, in typical OG fashion, she just yawned and said "Huh?" but I adjusted HER pH as well... good god! Second update 01/05 ... GG's pH was going up slowly again BUT she looked 100% better - her leaves had perked back up, the terrible crisping of them had stopped.. I trimmed off the two really bad leaves as they wouldn't ever regain any ability to help the plant and I did another small adjustment of her pH down again. I've also "ponytailed" her as I've wanted to try this technique and she seemed a good candidate as her cola was definitely going to be dominant. This technique will hopefully allow the side buds to gain more height and the plant will take on more of a bowl shape as opposed to a Christmas tree shape... Should anyone reading this want to try this, you need to know you cannot allow the ponytail to be in place longer than 8 hours a day... Interesting day... very interesting day. 01/06 - Well, the two of them made it through their day yesterday ... OG doesn't show any signs of any stress and GG is doing well although a couple of her leaves still bear the marks of her aversion to high pH levels! She's going to be the one I'm really going to have to baby but that's ok... OG is just a bull - nothing bothers that one! Ponytailing both of them again today... then I'll stop for a week before doing it again. 01/07 - Decided to do a regular bit of LST on GG - she's not as bushy as OG and will take more readily to that kind of training. OG, though, is still going to be ponytailed because she's short, fat and really, really dense. Did a bit of defol on OG yesterday and it's been well received by her - she's doing extremely well! Update... I've just discovered why OG is so much further along than dear GG... I was going back through the logs I keep because I wanted to know when to expect my newest baby's roots might hit the water - and I realized that OG's roots hit the water when she was only 4 days old! FOUR DAYS OLD!!!! That's unheard of... at least in MY experience! GG's roots didn't hit until she was 10 days old (her roots were only peeking out of the netpot at 6 days old) ... so no wonder OG has seemed like she's been about a week older than GG this whole time! That one is a ROCKET!!! Wowsie! 01/08 - Continuing to ponytail OG and LST GG... and both are loving it... responding really well. OG's side bud sites are almost completely catching up to the main cola so I think I'm going to just let it ride for a while. GG is needing more LST every day, keep pulling her over, letting her small bud sites into the light and they're responding well - had I left them alone, they would have been candidates for defoliation at some point - this way, they'll probably develop into good sized buds. 01/10 - The girls are really going to town but I'm having to do some hard LST on OG to try to keep her at a similar height as GG or we're going to have problems with the light distance soon. I may also have to do some defol on her soon - she's just terribly bushy! They're both loving their nutes - GG's is slightly less than OG's - and I'm keeping GG's pH at 6.0 since she doesn't seem to like it any higher than that... 01/11 - So the ponytailing days are over... both are being "normally" LST'd and they're both pretty much the same height which is good. Did some defoliation on OG yesterday - just took the two top fan leaves off since they were so massive they were shading the entire plant... she looks awfully good this morning and I'm super pleased. Starting to look for signs of pre-flower - should be soon!

I provided you with a close up video of each plant and one video where i go through tent and try to focus some nice buds individually. Flushing her for 5 days already with a mild 400 ppm solution of terpinator and mammoth. Smell is very sweet with hints of pineapple and grape i would say, very interesting and promising smell followed by some.nice dense buds. Trichomes are all cloudy, pictures coming soon, i rste her 7 to 10 days before first harvest ad i plan to do it in stages..

8/27 I think I mightve been overwatering. It's so hard to tell when the conditions change week to week. That's Maine for ya. Bags were still heavy and plants were soaked. I tried to shake the more advanced flowering plants without sending water everywhere. That's how septoria spreads. The event horizon I treated with plant doctor looks the best it ever has. It's tile for another application on the toasted toffy. I'm seeing a few spots again. I didn't have time to take pictures or do a video. This video is from last night. I'll treat that toasted toffy again today and I'll record it here. After I see it working u may treat the others. I see some residue of k bicarb but it has pretty much eradicated the pm. I know it will always be there but these treatments seem to be working. I'll be adding beastie bloom to my line up soon. EVERYDAY I go over the buds are bigger more compact and dense. Event horizon, toasted toffy and the red runtz (I think) in the 50 are flowering to beat hell! The get bigger everytime I see them. I can smell them as soon as I round the corner. This is going to be a good year. These strainsxare high in thc. Maybe I gave up some mold resistance and a harder to grow strain but if I can make it to the end it will be fire. WENT BACK OVER AROUND 5. OBVIOUSLY IN THIS SCORCHING 80ยฐ+ day the seedling in the 10 was dry as a popcorn fart. Some other plants seemed dry when I stuck my arm down the bag but I could feel some moisture when I pushed my finger through the medium. They WILL need water but I'm not giving it to them tonight. Took a shit ton if pictures and a video this morning. I'll uploadcthat shit tomorrow. I'm trying to do a couple right now. Anyway I continued to defoliate what needs it. Flowers are swelling. I GAVE THE TOASTED TOFFY ITS 2ND TREATING OF PLANT DOCTOR. I USED A QTR GALLON OF A 4 TSP PER GALLON MIXTURE. I MADE SURE TO GET AS MUCH OF THE FOLIAGE AS POSSIBLE AND THEN I USED THE RESTCON THE MEDIUM. I SHOULDVE PROBABLY WATERED THAT ONE BUT ITS GOING TO RAIN TONIGHT. AT LEAST I HOPE IT IS. Looks like some of the pics are uploading! Yay! The plants looked the best I've ever seen them tonight so I held off watering. My wife is I'll and may need to go to the hospital. So instead of watering prematurely I can monitor the situation and make a decision in the morning. I made enough phed water for my father to go around and water everything. He is aware of the situation. Hopfully that will not be necessary. However, I don't want to over water and I feel like they didn't want it. Just going with my intuition. It's done me pretty good so far. 8/28 Luckily no hospital. It's sprinkling out. Plants are covered in water so we got SOME rain. It says we will get 0.00 but that can't be right. I watered the 10 yesterday and everything else this morning with a gallon each except the middle gmo in the 30 which got 1.5 gallons. Did not water the one in the 50 gal pot. It looks a little overwatered. Also looks like it has a slight calcium/magnesium deficiency. I'll up the calmag and i'll make sure when I do water I'll water thoroughly. Like usual toasted toffy is looking better after the treatment. The all star has been the k bicarb. I haven't seen shit for pm. Just a little residue from the k-bicarb. Took a video and some pictures. This is the fun time. I like watching the buds develop. Some of these plants were monster cropped so they are STACKED. I'll keep what I do updated. 8/29 Made an awesome video today bit it won't upload. Probably because its a little over 2 minutes. I'll do another one if it won't upload. Nope it won't even attempt to upload it now. Oh well. They flowers just looked so pretty this morning. I noticed some WPM on the event horizon in the middle. I noticed SOME on the bottom and interior of the GMO that I had already identified. I'll do another k-bicarb treatment and see how that goes. Plant Doctor seems to he doing a pretty good job on the septoria on toastedctoffy and my favorite event horizon. That plantvis THICK. it's going to be stacked and have some huge colas. I need to LST it and suppirt those giant colas and separate them a bit more. There is never any shortage of work to be done I can tell you that. I have defoliation to do on the sherb pie and the middle event horizon. It seems like crisis after crisis. Bu my plants are STRONG. 8/30 It was in the 40s at 6am. Shook off the plants. Bags are still heavy. I see some septoria climbing a bottom branch of the toasted toffy. It's foggy as hell out. Can't see a foot in front of me. Saw a LITTLE PM on the gmo I've been treating. It's just time to apply the ki bicarb. Plant Doctor is working wonders on even horizon in the back. I see some pm on the one in the middle. I think I'll treat that with plant doctor as well. I'm not sure. I messed up the video. I've got work to do. I'm waiting until I water and I'll feed again. I'm going to add beastie bloom to the lineup this time I think. Only one plant seems like it m9ght be too early for it. We'll see. I need to look back. I'll document what I do. Video won't upload. I'll try later but it's sideways WENT OVER AROUND 3PM AND EVERYTHING LOOKED FABULOUS. WELL....THE PLANT I DIDNT WATERCLAST TIME IN THE 50 WAS DROOPING SO I GAVE IT A GALLON AND A HALF. THE TEN WAS LIGHT SO I GAVE IT A GALLON. IT WASNT DROOPY BUT ITS A HUGE PLANT IN A 10GAL AND USES A LOT OF WATER. I WAS PLANNING TO GO CHECK THEM TONIGHT AND SEE IF THEY NEEDED WATER BUT EVERYTHING IS PRAYING TO THE SUN! I DONT WANT TO OVERWATER AND I BELIEVE THESE WOULD BE BEST SUITED TO BE WATERED IN TGE MORNING. ILL FEED THIS TIME AS WELL. IM CONSIDERING ANOTHER APP OF K BICARB. TOOK A FEW PICTURES AND VIDEOS BUT ILL NEED TO UPLOAD 8/31 FED AND WATERED EVERYTHING. TOASTED TOFFY DIDNT GET FED DUE TO SEPTORIA AND THE 10 ISNT FAR ENOUGH ALONG.. THE 50 WAS WATERED YESTERDAY BUT GOT THE FEED WITH A LITTLE MORE WATER THIS MORNING. I ADDED ABOUT 1/16 TSP BEASTUE BLOOM TO THE REGULAR LINEUP TO SEE HOW IT GOES. MY BUDDY TOLD ME LOTS OF PEOPLE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH PM. I WENT BACK OVER TO DEFOLIATE AND LOOK FOR PM AND I FOUND IT. ON THE GMO INTETIOR AND SOME BOTTOM BRANCHES. I DEFOLIATED WHAT WAS BAD AND THEN I SPRAYED 3 GMO'S, EVENT HORIZON IN THE MIDDLE AND SHERB PIE WITH K-BICARB. HOPFULLY THAT WILL KEEP THINGS OUT OF CONTROL. I WILL BE WATCHING AND KEEPING UP WITH FUNGACIDES. IF I FIND ONE NOT WORKING ILL SWITCH IT UP. I HAVE A FEW OPTIONS. BUDS ARE EXPLODING IN GROWTH! WINDY OUT. I SAW A SECONDARY BRANCH LIMP AND MY GEART SUNK. I LOOKED DOWN THOUGH AND SAW THAT IT JUST WAS BLOWN HATD AGAINST THE TOMATO CAGE AND SNAPPED. I REMOVED IT WITB A SIGH OF RELIEF. MY BUDDY SAYS THE SEPTORIA DOESNT LOOK TO BAD AND ITS PRETTY FAR IN FLOWER SO HE THINKS ILL BE ALRIGHT. NEVER GROWING CLONES AGAIN. ILL STICK TO SEEDS AND STEAINS MADE FOR MAINES 9/1 Forgot to write an entry. IT RAINED FOR A BIT BUT TURNED TO BRIGHT 80'S 9/2 WATERED EVERYTHING. I THINK ITS TIME FOR ANOTHER TREATMENT OF PLANT DOCTOR TODAY. The septoria is getting a little worse. The buds are swelling everyday though. I think this plant only has a month left. I just need to outrun it. So far so good. I think my watering habits are better now. It's different depending on weather. Potassium bicarb has been wonderful treating the pm on that gmo. I treated the middle event horizon with it as well. It seems to work awesome. I'm losing tons of leaves. I hope that's normal senescence. I think it is seeing as how I see SOME foliage in the woods. Its matching other diaries. The plant must shed some leaves to make these flowers that seem to double in size every time I see them! Trying to upload a couple videos but they are long so we'll see what happens. WENT BACK OVER AT NIGHT ANDCAPPLIED A LITTLE BIT OF K BICARB AND DEFOLIATED WHAT I SAW ON THAT GMO. IVE BEEN DEFOLIATING WHAT SEEMS LIKE A LOT BUT BUDS ARE SWELLING AND ITS CONGRUENT WITH THE MAJORITY OF MY DIARIES. I WISH I HAD PERFECT CONDITIONS BUT I DONT. I TREATED THE EVENTHORIZON WITH PLANT DOCTOR AGAIN. I USED APPROX A QTR GALLON OF 2 TSP/GALLON AND TRIED TO AVOID BUDS WHILE STILL GETTING THE LEAVES. I KINDA USED THE REST AS A SQUALCH SINCE I HAD WATERED THIS MORNING. THE WIND WAS STRONG. I ADDED A GARDEN STAKE AND ROPE SUPPORT TO THE TOASTED TOFFY AND ATTACHED IT RIGHT TO THE FRAME OF THE CAGE. LOOKS GOOD FOR NOW. ILL KEEP THINGS UPDATED.
