Big week! I got my new EarthBoxes and a bunch of goodies. I picked up the Probiotic Farmer's Alliance kit from BuildASoil, so I also got some EM-1, Kashi Blend, dolomite lime and Malibu compost. Alongside that I picked up Colorado Worm Compost (vermicompost), Gnarley Barley (malted barley, corn and hemp) and Craft Blend (aprox 3-5-2 organic mix). Unfortunately there was a bag of soil missing, so I ended up using my own mix though I am somewhat scared of it being too clay-heavy for the SIP. I inoculated with EM-1 and began fermenting a batch of activated EM-1 to make the bottle last longer. It looks about a week from LST, after that I hope to set up a two-tier SCROG setup and begin growing the bushes. I will begin spraying AEM-1/EM-FPE/EM-5 alternatively once a week for IPM, I will try to avoid using neem this round (unless I find this approach lacking). I also brewed a batch of EM-FPE with aloe that smells incredible, I can't wait to give it a go.

Hello again, my fellow green-thumbed comrades! It's time to dive headfirst into the first week report for my plant, Jelousy, in the exhilarating Power Buds contest brought to us by the magnificent Zamnesia and Plagron. So, what's the scoop? Well, my little Jelousy has certainly shown some unique character from the get-go, with leaves that are as unique as they come. But you know what? I absolutely love it! It's like Mother Nature's way of saying, "I've got a surprise in store for you." Now, let me walk you through the first chapter of our journey with Jelousy. We started off the feeding regimen with a radio (not your typical radio, mind you) of 10ml per liter of Sugar Royal. The TDS level hovered around 110, and the pH was a pristine 6.0. To make things even more exciting, we've been keeping the water temperature at a cozy 21 degrees Celsius. But here's a little twist – I've been using a ziplock bag as a mini-dome to create the perfect microclimate for our young champion. It's like a little world of its own, and it makes the entire process super easy and, most importantly, incredibly fun to work with. Watching Jelousy grow within this mini biosphere is nothing short of magical! I’ve spotted like 3 gnats over the last 2 weeks. I did 2 treatments of doctor zymes and I haven’t seen any since. I know it not something to worry about since I haven’t caught any on the sticky traps. But some leaves did have a little sign of them. Everything looks good to me. The girls have been fed girl flower power in a compost tea, with cal mag, recharge and molasses. Any feedback good or bad would be great.

Im still not using the PH meter, but i will use a Canna Aqua nutrients from now they ended 2019, but 5 years later i still have it, so ill use it

End of Week 7 CO2 is definitely increasing growth rates but also changes the game with controlling your environment now that it has to be sealed in order to not waste CO2 unnecessarily. You change one thing and it adds many other variables to keep everything in check. I am learning everyday and that's why I grow. The trellis net is doing its job and the canopy is looking nice and even. I also added a soil top-up and top dress of some BioBloom and Mycorhizae so it can start breaking down before I flip to flower next week (Slow release dry organic amendments). And the ladies are using up nutrients in the soil much faster because of the added CO2 (another variable to take into consideration - faster growth = faster nutrient consumption) In detail: -Carefully removed trellis netting -Ammended each plant individually with my soil mixture and nutrients -Placed them back in the tent -Reinstalled trellis netting and trained the ladies to shape Pest Report: Thrips VS Ladybugs... I decided to fight fire with fire - I purchased Swirski-Mites from Koppert (They are beneficial insects that feed on the eggs and larvae of thrips and other unwanted pests). As for the adult thrips - I got very lucky and found about 10 Ladybugs in my garden and decided to introduce them into my grow room as they will feed on adult thrips and any other unwanted pests. I did not spray any insecticide this week and it really seems like the ladies are happy with my new method of bio-warfare and are wilting less and less often

5/25 Some pics may be repeated because I forgot to add a new week. Waited until about 11 to bring the girls outside. They were definately dry on top so I used the rest of the gallon to water them. When going outside I noticed a specific kush plant that's lighter than the rest. I really need to up my water volume on these big plants. They are also getting close to not liking it in the 1 gal. and are ready for a transplant. I cleaned the cage so as soon as the weather permits these girls will be outside in the direct sunlight. Basking in the sun in the cage to finish hardening before going into their final homes which will be 20-30 gal smart pots and a 50 gal grow pot. Well SOME of them are ready for transplant. The link kush seems to take its time but it looks extremely indica-E. Weather looks like it will be amazing this week so I'm obviously stoked. Wouldn't suprise me if these girls were outdoors be the end of the week! EDIT: THE GIRLS STAYED OUT FOR 3.5 HOURS AND LOOKED FANTASTIC. TUEY GOT SOME INTENSE SUN, EXPOSIRE TO THE HIGH RH AND A LITTLE EXPISURE TO THE HIGH WINDS. SPECIAL KUSH SEEMS TO BE THRIVING. I THINK IT WILL DO WELL IN THIS CLIMATE. THAT ONE MK ULTRA IS GROWING AT A RIDICULOUS RATE. I WATERED THE PIBK KUSH THAT WAS LIGHT. I CANT WAIT FOR THE UPCOMING WEATHER. I CAN EXPOSE THE PLANTS TO SOME DIRECT SUNLIGHT AND SEE HOW THEY HANDLE IT. I CAN ALSO GET THE GROW BAGS READY WITH SOIL MOXED AND THEM IN THE RIGHT LOCATION THE DAY BEFORE THE TRWNSPLANT TO FINAL HOME BUT IM GETTING AHEAD OF MYSELF. IM HAPPY THUS FAR. I also added another half hour of darkness so the plants will be closer to actual daylight times. They're down to 16.5. I'd like to have them lower by now but it is what it is. If some reveg I'll deal with it. 5/26 Plants seem to grow an inch I'm a day. MOST are getting to the point where they want to stretch their feet out. Good thing they'll be going in their final homes as soon as they are hardened off completely. I brought them out around 8 this morning. I have to be back at noon but I'm uncertain if leaving them out that long is a good idea. I'll probably have to check them in an hour or so. They're in the lean-to but THAT gets direct sun until the sun rises high enough in the sky to block it. I put them in here rather than the cage so they can build a tolerance to these harsh winds. Topsoil was dry as fuck. I watered everything. I focused on those that SEEMED the lightest and the largest plants. That MK Ultra plant I fimmed is going to be MASSIVE. I'll update what I do as I do it. Oh I also cleaned the bags twice and they are hanging inside the cage with the direct uv rays hitting any part that's discolored. I MIGHT do one more cleaning but I doubt it. Twice is enough. Technically three times but still. I want things to go right. It looks like I've got some pretty good phenos. EDIT: I PULLED IN (BLOCKING VIEW FROM PART OF THE DRIVEWAY OFF) BECAUSE THAT WAS CLOSER TO MY PLANTS. I GET OUT AND START ADMIRING MY PLANTS AND LOOK ACROSS THE STREET TO SEE TWO STATE TROOPERS AND SOME DETECTIVE ACROSS THE STREET. DAD SAID AN AMBULANCE CAME BUT LEFT WITH NO LIGHTS ON. THEY WERE TALKIMG TO THE COUPLE SEPERATELY. I ATE LUNCH AND THEY WERE STILL THERE. MY HOT WIFE WENT OUT AND THE ALL STARTED FUCKING RUBBER NECKING. MEANWHILE I BROUGHT THE PLANTS INSIDE WITH THE SMALL COVER MY S.U.V PROVIDES LOL. PLANTS WERE LEFT IN DIRECT LIGHT UNTIL IT ROSE HIGH ENOUGH TO CUT IT OFF TO THE LEAN TO. PLANTS SEEM LIGHT. WELL SOME DO. I NEED TO GET A GOOD WATERING SCHEDULE DOWN. JUDGING BY HOW THESE PLANTS TOOK IT TODAY I THINK THEYLL BE OUTSIDE IN FOREVER HOMES WITHIN A WEEK. 5/27 Just poked my head in and checked on them real quick. NO damage whatsoever from all that time in the sun. I left them inside this morning so I can bring them out later in the day to see what happens. I'll add pics later and update what I do. EDIT: BROUGHT THE PLANTS OUT TO THE CAGE AT A LITTLE BEFORE 10AM AND LET THEM BASK IN THE 85° SUN. THE WIND WAS A LITTLE ROUGH ON THEM. IT WAS ACTUALLY THRASHING THEM BUT MY INTUITION SAID 'LEAVE THEM BE' SO I DID. I DID MORE CLEANING AND FIGURED OUT SPACING IN THE CAGE AND I MIXED A 30GAL GROW BAG AND 2 20GAL GROW BAGS WITH A 50/50 MIX OF FOX FARM OCEAN FOREST AND HAPPY FROG. SOUL WAS MIXED WITH A GRADE STAKE AFTER BEING PUT IN A GALLON AT A TIME (TO ENSURE EQUAL PARTS) AND FINALLY MISED BY HAND. TAKES A LOT OF WORK. IM NOT GOING TO BE AS PICKING WITH THE OTHER ONES. I STILL HAVE MY 50 WITH SOIL IN IT. MAINLY DUE TO LAZINESS AND THE PAIN IN THE ASS IT IS TO MOCE THE FUCKER. PLUS IF IM LOW ON SOIL (WHICH IM NOT) THAT WAS GOOD SOIL AND THE PLANT HAD NO PROBLEMS SO I GUESS IF NEEDED IT FOULD BE REUSED. I NORMALLY JUST EMPTY THAT FIRST AND MIX A SHIT TON OF SOIL IN THERE AND SHOVEL IT IN THE BAGS. THIS WAS MUCH HARDER. PLANTS GOT CLOSER TO 2 HOURS OF DIRECT SUNLIGHT BEFORE I MOVED THEM TO THE LEAN TO. I WILL UPDATE WHEN I HRING THEN IN BUT DESPITE THE HARSH SUN AND WIND THEY SEEM FINE. EDIT: BROUGHT THE GIRLS IN AT TWO BECAUSE MY WIFE HAD AN APPOINTMENT. NO DAMAGE WHATSOEVER. I THINK IF I USE THIS WEEK TO INCREASE DAYLIGHT HOURS AND UP THE WATERING THESE PLANTS WILL BE READY TO GO IN THEIR HOMES. A FEW ARE BIG AND DEF READY TO STRETCH THEIR FEET. 5/28 With the increased sun some these plants are out growing their containers. PLANTS SPENT APPROX AN HOUR AND A HALF IN DIRECT 85° SUN. EVERYTHING SEEMED FINE AND I WAS GOING TO LEAVE THEM FOR THE DAY IN THE CAGE. THEN I NOTICED THE BIG MK ULTRA'S MAIN STEM (IT GOT FIMMED BUT THE MAIN ONE) WAS STARTING TO DROOP A LITTLE. I PICKED THE PIT UP AND DESPITE A LITTLE BIT OF MOUSTURE ON THE TOP THE PIY WAS LIGHT AS A FEATHER. PLUS SETTING ON THE THEM ON THE TAR WASN'T THE BEST IDEA EITHER. I MISED UP SOME WATER AND WATERED THE PLANTS THAT SEEMED LIGHT. I NEED TO PICK UP LIKE ONE MORE BAG OF OCEAN FOREST FOR MY 50 GAL. I'M GOING TO TRY TO FINISH MY OTHER TWO 20'S AND THE TWO 10'S TONIGHT SO I'LL KNOW WHAT IM LACKING. ITS BASICALLY JUST THE 50. IF MY INTUITION SAYS ITS OK ILL TALE THE "COOLER" DAY TOMORROW AND TRANSPLANT THE THREE PLANTS TGAT ARE GETTING TO BIG FOR THERE POT. ÌF NEEDED I MIGHT GET SOME SCREENS TO USE AS A "BLIND" SO THE PLANTS DONT GO STRAIGHT TO FULL SUN ALL DAY. EDIT: TJAT HUGE MK ULTRA REVOVETED NOCELY ONCE WATERED AND PUT IN THE SHADE. IT NEEDS TO BE TRANSPLANTED. I MAY DO ITCTOMORROW. PLANTS HAVE GOT TO BE CLOSE TO HARDENED. I MIXED ALL MY SOIL AND FILLED ALL THE GROW BAGS WITH THE MIX. I FINISHED CLEANING THE CAGE AND REMOVED BAMBOO AND TRELLISING. TOMORROW IS GOING TO BE A MILD DAY AND PERFECT FOR TRANSPLANT. SOME OF THESE GIRLS ARE GETTING VERY BIG. I RAN OUT OF SOIL AFTER THE LAST 10GAL GROW BAG. ITS NOT FILLED "ALL" THE WAY AND I GAVENT FILLED MY 50 GAL. I'LL GET THE REST OF THE SOIL I NEED FOR THAT 50 TOMORROW.

Smelling stronger and with more personality than last week :D There are not many calyxes but they are swelling slowly and nicely :) Starting to get some purple colors in the buds already :D Her branches are thin and buds are gaining in weight so she is starting to fall! I will tie her up soon :D

Just harvested last night so will come back on in next couple of week to review!! No estimates on yield as yet. But the smell is definitely pungent lemon and sweet smell. Can’t wait to try the end product!!

MAGIC STRAIN This strain easy to grow and beautiful to look at. Nice colour, incredible taste, great smell. This strain takes well to LST. Made a few mistakes, but the bud came out great overall. Very pleased and will grow again.

Flowering Week 25: Structural Support & Purple Progress Update: 29.08.2025 | Day 17 Hey Growmies, Week 25 brought some clarity – and a little intervention. Remember those yellow leaves up top I mentioned last week? Lower leaves were totally fine, so I knew it wasn’t nitrogen. I posted pics and you guys came through – most of you called it: lack of potassium and phosphorus. So, I did something I rarely do: gave the ladies a mild dose of mineral fertilizer. Mixed a 2L bottle with normal dosage into a 10L watering can filled with rainwater, then split it evenly between both plants. It felt like a small gamble, but sometimes you gotta trust the process – and the community. I didn't want to spend money on organic fertilizers as long as the Tripart bottles are still full from last year. Biggest lesson this year? My compost needs more power. Next season, I’m amping it up with extra horse or pigeon manure to keep those nutrients steady deeper into flower. Strain Check Durban Poison: This girl’s gettin’ heavy. I’m constantly tying branches to my support structure to keep ‘em from snapping. She’s bulking up nicely, and the colors keep deepening into that gorgeous purple she’s becoming known for. The smell? Still pretty moderate – not overpowering yet, which is kinda surprising. Still not seeing much resin on the sugar leaves, but she’s a beauty through and through. Blueberry: She’s still reaching for the sky – definitely wants to be the tallest girl in the garden. Bud sites are becoming more defined now, and she’s slowly starting to form proper buds. Her colors are even more striking than Durban’s, deep and vibrant. Still no real smell to speak of, though. I’m thinking she’ll need until at least the first week of October to fully finish up. Next Steps - Keep a close eye on how they respond to the mild dose of mineral fertilizer - Stay vigilant for pests – especially as buds develop further - Check daily for branches that need extra support and tie them up as needed That’s it for this week, folks. Decided to harvest at 10-12% amber. Running out of time and needed to chop her down. Pretty sure I slowed her down from a heavy defol. She was supposed to be done on day 65 based on breeders notes. She took considerably longer for me so the heavy defol is the only thing I can think of. She has sweet gas and grape terp. Very nice heavy dense buds but not as large as I was hoping. Despite the bud size I think it will be some good smoke. I’ll update with dried and cured bud pics. Buds are very dense after dry and cure!

Mar 5 Watered fully for the first time last Friday. The plant is feeling light again today, Tuesday, so I'm going to water less than a gallon. I'm starting to LST to try and keep an even canopy. Looking good so far.

Hola, como podéis ver en las fotos han dado un buen estirón tres de los ejemplares pero el resto aún sigue con un ritmo de crecimiento muy lento, para solucionar esto voy a subir la dosis de Fish Mix de Biobizz hasta 1.2 de EC y agregaré micorrizas, también le haré a algunas una poda apical para aumentar la producción, así como a las más pequeñas les quitaré lo que pueda de la parte inferior a fin de estimular el desarrollo vertical, como mínimo deben estar un par de semanas más en crecimiento. También estoy considerando hacer otro trasplante a 11l, pues son pocas plantas y necesito sacar producción para cubrir mis necesidades. Como siempre voy pulverizando con productos preventivos para evitar la aparición de hongos o insectos, yo siempre utilizo Leaf Coat de Biobizz y va a las mil maravillas.
