. 🌱 Tag 21 – Eine Woche voller Experimente Drei Wochen alt. Eigentlich der Zeitpunkt, an dem junge Pflanzen einfach gemütlich wachsen, Wurzeln bilden und jeden Tag ein bisschen größer werden. In unserem Fall wurde daraus allerdings eine kleine Wissenschaftsshow mit mehreren unerwarteten Wendungen. Die Woche begann mit unserer ersten Düngung. Für uns war das Neuland und für unseren Gärtner offenbar auch. Nach vielen Jahren mit organischem Dünger musste er erst lernen, dass mineralische Nährstoffe nicht erst gemütlich auf ihre Freigabe warten, sondern sofort verfügbar sind. Das führte dazu, dass wir etwas früher gefüttert wurden, als es eigentlich nötig gewesen wäre. Zusätzlich gab es noch ein paar weitere Überraschungen: Der pH-Wert lief zeitweise nicht ganz wie geplant. 📦 Statt pH- wurde versehentlich pH+ geliefert. 🔄 Bei der ersten Nährstoffmischung wurden Grow A und Bloom A vertauscht. 🌱 Die Düngung begann etwas früher als optimal. Man könnte sagen, unser Gärtner hat diese Woche sehr viel gelernt. Wir Pflanzen nennen das lieber „praktische Feldforschung“. Zum Glück blieb es bei kleineren Problemen. Zwar waren wir zwischenzeitlich nicht immer ganz begeistert von den Mischungen im Tank, aber insgesamt konnten wir weiter wachsen und neue Blätter bilden. Wirklich dramatisch wurde es nie. Unser Wassertank lief die ganze Woche durchgehend. Da er allerdings mehrfach neu angesetzt wurde, weiß inzwischen niemand mehr so genau, wie viel Wasser wir tatsächlich verbraucht haben. Die Buchhaltung wurde wohl von einer Zimmerpflanze geführt. Folgende Nährstoffe kamen diese Woche zum Einsatz: Bittersalz: 0,5 g/L 🌿 Grow A + B ? Silica ⚡ Multi Total Für die nächste Mischung wird das Bittersalz bereits auf 0,3 g/L reduziert. Wieder etwas dazugelernt. Nicht ganz ohne Zwischenfälle verlief die Woche für Pflanze #2. Bei einer kleinen Pflegeaktion wurde einer ihrer Triebe versehentlich angeknackst. Für einen kurzen Moment sah es so aus, als hätte sie beschlossen, den Dienst zu quittieren. Zum Glück stellte sich der Schaden als weniger schlimm heraus als zunächst befürchtet. Der Trieb blieb erhalten und kämpft sich weiter durch. Pflanzen sind manchmal erstaunlich widerstandsfähig. Während Menschen bei kleinen Verletzungen häufig erst einmal das Internet nach ihren Symptomen durchsuchen, reparieren wir einfach unser Gewebe und wachsen weiter. Trotz aller kleinen Stolpersteine wachsen wir weiterhin ordentlich weiter. Unsere Blätter werden größer, unsere Stämme kräftiger und unter der Erde arbeiten die Wurzeln vermutlich längst an ihrem eigenen Ausbauprojekt. Im Vergleich zur letzten Woche sehen wir inzwischen deutlich erwachsener aus. Noch sind wir jung, aber langsam entwickeln wir uns zu richtigen Pflanzen und nicht mehr nur zu besonders ehrgeizigen Keimlingen. Nächste Woche hoffen wir auf etwas weniger Experimente im Nährstofftank und etwas mehr Routine. Andererseits wäre das Leben als Pflanze vielleicht auch langweilig, wenn immer alles perfekt laufen würde. 🌿 👨‍🌾 Gärtner: Diese Woche lief nicht alles nach Plan, aber dafür habe ich wahrscheinlich mehr gelernt als in den ersten beiden Wochen zusammen. Der größte Unterschied zu meinen bisherigen Grows war der Wechsel von organischem auf mineralischen Dünger. Beim nächsten Durchgang werde ich deutlich später mit der Düngung beginnen, vermutlich erst Ende Woche 3. Die größte Erkenntnis war, wie schnell mineralische Nährstoffe wirken und wie wichtig ein sauber eingestellter pH-Wert ist. Mit organischem Dünger hatte ich viele dieser Effekte nie direkt bemerkt, weil die Nährstoffe deutlich langsamer verfügbar werden. Zusätzlich sorgte eine falsche Lieferung für etwas Chaos. Statt pH- kam zunächst pH+ an, wodurch die Wasseraufbereitung deutlich komplizierter wurde als geplant. Inzwischen ist das Problem aber gelöst und zukünftige Mischungen sollten deutlich entspannter verlaufen. Fehler gehören dazu, besonders wenn man neue Methoden ausprobiert. Wichtig ist am Ende, daraus zu lernen und die Pflanzen genau zu beobachten. Bisher haben sie mir zum Glück alle Fehler teils verziehen. 🌱 p.s. neue LST Haken!

Really late to post this week so gotta do next week aswell tonight, plant been doing really well, quite different to the others in terms of height, much higher and plant is almost touching lights, regardless she has been doing fine no problems, she seems to be able to really hack the heat as she’s not even burnt at top, fattening up a bit more now. Overall quite pleased

Walking through the room. Moving between the plants. Looking underneath the canopy. Checking the flowers. Stopping every few minutes because another plant catches my eye. 😂🌿 This grow has become its own little jungle, and I'm having an absolute blast watching it develop. Because the more these plants mature, the more obvious one thing becomes: they may share the same room, but they certainly don't share the same personality. And Cash Express Pheno A is a perfect example. She's growing in essentially the same environment as the Blueberry Muffins. Same room. Same general environmental strategy. Same lighting philosophy. Same irrigation system. Same feeding approach. And yet... look at her. She's doing her own thing. And she's doing it beautifully. 🌱 Week 9 – She's Standing Tall in Her Own Way Cash Express Pheno A has never been one of the giants of the room. And that's okay. Her story was never supposed to be about becoming the tallest plant. Her story is about what she can create with the structure she has. And right now, that structure is becoming incredibly impressive. She's compact. She's well defined. She's developing strong flowering branches. And more importantly, the flowers themselves are starting to become the real stars of the show. When I look at her now, I don't see a small plant. I see a plant that's becoming very efficient with the space she's been given. And that's something I really appreciate. 🌸 The Flowers Are Starting to Speak This week, the flower structure is what immediately catches my attention. The buds are becoming much more pronounced, and those pistils... Wow. They're beautiful. We're seeing these thick, bright white pistils with that subtle yellowish/golden tone, and they stand out beautifully against the surrounding foliage. It's one of those little characteristics that makes this phenotype instantly recognizable when you compare her with the rest of the room. Different plant. Different flower expression. Different personality. And this is exactly why I love taking the time to photograph these girls individually. The macro photographs reveal things that you simply don't appreciate from across the room. You can see the individual pistils. The developing flower structure. The little sugar leaves beginning to surround the buds. The early signs of resin development. And slowly, what started as a collection of tiny flowering sites is becoming something that actually looks like a proper flower. She's getting there. And she's looking fantastic doing it. 🚂 Small Frame – Serious Flower Potential This girl continues proving something that we've already learned several times during this adventure: Plant height isn't the same thing as plant potential. She's not towering over everybody. She doesn't need to. She's using her available space differently. The branches are carrying developing flowers, and the structure is becoming increasingly easy to read. There's a certain confidence to her now. Almost like she's saying: "I don't need to be the biggest plant here." "Just watch what I do." 😄 And honestly? I'm watching. Very closely. 🌿 Same Room – Completely Different Expression This is probably one of the most fascinating parts of the entire 8×8 Adventure. Take Cash Express. Now look at the Blueberry Muffins. Same general environment. Same flowering schedule. Similar nutritional strategy. Yet look at the differences. Different leaf structure. Different branching. Different flower formation. Different density. Different pistil appearance. Different overall architecture. This is where the experiment becomes really valuable. Because if I were growing only one plant, I might look at Cash Express and simply say: "She's compact." But because she's growing beside eleven other cultivars, we can actually see the difference. The environment is providing the baseline. The genetics are providing the personality. And Cash Express has quite a personality. 💨 Structure, Airflow & Flowering Space As the flowers continue developing, I'm increasingly interested in maintaining good movement through the plant. At this stage, the goal isn't simply to produce as much foliage as possible. We want the plant to have enough healthy leaves to support flowering while maintaining sensible spacing throughout the canopy. Good airflow becomes increasingly important as flowers become larger and denser. We're trying to avoid unnecessary stagnant areas inside the canopy and keep the overall environment comfortable for the plant. That's one of the reasons the cleaning and canopy management we've been doing throughout the room matters. It's not about stripping plants because a certain week number says we should. It's about looking at what each plant is doing and responding accordingly. And Cash Express is telling us that her structure is working very nicely. So we're not trying to reinvent her. We're simply helping her continue doing what she's already doing well. 💡 Let the Photons Do Their Job She's also a great example of why I like thinking about the canopy as a three-dimensional space. It's not just about what happens directly underneath the main light. There are flowers positioned at different heights and angles throughout the plant. The room's additional inner and under-canopy lighting helps bring useful light into areas that would otherwise receive less. That gives these compact plants another advantage. Instead of trying to solve everything through aggressive defoliation, we can combine: 💡 Good lighting 🌿 Sensible canopy structure 💨 Air movement 🌡️ Environmental stability ✂️ Selective cleaning It's all about creating a balanced system. And Cash Express is certainly taking advantage of it. ⚗️ Nutrition – Still Holding Steady The nutrition programme remains unchanged this week. We're continuing with: Plagron Terra Bloom – 2.2 ml/L Plagron Power Buds – 1 ml/L Plagron Sugar Royal – 1 ml/L Plagron Pure Zym – 1 ml/L pH adjustment as required The current solution remains around pH 6.0 and approximately 2.0 mS/cm EC. And honestly, there's no reason to start changing things simply because we're excited about what we're seeing. She's developing. She's flowering. She's maintaining herself beautifully. So we're keeping the strategy steady and allowing the plant to put that nutrition toward what matters now: flowers. The plants don't need us constantly changing the recipe. Sometimes consistency is the most important input we can provide. 🌡️ Environment – Stable Enough to Let Her Work The room continues to provide a stable environment shared with the other flowering plants. We're currently around: 🌡️ Day temperature – 29°C 🌙 Night temperature – 25°C 💧 Relative humidity – 60% ⚗️ pH – ~6.0 ⚡ EC – ~2.0 mS/cm 💨 CO₂ – ~693 ppm 💡 Light schedule – 12/12 ? Pot size – 15 L 💦 Watering – approximately 1.2–1.3 L/plant/24h We're also maintaining the additional lighting strategy throughout the room, including the inner and under-canopy lighting. The important thing for me isn't finding one magical number. It's keeping the whole system working together. Light. Temperature. Humidity. CO₂. Nutrition. Root-zone conditions. Water availability. They're all pieces of the same puzzle. And right now, Cash Express appears very comfortable with the picture we've created. 🔬 The Personality of Cash Express Pheno A If I had to describe her in just a few words now? Compact. Structured. Beautiful. She's not trying to dominate the room. She's not trying to become the tallest. She's simply standing there and showing us what she can do. And that's actually one of the things I find most rewarding about this plant. She has her own identity. The flower structure is becoming distinctive. The pistils have their own look. The plant architecture is easy to recognize. And every week, that identity becomes stronger. That's the beauty of watching a phenotype from seed all the way through flowering. At the beginning, you're basically meeting a stranger. Then slowly... you start learning her personality. 📸 Behind the Lens And this week? The camera had a very good time. 😂📸 The close-up photographs really highlight the developing flowers. Those thick white pistils almost look like little fireworks coming out of the buds. The subtle warmer/yellowish tones give the flowers a beautiful contrast compared with some of the other plants in the room. And then the wider photographs bring everything back into perspective. You can see the structure. The branches. The distribution of flowers. The compact architecture. The way she's building her own little world inside the room. This is exactly why I love documenting the grow this way. The camera slows me down. It makes me stop. Look. Observe. And sometimes discover something I completely missed five minutes earlier. 🌿 Tarzan in the 8×8 Jungle 😂 And I have to admit something... I'm having way too much fun with this run. 😂🌿 Walking around the tent between twelve different plants, checking flowers, moving leaves, looking underneath the canopy, photographing different angles... Sometimes I genuinely feel like I'm walking through a tiny jungle. Tarzan with a camera. 😂📸🌴 But that's also what makes this adventure so enjoyable. I'm not just trying to get to harvest. I'm enjoying the process. I'm learning. I'm adapting. I'm watching what works. I'm watching what doesn't. And every plant teaches me something different. That's probably the biggest lesson of this entire run so far. You can have a plan. But the plants will always have something to add to it. 🔮 Looking Ahead Now we're getting into a very exciting part of the flowering cycle. The flowers are established. The structure is clear. OMG THE CRYSTALS! Wow first time using any carbohydrates on hydro. I even went with a low dose of 5ml per gal to top it off! The buds grew funky shaped not sure why. But they are really filling in now! And the smell is amazing. Prob 5x stronger then the monther plant that finished flowering in soil not hydro. Hopefully the video uploads in the quality its recorded in, watch the end

Hola a todos 🙌 hoy finaliza la última semana del vegetativo 🌱 Día 2/05 cambié el fotoperiodo y regué con los fertilizantes de la flora, también prendí los led IR y 700nn del panel (observable en el video). Aumenté el volumen de riego y comienzo a prepararme para lidiar con el olor 🍃

5 Woche und 5 Tag heute. Pflanzen sehen so weit wie gewünscht aus. In den kommenden Tagen werde ich den Blütezyklus einleiten (Umstellung auf 12/12 Licht), um die Lady’s zur Blütenbildung zu bringen. Die Wachstumsphase war erfolgreich, jetzt wird’s spannend – ich bin richtig gespannt, wie sie sich im Stretch und mit den ersten Blütenansätzen machen werden!​

Cherry cola is becoming an absolute chunk! She smells great,looks great and is just overall a great plant. I can’t wait to run her in the 5x5 with no room restrictions. Gorilla cookies is becoming one of the bigger plants in the tent right now! She’s getting height,smell,frost and chunk! I can’t wait to see her come late flower🔥

Questa settimana si è slanciata veramente molto! Me lo aspettavo già in quanto non è la prima volta che la coltivo, ecco perché ho deciso precedentemente di effettuare 3 topping consecutivi! Ha reagito veramente molto bene ha continuato la sua vegetazione normalmente senza blocchi e durante la 4 settimana si prepara per il fiore! Adoro le genetiche di Fast buds! Ancor di più la FORBIDDEN RUNTZ AUTO! Per questo ciclo di crescita ho voluto fare un cambio radicale nella sua dieta, ho cambiato marca di fertilizzanti passando da plagron (con il quale collaboravo a CANNABOOM!) semplicemente perché ho potuto constatare i loro pregiatissimi prodotti! Dopo un accurato studio si ogni componente ho voluto fare questo cambio....che dire!!! Menomale!!! Raga veramente dopo la seconda applicazione la pianta e praticamente esplosa in ogni suo potenziale ,parli veramente di ogni cosa! Altezza, Internodi , calici sparsi ovunque, si iniziano a intravedere intricominsulle foglie a ventaglio!!!! Le foglie sono grandi quanto la mia mano😂 ho fatto un po' di pulizia fogliare e per adesso la lascerò crescere così togliendo solo qualche foglia qua e la ogni tanto quando ci sarà bisogno... ringrazio molto cannaboom per i loro prodotti che volevo consigliare a tutti voi e vorrei ringraziare anche fast buds per questa genetiche che non finisce mai di sorprendermi! 1/25-2/1 week 9 dying and stunted but were gonna keep her going.. i put her in 48 hours of darkness b/c my planw as to kill it b/c it got fucked while i wason vacation but lets see what we can do with her... maybe we can do something with her idk.... lets find out.

Setup my veg 5x5 tent I also started using my compost tea I noticed one small spot of powdery mildew on one leaf.
