Hello, Durban Prison, she's growing very very vigoreous as well. As the entering date is still a long way to go(15 july), and she will be joined by the Green gelato, there is like a lot of space to fill one's they get in the tent(150×120). Now she's bended, and allready into the final container(No soil, just to have a bending that suits the final pot) and I continue doing LST until they enter the tent. Looking forward to see some progress here. Its the 4th grow of this strain. Last grow was same in out in technique I applied and it made 150 gr dry bud of good quality buds. The only difference is, last year I didnt plan to do this, it just came as an idea, and the preparation of the plant itself was minimal. Only last 2 weeks was used to set some shape. So I really hope this year will be a succes. Biggest difference will be the lights. From 400w hps to 800w full spectrum Leds, it will, sorry, it has to be dubbled in numbers. It's now the beginning of week 6, and the plant seems to have entered the ripening phase. I stopped using Big Bud halfway through last week and started Overdrive, which I’ll continue for the next 2–3 weeks. I’ll stick to this feeding schedule and plan to flush in about 3 to 4 weeks from now. The plant doesn't seem to be growing any taller, and the buds have likely stopped stretching, so I expect them to gain a bit more weight as they start to swell. Either way, the aroma and structure of the plant are really nice. I had quite a few issues with this plant during the vegetative stage that I had to deal with, like powdery mildew and cold stress. Thankfully, I managed to resolve them fairly quickly, but they did slow things down a bit. That’s why I’m actually quite satisfied with the results so far.

Since my last grow i have a problem with powdery mildew... So on veg. i just spray Sulfur and worked fine... (the smell is terrible....) now i am in flower and found the mildew again... i try a new mixture: dry common horsetail 1 onion 1 garlic cook that for around 1 hour. Then i flux it 1:5 with water. The smell is not so bad and just for 2 days. The leaf and flower not change color or smell. Hopefully it works! i will spray that now every week. Update: Flower Day 20 I start with the Top dressing on all Plants. They start to frost. The powdery mildew spreads :'( i dont know what else i can do?! i spray again!

Loving the look and smell of this plant.. She is quite compact and is loaded with Frosty buds. I am still feeding her nearly every watering as these plants are demanding

One more week and they have grow really good this week nice buds and I hope 🙏It continue to grow more and more and more .I put a net because my gelato is to branch and she can’t kept the buds height ,my fault. Very happy with this grow 🙂

Day 43 14/06/24 Friday So I definitely stunted her 🤦‍♂️ Braking that side really did her dirty, but she is starting to recover bush tops and show female sex so it's a good start to the week. Adjusted LST again. Day 44 15/06/24 Saturday Feed today 6.4 Day 47 18/06/24 Tuesday Water today with calmag pH 6.2 She has blown again, beautiful. Tops all re bushed, pre flower commencing. Shorter plants 13”, larger is 18”. Beneficial nematodes and the sticky trap seem to have handled the gnat issue. I’m continuing to use nematodes after watering, and the traps will remain. I did a little trimming but probably won’t do much more defoliation until the stretch is over. This will probably be my last shower grow. I think it makes more sense to get a bigger space like a tent or build one and some more lights. It’s getting cramped in there. It’s also starting to reek. I water about every 2-3 days using a 1/2 gallon jug to mix my nutes. I’m keeping ph close to 6.5 and ppms between 600-800. I don’t use nutes in every watering—it depends on how the plants look. I repotted one plant of unknown origin, but I’ve removed it from the tent because it’s totally different to the others, I think this is the seed I found in a bag of weed I’d bought locally but she wasn’t growing well and all her stems and stalks were like rhubarb, anyway the others are all at different heights and stages I think, the tallest being 40 inches and very spread out stems the next is 26 inch, then 19 and 14 inch!! I’m not sure what stage they are and I have noticed they are wilting slightly, I topped up the soil as the roots were showing, I’m only giving them 1ml floral gro per 1 litre water, I really don’t want them to fail now I’ve got this far!! It’s difficult keeping the lights even as the plants are different sizes, if anyone can have a look at the photos and let me know what stage you think they’re at I’d be grateful

Last week was a short one, decided to chop them on day 80. Both plants weigh at 800g wet, hoping to get a bit over 100g dry. They could probably go for another week to get fatter, but I was feeling ready looking at the trichomes. Hope the dry slow, I can't get RH above 50% so hoping that won't be so bad.

Run offs read: LSD #1 pH 5.6 PPM 1120 LSD #2 pH 5.7 PPM 1110 LSD #3 pH 5.6 PPM 1190 LSD #4 pH 5.6 PPM 1050 Gelato #1 pH 5.6 PPM 1090 Gelato #2 pH 5.6 PPM 1080 Watered straight with 10ml of KLN per gal solution pH about 6.8-7 Hoping the pH will normalize over time & these will be back on track. Seemed to perk back a bit today.

Days 92 - 98 (from sprout) 8/23/24 - 8/29/24 Loompa's Headband x TK fading hard this week - checking trichome color through a 15x loupe, needs more time The Good Shit drinking a gallon of water a day but slowly backed off near end of week - my guess would be a 14-week flowering period for this genotype before harvest quality I'm pretty much watering daily a 1/4 gallon to Blue Nose Pit or less to keep mulch layer from drying out Sweet 16 S1 takes the win for most trichome coverage out of the garden, has the most up-front aroma out of the geno hunt PAR is all over the place on this one and totally messed up, after this week I'll raise the light and focus on the appropriate PAR for canopy of The Good Shit Pest Management slipping too, fungus gnats are repopulating and it seems the ecosystem has encountered a serious imbalance of beneficials and predators that normally kept soil/mulch in-check Plan on short-term remedying this with a top-dress of remaining compost + em bokashi and a moderate drench of EM5 following with repeated treatments of enzymes (tweetmint) Long term solution may need a predator/beneficials kit and/or higher quality vermicompost after knocking them back with enzymes

She's looking thin, not much foliage but the flowers are there, looks a bit like the first time I grew blueberry cheese auto.
