Ok Soo it's week 8. Tangerine dream #2 is coming down. Blue dream #2 is very close. Ther rest of the plants need another week or two. The trichomes are still clear. No signs of amber just yet. I'm convinced the burnt tips and now curling leaves on the blue dream#1 is due to light stress. I dropped the lights down two weeks earlier and it seems this pheno is not to happy about it. The rest of the plants seem to be in great health. The tangerine dream#1 is starting to show sign of yellowing Wich is fantastic timing. The others not so much. I will say its the only negative with this line of nutrients. They are very easy to use however different plants take up nutes at different rates. So it makes it tricky to dose each plant individual perfectly. I will up load photos when I take down the plants and again later when I have them dried and on the scales. I'm super stoked with the grow so far. Not much to complain about. It was not easy with all the power outages. But the crop looks fantastic all things considered 🤙🤙

I finally found the time to transplant the Bubblegum ladies to the flowering tent. The seeds were planted on the 13th of Januari, all the seedlings have been topped on february 2nd and transplanted today. They will remain under the 18-6 schedule for the oncoming days.

Another week on the Gorilla, she is forming bud, but real irregular and she seems to not fill out like she is supposed to. The plant is way smaller than her roommates too, in this case thankfully cause this will compensate a little for the loss of total weight she will cause. I had made a video but decided not to put it up, with too much strong language and questions of the integrity of the third-party seed bank in question. Remember that Expert seeds probably cant help this much, except not dealing with third parties messing up their good name. Well enough words for an so far underperforming plant. We did as much magic as we could, I think Im lucky if she yields 30 grams, lowering my total and average gram per watt score so thanks...

This week the photoperiods showed clear progress in vegetative growth, with bigger leaves spreading out and new nodes stacking in nicely. Their color has stayed healthy and consistent, confirming they’re settling well into their 1-gallon pots. On August 26, beneficial nematodes were applied during a watering to boost pest prevention and protect the soil long-term. Humidity and temperature have been monitored closely, with minor adjustments made to keep the VPD in a safe range. By midweek, the canopy began to fill out more evenly, and the plants are looking strong and balanced. Overall, Week 3 has been about steady development, root expansion, and keeping the environment stable. They’re now building a solid foundation for future training and shaping as veg continues.

IT'S THAT TIME!!

5.23 F60 5.27 F65 - Everything has been going well this week. The plants went through a feed cycle that should carry them through flower no problemo. Started with the AACT Tea, then a bokashi drench with Fish Shit from Fishheadfarms and plain water from here on out. They are drinking quite a bit. 1.5-2 gallons a plant every 3ish days. The terps in my tents smell out of this world. The ScrOG and 3x3 are like a candy store. Passion Berry has mango/guava citrus terps while Deadstar v2 has strawberry watermelon terps. The 4x5 is much more varied, but in general the sweet pink dominates with it's grape candy terps and the dread bread cuts through with it stanky gassy lemon while the prayer pupil smells like moth balls and a bit of GMO. Very lucky to get to experience this much variety. 5.29 F67

Tropicanna Banana is all done. 2 weeks in the jars to cure now. got just over 2 ounce of this plant so not too bad. should be a good daytime smoke.

It's been a pretty good week. Carl 2 stretched out like a motherfucker, nearly a four inch stretch as of today. The accidental topping due to blunt trauma a while ago seems to have stopped the stunted growth and allowed it to really shoot upwards and outwards. The split on UKBS 2 is still necrotic, and the effects seem to be travelling down the stem. I have a fan on it for airflow and I'm hitting it twice daily with a vinegar solution to try and kill off what seems to be white mold in the stem. As of recently the spread has slowed down somewhat, so I'm feeling hopeful. Next feeding it'll get hit with another round of nature's candy and velokelp to try and build some strength back up and come out a real winner in 3 months or so. The tent has been flipped to 12/12, but the outdoor plants wont be flowering for another 3 months-ish minimum, so this diary's gonna get a little interesting in terms of week type. Carl 1 is incredibly stretchy inside the tent, almost 6 maybe 8 inches from when I flipped and Scrogged. Gave Carl 1 a fat haircut a couple days ago, she reacted quite well. The previous night's application seemed to work, and I applied again today. Hopefully she'll pull through. One of the main stems is drooping massively, I may lose it but hopefully not.

[Week 4 - Vegetative Growth] The Fat Banana plant enters the vegetative stage, growing vigorously within the minigrow box. We adjust the light distance and intensity to encourage healthy growth.

Probably one more week! The smell is a soapy bubblegum funk. Nice and sticky. Only critique of this plant is that it’s really bushy.

Hey ho fellow farmers. My little girl is two weeks old and I feel comfy entering the competition with this diary now, she's established and growing fine. Germination could have gone better, I let her stretch a bit too long, I wanted her to stretch a bit because of my dripper ring, I had seen some very dense and compact phenos of this strain and didn't want to risk mold issues down the line. as a result she fell over at the start of the week, I supported her and she seems to have recovered since. She also threw some weird shaped leaves on her second nodes, likely from the stress of falling over, I tend to find ruderalis does this when stressed, more so than normal weed. Need to smoke less i guess 🤦‍♂️😆 Scrog works perfect, abit lose, but manageable. If you wonder about my home made scrog net, its made from 18mm hot water pvc tube, some screws and rope 😅 Watering when needed, every other watering I used Fox Farm Big Bloom, Grow Big & Tiger Bloom.
