1/14/24 - Day 68 - Hello and welcome to water change day!!!! Another easy water change in the books. Currently, the nutes are being applied and mixed. Something I have been adding this entire grow is the root armor. It's an additive to the water, it takes the naturally decomposing organic material from the roots and turns it back into nutrients that the plant can use. I have used it every week thus far. The last grow I forgot I got a small bottle of it. I was able to purchase a much bigger bottle for from the Leaf store. That's one more thing that's awesome about the Leaf box. They have EVERYTHING you need to grow and the pricing is fantastic. 1/17/24 - Day 71 - Everything is looking great. I'm noticing the buds are starting to grow outward and get bigger. Its also getting much smelly in there! Ill keep updating with pictures every few days.

Interesting to see how different the phenotypes of the same strain can look. Pretty much doing the same as always. Quite a lot of light. Some height issues. but whatever. Will likely take 2-3 more weeks due to the slow flower development early.

TEST RUN OF THE ELUFAH UAP-1500 The papapayton is a really super smelly plant! I love the nice thick leaves there very plump. Also the plant has good structure durring veg. This plant is gonna be a great plant when all is done.

My good friend convinced me that trimming and training are paramount, so I've started with slowly defoliating the Creme de la Chems to try and get to lollipop status. They're just starting to flower, so I figured I could get away with a more aggressive approach. Because I failed to train these girls early, I'm stuck dealing with a little rain forest. What I've tried to do is trace each flower topped stalk up from the base, and trim away from the bottom up. 1/3 of the way up per day. I've now got a thick canopy, and I've been trying to just use leaf tucking and manual manipulation every few hours in order to keep the different height flowering sites in direct light. These ladies have really been thriving, and it's been such a joy to watch them grow! I like having two plants in one net pot letting them grow wild, but I think in my next grow I'll keep it to one per pot and train better from the start. As for the Super Orange Haze ... not as good. I attempted to pull the main branch over to train her to some empty space, but I was too aggressive and ended up popping her head off :(. First grow, first disaster. I took the head and stripped her/coated in clonex and pushed her into some potting soil just to see what would happen. There hasn't been enough foliage to really make me want to do any trimming, I've just tried to tie the stalks off to train them apart. I'm really sad about my mistake decapitation, but she seems to be doing well still. She's probably week 2 of flower based on others' journals. I changed the water midway through the week (which is when the videos were taken). I drained most of the water out, but roots prevented me from getting the last few gallons. When I refilled the res with RO, I measured the PPM at around 200. I have to assume that remaining nutrient was completely unbalanced leftovers, so feeding will have to just have to be experimental. My approach has been to give around 1:1 Gro vs Bloom and Micro every 2-3 days when I refill with RO. I want to build my PPM up to 1000, but slowly so that I can detect if I hit a ceiling first. It's hard to measure how much food is in the water based on PPM. CalMag is what drives it mostly, so I've been using CalMag as a sort of measuring stick. I keep the CalMag pegged to the Bloom food, but I know it's only good for initial dosing. I can't assume the plants are eating CalMag in the same proportion as anything else :(. If anyone has a line on cheap lab testing ... hit me up. I'd love to be able to test a few hundred samples at a time for NPK and trace so that I can tell (even if post facto) what was going on.

What's up growmies 🤟🏽 Week number 4 is in the books🙌🏾 Today marks the official start of week 5 and just like my previous grows all my autos are starting to preflower. Like clockwork it starts around week 5 so it lets me know these are right on schedule. I am really focusing on keeping the main cola ties down to keep the canopy as even as possibly. Typically in the past I would stop tying them down during flowering and the main cola would outgrow the rest and dominate. This grow I am continuously tying the main cola down. They all are pretty even except for Caramelicious, her main cola is just a stud and won't bend to 180 w/o me snapping the main stalk. She still is my favorite though and it's my 7th time growing her (I plant at least 1 Caramelicious each grow) The nutrient schedule remains the same. I am feeding them General Hydroponics Flora series. (Floragro, FloraMacro, FloraBloom) I am mixing what the manufacturer recommends for 1 gallon into 3 gallons, so I'm giving roughly 1/3rd what's recommended and it seems to be the sweet spot for my set up and environment. All the plants are doing well and are not showing any signs of stress, deficiency, or toxicity at this point. The weather here in VA has been pretty cold which makes it perfect humidity wise for my indoor grow, without having to blast my Cloud intake system, or even turn on the dehumidifier which won't last long because they are starting to flower and will take up more volume increasing humidity so I expect to have to use them both in the next few weeks. It appears a spider has made it's home in my tent (I see webbing in one corner of the tent) I figured it'll take care of pests for me and is not harmful so I am leaving it be for now. HEY Guys , I've been in a crazy & exciting week really, these contests motivate me to work on my photography and make delicious edibles 😋. after tasting that brownie/muffin everything change!! You guys Can't imagine the damn taste of it. ( I was high about 4hrs after eating a Muffin and there was nothing I could do to chill down a bit Maybe I should pay attention to it's dosage next time.😀 Also Taking Close shots of my buds and my homemade Extraction was really amazing, I enjoyed every minute of it and really worked on them for hours, when I find sth worth it, I always go all in. I put lot of time and effort to the point where I was finally satisfied, with both growing and taking memorable photos of my first grow. All and all, I loved every minute of my time here, made me pay more attention to my ladies, learn from you guys, share sth and have fun. Good Luck to you all & Happy HalloweeD 👻😎

Day 46 flower GDP is starting to show them purple genes and lookin great, The buds them selves look great but man she is a leafy girl. I either did defoliate enough or theses colas are just leafy af Sour diesel, shes still frosty as ever and has the most amazing smell I have ever smelled from a plant in my life, just straight orange peel with a follow up gas. stubby little dense buds, this is gonna be really good smoke Northern Lights, I mean they speak for themselves, this plant has done great at stacking. ALotta big colas and are rock solid. This one smells like straight gasoline. I been checking their trichomes and alotta of them are about 80%clear. I wanna see 80% cloudy and 20% amber. I really need to get these girls down in the next 2 weeks.

Into week 4 and they have blew up on me again. #2 still lagging behind but showing new growth at a decent pace. I think she will be the black sheep of this grow. So far I have performed another round of topping and very lite defoliation. (Can i get more aggressive anything under the main canopy? Watered them in with dechlorinated 6.8pH tap water. I think I may have to think about when to start top dressing them. Maybe 2 more weeks? Lol Also noted that I they are starting to suck up allot of water! May have to start wetting out the whole pot now and see how they respond. So far its a garentee to water them ever 3-4 days. Now getting much closer to 3. 9.3. Teilernte der Headbuds hängt in der Vcure. 14.3. der Rest wurde nun auch geerntet und hängt auf die herkömmliche Weise im trockenzelt bei durchschnittlich 17grad und 60%luftfeuchtigkeit. Nach dem trocken kommen die schöneren Teile zum ausreifen in die Vcure die bis dahin frei ist. Der Rest kommt in Gläser und darf dort ausreifen. Die schönsten Blüten werden am Ende aufgehoben der Rest wird verarbeitet.💛✌️

Took her down on day 69 of flower. Her fan leaves were faded purple and she shows a lot of purple in the calyxs on the stalks and in the nugs. Just a beautiful strain. And the small is amazing. The best smelling harvest I've had. And the stickiest. If you want to grow automatic cannabis. You should try Mephisto Genetics.00

So I had to cut all leaves, and also some of the smaller leaves due to mold. It was only a little bit mold but I cut away every part that seemed to white for me in the end. It probably would habe worked out growing her 2-3 weeks longer but I decided to chop/save her.

Erntezeit! Getrocknet wurde 9 Tage bei ~55% Luftfeuchtigkeit und 20 grad. Trocken getrimmt. Alle Popcorn nugs und Verschnitt zu Hash weiterverarbeitet.

All looking amazing, had a couple days were the humidity went mental and I didn't notice, so got a little mold developing on couple of buds. Removed the affected buds and sorted the hummidity. Fingers crossed that's the last of that. Now I see these wierd little bugs swimming in my run off. Not seen anything like that before, so I am hoping its not a larvae from something more problematic. Just waiting for those trichs to go brown then Ima cut it all down, gotta be soon now I am sure.
