Grow diary 11 Stage 1 Days 1-10 By day 4 all was looking good, she had a root coming out the bottom of the cube. Day 6 I transplanted her to the 3 inch rockwool cubes that had been soaked for 15 mins in this stage nutrient solution and left to drain for 15 mins, then she went into the bigger propagator. Day 10 she no roots coming out the bottom of the 3 inch cube yet. Over the last few days she has been getting more exposure to the fan, with the lid of the propagator the humidity is on the low side, but i want to get some air movement around her. She has grown o.k over the last 10 days. She looks healthy enough and is where I would expect her to be in growth. She is the ugly duckling of the grow so far, I always find when I grow gorilla glue or anything crossed with a gorilla glue I get funky 1st and usually 2nd sets of leaves. This is a seriously hard plant to take photos of, it's so big and lanky. She's on about a 20 degree angle at this point too, she's very top heavy 🤣 Very impressed with this girl. I almost tossed her out as a seedling due to her mutation; I've included a seedling photo to show the reader how far this plant has come. She has produced very dense and sticky buds with extremely strong aromas. She smells like candy and gas, just like a zkittles female would smell late in flower. It's been an easy grow. I'm expecting about 4 oz of high quality flower after dry and cure stages. I intend to press at least half of my yield with my rosin press. This seems like the perfect strain to make concentrates with due to the high terpene/trichome levels. I just added a photo of the Forbidden Runtz i grew in round 1 directly above round 2 flower for a comparison between the two. Round 1 is the two top buds that have more brown/red tone in colour. Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. This week, I'm going to keep closer tabs on daily activities. All plants are showing signs of deficiencies. Monday 1/18 - "Flushed" all plants with Clearex. I did about 2.5 gallons per plant and I normally water about 1. I think in general, I'm going to up my watering from here on out if they survive. Tues 1/19 - No watering. Still got a good bit of moisture in the pots. All three plants look a bit healthier. Wed 1/20 - All plants healed by Biden lol. Just in case that fails, I top amended with FFOF mixed with like 2 tbs of Dr Earth, spread across soil for all 3 pots. I watered 3, 3gallon plants with 5 gallons total. Apx 1.5 gallons per plant and they all ran off. Plants looking healthier than they did pre-flush, but I think i'll need to go ahead feed the full amount of Dr Earth at the start of week 9. Thurs 1/21 - Plants are looking pretty good. Critical Kush leaves are turning a bit purple, could be phosphorus def. Friday 1/22 - Normally I would have watered, but the top 2 inches felt damp and the moisture meter shows 2-3 towards the bottom. Gonna give it another day Sat 1/23 - Feed and watering time! I went ahead and did 4 Tablespoons of Dr Earth Life in each 3 gallon pot. The most I've fed to date. This week seems to have been recovering fairly well. Check out the video for a decent tour. In the video I said I fed 4 teaspoons, but it was tablespoons. 😵

So I am halfway through my first harvest and I'm starting to feel like I may have been impatient! Would appreciate any advice or constructive criticism from any experienced growers out there! Do you think I harvest the rest of my plant now or leave it a while? Any tips/hints on the best way to maximize bud density? Thanks in advance

Tag 35 - Ende der 5. Woche. In dieser Woche an Tag 33 habe ich die Pflanze etwas entlaubt. Dabei habe ich die untersten Triebe entfernt und zusätzlich alle weiteren Blätter die im unteren Bereich nur im Schatten standen entfernt um die Luftzirkulation zu verbessern und die Belichtung zu erhöhen. Die Pflanze ist voll im Stretch und hat diese Woche nochmal ordentlich an Höhe dazu gewonnen. Die Blüten entwickelt sich gut und wachsen. An Tag 29 wurde die Pflanze gedüngt. Nährstofflösung: 2 ml/l - Voodoo Juice Advanced Nutrients. 4 ml/l - pH Perfect Sensi Bloom Part A 4 ml/l - pH Perfect Sensi Bloom Part B 2 ml/l - Bud Candy Advanced Nutrients. Davon hat die Pflanze 500ml an Tag 29 erhalten.

So just a quickie for ya, Maria is two weeks into flowering and she has slowly started to show the signs of the tentacles (le-tenticle'). She has also shot up about 15 cm taller than she was (WOW!). Using LST to try keep all the branches a little further apart from each other- just gentle bending.

Bubble og man these ladies loved being topped they were not growing the fastest before topping but after getting topped they have really been stretching out they very much have a scrog potential the branchs bend easily and have good distance between nodes to work with The day has come and it's time to flip these ladies to flower. I was planning on letting them go untill Friday and let the smaller ones grow just a bit more but they will be fine. I have the eternity cup contest in mind and I'm thinking timing so I need to get these lady done and out my tent lol. This past week I turned the light up alot getting them ready to flower they have grown a bunch inhavendone lst maybe 5 it 6 times on the branchs and they arw nit bendy anymore that will help durring flower.

09/18 -Fastbuds - Cherry Cola (3) (Auto) Day 1 germination dropped into coco coir plugs, in prop tent running under MarsHydro !50W LED, Humidity 99%. 09/23 - Germination week Day 5 Germination - All 3 seeds have popped in coco coir pellets and are coming along accordingly. 1 of the 3 is a little delayed in releasing her leaves but they should spread within the next day or 2.

All going well now, just lowered my setup by 35cm to gain more space for the ladies... also now my reservoir is below the cabin instead of inside, so much cooler water now (in fact I had to pace a heater to avoid temperature below 18˚C)
