We’ve reached the eighth week, and the plants continue to tell their stories. Two of them have revealed themselves as males, fulfilling their role in genetics, while the others keep growing vigorously. The dynamics of the garden change, but the journey remains steady and promising. During flowering, I stick to my consistent approach: I don’t change how I provide water and biofertilizers. I believe regularity is the key to a healthy and balanced transition. Additionally, I’m not a fan of heavy defoliation; I prefer to respect the plants’ natural rhythm, removing only the leaves that fall off easily, as if the plants themselves are telling me they no longer need them. Observing each stage of this cycle is an exercise in patience and learning. Each plant has its own personality, and watching them is like uncovering a secret only nature can reveal. I can’t wait to see how the garden will bloom in the coming weeks!

Everything is going great really starting to bush out and pop with smell n pistals, very happy with crop king seed . The smaller more bushy teenies are the gdp. Very pretty plant overall starting to smell ☺️ Happy growing

So these girls have gone wild after some lst and one being topped they are just surprising me more and more! The topped one has taking flight to the moon 🚀🚀🚀!! The runt is growing and show her self off as well. The stacking on the topped on is pretty insane much props to fastbuds for these genetics!! Weather wise this week was great up until the weekend. Rain, rain and more fecking rain which will cause my nemesis the slugs to appear again like a thief in the night.. The smell at the moment is very pungent, very much like the stink from a zoo! Weird but sure is strong. I have just added some bat shit into the feed along with a table spoon of molasses to give her sugar boost. I can wait for this lady to finish she is looking real nice if I do say so my self. Lol.

Excited to see some growth! Had clean paper towels, a dark dvd case, a nail file and tweezers. The file was just to break the outer shell a little so they suck up water faster. I'm curious if it works!

An extremely vigorous girl performing well to this point in hydro. I did a bucket change out week two of grow and honestly hasn't needed any additional nutrients other than topping with fresh RO water w/cal-mag. I topped her beginning of week 4 and now as of this writing gave her a defoliation at base of plant for aeration and applied a bit of LST. We'll continue to monitor ph daily to minimize potential swings. Midweek 4 update - Top off about 3/4 gallon of ph'd (5.5) RO water w/nutrients and cal-mag at a range of 625-630 ppm. TKO just continues to impress me a hydro newbie, but impressed non-the-less. There is approximately 24" of vertical grow space remaining, so the SCROG net is going up, which means the other struggling 5 gal hydro bucket with Ethos Punchberry Cookies will have to move to the 3x3 tent. I'll move two 3 gal Gelato strains into the 2x4 AC Infinity along with the TKO and prepare for final week or two of veg before flipping to 12/12.

So the girls are doing welll, water change and nutrient top up. Girls were looking a bit light green. But less is more, you can always add nutrients but can't really take away. Just a rule i like to go by. For some reason one of the girls overnight just turned bad/and a bit crispy like.. she's still trying to flower so ill see whats up. I'm putting it down to genetics as the other two are fine and I've been giving them all the same treatment.. if anyone knows do drop a comment. Other than that all is going great, ill be adding a new spider farmer sf2000 to the mix for some bigger buds hopefully.. so i will have some good coverage. day 9: the roots start to come out of the netpot slowly (see picture) the water level is 1 inch under the netpot, the bubbles make the roots wet. nothinh much to do here just waiting for water change. the ph has gone up to 6.0 maybe because of the rockwool touching the water when the water level was higher. in the next days i expect the roots to go in the water day 11 (december 15) roots com trough net and i did water change with double strength (507ppm) calmag to around 200 and 100ppm of each three part bottle

The CBD has now fully recovered from her water logging adventure. The new leafs look very healthy and no signs of stress from the topping. I have to fix the ScrOG rack as the heat in the greenhouse caused the 3D printer clips (that hold the stand in place) to expand and loosen. Probably some binding wire will do the trick. Until I find a solution for the ScrOG rack, I applied an LST clip to the main branch. This will keep her from growing vertically too much. The next day the main branch was already pointing up. I attached some binding wire to keep the top horizontal and give the side branches a chance to grow taller. I bought some new clamps to keep the scrog rack in place. More on this in the next few days!

added trellis netting this week to start SCROG. two layers close to eachother so I don't have to wait for entire square of growth to tuck under higher growth to keep flat even canopy. also minimizes my need for zip tie and garden ties needinf adjustment. I'm happy with veg growth thus far, and once the screen fills up with more green in a week or two these two ladies will both be ready to flip to flower. waiting on lower nodes to develop a bit more and get best use I can from a big(ish) 315 w LEC light. the girls are getting foliar every 3 or 4 days. using heavy 16 foliar only at the moment but will follow their foliar mix as grow progresses. smell has gotten much heavier, especially in nemo, the more blueberry pheno of the two, looking at the fan leafs I think V is more haze pheno with super thin sativa leaf structure.

Day 120, Flower Day 63 (end of week 9 of flower) Checked trichomes today on the GSC. Some pictures they look too glassy, and some show some amber trichomes. I decided to harvest today, although I could have waited a week. Filled 6 hangers with GSC cuttings, and have converted bathroom into a dry room. I have a humidifier and a fan in there, plus there's a central air vent, and the room stays pretty cool in the summer. Seems like ideal drying temperature and RH avg of around 60 F. This GSC plant will be my biggest yielding plant to date. I'm thinking 5+ oz once dried.
