17/06 Last week of veg begins

What up family, weekly update on these girls. I raised the lights 6in this week to allow some stretch but still keeping 400-600ppfd at the canopy level. Over all they're progressing beautifully. I started adding 2.5ml/gal of Athenas Blended line Grow A & B. Haven't seen any burnt leaf tips so I think they'll be OK adding a little boost. All in all Happy Growing.

12/30/23 - Day 54 - Hello All! I started this week a day early. I wanted to update everyone on something I have been thinking about a lot. Curing. I feel if there was a hole in my growing skills it would be curing. Last grow there was more than I had anticipated. I was not set up for curing 1 lb. I threw in an audible at the last minute. It worked out but I know I can improve with some trial and error and hands-on experience. So after reading a ton, and going off of some of my prior builds for drying, I came up with this design. I have a controller that will turn the air on and will run when the contents inside the box hit whatever RH% I want to set it at. I think the first week I will set it for 78%RH, then every couple of days go down a % until I hit 62%. The thought is that if the bucket gets above the set RH% then the air will kick on and distribute air across the buds until the RH% is back down to where you want it. It will force the humidity out. I won't need to worry about burping. It will happen on its own.... in theory. Ill update tomorrow with some pictures after the water change. 12/31/23 - Day 55 - Everything is looking good. The water change completed this morning while I was in the shower. Its adding nutes now and will do so over the next hour or so. She is starting to get stinky. I had to add the extra carbon filter to the room. I've got some pics up top of that. Happy New Year! Next time I post it will be in 2024! Have a great night and be safe! I got a comment on the bushy-ness and I got self-conscious and gave her a trim. Lol I have been going bath and forth for a while and that gave me the push to give her a little trim. She looks great and is growing really quickly. Ill update with more pics as it goes along.

Week 5 (Feb 1 - Feb7) Added about 2-3 teaspoons of Wildroot Organic Concentrate Mycorrhizal Fungi to the roots and soil during transplant over the weekend, and within 48 hours all three plants not only sprung back to life, they grew at least 3x in size. The droopy leaves all stood straight out like they were injected with Viagra! Grace was grown in a cup with the same water-only organic soil that all three are in. The other two started out with an "organic" soil from a big box garden center. Grace's leaves were a rich, darker green than the other two. But the big box soil did a lot better on starting the seedlings. I lost 2 other seeds in an attempt to start them in the water-only organic soil. Biggest problem was with the density of the soil, which lifted with watering and took longer to percolate.

Let’s go Day 46 from seed!! What a great week it’s been, girls structured up real nice veg has been huge for us, looking super healthy an catching a nice smell ! This will be the last week of feeding them the veg schedule, next we will be dipping right into bloom, starting Monday yall We will be in full bloom !! shortest plant is 50cm tallest being 95cm. They are all doing wonderfully, most of autos are budding nicely and all of the photoperiods are ready to flower. looking very promising. i am changing my light schedule to 14-10 to kick these girls into flower.. this will give the plants an extra 17% (or so) a day under the lights.rather than 12-12. i cant be fussy as i only have one grow space but if my research is correct these should grow beautifully! the autos are well ahead so shouldnt affect my harvest weight too much. like i say i cant be fussy! thanks for looking

Such a pleasure to grow her, she came from an auto m8 and she ended up being Photoperiod, apart from that I'm glad I've discovered her, because her buds have one of the most special and sweetest fragrance I've ever smelled in a cannabis flower, super sweet and tropical guys, such a cool strain, I definitely want to fill a lot of jars of this for my personal stash, everytime I smell her flowers makes me remember the Caribbean Islands.
