06/13 - Preparation's for cut down have begun - Currently in hour 26 in the 48 hour blackout cycle before cutting down - Gave them a lite defol trim to remove larger leaves - The plan is to run 60/60 for about 7 to 10 days or when branch's have snap without folding - They will dry in the 2x2 with a Exhale C02 bag a fan and exhaust to control temp and humidity - If everything goes as plans they will be clipped from the stem, trimmed and placed in cure bags in about 10 days.

Flowering is starting well, starting to see trichs so I’ve gave them their first feed with bloom nutes (C4) which is also 95% organic which is always a bonus imo and I’ve not grown anything using organic products so I’m anticipating to see the end results. Their all 3ft tall or just under which is abit taller than usual but overall we’re looking fine, did some minor defoliation and lollipoping on the bottoms 1/4 of all 3.

Hi 420 Family. Start of week 5 and things are looking great. These ladies have exploded... They all seem to be doing well at this point. Only problems that I can identify last week was that the stems (especially the main ones) started to wilt later in the day. They are not soft or limp, they just sort of bend slightly at the tips. I am not sure what is causing it, but about 1-2 hours after watering they seem to be fine again. I have taken off some of the larger lower leaves, like 3-4 per plant; during this process I snipped one of the main cola's mini side branches by accident... She seems to be doing okay tho. They are also starting to smell at this point and it gets a little more intense by the day. Smell is very sweet and earthy, so quite pleasant. On day 27 I gave them 700ml of water with the growing schedule nutes; yesterday they were quite dry, so I gave them 1L of plain PH'd water. This was for preparation of the pre-flowering schedule feed I will give them tomorrow. Let's see how it goes, so far so good! D32 - 8 Aug - I have taken the advice from all the comments and answers to my question; I have done some LST on all of these ladies. Only the one WW's main stem is pulled to the side, the rest already have too thick stems... For all 6 of these ladies I have pulled open the very first 4 branches from the bottom and one or two of the third set from the bottom just to open them up to more light. This was last night and the pictures are of this morning, they seem to respond very well to it. Can already see a bit more pistils and they are all facing up. Still keeping at the pre-flower nutes until the end of week 5. For now, they have had their last feeding on day 30, late the evening and I want to have them dry up a little more before I water them again - I assume by this afternoon. So far so good!! Current height: WW1 - 35CM WW2 - 35CM WW3 - 55CM PL1 - 50CM PL2 - 55CM PL3 - 58CM D35 - 11 Aug - The stretch is hopefully over soon..... They have gained about 10CM average in the past 3 days. Light is sitting at 45CM+- from tops, I have moved the tallest ones to the sides, with the shortest ones in the middle; it seems to even the distance from the light in a way. I know that I am losing a lot of light at this stage tho. Nevertheless, I have accepted my first-time-growers-fate (lol) and I can just hope for the best at this point. I have learnt a lot from this grow and I am definitely going to improve on the next one. For now, steady as it goes. Feeding approximately every 1.5 days with 1L of bloom-schedule nutes. My one Purple Lemonade has very strange leaves and some of them seem slightly deformed and lime green on the inner part of the leaves. I have flushed, and I have also done a week of just water, I reckon it is just this specific seed that was sort of bad. Just loving the growth of her I am tempted to put her in the dirt time will tell.

She’s a lovely girl just rewatched her growth sport zone and hoping in a few days she starts her pre stretch! I had to shuffle these girls around in order to suit lighting raises I’ll have to do for the purple punch! Lucky I have 3 adjustable lights ;) I think next week will be assured to be a sea of green so looking forward to training through the scrog! I'll maintain the reverse osmosis (RO) water regimen until she ceases sprouting fresh white pistils, a testament to her ongoing development. It's a delicate balancing act, providing enough support for her increasingly heavy branches burdened by significant gains, yet the plant's structural integrity remains a priority. Visually, the transformation is captivating; she's commencing a magnificent fade, with the unaffected foliage adopting a rich, deep purple hue, bordering on an almost blackish tone – a stunning display of her natural lifecycle. This chromatic shift isn't just aesthetically pleasing; it's a clear sign of the plant's life cycle progressing towards its grand finale. The chlorosis-free leaves, once vibrant and full of life, are now taking on this regal, somber palette, indicating that maturity isn't far off. Moreover, the trichome-laden buds are a sight to behold, their calyxes continue to swell, and the once slender branches now require additional support to sustain their own weight. It's evident the rigorous cultivation efforts are paying off – the plant's resilience and your attentiveness have aligned perfectly, resulting in an abundance of almost golfball-sized nuggets that shimmer with resin. Day 29 – Holding Strong Indoors While Awaiting the Sun After two bright and sunny weeks, the UK weather has taken a turn—temperatures have dropped and grey skies have taken over. For the second day in a row, the plant has remained indoors on the windowsill, patiently waiting for the return of warm, sunny conditions. Despite the limited direct sunlight, the plant is showing steady vertical growth and structural development. The inter-nodal shoots are beginning to stretch confidently, and the canopy is broadening out with healthy fan leaves. It’s clear that the root zone is well-established, as no wilting signs appear and the medium remains nicely moist—no need to water for now. While it may seem like a temporary pause in outdoor activity, this rest indoors is helping the plant conserve energy and avoid potential stress from fluctuating cold and wet conditions. Once the weather stabilises again, it’ll be back to soaking up real sunshine. Her structure is becoming more defined, with side branches now fully visible and stretching confidently towards the light. Since she’s grown outdoors from the beginning, the natural rhythm of sun and wind has made her strong, well-adapted, and noticeably more robust than my previous indoor tent grows. It’s truly fascinating how dynamic and engaging outdoor growing can be. There’s a deeper connection to the process – monitoring the skies, respecting nature’s timing, and witnessing each subtle change. Plus, it’s certainly a more economical setup! The pistils are now popping with greater clarity, signalling the transition into flowering. It’s incredibly satisfying to watch her shift gears and get ready for her next stage of development. My super soil continues to do all the heavy lifting – no feeding schedule, just pH-balanced water when the topsoil is dry, which depends entirely on whether she’s basking outside or sitting in the shade indoors. This week I added Floralicious Plus and Liquid Koolbloom to the nutrients to try and help with bulking and flavor profile down the road we shall see if this helps any. Overall this week looks to be quite average. Slow growth, the tent seems to be smelling quite beautiful more and more every time I open it up. Appears they like the stinky floralicious plus. These next few weeks is what I’ve been looking forward to so I’m getting very excited. That along with the fact it’s my sisters wedding today so there’s lots to do! Day 42-49 (Day 43) I was at the dollar store today and I found the best little plant risers. And they all link together in perfect 12” squares. Fits in my tent perfectly and only spent 15 bucks. That should help the dry downs quite a bit. I’m going to transplant the euro genetics into 1.7g pots with amended sunshine mix #4 for their final containers. I moved all of the non-marijuana seedlings into a small greenhouse out of my tent so I have some more space and light per plant. I also set up an exhaust fan to keep the humidity at a perfect 65-70% night and day. (Day 44) Everything is looking a little nute burned and droopy. The garlics are showing signs of overwatering and nitrogen toxicity. They look like they want to flower so badly. Node spacing is weirdly short too. I picked up the American genetics to look for roots and they were busting out of the bottom. They’re definitely not rootbound as they’re not even a foot tall yet. This is likely from having soil that is too compact (from using too much rock dust and not enough drainage) causing my waterings to not even reach the bottom of the pot. This was also happening to my other grow. I will make sure to very lightly pack soil into pots for now on because you can always add more later. I’m going to fluff up the pots and see if I can loosen the soil a bit. If that doesn’t work I’m going to look at transplanting into 3g fabric pots and lightly shaking off most of the old soil. Luckily I added a shit ton of drainage for the euro genetics when I amended the sunshine mix so they won’t need a transplant. (Day 46) The fluffing didn’t do much. In fact it might have made it worse lol. I just went to the store and bought some Destiny Organics soil and have decided to transplant. I dusted off 90% of the old soil down to root ball which will cause an insane amount of stress to the plants. The plants started in the aero garden were being choked out by the shitty sponge plug it was germinated in. I took a razor blade and carefully cut them down the middle so the stem can expand. I might have cut a few major roots one or two plants. Other than that everything is transplanted. I cut all my amendments in half and I packed the soil very loosely this time. The situation is not ideal by any means but I’m hoping they will bounce back in the next week. This should at least set them up for a more successful flower. I can’t really expect much quality from botched run but who knows. I might come out with some fire. Since this is my last grow here I don’t even have to pay the power bill for the next few months! (I have a very generous landlord as he’s letting me finish my grow until mid September now 😂) (Day 47) I’m going to give them their first good watering and test my fluffy soil. I watered in approximately 700mls each making sure it soaks to the bottom of the pot. (Day 49) All the plants have bounced back except for the ones with root damage. They are still looking droopy and sad. The black garlic #1 has recovered really nicely and is looking happier than ever. The apical growth tip is so tight it has like 4 nodes within an inch somehow. I recently learned that hormones contained in kelp and seaweed extracts can act as plant growth inhibitors and shorten node spacing drastically. I only added a very small amount of kelp meal to the soil so it must be leftover from the previous foliar sprays Velokelp. I’m going to pinch the top off bg1 and see if the lowers can catch up. Sucks to do that so close to flip but oh well. The euros are looking fully recovered from their burn a little while ago. The sunshine mix is quite thick and water retentive as well but at least it has some extra drainage. They’re all looking quite healthy.
