(11/25-12/01) Hope everyone enjoys the daily progressions of overhead and side profile (Organized Chaos) Unfortunately they have too much of a toll for me to keep up with with 3 sets of grows going now, so this was the last week I am doing them on this set. I will try to add a video and black back or cover pics by end of week every week. Week 3 Notes & Observations: As mentioned last week, Plant 1 remains the supreme plant now and is producing nice stretch in the node spacing but is still showing a different type of leaf shape than plant 2. No issues from the mainline topping and they seem to be going okay. I will be topping again this weekend for the second of 3 total topping sessions. This topping will be 2 tops off the ends of the last and will produce 4 main colas. **OOPS** was being a little too aggressive in my HST while trying to set the mainline on both plants today. P1 was just a little rip of the skin, I taped her up and suspect she will be fine. However, on P2, I nearly snapped the whole branch off. I taped it and crossed my fingers hoping it works out in a week or two, but have serious doubts it will be able to mend such a large break. We'll see because I am posting ALL of the grow, the good and the bad. VPD and PPFD: This week I will hold the humidity in the tent to about 70-75% and temps will be monitored for 70- 75F daytime and 66-71F overnight. Im not adjusting my lights and look to control them 350ppfd max. Meaning slight increase over last week but mostly just growth increase. Feed & Monitor: ***All feeds with nutes use either a whole ratio or combination of "Veg Mix" and "Bloom Mix"concentrates DILUTED in water until a total ppm of add-in is reached using a (Total Dissolved Solids) TDS Meter measured in PPM (parts per million). The "Veg Mix" concentrate will eventually be added in smaller ratios and "Bloom Mix" concentrate will eventually replace the "Veg Mix" concentrate entirely. The ppm and ratios of each feed will be listed when I feed. Veg mix recipe is on week 2. Bloom Mix recipe will be noted in this top message of the week that I make it.*** Day 28 (last feed was day 22) Tested and Calibrated my ph pens. Starting weight from each pot was 18 lbs and 8 oz, P1 weighed 15lbs 12oz and P2 was 15lbs 4oz before feed. Each plant got 1 gallon of de-chlorinated tap water with 300ppm Veg Mix concentrate added (recipe on week 2 and makes 1 gallon at about 3600 to 4000ppm concentrate to dilute each feed, i.e. I only fed 300ppm above the purified water ppm this feed) The ph on this feed was balanced to 6.0ph to combat the original higher runoff ph from the first runoff feed. After feed P1 weighed 22lbs 3oz (21lbs 2oz after last feed) and P2 weighed 21lbs 14oz (20lbs 14oz after last feed). I got about 5cups of runoff on P1 (9 cups last feed) and 5 cups on P2 (7 cups last feed) . Runoff for P1 ph was 6.45 with 1170ppm (6.45ph with 980ppm last feed) and P2 was 6.45 with 1230ppm (6.45 with 1130ppm last feed). Top soil tested at: P1 6.35,6.3,6.33,6.33 for an avg of 6.327 (6.497 avg after last feed) and P2 tested at 6.47,6.37,6.26,6.51 avg 6.402 (6.46avg after last feed) - next feed will be 6.3ph as Im liking where the ph is so I dont see any issues, but will continue to monitor this way. Day 34 (last feed was day 28) Tested and Calibrated my ph pens. 1st Starting weight from each pot was 18 lbs and 8 oz. Before feeding this time, P1 weighed 14lbs 14oz (15lbs 12oz before last feed) and P2 was 14lbs 7oz before feeding (15lbs 4oz before last feed). Each plant got 1.5 gallons of de-chlorinated tap water with 98ppm Veg Mix concentrate added to flush any salt builds in the soil (recipe on week 2 and makes 1 gallon at about 3600 to 4000ppm concentrate to dilute in each feed, i.e. I only fed 98ppm above the de-chlorinated tap water ppm this feed) Due to this soil showing a possible calcium deficit, I am starting a 1ml per gallon add-in to test on all plants using this soil, so I added 1.5ml of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) to each plant's feed then I ph balanced before feeding. The ph on this feed was balanced to 6.3ph. I used knitting needles to help both aerate the soil and create new water pathways for the roots. (a practice I may consider a new feeding standard) After feed, P1 weighed 21lbs 9oz (22lbs 3oz after last feed) and P2 weighed 21lbs 7oz (20lbs 14oz after last feed). I got about 11cups of runoff on P1 (5 cups last feed) and 11 cups on P2 (5 cups last feed). Higher runoff volume was expected with the feed volume increase for flush this round. Runoff for P1 ph was 6.65 with 838ppm (6.45 with 1170ppm last feed) and P2 was 6.60 with 879ppm (6.45 with 1230ppm last feed). Top soil tested at: P1 6.58,6.57,6.58,6.67 for an avg of 6.600 (6.327 avg after last feed) and P2 tested at 6.47,6.61,6.64,6.64 to avg 6.590 (6.402 avg after last feed) - next feed will be 6.0ph as I'm still liking where the ph is, but rather see it closer to 6.3 or 6.4 top and bottom. I dont see any issues with the feed's data other than the possible calcium deficit and I will continue to monitor runoff ppms as I expected this to be higher with more runoff. Been soo busy, these girls are just doing their thing. Some are a lil pissed from the fans but they need the airflow. Better than mold. 10 are thirsty AF, 2 are not. I have gone through 48 gallons of water since last friday! Crazy!

Didn’t manage to get a pic of all my autos this week cos we were in a rush. Will take pics of every strain on the weekend. Crazy smells coming of these plants now and they are getting very frosty. Will start feeding bottled nutes to make the most out of them.

June 28: rainiest June on record which means this backup seed (about 47 days old) is a bit behind due to weather. She’ll do fine. July 1: Happy Canada Day 🇨🇦 Re-did the scrog net. Using a net and clipping it to the bag as needed is definitely the best method to get the early shape you want for a manifold. Starting another compost tea. Have been relying on foliar sprays because there has been so much rain that I haven’t been watering. She’ll like the compost tea. Added Plagron to the mix for first time. July 3: I think I might have topped her a couple days too early as she seems slow to recover. This one might end up as only 8 colas instead of 16.

Everything is fine ! The plants are resplendent. They grow fast and strong. The future heads are well formed and point towards the sun, which is Lumatek! I don't have much to say actually. That's the good thing about main lining: all the effort is done during the first weeks, but after that, all you have to do is sit back and watch it grow! Of course, you have to water from time to time, but no more pruning, not even leaf removal. Well yes, I will make a light one when it comes to flowering. Probably in about ten days.... For now I can literally watch them grow because it's going very quickly: 11cm in 7 days! That's all for today ! Oh yes ! The plant I removed, you know, the 5th. I didn't have the courage to kill her. I just left him in his potty outside. I didn't worry about it at all. Well, she refuses to die. She keeps pushing, she fights. So I let her do it. I think it won't last long because it's 5 or 6 degrees outside here at night. But for now, it doesn't seem to be a problem for her, and she's growing well! Raised up the Banana punch at the Back to keep the canopy even, had to raise the reservoir to maintain the gravity feeding, Humidity is still a little high, and stopped ising Pk 13/14 this week, getting close to the end, il start checking trichomes this week with a microscope, The charcoal filter is a bit old now and isnt dampening the smell great, Its stinking up the hallways in our apartment building, hope the neighbors don't mind a few more weeks of some dank nugs smell before i can bag it up in some terplock bags, gonna be a bunch of trimming to do in the next couple of weeks but the buds look nice and crystaly, reducing the Ec slightly this week to 1.6 and maintaining ph at 5.5 swinging up to 5.7, The airdomes are blowing some bubbles at the valves so I turned down the Air supply to the roots below 1 liter per min, hoping humidity drops further but nearly at the finish line, I need a better tool to cut the trunks soon because theyre quite thick, Possibly one more update before harvest, Thanks for checking out my grow guys😀

Chunking up rather nicely right now, and smelling incredibly potent! As you can tell from the picture several bud sites, two mail cola's and a few other primary cola's that are dominating the canopy of the plant! Cannot wait to harvest this sucker!

2/1: Woke up to some white splotches on Amnesia 3, which I thought were drops of humidity-water which contains a lot of white junk (ultrasonic humidifiers), but after slowing down and watching the overnight timelapse footage, I think it may be powdery mold. I was able to wipe it off with a soft, damp toothbrush earlier, but now I'm probably going to need to snag some neem oil. There are also some lightening of spots on Trainwreck, however no white splotches yet. I'm really hoping this isn't caused by powdery mold on one plant causing leaf septoria in another. Either way, neem oil should clear this up while still early in the grow stages. Lights are at 60% and are about 15-16 inches above the tops of the plants. I've purchased some General Organics Calmag solution and some neem oil spray. I applied the neem oil to any white spots on Amnesia 3 with a Q-tip. I coated one of the two discolored leaves on Trainwreck with neem oil lightly spread with a Q-tip, as to not allow bubbles to form and cause a magnifying glass effect from the lights onto the leaves. I mixed up a gallon of water with a tsp of calmag, and then heavily pH-upped it to about 6. I carefully watered about a cup of water around Trainwrecks stem. If the neem oil works, one leaf will be fixed; if the calmag works, both leaves should be fixed...at least that's the goal. 2/2: So the concensus of others on the lower leaves of Trainwreck are light burn from water on the leaves, though I'm not too sure. The outside edge of one leaf is starting to brown, which makes me wonder if it laying on the soil could be causing a nutrient burn. I've decided to throw a few toothpicks under those two leaves to help keep them off the soil, in hopes that the browning won't continue to grow. The neem oil that I dabbed onto Amnesia 3 has lightened a few spots, but overall she looks good. 2/3: Looking good. Raised the light on Trainwreck by an inch or so, to hopefully get a little stretch. 2/4: So far so good, growing fast! I used a little bit of calmag water on trainwreck to see if I could resolve the yellowing, otherwise they have not been watered yet since transplant. Probably will water here soon within the next couple of days.

Set up an evaporative cooler to act as an intake and to cool the temp through evaporation. It I was able to get the average temperature down to an average of 77°. Relative Humidity increased to an average of 55%. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Evaporative Cooler: The evaporative cooler was way bigger than I thought and blowing all the air into the tent would be overkill and would throw off my ventilation given that I only have a 4inch exhaust fan blowing air out. So I had to rig an air duct onto the front to channel some, but not all, of the air coming from the evaporative cooler. I cut a hole in a plastic brownie box and zip tied right angle plate that I had leftover from an ikea furniture. Then I put velcro tape to easily attach and remove the air duct from the cooler for future maintentance and cleaning. I left the room where my tent is closed one day and the humidity went up to 84% which also increased the temperature to 90° but I found that simply leaving the room door open gives the cooler enough air circulation in order to function properly and averaged out at 55% RH and 77° F. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Defoliated some ugly fan leaves that were shading a lot of lower buds.
