Week 9 - First Week of Flowering 🌸 The dark period has ended, and these ladies came back into the light fully energized and ready for action! It’s just the first week of flower, and they’re all praying, stretching, and absolutely thriving—filling up every inch of the tent. This grow space is officially packed from wall to wall, with each plant competing for its share of light and showing off some of the biggest, healthiest leaves I’ve seen yet! 🌱 A few strategic plucks here and there have kept airflow smooth and light penetration balanced. Those big leaves? They’re a sign of happy, healthy growth. Large leaves help the plant capture maximum light energy, essential during this stage, especially as they start focusing on developing those flowers. When plants grow huge, vibrant leaves like these, it means they’re well-nourished and content in their environment—a true testament to the well-balanced conditions we’ve got going in the tent! Flowering Parameters 🌡️ Room Environment: • Temperature: 26.7°C • Humidity: 63.3% • CO2: 960 ppm • VPD: 1.29 kPa (prime zone for flowering health!) Lighting: • Light Intensity: 835 PPFD (ideal for boosting flower growth) • Solution: pH 5.96, TDS 460 ppm, temp 21.1°C • Medium: Moisture: 100%, TDS: 520 ppm, Temp: 21.6°C Carbon Filter Installation & Smell Management 🌬️🌱 With the transition to flower, the scent profile is already starting to kick in—crazy for the first week, right? 🌸 To keep everything fresh and under wraps, I’ve set up a carbon filter system. Here’s how it’s working: I’ve connected the filter to my Aerofan, which pulls air directly from the tent. This air is cleaned by the filter and released into the main room, where it then passes through another filter before exiting my space. This dual-filter setup means no scent escapes into the wild, keeping things stealthy and the grow room a peaceful, scent-contained environment. Perfect for anyone concerned about keeping their home free from that telltale aroma! 🕶️🌬️ Enhanced Lighting with Emerson Effect 🌞 This week, I’ve introduced an extra 15 minutes of red light at the beginning and end of each light cycle. Why? Well, this red boost taps into the Emerson effect, enhancing photosynthesis efficiency, especially during the flowering stage. By stimulating a little extra wake-up and wind-down light, we’re mimicking the natural sunrise and sunset experience for these plants, which can help reduce flowering time. Not only does it encourage smoother transitions into day and night, but in theory, it’ll help these ladies finish a bit faster, while giving them a little nudge to build more substantial, quality flowers. 🌇 Nutrient Adjustments 🌱 Now that we’re in flower, I’ve swapped out the Start Booster for P-Boost and TopBooster to specifically support flowering needs. Here’s why: • P-Boost brings in additional phosphorus, vital for energy transfer and cell division as the plant channels more resources into budding sites. • TopBooster supports the flowering phase by improving flower quality and density, helping to build those big, aromatic buds we’re after. Well sliding into another week, I'm checking the trichomes and waiting for them to go milky, not sure if i can just check leaves for that. That's what i have been doing. I've been told i'm waiting for a portion of at least half of the hairs to go an orange/bronze color. Weird blotches become more prominent on leaves that its visible (they are just in some leaves) less than half id say around 15 - 20% and less than half of those seem pretty bad. I would like to know the cause if its nutrient lockout or a disease etc. Or perhaps its normal for late stage flowering i do not know

Buds are starting to get really fat on 3 of the 4 plants. No amber on the trichomes yet so it will be a few more weeks till harvest at a minimum. The one that did the most stretching is just starting to thicken up on the buds. Been having issues with my drainage system causing a bit flooding in my tent. I see a few signs of deficiencies on one of the plants but I can't properly have access to it to see what is going on. The 4x4 tent has proven to be just too small for these thicc ladies. After this grow I'll be getting a much bigger tent. Any recommendations?

Harvest has gone well PE 1 after 72 days and PE 2 after 67 days harvested PE 2 earlier by a week to see if there was a difference in taste or high compares to PE 1. Drying had begun will update further with weights once dried. Day 79 - PE 2 dried beautifully lovely tropical aroma coming from her, PE 1 will need more curing as Budds were denser. PE 1 - 30g PE 2 - 28.5g

she is pushing through the initial HST fimming very well. Nothing seems to slow her down. I am starting 1/4 strength nutes now to help her push through the stress. I also initiated some LST and tied her up, pulling down the branching. The fim job has produced a tripple top crown cola, top new side tops, and 2 new internodal branches, that will be tops down the line. Things are getting interesting folks! Stay tuned!

Oct. 09 - Week 1 begins. Oct. 12 - Can almost watch it grow. Oct. 13 - Photo update. Gave 70ml nutrient solution. Time lapse uploaded. Oct. 14 - I have moved the tiny pot to the "cold room" which ranges between 17 and 20°C depending if the door is open or closed. Hopefully this stunts her a little. A preview of the light I put together a couple years ago in which I plan to use. It consists of a Makers LED Slim heatsink, an Arctic 120mm fan, 4 Cree XT-E 5000K, 9 Cree XT-E 3000K driven by a MeanWell LDH-45A-1050 driver and powered with a MeanWell GST90A12-P1M power supply. Being driven at 1050mA each LED runs a bit less than 3.5 watts for a total of around 45 watts. The heatsink becomes warm to the touch but far from hot. If you look closely, some of the red wire has become white on the side exposed to the light, so they're pretty powerful diodes. I use other lights I've assembled, both identical and similar to this one for some of my succulents and cacti which respond very well, the one cactus is growing at an amazing rate. Time lapse videos should be considerably better now since the new location is much lower traffic and I've learned how to stitch the photos together using PhotoShop in a much simpler way than how I had done it with iMovie. I'm pretty new to making time lapse videos so there are going to be some mistakes. I also have figured roughly how long my batteries last (2 days) so I switch them every other day.

Week 18 Day 120 | 08/11/2021: I just can’t stop looking at them, they are so plump 🍑 I watered them today with just 1L of plain water because I want to harvest them in 4 days and don’t want them to wilt, but at the same time I know it’s better to let the soil be on the dryer side when harvesting. Day 124 | 12/11/2021: Today the beauties are being harvested!!! So exciting because they’ve been growing for a while and I can’t wait to finally vape them. From day 1, no, even from germination, the seeds were so strong and quite resistant to nutrient deficiencies. Very good and strong genes, I’m really happy that I tried them out! I will be hanging them with the stem to dry for 10-14 days, I keep the leaves so that the humidity can stay high in the tent, I used to struggle a lot with humidity when I would hang them without leaves, and then the buds tasted like hay for the next month, so I try to avoid that now. Can’t wait to see that the total weight is! They are quite big but I think the buds are not extremely dense so it could be deceiving 👀

7.1 weeks The weather is great now, much sun. The plants need bit more water, they love it. Stay in tune 27.06.24 7.8 weeks now. The middle one don't grow in height anymore, the buds getting bigger. The right one get now the tallest, 70 cm right now.from yesterday to today just 5 cm in height grow! The left one now are in flower stage... Looking good.

Okay I like this strain if I get an indica pheno buds are solid and frosty dank sticky smell like chocolate earthy pungent very colourful buds buds swell alot on the indica pheno and Day 77 from seed plant 3 harvest she cant support herself this pheno reminds me of blue cheese very pungent when handled small but rock hard buds keep you updated on smoke report after cure plus the other 2 plants 👍 Plant 1 harvested on 11th December 81 day from seed will update with pictures
