The hardest part of growing, is the time for harvest... I didn't do the norm, no 12/12 I do 10/14.. Do I harvest? I flushed her out, its only week 6 of flower, and I feel like there is plenty of time for these babies to bulk up... things are on cruise control, moon mintz is a 9 week flowering plant. She is looking absolutely BEAUTIFUL. This whole grow, except the hermie... has been a blessing. I love this plant, seeing my efforts going into these huge buds is very very amazing.

ok so everything has gone fantastic , no nutrient burns at all , and have been slowly creeping up the base nutrients , i have stopped the cal mag and now adding house and gardens bud XL at full strength these girls are now in full swing of flower the Cal mag has made absolutely no difference too the yellow colour of this blackberry so I suspect it is just how this strain is as meany diary's on here of the same strain are also on the yellow side , but it's certainly not affecting the speed of the growth of her , i also bought a new ph stick this week , i have found when PHing the feed bucket that its best too have air stones in the bucket , add all nuts and then ph but do not use the feed that day as if you check the next day the ph is off again so i left it 24 hours after i add more ph down , and it seems too make the measurements alot easier and stable , i have bent down the main stems " without damaging them onto my netting too A keep the canopy all the same high so my lighting is covering all plants at the same distance and also it allowed the side stems too reach up too , i also was sponsored another new led light by kingbo this week so have added another 600watt led too the grow , so now have two 600's and one 900watt , and temps are still fine sitting at 24c lights on and 19-20 off , so am pleased with that , I accidentally bend the main stem last week while I was putting them under the netting too try and control the stretch , luckily it did not crack or snap the branch at all and she didn't droop on that branch at all and has healed already , it may or may not be related but as soon as it happened the side branches thickened up too the thickness of the main stem , this plant has over taken the rest in size even being a full week too 15 days younger , it's certainly not ideal but it really does not appear too have slowed down the growth and may well go in my favour , this lady really did stretch out from week 4 into 5 and is showing no sign of slowing down , her side branches are very thick almost as thick as the main stem , her leaf production was minimal and I have only had too remove very few too expose the bud sites , the yellowing seems too be recovering now and most of the plant is green now , Update , Now gone a lush green colour instead of that horrible yellow , and the buds have already started too purple , she has also stepped up a gear with her nutrient intake almost drinking 6 pints since Thursday , She seems too have slowed down on the stretch and has so meany bud site scattered all over her with as the diary name suggests black roses everywhere , and note too any seed banks reading this if there is not a purple stain out there already called black rose now is your chance lol and Iwant a sample pack first kinda like the tester :) Now defoliation , as you can see they really didn't seem too mind at all being stripped and within a couple of days they had all replenished the lost leaves and even this week olive had to pull the odd few off as they have grown out , Method , well all info now is simple , Anything I cannot tuck under something that is blocking a bid site with shade I remove too middle or bottom , Everything else stays , I just stand above the plant and pull off anything covering the sites , it's really as simple as that , I see some strip them until there is nothing left on but a few sugar leaves , but for me didn't like the look of the plants , for me the growing process is just as much fun as the fruits ,

These are doing awesome! We have had a little bit of a change in the weather in the last week, the nights have gotten nice and cool, and the days are still quite warm. We have also had a few showers this week which they seem to have loved. We are at about 13.5 hours of sunlight a day, and cute little buds are forming quickly. These smell peppery, sharp and sweet. One of these babes has reached 7 ft from the ground; the others are between 6.5 and 7 ft aswell. We heavily defoliated these giants today. These ladies continue to impress me as we move slowly toward the autumn equinox; and into the harvest season 🌾

Finally, 25 weeks i believe... Mold, mildew, bud rot, rain, humidity, crazy wind, frost. Somehow these girls turned out just fine and I am so proud of the end result. I am late posting, everything is pretty much all cured up and ready to smoke. Just finished making some stocking-stuffer jars for friends and family for Christmas. It was interesting to see the different phenotypes from each plant. One was named Average Girl, medium size, medium height. Then there was Big Bitch. She was the tallest and had the skinniest nugs. Next was Dolly.. She had the fattest cones of the 4.. a little shorter than Average Girl. And last was Runt... She was about 2 weeks behind her sisters and about a foot shorter, but she did not get any mold or mildew, and her buds were ginormous. I let her go an extra 2-3 weeks later than her sisters, bringing her into the garage every night at 7 pm, and then waking up at 7 am to put her outside. By far, my favorite plant was Runty. She finished up so nice. Overall smell is Kushy blueberry diesel cat piss with a hint of citrus. Wouldn't grow this strain again just because it did not handle the weather well, and I like a kushier final product, on the taste and nose. That being said, I am a very happy guy right now. 9/11/24 sadly the sun isnt hitting these girls as much as i wish. theyve got a decent smell and some decent trichome coverage for only being the begining of week 4. hopefully they chunk up and arent too far behind because of the lack of sun/ light penetration. ive had half a mind to move them indoors to finish

They all doin pretty good, leaves are a little too yellow for my liking at this point I should have added some grow to the mix but they will be fine I think. This one has a much different structure than the others, both I'm growing are similar, short and stocky with very stiff branching very compact. In the picture its the one in the second row in front of the tallest plant. The seed(s) were soaked overnight with regular filtered water that was aerated. Seeds were then placed in 1 gal plastic pots. I usually start my seeds in 5 gal fabric pots but I was limited on space. Also doing more strains at one time than usual so I can have some variety of clones available for friends and family. Instead I decided to germinate my seeds in 1 gal this time and see how things went but had a harder time with a few of them. It was not until the seedlings got fee compost tea they started to take off. I was unable to get vermiculite or perlite at the store at the time of starting the seeds so I mixed some violet mix i had sitting around had some mixed in it. The mix was mostly peat and lava rock left over and worm castings with some gia green 4-4-4 and glacial rock dust. Mosquito bits were also added. Once the seeds sprouted I added some microbes and fungi powder. In the future If I have the space will stick to doing my seed starting in 3-5 gal fabric pots.

The plants were repotted in their final pots of 7l. Growth has continued to increase strongly and I will top them all tomorrow. I have decided to keep all the plants. I haven't fertilized them yet but I will start this week. The watering water has only been slightly adjusted with Epsom salts and CalMag and the pH value lowered from 7.5 to 7.0.

Très satisfait de cette variété. Ma favorite a se moment. Satisfait des 56 grammes que j'ai pu y récolté. Durant la troisième semaines de floraison j'ai eu une petite crainte en trouvent 7 banane que j'ai enlever a la pince a cils. 2 était éclos. Finalement je suis contant de cette situation car j'ai pus recueillir 8 graines sur quelques petit bourgeon. En gros, très bonne souche. 👍👌
