Also heißt es weiterhin: Daumen drücken! 🤞☀️🌿 🌿 Week 27 – Mentha de Croco by Terpyz 🇬🇧 This week I had to give the left Mentha de Croco a little extra support and built a support structure for the buds 🌸. The buds are getting absolutely massive now, and the relatively thin branches probably won’t be able to support their weight on their own for much longer. Better to support them now than risk something snapping shortly before harvest 🙈🌿. And when it comes to the aroma, the left plant is becoming absolutely spectacular 👃🔥. Rubbing the sugar leaves releases a combination of lemon, something slightly chemical, a touch of sweetness and a subtle berry note 🍋. At the moment, she is clearly my absolute favourite out of all three plants I’m currently growing 😍. The right plant has noticeably stronger branches and will probably have much less trouble supporting the weight of the buds 💪🌿. Its aroma is good as well, but at the moment it simply isn’t quite as spectacular as the left plant. I’m curious to see whether that changes as flowering progresses 👀. This week I gave both plants 5 litres of Almicanna Flower compost tea each 🍵. Since the nights are getting considerably colder now, I brewed the tea in the garage for 48 hours while keeping it at around 21°C with an aquarium heater 🌡️. A big thank you to Birdmountain and Doctore_Verdethumb for the tip about using an aquarium heater 🙏. You were absolutely right – with the much colder nights, it really makes a difference. Luckily, the weather forecast for the next few days looks really good ☀️🌤️. I’m hoping we get more dry and sunny weather. If the conditions stay favourable, there’s still a chance that I might get these plants through the German autumn without major losses 🤞🌿. However, considering the current size and especially the thickness of the buds, there are still several weeks to go before the planned harvest around late October to early November 🌸🍂. A lot can happen with the weather between now and then, and with buds this large, the risk of mould is definitely still something I’m keeping in mind 🌧️. So for now: fingers crossed! 🤞☀️🌿

This week I planted two of them, Juana and María. I used a plastic glass of aprox 350ml, hoping my new babies will grow normally this time. I used a bit of mycorrhizae fungi powder and watered them with the soution described above. I'm germinating another seed and it will be ready at the end of this week. Well that seed didn't pop up so a friend gifted me another runtz seed and a critical pruple from Geaseeds. The critical already poped up and Tomorrow 27/06 she will be in her new home, right next to Juana and Maria. The last Runtz is still germinating.,they don't germinate at the same rate, that's strange, is the first time I see that in the same genetics.

Flowering continued successfully this week, with some rather expansive growth of the bud sites. Vertical growth has essentially ceased, and she is clearly putting most of her energy into flower production. The flowers and surrounding leaves are getting rather frosty. Even more so than was to be expected, and I’m excited to see how she continues as we transition into mid/late flower. These elements were significant enough that, last week, I decided it was time to break out the big guns and start using the macro lens to take some good shots for everyone. The plant has handled the tent-swap and transition to 20/4 light very well, showing no signs of stopping. The DLI at the base of the king bud rests around 38.5. I am very glad we made the swap, as you can see some premature browning of the pistils on the king bud, due to light burn from the other (shorter) tent. This is a perfect representation of the risks of not doing any training on your plant: they tend to grow like weeds! (lol) The swap to Athena Blended Bloom A/B from Grow A/B has been uneventful, with no signs of nutrient lockout or stunted development.

Day 56 - 29/05/2025 I'm considering this water as part of week 9 and did it fit the flush schedule correctly aligned with my required dates. As Mango Cream and Strawberry Cola 1 are going to the last couple weeks, I decided to start the flushing process over them. They already stopped the bulking phase and we concentrate the next weeks on terpenes and flavours development. Mango Cream buds are pretty dense like a rock. The Strawberry Cola has 70% of Mango Cream density. Pretty well too. I bought the Athena Fade to run a complete nutrient line following the Blended program + Fade. Let's see the results. On Strawberry Cola 2, as it's one week late because was one week later to soil, I keep following the feed chart as well. I reduced the NPK nutrients and increased the PK solution for bulking. By my schedules, I'll harvest Mango Cream and Strawberry Cola 1 at June 12th and Strawberry Cola 2 at June 19th. Let's keep progressing! 🌞 ~900ppfd 🌡️~27°C ⏬💧~50% 📏 45cm distância Mango Cream 3,5L RO water with 12ml of Athena PK + 12ml of Athena Fade + 5ml of Athena Cleanse EC 1.7 PH 6.2 EC Run Off 3.4 Strawberry Cola 1 3,5L RO water with 13ml of Athena PK + 11ml of Athena Fade + 5ml of Athena Cleanse EC 1.7 PH 6.0 EC Run Off 4.4 Strawberry Cola 2 3,5L RO water with 5+5ml Athena Bloom B+A + 11ml of Athena PK + 4ml of Athena CaMg + 5ml of Athena Cleanse EC 2.0 PH 6.2 EC Run Off 2.9 This week is working in progress and should be updated as soon as possible they growth. Day 59 - 01/06/2025 They are going so well and smelling like crazy. The last couple days my city was impacted by a heat wave and the temperature increased as fuck. I needed to remove the carbon filter to improve the air extraction. They are super frosty and I'm anxious to harvest them. It's planned for 12th June and the late Strawberry Cola for 19th. I was roughly enjoy a hangover when I was watering them and I watered with week nutes schedule. My fault, so bad. But hopefully they will hold until next watering where I should water only with 1/5 of schedule just to not strip the nutrientes from the soil and maintain the flush schedule reducing nutrients. Let's keep progressing! 🌞 ~900ppfd 🌡️~27°C 💧~50% 📏 45cm distância Mango Cream 3,5L RO water with 12ml of Athena PK + 12ml of Athena Fade + 5ml of Athena Cleanse EC 1.8 PH 6.0 EC Run Off 4.5 Strawberry Cola 1 3,5L RO water with 12ml of Athena PK + 12ml of Athena Fade + 5ml of Athena Cleanse EC 1.8 PH 6.0 EC Run Off 4.7 Strawberry Cola 2 3,5L RO water with 5+5ml Athena Bloom B+A + 12ml of Athena PK + 5ml of Athena CaMg + 5ml of Athena Cleanse EC 2.1 PH 6.0 EC Run Off - 6.7 (It's weird) I don't know why I got this run off EC, it doesn't make sense due the previous EC Run Off. forgot to clean the tray and I think there was minerals solidified because I got 6.7 on run off. 🌸🍏✨🍭🌸🍏✨🍭🌸🍏✨🍭🌸 Hi and welcome to another Kannabia grow! This time I’m running their Apple Fritter (feminized photoperiod). She’s going to veg under 24hr light and be manifolded. Still cleaning the rest of my Candy Cream GF (11.04.25) — going to sow the seed tomorrow (12.04.25) *been lazy, sowed on 14.04.25 🌸🍏✨🍭🌸🍏✨🍭🌸🍏✨🍭🌸 --- 💭❗💭❗💭❗💭❗💭❗💭❗💭 ❗Events & thoughts worth noting❗ 💭❗💭❗💭❗💭❗💭❗💭❗💭 12.04.25 (GW1) – Cleaning + flushing the old coco coir. Ended up with 12 tops, was aiming for less, but she made the call Didn’t fight it, just shaped it the best I could Airflow’s good, structure’s stable 🛑 No more cuts until post-stretch Pics coming shortly 😘 Flip coming soon — we’ll see how she handles it. 20.06.25 VW9 Switched lighting to 12 hours, may the stretch begin 🤞 22.06.25 VW10 Did a good LST session, made some pics, and came to some conclusions and a small change of plans: Originally planned for 8 mains — long, spaced colas and maybe a couple stronger “titans” if she wanted to go that way. But she’s showing me something else, and I’m not here to fight her — just guide her. Now after stretch, I’m keeping side shoots only if they: Fill real canopy gaps Don’t crowd neighboring tops (minimum 15cm spacing) Aren’t growing into walls or toward the next plant Anything too close, too low, or heading into shade gets removed. No point forcing it. Looks like I’ll finish with 14–16 solid tops, depending on how she settles. I’m just trying to give each one enough light and space to stack properly. No overcrowding, no larf — just letting her do her thing with a bit of structure. Increased Tri Part Micro to 50ml as well. 28.06.25 VW11 one week since I flipped to 12/12 and she is stretching nicely, a bit shy in showing pistils compared to the Fantasy Feast regulars I have in the same tent. 29.06.25 VW11 increased GreenBuzzBloom 30→ 60ml 06.07.25 FW1 TriPart Micro: 50→ 30ml TriPart Bloom: 0 → 20ml Home-made FFJ/FPJ (Watermelon + Pumpkin): 10 → 30ml 12.07.25 FW1 GreenBuzzBloom 60 →40ml, TriPart Bloom: 20 → 60ml, fpj 30→60ml 19.07.25 FW3 Got some bleached tops, been out and about at job interviews and didn't notice a last minute stretch spurt 😭, should recover fine though plenty of time left 😁 22.07.25 FW3 TriPartMicro 30→20ml , TriPartBloom 60→80ml , GreenBuzzBloom 40→50ml 24.07.25 FW3 Cal-Mag 60→40ml 26.07.25 got thrips but handled them with extra airflow and defoliation. 🌱💦🌱💦🌱💦🌱💦🌱💦🌱 🌿 Day to day tasks & actions 🌿 🌱💦🌱💦🌱💦🌱💦🌱💦🌱 26.07.25 FW3 – Fed 5l of #1 50% strength→ 2l runoff (*RUNOFF reused for tomato plants) 🍶💧🍶💧🍶💧🍶💧🍶 💧 Nutrients in 30L #1 🍶💧🍶💧🍶💧🍶💧🍶 💧 TriPart Micro: 10 → 15 → 20 → 30 → 40 → 50ml → 30 → 20ml (0.67ml/L) 🍶 TriPart Grow: 0ml (0.00ml/L) 💧 TriPart Bloom: 0 → 20 → 60 → 80ml (2.67ml/L) 🍶 GreenBuzz Bloom: 10 → 15 → 20 → 30 → 60 → 40 → 50ml (1.67ml/L) 💧 Cal-Mag: 60→40ml (1.33ml/L) 🍶 Home-made FFJ/FPJ (new batch): 10 → 30 → 60ml (2.00ml/L) 💧 pH Down: Citric acid (buxXtrade) 📦 TOTAL: 250ml per 30L 🔬 8.33ml/L 🍶💧🍶💧🍶💧🍶💧🍶 ⚙️✂️⚙️✂️⚙️✂️⚙️✂️⚙️ ✂️ Tools & equipment ✂️ ⚙️✂️⚙️✂️⚙️✂️⚙️✂️⚙️ ✂️ 2× MarsHydro SP3000 ⚙️ MarsHydro 150mm ACF Ventilator ✂️ Trotec dehumidifier (big unit) ⚙️ Mini no-name dehumidifier ✂️ Kebab skewers (LST – stainless) ⚙️ Wire + roast skewers (LST assist) ✂️ Scissors (HST) ⚙️ Vacuum (for spills & cleanup) ✂️⚙️✂️⚙️✂️⚙️⚙️✂️⚙️✂️⚙️✂️⚙️ --- 🍏🍪🌬️🍬🍏🍪🌬️🍬🍏🍪🌬️🍬 Apple Fritter (Kannabia Seeds) 🍏🍪🌬️🍬🍏🍪🌬️🍬🍏🍪🌬️🍬 Species: 50% Indica / 50% Sativa Genetics: Sour Apple × Animal Cookies THC: Up to 25% Effect: Euphoric, relaxing, creative Flavor: Sweet, fruity, pastry notes Flowering: 56–63 days Resistance: High Indoor yield: 450–500g/m² Outdoor yield: 600g/plant Structure: Strong, bushy, dense buds

Well there is a reason why there was a lack of updates... Unfortunately it seems like I didn't clean my tent well enough and I also didn't change the carbon filter. I changed both of that (hopefully)... at least the carbon filter is brand new. #2 had to leave and #1 is also gone. After a few days of being down and not caring so much about the plants, I placed the King's Juice Auto #3 outdoors and hope that because of the topping, she is still so early into flower, that she might've not been pollinated from the last run. She will be placed back into the tent tomorrow and let's pray she wasn't pollinated already and let's pray I cleaned the tent carefully enough.

Rolling into week 7. Time to dial down the nutes and start my UVB regiment. I use Reptisun 10.0 bulbs due to LED UV's giving far less than optimal performance. Reptisun 5.0 bulbs work 2. I only run them from week 7 to flush and for only 3 hours a day within the current light cycle. Update day 45: After doing a trichome check, it finished EARLY!! Time to do a quick flush then harvest. I was going to add the nutes to the fresh water today 😂😂

This week has been a mixed bag for my two plants. #1 is really taking off now, showing strong growth and picking up speed!🌱 It’s looking healthy and vigorous, which is great to see. Towards the end of the week, I also noticed the first signs of flowering—exciting! Unfortunately, #2 is still struggling.😩 It has barely grown and remains very small compared to #1. If it doesn’t start making progress soon, I might consider replacing it with another plant. I’ll give it a little more time, but let’s see how things develop in the next week. Fingers crossed!🤞

Weekly update: Crazy how time flies when your having fun. Seems like yesterday I did last week's update. I did some defoliating and lollipoping on them this week and switched from grow nutes to bloom. Wild how fast the preflower sites grow as it looks like they're everywhere. I'm still feeding 16oz per day, some are drinking more then others but overall Happy Growing

I thought the ladies would have another 2-3 weeks left in veg, but started to notice pistils forming within the last couple of days. So flower will most likely start to begin within the next week, I’m guessing I may see a couple oz per plant come harvest day. Not bad for first time grow & using autos, from what I’ve heard a lot of people do not recommend learning with autos due to how quickly their state can change depending on what you do with them. There are some things I wish now I would have done a bit different within the last couple of weeks, I can’t help but wonder how much bigger they’d be if I did not do any defoliation at all. But I have been combating flies bad and made the call to defoliate mainly for that reason. Started to cut back on veg foods and introduce flower foods and sugars to their diet. Humidity levels still at a steady decrease, aiming to have humidity down in the 30s come flower time. Will be going on vacation for a week soon, so fingers crossed that nothing goes wrong. Will be having a good friend of mine come by every couple of days to FaceTime me and make sure everything is handled as well as possible when the time comes.
