🌿 Journal de Culture : Mac 1 – "Spirit" (Plante #2) – Pleine Floraison ​Date du jour : 27/05/2026 Âge de la plante : J+53 (Semaine 8) Taille actuelle : 1m15 Évolution : +21 cm par rapport au dernier suivi (Le stretch ne s'arrête plus !) ​C'est un départ improvisé ! Sur un coup de tête, je pars en vacances avec ma petite famille du côté de Rimini. Ce matin, c'était la course avant le grand départ, j'ai fait de mon mieux pour prendre quelques clichés rapides et administrer les derniers soins à la va-vite. ​📊 État de Santé & Évolution de la Structure ​Une poussée incontrôlable : Spirit a officiellement dépassé le mètre pour culminer à 1m15. Sa croissance est tout simplement monstrueuse, voire même un peu trop par rapport à l'espace dont je dispose. Visuellement, elle reste magnifique : une structure vigoureuse qui continue de se couvrir de têtes de haut en bas. ​Développement des fleurs : Les pompons se densifient nettement par rapport à la semaine dernière. La formation des buds s'accélère et la plante montre un excellent potentiel de rendement sur l'ensemble de ses branches secondaires. ​Le repère visuel : Notre figurine "Spirit" est toujours fidèlement installée au pied du tronc pour identifier cette championne. ​⚙️ Paramètres Environnementaux & Culture ​Lumière : Intensité fixée à 75%. La gestion de la distance devient un art millimétré puisque la plante continue de manger l'espace vertical. ​Climat : Les températures restent stables (24°C jour / 21°C nuit). Le déshumidificateur tourne pour essayer de contrer l'humidité ambiante causée par le réservoir et le système de la pièce. ​Arrosage & Ajustement : L'Autopot gère l'autonomie en eau claire pendant mon absence. ​ Nutrition & Entretien (Aujourd'hui) ​Apport anticipé : J'ai donné 4 ml de Bio PK 5-8 de Biotabs dans 75 cl d'eau ph 6,3 ​Ajustement de planning : J'ai dû avancer ce repas de 2 jours à cause de mon départ à Rimini. Le but est de lui donner le carburant nécessaire pour qu'elle puisse continuer à gonfler ses fleurs sereinement pendant que je profite de la plage. ​📝 Résumé de la situation ​Spirit porte définitivement bien son nom : indomptable et sauvage. À 1m15, elle demande énormément d'énergie et l'apport de PK 5-8 tombe à pic pour soutenir l'explosion des bourgeons. La canopée est bien verte, aucun signe de stress majeur, le run suit son cours de manière spectaculaire. We just pushed through another absolute beast of a week, and the first half of it was pure survival mode. The temperatures peaked at a jaw-dropping 39°C, and even the nights offered zero relief, staying at a sticky 26°C minimum. It’s been an intense endurance test for an outdoor grow! The Daily Hydration & Feeding Strategy: 💧 To keep them from turning into crisp, dry twigs, I had to switch to a strict every-single-day watering schedule. Missing even one day in that kind of heat wave would have been catastrophic. Amazingly, the ladies are showing incredible resilience—they haven’t displayed any noticeable signs of distress or major issues so far. Development is moving along beautifully, though I'm keeping my fingers crossed that there won't be any delayed fallout from the extreme heat stress. Nutrient-wise I'm feeding them at about 75% of the recommended dosing plan to keep them happy without overdoing it in this heat. The Strain Breakdown: 🌿 Lemon Cherry Cookies Auto: This girl is absolutely crushing the game right now. She is already stacking up some seriously decent, chunky buds, and the aroma is getting beautifully pronounced and loud! Every breeze brings a sweet whiff of what's to come. 😉 Amnesia Haze Auto: She has turned into an absolute monster! She’s gotten incredibly big and wide, taking full advantage of her outdoor space. You can definitely see that Sativa heritage shining through—judging by her progress, she’s definitely going to take a bit longer to cross the finish line compared to the quicker, Indica-dominant ladies like the Lemon Cherry Cookies. Bruce Banner Auto & Banana Purple Punch Auto: These are the two shorter ladies of the group, but what they lack in raw height, they make up for in sheer health. Size aside, they are doing exceptionally well, looking super vibrant, healthy, and stacking their own flowers nicely. All in all, I’m incredibly proud of how these genetics are handling a brutal summer. Now that the worst of the heatwave seems to be behind us, I can’t wait to watch these buds really start to swell!

7/10 germinated, luckily I had a mother and took some clones

Preparing to yank out top shelf and rejig things. I can only gain 4” but it will be needed as this thing is running hard. Closer than 8-10” to the LED light, and she WILL get cooked! Next Gen grow box gains almost 8” in height with same dimensions, so problem solved. I may have to cut CO2 until stretch is over or just cut altogether. I got a close eye in her. Day 44: She's looking good, and stretching at a rate of 2"/day in her tin can. I did a light defoliation and cleaned up training wires. I'll leave her be from here on out; less some selective defoliation to keep sites open. I cut CO2 (which would have been helpful a bit earlier), and may turn back on at the end of week 8, time will tell. Day 46: She looks like she is 4+ days behind when compared to the other 4 autos I have grown. She will either catch up, take longer to mature, or I'm screwed because of the heavy defol. Flower development seems slow/odd. 10pm and she’s now 22” tall and too close to the light. Flower productivity accelerating for sure. Maybe she will just catch up, and finish late? Bummer I had this one in quarantine. Day 48: leave symptoms developed further into dark rust spots very suspect to a calcium deficiency. I flushed for a few hours, cut Gro out all together and bumped Micro and Bloom. Increased CalMag from .8ml to 1.5 ml/gallon. Now observing. Day 49: Another day or two will tell but it feels like the deficiency is slowing as the progression on day 47-48 was an hour by hour progression. Throughout the week, and almost everyday, I have taken a dozen or so leaves throughout the canopy and the undergrowth. One day I defoliated her pretty good, but not super heavy. Massive leaf production and has crowded the plant/bud sites out in a matter of a day or two. Day 52: Looks like calcium or possibly potassium deficiency back in check. Newer leaves look good and no progression on older leaves.

Flower mode in full flex this little lady she’s starting to put out some nice sugar and is taking really well to the feedings hopefully there will more beautiful growth over the next couple of days enjoy guys!

Pig. Pig. Pig🐷 Day 35 for this beautiful girl. She is just starting to stretch and looks so big and bushy. I started feeding her pretty heavily because she looks like she’s just about to go into flower and she’s eating it all up. Her structure is just beautiful pretty even canopy and I am defoliated so she had some even light penetration. I’m always just so impressed by Sweet seeds. there plants just get so big and beautiful and they’re always so potent and solid I always try to have a staple of their seeds in my tent.

Week 8! Home stretch now. I'm seeing a few nanners so I'm tempted to pull this week instead of next. Will give them a few days to see how they do with the new reservoir refill and go from there! Lots of crystal build up even if the nanners kick my butt.

This week the flowers really started to bulk up. I was worried about having very loose buds as the development starts off very slow but eventually they really bulk up nicely!! The topped plant is about 2 weeks behind in flower but has way more main collas! Check the last video for both plants

everything turned out very well :) and it's only with 50w and with 40x40cm space :) It was an interesting journey with her, a slightly different cultivation and old mistakes were discovered :) the flowers are not dense, but they are really very, very sticky :) I'm happy:)

Another week down few more to go can't wait!! First ever attempt of growing my own so really impatient to see the final results now and get to the finish line, that said all has went well upto now other than the size they reached haha, really started putting on weight now it seems and they smell lovely, excited to see the buds fatten and progress over these last few weeks up until harvest now, started 5 liberty haze also they are just coming upto 3 weeks now so check that diary out to, any comments info tips for the final stages appreciated

These cali genetics are blowing my mind 🤯 super sticky, very frosty rock dence buds with extra strong smells. All 3 strains are 10 out of 10, very impressed. Done last defoliation few days ago, preparing for the harvest so it's much easier. Stalks are super fat, same as buds. Got big surprise from Atami, plant food, and many extras. Crazy. Thanks a lot guys. 💚 Start adding you Bloombastic food already. They love it. Smell is mad. I think most of plants ready in week or so.

Intermediate Results Overview This grow was intense! Setting up the grow consumed so much of my time and focus that I started slacking at work, and it took me a month to get back on track. But hey, what’s the point of a job if it gets in the way of growing? 😉 In the end, everything worked out, and I gained invaluable experience. This was my first grow using coco coir. At first, I didn’t get it, but then it just clicked! Now I’m hooked: "I’m here to stay." Coco is more controlled than soil, flushes easily, and you can introduce beneficial microbes, which thrive in it. My main takeaway from this grow? If you buy coco, don’t forget CalMag! Next time, I’ll definitely install HEPA filters at the intake. The amount of dust was insane, and the grow box pulls air like a vacuum cleaner. Watching the timelapse, you can see the box sucking in every bit of dust. I vacuumed the intake filters weekly. The plant was incredibly sticky, but that also meant it caught a lot of lint and fibers between trichomes, especially visible under a microscope. Smoking microplastics? No, thank you! --- On CO2 CO2 only works if everything else is dialed in. If the plant experiences stress from deficiencies or overfeeding, you can forget about it. Since CO2 supplementation requires turning off the exhaust fan, it’s hard to manage temperature and humidity. The plant releases so much moisture that RH jumps to 80% within minutes. It’s doable, but definitely a challenge. --- On Magnetic Fields No clue what’s happening here yet, but it’s fascinating! I’ll test again with a control sample. --- Nutrients Dreams do come true—I’ve tested almost everything Advanced Nutrients offers. It wasn’t all smooth sailing; their feeding charts need adjustments for your conditions, and you usually need to feed less than recommended. Overall, I’d say the nutrients performed 100%, and I see no reason to switch. I’ll stick with them for future grows. --- Strain This strain is reliable, though not the most productive. It flowered exactly as advertised and delivered a frosty finish. It tolerated all my mistakes like a champ—especially mold. Despite an abandoned SCROG plan turning the plant into a bouquet, there wasn’t a single mold spot, even in the densely packed lower buds that got almost no light. Zero mold issues! --- Aroma As advertised: pine, wood, and citrus. At first, I thought it smelled like grapefruit, but now I’m leaning toward bergamot. Bergamot with a classic weed aroma—a recognizable twist on the usual scent. During the grow, the smell was strong, but the carbon filter handled it perfectly. --- Flavor It’s too early to say, but the flavor is definitely there! Embarrassingly, all my past harvests tasted the same—like nothing. Just smoke. This one has a distinct sour taste. I’m excited to see how it develops after curing. --- Effect Too early for a full review, but I love what I’ve tried so far. The high lasts about three hours, with euphoria and relaxation. It’s the perfect evening strain. I’ve smoked a lot over the years, but I’ve never experienced true euphoria—until now. Guess I’ve been stuck with garbage and ditch weed before. 😅 It’s not a strain for productivity or chores, but it’s perfect for chilling, watching something, or chatting. No anxiety, just great vibes. It feels like having a beer after a long day: you relax, and life feels good again. --- Roots The roots were healthy—maybe too healthy! While the AirPot (20L) prevented root circling, it didn’t eliminate it entirely. There were dead zones at the bottom where roots circled around the perimeter. A dense root mat formed at the bottom (so dense you couldn’t poke a finger through it), which likely contributed to salt buildup. Breaking through that mat required more water, and I suspect this caused EC to spike 1.5x the next day if there was no runoff. Next time, I’ll mix some pumice with the substrate at the bottom, about 3–4 cm deep. --- Timelapse I only got the timelapse running after the switch to flowering, so it’s not from the beginning. Still, it’s an incredibly useful tool for understanding growth rates. I’ll definitely use it for future grows. Comparing yesterday to today is one thing, but rewinding a week to see how things were is game-changing. I recommend it! You can even use an old phone with a timelapse app if your camera doesn’t support it by default. --- What’s Next I’ve grown fat buds before, but I’ve always neglected curing. This time, I’m doing it by the book with full control. Drying in the grow box with RH controlled at 50–60% (averaging 55%) for a slow, even dry. Temps are kept between 20–23°C, with frequent venting to keep it below 21°C for terpene preservation. After 7–10 days, when small stems snap with a characteristic sound, I’ll trim and jar them with humidity sensors. For the first two weeks, I’ll burp the jars twice daily, then reduce to once daily for the next two weeks. After that, I’ll monitor the RH sensors and adjust as needed. I’ll share the details after curing is complete. After drying, I’ll weigh the buds, take photos, and share another post in a month or two after curing to report on the flavor and aroma. For now, I’m taking a breather, fine-tuning my setup, and preparing for my next grow: Wizard Trees - Zangria S1.

Guava Sundae – Week 8 (Fast Buds Outdoor 2026) The weather was okay this week. Guava Sundae continues with regular feeding and plenty of sunlight. Apart from a few minor leaf damages everything looks good. She has reached about 50 cm and is fully in flower. The aroma is outstanding, super fruity, creamy and strawberry like. This is easily one of the best smells I have had so far.
