Kweekverslag Week 3: Serious Happiness van Serious Seeds Datum: 18 maart 2025 Kweekomgeving: Binnenkweek, LED-verlichting, temperatuur 21°C, luchtvochtigheid 51% Welkom bij ons kweekverslag van week 3, waarin we de voortgang van onze Serious Happiness van Serious Seeds volgen. Deze hybride strain, bekend om zijn gelukkige en opbeurende effecten, maakt het kweken tot een waar genoegen. Groei en ontwikkeling: In de derde week zien we duidelijk dat onze planten goed reageren op de verzorging die ze tot nu toe hebben gekregen. De stelen zijn stevig en de bladeren vertonen een mooie, gezonde groene kleur. Er is een aanzienlijke toename in hoogte, met een gemiddelde groei van 10 cm deze week. We hebben de planten goed afgebroken om de ruimte te geven voor zijtakken, wat de komende weken zal bijdragen aan een vollere plant. Voeding: Deze week hebben we onze voedingsschema's aangepast, met een focus op stikstofrijke meststoffen om de vegetatieve groei te bevorderen. De planten lijken goed te reageren op de voeding; we zien een sterke groei en grote bladeren, wat een teken is van een gezonde fotosynthese. Licht en omgeving: De LED-verlichting is ingesteld op een cyclus van 18 uur licht en 6 uur duisternis. Deze instelling blijft optimaal voor de vegetatieve fase. De ventilatie is consistent, en we zorgen ervoor dat de luchtvochtigheid binnen het ideale bereik blijft – niet te hoog, om schimmelvorming te voorkomen. Kijk vooruit: Met een goede basis in week 3 kijken we vol vertrouwen naar de komende weken. We bereiden ons voor op de overgang naar de bloeifase, wat betekent dat we binnenkort onze lichtcyclus zullen aanpassen en wat veranderingen in voeding zullen aanbrengen. We verwachten dat de planten zich in de volgende weken verder ontwikkelen en hopelijk ons zullen belonen met prachtige toppen. Conclusie: Serious Happiness heeft zijn naam zeker waar gemaakt tot nu toe. Het kweken van deze strain is een fijne ervaring, en we zijn enthousiast om te zien hoe ze zich verder zal ontwikkelen. Week 11, all the plants are doing great. Still have a few still stretching out over the rest but everyone just started stacking up lots, and lots of bud sites. Not to much to report this week, just adjusting thier nutrients for flower, other than that it's just a waiting game at this point. So far, this has been a very good strain for my first grow.

Week 7 update 🌱 – the journey continues! Last week, the first signs of nitrogen deficiency started to show. I tried to compensate, but I might have slightly overdone it with the chemical nutrients. To correct things, I flushed the roots the day before yesterday, but it seems to have caused even more stress 😅. This is my first time working with hydro, so it’s all a learning process. I’m hoping everything will bounce back, and to avoid further stress, I’ll now only use potassium hydroxide to balance the pH 💧🌿. Fingers crossed that this brings the system back on track! At the end of the day, it’s all about experimenting and improving. I’m staying positive and keeping an eye on the ladies – they’re tough, and I’m sure they’ll pull through 💪🍃. Letzte Woche haben sich die ersten Anzeichen von Stickstoffmangel gezeigt. Ich habe versucht, das zu kompensieren, aber scheinbar habe ich es mit dem chemischen Dünger etwas übertrieben. Um das Ganze zu korrigieren, habe ich vorgestern die Wurzeln gründlich gespült, was allerdings für noch mehr Stress gesorgt hat 😅. Da das mein erstes Mal mit Hydro ist, lerne ich noch dazu. Ich hoffe, dass sich alles wieder fängt. Um die Pflanzen nicht weiter zu stressen, werde ich jetzt nur noch mit Kaliumhydroxid den pH-Wert anpassen 💧🌿. Drückt die Daumen, dass das System sich jetzt stabilisiert! Am Ende geht’s darum, zu experimentieren und sich zu verbessern. Ich bleibe optimistisch und behalte die Ladies genau im Auge – sie sind zäh und ich bin sicher, dass sie sich erholen 💪🍃. Going well, have trained her horizontally! Now she has the desired shape & I will let her grow upwards to create some nice Cola's.

Sticky harvest, had to run the clippers through a steel wool pad basically after every cola. She yielded 59 grams, little over 2 ounces. Smoke is smooth piney with a grape understond sweetness. Unfortunate she came down 3 weeks early, but the smoke is still pretty good. Got her in cure now.

Week 4 was pretty solid for overall growth and for bud growth. I think the stretch phase is definitely done and the bud will start to pack on size from here on out. This seems like the fun part but it's becoming very smelly and sticky..extremely sticky. I touch it once and my fingers are glued together. Seems to me that they are all happy!! Normal feeding except for more bloom nutrients and no more adding nitrogen. I needed up buying Fox Farms Beastie Bloomz and gave the girls a nice feeding which they loved! I also bought a trellis net and added it, I also bought fabric pots but wont use until next run. I also got a Govee device to monitor humidity and temp better so I can dial in the VPD! Learning so much and VPD is definitely one of the most important aspects to dial in! So far so good this week! I'm loving the trellis net addition! Makes it look so nice! Thanks for any advice!!

Day 85. Plants are flying !!! Wonderful frost, structure, health - pure joy !!! Lights are tied to the sealing and I can't drop intensity, photos are crap, plants are way better ! Last week they got bacterial feed and BioBizz without BioGrow, this week is full blast : Next watering - max pk boost , will push first watering without N and hope to bump 800 ppm , next will be last BioGrow use and 1500 ppm maybe ;))) Hope they won't burn ! I see some bottom leaves decoration and think they could eat MORE ;)))) Btw they STINK, heavily ;))))))) P.S. I am a stoner !!! At the begining of naming A was a taller plant, now last week and this I called them WRONG ;) will follow current lay out. A is smaller plant, B will be taller one. Happy Growing !!!

This is honestly one of my favorite strains I have grown so far, it is amazing all the way around! Smell is like a funky ice cream, taste very fruity & very strong! Will have some more updates and a weight update soon, thanks for following friends!

Flowering day 22 since time change to 12/12 h. Hey guys :-) Another great week that is over. They all develop exactly as it should be 💚. Since the last leaf and substrate application against tripse, I finally haven't seen any of the little biters 👍. Watering was done twice this week with 1.3 l each time (see table above for nutrients). The lowest shoots were removed so that the energy is not wasted in the lower part :-) . Otherwise, as always, everything was cleaned and checked. Fresh osmosis water was filled with stale tap water in a 100 L tank for the coming week 👍. Grows very fast in compare to other special queen's that i started 2 weeks earlier. Its 25 days from seed.and much bigger than the others.. Im going to try low stress training but i dont know if its a right time or not. It s my first grow indoor And i will be happy with some help from old Growers..

Hi there start of week 11 today 😏 today (Day 78) the weather is cold and very high humidity because of rain 😲😩😕 Day 79 same shit weather then yesterday with very high humidity and rain 😵😲😵😲😵 Day 80 autumn has arrived 😱😨😰 cold with rain and high humidity 😲😵😭 Day 82 there are no Updates sorry 😵

Wow she jumped 3" inches, being this small it's a huge accomplishment for her 👏. Looks like she'll be running for the sky as well. I'm interested to see the difference of a strain with high CBD as well.
