This week went ok, but I did break two of the four tops early in the week. They have both recovered but it slowed me down a few days. I got the final four toppings done today on day 49, so I will probably give them two or three weeks and see where they're at, and hopefully be about ready to flip to flower. Not much left to do from here, just a little LST on the 8 tops to spread them out, and then just sit back and watch them grow. Thanks for stopping by, be safe and Blaze On!

Defoliated and fully leaf stripped. I am going all out to see what happens. Wedding gelato is a fairly tall plant for my tent and future grows will have to be properly trained and tied down. Live and learn. So far happy with the results from hydro grow. Roots have worked their way into the res so I have added an air bubbler to the submerged roots.

Tag 49 - Ende der 7. Woche. In dieser Woche haben die Blüten nochmal ordentlich an Volumen dazu gewonnen und produzieren eine dicke Harzschicht. Auch der Duft der Blüten wurde in dieser Woche intensiver. Da sich die Pflanze nun vollkommen auf die Produktion der Blüten konzentriert, habe ich den Dünger nochmal etwas angepasst/verändert um der Pflanze alle Nährstoffe zu liefern die sie für die Produktion der Blüten benötigt. An Tag 43 wurde die Pflanze gedüngt. Nährstofflösung: 2 ml/l - B-52 Advanced Nutrients. 4 ml/l - pH Perfect Sensi Bloom Part A 4 ml/l - pH Perfect Sensi Bloom Part B 2 ml/l - Bud Candy Advanced Nutrients. 2 ml/l - Big Bud Advanced Nutrients. Davon hat die Pflanze 1l an Tag 43 erhalten.

Day 69 (March 6th) Just gave everyone their last watering. I’m going to harvest and wash everything tomorrow night on day 70. I‘m not going to do that whole 48 hours of darkness thing because I didn’t see a difference last time I did it. In fact, it made my plant under watered before drying which caused it to dry too fast. Slurricane and cheese will be washed with h2o2 and the rest will just be rinsed off in warm RO water and hung up. Before and after washing I’m going to go over each branch with a flashlight and make sure there is no dog hair or debris in or on the buds. I will be drying in my spare bathroom (that no one uses!) from hangers. Aiming to keep it around 60-62F and 50-60 RH. Hoping for that 10-12 day dry. I wanted to do a full plant hang but the tent got pretty dirty and I would feel more comfortable just cutting and rinsing everything off branch by branch. I’m going to try my best to keep the full plant intact. Got my humidifier hooked up and running RO water because with tap water it deposits calcium and lime all over the buds and walls. For air flow I’m just indirectly running a small usb fan. I’m not worried about air flow in the bathroom honestly. It stays nice and breezy down there anyway. Got the food grade peroxide and RO water to wash up the slurricane and cheese. Everything except for the cheese and garlic#1 is looking more than done. Trichomes all look pretty well done. Some of them have even burst open. Smells are all super ripe and mature too. Can’t wait to smell each individually in jars. Next week I will recap what went wrong and what I will do differently next time to keep it from happening again. (Day 70F) Just got everything chopped, washed and hanging. The vast majority of the PM was washed out but I can still see very small amounts. When they dry out I can shake the branches a bit to get the rest off. At very least it’s sterile now. There is no question I lost some potency while washing but the amount is negligible for a much cleaner product. I could see lots of dirt and other debris float to the surface of the water after being washed. And no those are not trichomes, those sink to the bottom. I could put that nasty water through a bubble bag and wouldn’t get all that much. Although it probably does remove a lot of the actual trichomes heads. I’ll have to check with the microscope. Everything is rigged up for a nice slow dry. Temp is sitting at 64 and RH is at a nice 60%.

Welcome to my Fast Buds sponsored shootout and living organic soil v coco side by side. I also plan to use this grow to my full advantage regarding a few age old nagging questions about methods. I have had a keen interest in L.O.S ( supersoil) since reading a few threads a while back on how amazing and productive it can be. After too much research and procrastinating I had to give it a go. I have been a decades coco/nft grower and recently threw my hat in the rdwc ring too. I have avoided soil due to the overwatering worry ( heavy handed chimp brain !) and the best potting soil/feeds. Catching up on the advances in indoor soil gardening and organics led me too subcools supersoil recipes to name a few but being a town dweller with farms everywhere around me still drew blanks on a lot of the ingredients needed and where the hell I could even begin to get them from. Thankfully , commercial savvy has now made buying it in ready to use and with a full range of beneficial bacteria ect available in amendments from a grow shop here in the uk. ecothrive have realised the potential for us to dive into this medium with all the mixing , measuring and resourcing. I bit the bullet and £150 later I now have 4 x37Litre pots that will be used for as long as I want to feed the soil for without EVER needing nutrients again potentially. The coco has also had charge mixed in to encourage the bennies to colonize there too. I will be using the shogun nutes that I know do the business with coco to compare with for yield , growth and taste. I have 3 seeds each of 4 Fast Buds Strains to use as a control for the grow and am journaling each strain in their own diaries. This statement will be used to start each one as the information is identical at this point but following this I will do them individually. I am now starting their second week since opening the seed packets , straight into soaked and shook root riot cubes and into the heated propagator. They had all showed their heads by end of day 3 and a couple needed helmet surgery to open up without being hindered . I have has them in the prop for a few days but they needed to get settled as they were popping roots out all over the cubes. They have now been in their final pots for 2 days complete and starting their 3rd today at day 8 since planting in cubes. I am impressed with the speed and success of these girls already (12 of 13 germinated) . Well done fast buds. So here we go folks , any comments , ideas ,questions , advice are always welcome and I hope we can have some fun experimenting with defol v non defol , topping v fimming v bending and any other curiosities along the way. Kaktus Candy Berey wächst aufgrund der niedrigen Temperaturen sehr langsam. Ich schaue nach meinen Töpfen auf dem Balkon. Regelmäßig füttere ich das Bodenleben mit Teeresten und vaporisierten Blütenresten. Meine Würmer sind ständig high und arbeiten nur sehr langsam. Mehrere Pilzgattungen fruktifizieren, ich mache ein paar Makro Aufnahmen und dampfe gemütlich eine selbstangebaute Blüte vom Frühsommer auf dem Balkon.

Shes one of the stand outs, shes different from the first pheno already in terms of leaf structure everything seems a bit thicker. The buds on the first one are skinny kinda heavy torpedoes I love them it's a crowd favroite. My ph meter broke and Hannah Instruments sent me a new probe. When I got it and checked run off everything was fucked up so I did a heavy flush on everything and a light feed. Found some shit called Gnatrol on Ebay for the fungus gnats larvae added to the mixidk if it will work tho. Pictures were taken on Day 7 of Bloom

Not a lot to report. Growth is slow as they must be in veg for another 7 weeks till they can go into the flower room. Defoliating as I see leaves blocking tops. Closely monitoring. The vids may not be in correct order but this is the most recent. She started in the dwc on the 7 at 5 days old and today marks 21 from seed, 17 in pot. The Larry og seems to be growing but she is showing some bad genetic inheritance. He sister is in the container on the ground in the grow bag. Same time same period. The two behind is the sister gsc and a grand daddy banner.

Day 151. Girl is harvested, sticky, stinky, oily, a bit too leafy and kind of light, cant see even 100 of her .. ( 8.5 is already choped, the brushed by wall branch ). She stinks like skunk with some aftertaste ( tried scissors hash already). Now it looks like she had to go couple weeks more, trich mostly milky and leaves after darkness are green, looks like she was beging me to leave her and put makeup to look younger ;))))) We shall see .. Day 157. Boy oh boy ... how i love to be wrong ...;)))) Girl is a record braker. 141 from one plant, my new pure indoors record. Long journey , desent result, she could make in 6 weeks earlier, but she had a crazy life, lets hope it will be crazy smoke ;))) Report to come ....

Hola! 22/03/23 - Llevamos 60 días desde que empezamos a germinar las semillas, estamos en la 3ª semana de floración. He tenido que subir la luminaria por que las plantas han pegado estirón y se han plantado a menos de 10cm del led. He instalado la malla scrog por la parte media de la planta para sujetar las ramas y en poco tiempo pondré una segunda malla para sujetar las partes altas. A partir de aquí mi prioridad es no tocarlas para no estresarlas de ninguna manera. Solo buenos riegos, buenas temperaturas y música.

420 Fastbuds FBT2306 Week 7 What up Grow fam. Week 7 update on these amazing plants. Looking nice would be an understatement for these two. The flower sites are a thing of mesmerizing beauty when gazing upon them. You'll see shades of purple, pink, and white. Definitely a sweet smell to them. Still feeding nutes every 3rd water with water and calmag in between. Over all been easy Growing with no special treatments needed. Happy Growing

This week went well I am continuing to harvest buds as they become ready. The leaves are yellowing more and more letting me know that she is almost complete. I think the lower bids have about one more week until they are ready and that will complete the harvest for Big Girl. Little girl is now declining, she has not branches out or grown new tops.
