Its been in a flush for a week and now ready to be enjoyed after the drying process

Week has gone very well. Growth has been steady. I'm going to have to think about budding soon. I'm going to run out of room with this amount of growth I'm having.

D28 - The first day in the fourth week of veg for Nordle #2 and the start of the third week for #1. I gave both girls around 2.5-liters of the compost tea I started brewing yesterday, and for once, I remembered to check the pH and adjust it to 6.5. Yay, progress! D29 - Today, it was finally time to top the second girl. She was already seven nodes tall, around 30 cm. First, I got everything together as I prefer to have what I need before starting instead of running around looking for something mid-process: Snips, a couple of glasses with water to put cuttings in, bonsai wire and soil staples, clone-gel and a new razor blade, dwc cloner, peppermint oil and Q-tip. After cleaning the snips thoroughly with alcohol, I topped her just above her fourth node. I'm going to mainline her, so I removed everything below the fourth as well. She went from a lush lady to a stick figure! I secured her remaining two branches using staples and wire. The final touch in the tent was to put some peppermint oil on a Q-tip. Bugs and pests are attracted to the scent of injured plants. On the other hand, they hate the smell of peppermint oil, and it should deter the critters even though the girl smells like a buffet. I bought this tiny DWC system for a few bucks off Amazon a while back and want to try it as a cloner. (The primary purpose of this cloning project is to practice taking clones, plus see how well this hydro system works.) I trimmed each cutting before lightly scraping the stalk, making a fresh cut with the razor blade, and finally into a net-pot. I had planned to put some clone-gel into the water, but it turned out that the bottle had gone bad since last time. Oh well, pure water for this test run then. Finally, I cut up all the removed leaves and stalks into small pieces and distributed them on top of the soil in the pot. Have to keep that nutrition cycle going. Plus, like this, I don't have to worry about safely disposing those telltale leaves. Win-win in my book. D34 - The final day in the fourth week of veg for Nordle #2 and the end of the third week for #1. #2 has recovered great after her first topping, and I'm planning on doing her second topping tomorrow, six days after the first. #1 is a week behind so I'm planning on topping her in a couple of days as I want to make sure that her fourth node is at the same height as the fourth node on the second girl. The clones are looking really healthy but no roots yet but maybe that is to be expected considering that I'm using no rooting hormones.

Going well, have a small light burn on one of the Skrilla colas..sad, but must soldier on. Still very frosty. Colors are developing in the hair now and there is a noticeable change in each cultivar. Nana Glue developing a red-brown hue and delicious Earthy, creamy terpenes. Skrilla is packing on weight and stacking, lowers are crowned in orange hair. Smells like Like Jolly-Ranchers. PLCG is packing on some weight, all the buds are getting that spherical addition. Also, some of the frost on the leaves, termed 'frost rails' by a friend, have begun to turn a nice pink color. Let's see where this grow goes this week. Maybe some color or weight. The smell is very good. PLCG is like a scented highlighter, very lemon. 🍋 The Skrilla is like a sweet and sour candy, quite delicious. Nana glue is Earthy and cream, very rich.

Germination 07/09/2022 Hi to all the old and new growers out there. Spring has barely started but I'm so AMPED to start again. My first grow attempt was a disaster. I started to early for the season. I wasted some good seeds and those Blasted 🐌 🐌 snails messed up everything. Got up started again and took it as a learning curve. I had 1 seed left from the previous attempt and this had to be the golden ticket. The first important thing I learned was getting to the correct pH. Used a 1 liter jug not knowing that the pH down was very concentrated substance. Added 1ml of pH down to tap water with a base of 8.5+ pH and brought it down all the way to less than 4.5 pH. I probably tried like 5 times and realized that a single drop made a difference of about 2 pH. I got the feel of it and had to source a better water supply. I had the option of using tap water but didn't have the time to do a 24 hour airstone run ever time I wanted to water the plants. The local water supply shop was a better option. I got a consistent 6 pH and the price was decent. The Snail 🐌 Problem... I have a plan for those F**kers. We have 2 very nice hydroponic shops in my city. Well her branche thickness just amazes me her genetics are so strong.. Her leaf are thick an wide .. After topping her side branches are really kicking now.. Haven't had too much rain this last week. Day 60F The PM on the cheese has gotten significantly worse in the last few days. I think it may have something to do with the constant humidity spikes every time I water. I haven’t been running my humidifier at all in flower so maybe it’s having trouble keeping the RH up during lights on. Just another reason to follow a daily watering schedule. The cheese and slurricane look fucking disgusting and I’m starting to doubt that a peroxide wash can totally fix it. It worked well for my outdoor crop so it should be fine but this time there is probably 3x the amount. I’ll make sure to really soak the buds and rinse them off good. Bbb#1 is flopping over like crazy from the weight. Too late to stake it up now so hopefully it holds until next week. Starting to foxtail a bit but nothing too bad. It is now 100% done and ready for chop. Bbb#2 is just getting frostier and frostier by the day. The purple fade is really coming along nicely too. Might reveg. It is now 100% done and ready for harvest. Black garlic #1 is finally filling out! I can’t believe it. Never heard of a plant packing weight on like that in week 8. The breeder did mention that it packs on weight later but I’m stunned. Taking her to 9.5 weeks. Black garlic #2 is looking very average. Average color, average size buds, average frost, average smell, probably an average yield. And it’s starting to get a bit of PM. Overall not happy. Will be taking her to 9.5 weeks. Zkittlez #1 has pleasantly surprised me. It was a bushy runt in veg but came through. It’s the third frostiest in the tent, super dense, stacked tight, smells great and looks great. It’s already got a nice amount of amber so it’s 100% ready for chop. Slurricane #4 looks insanely frosty even under all that PM. If I can’t wash it off it’s going in the trash. I want to chop this asap but have to cut everything at once unfortunately. It’s 100% ready for harvest. Badazz OG cheese is looking like a decent yielder but doesn’t have much else going for it. I think it still has some filling out to do. I can’t even smell the final profile change yet. The leaves are rotting off very quickly. Taking her 9.5 weeks. I don’t mind harvesting a bit later rather than early. From my outdoor experience, when a plant is picked early it smells like hay and wet grass clippings until it’s been curing for 3 weeks. When I harvest late or at 30-50% amber trichomes it smells like same scent profile it had when growing. Just my experience. I’ve read that the tobacco industry adds calcium and potassium carbonate to their crops to help promote fire holding capacity and to increase the whiteness of ash. Turns out some of the organic amendments I bought last week contain exactly that. I’m going to give each plant a light top dress to see if the tobacco industry is onto something.

Lemon Cherry on the left is still getting more purple in the buds and got darker and thicker leaves than the papaya on the right side. The papaya gets light, shiny buds, almost with a bit of neon green and neon pink in it. Its hard to see in these pictures and videos.

First attempt at defoliating today to expose additional bud sites. I’ve seen mixed thoughts on the topic, and in the spirit of trying things out I pulled the trigger. I anticipate a bit of stunting in the short term, but hoping for increased bud density down the line. Increasing dark time in hopes of increased florine, or whatever the flowering hormone is. Again, trying things out. She’s looking great though.

I am a little bit worried about its flowers size so I've duplicated the green sensation dose from 1mL/L to 2mL/L due I haven't using any other fertilizer apart from the banana (+potato+honey) juice . These photos are intended to take a look at the state of their trichomes, since, according to the variety information, there is only one week left to be harvested (although I do not believe it). Lets see what happens.

OK so update on this fantastic fast buds strawberry pie grown under the brittish company skyline leds There skyline 1000 mk1 Using house and garden nutrients in soil at a light cycle of 20/4 This seed was simply explosive from the very slick fast buds packaging too the Soil, Flowered around week 5 or 5, And from the very first week was covered in thick frosting, These two strawberry pies where like a powertrain from then on out packing on weight and frosting giving of a very skunky sweet gas smell that took over the whole enclosed area, These where alittle sensitive too light intensity in the early stages so I recommend giving them a good supplemental light for the first 2 weeks before introducing them too there flower light, They really do like too sulk if given too much light in the first 2 weeks, But other than that no issues too report, OK so now for the important part, This frostie delight once dried and only had a very short cure so far, But I do not sell anything I produce so they can cure for 12 months if its not smoked before, But its a very sweet skunk smell with hints of fruit, And the smoke is also very clean creamy friuty ice cream in fact its so smooth and creamy that even using my large chongz glass bong most of the time is very pleasant and easy on the lungs that even a novice smoker wouldn't cough, The terpins on this girl is special and as soon as you spark your lighter your mouth comes too life with this experience that is fast buds strawberry pie, The effect is instant and intense, But the intensity is not unpleasant and is NOT one that will make you feel paranoid, I am a medical grower and coming from me that's saying Alot, The high is insane, You breath out that terpin rich smoke and almost instantly This feeling of well-being and a happy vibe sweeps over you, And you can expect too zone out for a good 40 mins staring Into space without blinking, Feeling like your whole mind body & soul has been felt too marinade in pure xtc, I highly recommend this strain too anyone, And by far one of the nicest autos I've ever experienced,
