Today is Day 50 !! We have started flower an they are just looking amazing! We have switched up the nutrients for flower, instead of 1 tsp bloom and 3 tsp of veg , we just swap 3 tsp of bloom and 1 tsp of veg !! Can’t wait to see what these laddies do this week!!

I will say I'm a little surprised she's not in flower already due to being in only a one gallon pot you would think the main taproot would have triggered flower by now... if she doesn't start in the next couple weeks, I might have to give her a flip and see if that works... But I think everything is okay. She's just gonna be a nice plant so far.Very impressed with growdots and recharge combo, not to mention how it has made my life so much easier to grow my ladies... First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. Both girls were up-potted into their final pots, one in a 5gal fabric pot and one in a 6.5gal plastic container. I planted them in fresh FFOF with a few handfuls of perlite and stopped feeding (water and 3ml/gal cal-mag only), both girls seem happy and look healthy albeit small for their age...i did a heavy defoliation on the bigger of the 2 plants and will do the same to the "runt" next week... Edit: 5 days after transplant and brown spots have appeared, I believe it to be calcium lockout, possibly a PH drop after switching to a hot grow media..i removed effected leaves, applied a top dressing of dolomite lime (tablespoon each) and watered 1 gallon PH'd to 7.5..will update

The plants continue to grow although slowly. I turned the Gavita back on this week and even at 42 inches it seems to be too much light at full power because although they're getting adequate nutrients, the leaves appear to be showing signs of damage to the chlorophyll pigments. I'd like to splurge and get the adapter and controller so that I can dim the light and slowly increase the intensity to allow for a more gradual photo acclimation period, but I will probably hold off until my next run. I've also considered adding supplemental Co2 to help the plants more effectively tolerate and take advantage of the light intensity, but it seems like a big expense for an uncertain benefit considering all of the other variables that are sub-optimal. Perhaps I'll give those Excellofizz Co2 pucks a try. Someday I'll build sealed grow room with automated Hvac, feeding, and Co2 enrichment but for now I'll soldier on and hope for the best as the flip to 12-12 approaches. More to come next week!

Fünfte Blütewoche. Bisher bin ich durchwegs begeistert von den Pflanzen. Keine Mängel, keine Plagegeister, toller Wuchs und schöne Blüten. Einige Blätter an besonders exponierten Buds beginnen verwenden sich. Denke die UV-b Bestrahlung ist evt. etwas lang, daher wird jetzt 30 min weniger bestrahlt. Von 4h auf 3,5h. An Blütetag 33 tauchten an einigen Blättern des helleren Phenos (1) braune Flecken auf den Blättern auf. Verdacht Überdüngung oder Calcium/ Magnesium Mangel. Messung des Drain ergab brutale Überdüngung. ( 11mS und Ph 4,8). Somir Smspülen erst mit Osmosewasser bis Ph 6 und Leitwert 5.8mS. Am nächsten Tag Spülen bis ph6 und Leitwert 2mS mit Leitungswasser/Osmosewassermix Leitwert 500microSiemens(0,5mS) Interessanter Weise zeigt es sich bei Pheno 2 erst jetzt und komplett anders, trotz 100%gleicher Düngung. Bei Oheno zwei beginnen drinnen Blattspitzen sich nach innen zu Rollen und die Blätter vergilben ähnlich eines Stickstoffmangels. Auf den letzten beiden Bildern links vorn gut zu sehen.

The cold significantly stunted development. I cut it 20 days too early because I was afraid of botrytis spreading from other plants, but that was my mistake, as botrytis never reappeared on subsequent plants. 8 days drying with indirect wind and dark place. Small 3-liter vase, just a few grams, the crop still had more time to mature.

We are officially in full bloom. The have been enjoying 6-7 hours of sun light per day for about 4 days now, then brought back in under the cobs. The girls are all exploding with growth and stacking what I expect to be huge buds.

1/14: This morning, I did a foliar application of big bloom and fulvic acid, then about 5 hours later I watered them with about a half-gallon of rainwater each and added armor si, humic acid, endoboost myco/tricho, liquid molasses, and a bunch of cal-mag. Today, I also I wired up and mounted my new samsung sun board strips (660nm/730nm) and my Solacure FlowerPower UVB fixture. I'm running the deep red/far red bud boosters a few hours per day right now, but will run them for the entire photoperiod once I start flowering them. I'll run the UVB for 4 * 15-minute sessions a day for the full flowering cycle, and if they don't protest too much I'll increase each session by 5 minutes and evaluate again. Some strains are more forgiving than others and I've got 5 different strains in this space...so really not sure much time I'll get away with exposing them to the deadly rays without damaging them too much...😈 Both "A" and "B" put on an inch overnight. Now that the soooperstunted mutant runt is acting like a normal plant, so henceforth I'll refer to her as "C." 1/15: I received one of the rapid led/growmau far red initiator pucks today. With the placement of my UVB light, I'm realizing I'll need another far red puck to have even and intense far red coverage, so I'm ordering another with Prime delivery and waiting to start flowering until I receive it. I sprayed them down really well with ph adjusted rainwater tonight to rinse off nutrient build-up from foliar applications. 1/16: I'm really excited to try flowering under 14/10. I grew photos indoors on an off for 15 years before I semi-retired. If I added up all the additional flowering time I could have done through the years if LED technology existed, I'd have had an extra truckload of bud to smoke. I did another application of Axiom Harpin a|b Proteins this evening, right before dark. I'm expecting a big growth burst this week, leading up to the flower stretch. I really need them to trigger under 14/10 within 4 or 5 days🙏 ...if not, I'll switch to 13/11 and wait a few more days🙏😟..if still no pistils are poppin, I'll go to 12/12 and chalk it up as bad luck or varietal indifference to Pr and Pfr manipulation. 1/17: I fed each of them about 3/4 gallon of full strength veg nutes. This will be the last. I also foliar fed with big bloom and fulvic acid. #3 is still vegging in my SCROG tent with the #8 FFT DWC plant. She's coming along, but still not ready for prime time.. That's it for week 4-
