Such a lovely plant. Very satisfying to grow. She smells very fruity with a little sour. Checked her trichomes under the microscope and I’m still seeing about 25% clear with some amber and the rest milky. She’s slowing down her metabolism now, not drinking as much. Putting out fewer new pistils. We’re in the home stretch, no idea if that is 2 weeks or 4, but based on the slowing of her metabolism. I’d say she’ll be done within 3 weeks. Week 7+8 for Thelma and Louise and both gals are looking great! As I mentioned before I'm going to let these ladies go until the fade is nice and the trichs are at least 30% amber and I hope that results in FATTY colas! I cut out the silica since they are flowering nicely now. These girls have the most rock-hard stems I've come across so far, feels like bamboo and a karate kick wouldn't do shit to it LOL! Stretching nicely! A bit long internode distance and small buds and slightly more stretch than the rest, but I bet the quality of the resin will make up for it!

Bushy little mama. Removed the tobacco plants as they were taking over the tent. She is on her lonesome now so she can make full use of the space available. Looking like she needs some defoliation pretty soon. 3/10 Gave her a radical defoliation. Took away about 85% of all the larger fan leaves and some lower canopy growth. I want all the plants energy to go into flowering and developing large kolas. Don't expect the auto clone to get much bigger, so won't be potting up, but she may produce a decent kola.

The plant continue to grow incredibly strong and fast from now on I well slow down on grow nutrientes cuz the leaves are very dark green and we are well into flowering meaning they don't need that much not nitrogen anymore. Thank you for reading I will continue to update have a happy grow.

The ladies are starting to flower and the male is starting to drop some pollen. Most his more developed pollen sacs will be ripe and dropping in about a week a couple were aheadand already dropped. Giving the females plenty of time to throw a bunch of stigmas out there to catch it. Blessed. I super cropped his main stalk over top of the ladies. I also added a clone from him in there for some more pollen for storage. For future crosses. All in all this breeding tent is doing swell. I also snipped of a couple really ripe sacs. Than dusted a couple sweet and sour buds with it. Get 1 more extra cross going. Until next update. Happy growing and stay lit fam.

This drought is wild, 300mm rain deficit around the island. Hot, dry, no clouds or rain in sight for the next month. While this is awful for everything else, this gal is living life to the fullest. Irrigation up to 3hr of drip every 5 days and that is it for this week. Still amazed by the water retention with this Hugel. Whats everyones thoughts on defoliation outdoors? I've kept it fairly light this year, loving the shape, and while canopy looks bushy from front, it's quite clean inside. My topping from 2 weeks ago is barely noticeable, this stretch coming into flowering will easily get her past 9 feet. The combined fimming and topping has really helped this shape. Rain at the end of the season is always a problem, smaller buds is more desirable to me. Nearly always use my herb to make FECO for Gummies, so small is better. I've ran a major support pole through the middle, and I end up using string to internally support all the branches to the center post. Gives me much better control over shape and support. I don't have a ton of room for a trellis so this is easier.
