Day 71. Girls are still stretching !!! Will supercrop biggest Blue Dream this Monday or maybe Sunday if i am lucky. I think next watering is on Saturday and it takes 2 days , so i can do it only before watering, less damage to plant and hopefully quicker recovery !!! But they reach sky, so no other way ! This week will be updated after main actions. Amazing run ! Day 72. Supercrop and watering day, before this - plants look amazing, but they reach sky and will go hermie in shade most of the time. Will update AFTER ... ;)) Job done ! Moved monster to the corner and supercroped her hard, left two colas untouched. Think Blue Dream #2 could need same drastic measures ;))) All girls got feed, raised lights to max. Hope stretch is over, otherwise half of harvest larva buds and i already cleared plants heavily ... One more round of defoliation for sure ! Day 75. Blue Dream took supercroping like nothing, still reduced watering on 25% for two goes, tops already standing up, leaves reverted to new horizont and hopefully no bananas !!! ;)) Girls got water with CalMag and video is straight after last round, i water in 3 rounds, 30 min inbetween, have no run off most of the time. March 25, 2023 at 1:48 PM -Ever since I started watering them with lower pH water, 6.0 to 6.3, the 2 BOH’s really started to takeoff. I might do some slight defoliation on all the plants. I’ll takeoff their lower nodes to make it easier to bend them from the main stock. The strawberry crinkle has very close internodes and is really bushy with large and thick fingers. It’s too short to try and bend over so I might have to do more of the defoliation job in order for the lower nodes to get more light. March 28, 2023 at 5:24 PM - March 29, 2023 at 2:01 PM -I’ve bent over several stems this week. I have only had one small accident with the strawberry crinkle. The top was snapped off somehow but I don’t remember it happening, but it seems to be taking it well. I watered them the day before with some tea with ph at 6.3. so far I could bend over things every day. They are starting to cover the entire pot. - Today’s the last day of week three.

Training, tucking, wireing, defoliation.. I tucked all the branches on each side, thst way i will fill the pot space and shoot them branches up, later on i plan to add bamboo sticks if needed. Nutes are at their maximum recommended value and i can see her doing just fine, no signs of burn or defficiency..

Time for some light defoliation to allow more light penetration. Might gave gone a little overboard with the defoliation, I tend to do that.

This week no real issues. Everything seems to be under control. The little runt has really came along way. Taking the plants A, & B out to get pics in natural light was an eye opener!!!!! I did a little more LST on plant B and plant C. I’m a huge believer in LST now huge plus is that when watering it is way easier than a none Trained plant.

This is part of a gentle, prolonged flush phase I like to implement, giving the plants a chance to metabolize and fade naturally. The goal is to promote clean, vibrant flowers that finish with optimal expression, without rushing the process. No forced flush, just time and care. Lighting-wise, the spectrum has been tuned with precision — we’re currently running 40% on the whites, with reds and UVs at 100% to drive trichome development, resin production, and color expression in these final days. The plants are loving it — they’re soaking in the deeper wavelengths that signal the end of their life cycle and responding with a final push of energy. And yes — we’ve been running 11 hours of light and 13 hours of darkness from the very start of flower. It’s not the usual 12/12, and it comes with its pros and cons. 6/12 Thunderstorms turned to sun Plants are growing substantially. The ones that were damaged from the sun have pulled out of it. I checked the fim I did on a gmo that later burned and it has five tops! I took a couple videos bur I'll have to wait until tomorrow to upload them. Despite the weather severity and inconsistencies I'm in a really good spot. I'll upload the two videos tomorrow when I'm in a better area. Wifi is far to slow. 6/13 Rained yesterday before turning to hot sun. Supposed to be in the 90s today. Due to the rain and storms we've been having I hacebt had to water. Soil is still moist. Plants seem to be growing at a great pace. With all this rain they've gotten a hearty dose of the nutes in my soul mix and then when the sun comes out and they bask for a few hours they look considerable bigger. Another storm coming up but other than that weather is good. Plants are happy and doing well. 6/14 Plants are loving this hot weather. Rainy then it will clear up and be sunny. All plants have recovered from the shock of the weather and are growing like crazy. Ice started some lsting. I haven't even had to water. 6/15 Medium is still damp. I don't think we'll get much rain the next few days but we've gotten a lot lately. I'll continue playing it by ear. The water lasts much longer with the smaller plants in lather containers. Later in the summer I could be watering daily. If there is no rain I'll allow the bags to dry out and I'll water them. I may start them on a small nutrient schedule like the fox farm organic one you use for the entirety. I've hesitated though because my soil is chock full of nutrients and they show no sighs of deficiencies. I'll keep an eye on it. They look great though. 9/16 Watered after church. 3 1/2 gallons so approximately a half gallon each. Iys been really hot and i dont see rain in the forecast. Also broke the gmo that I fimmed right at a topping point. It wasnt wilted, and I ran and grabbed duct tape and fixed it. I've had good luck in the past this way. Hopfully I will this time as well. Still sucks though 9/17 The plant that split at the V that I taped up seems to be doing just fine. Looks just like the other top next to it. Thank God. Things seem to be going well. I'm wondering if I should start giving nutrients but I don't see any deficiencies and I know this soil mix lasts pretty much through veg without showing signs of deficiencies. I think it might be a case of "if it's not broke don't fix it." I'll look back on diaries and I'll do some research. 9/18 It's overcast but it's been in the upper 80's. I checked the plants around 11 and they looked good. They'll need water but I'm holding off until the morning. The plant I broke at the crook shows no signs of wilting or any negative effects. I assume it will come back stronger. I was thinking about watering tonight but at 12 there was still a little moisture. They will be fine until morning. Plants seem bigger every day.

Every visible node was topped on all the plants. Some of the large fan leaves connected to the main stem were removed. Custom drip rings were made out of some 1/2 inch tube that I drilled some holes in. Each drip ring has its own shutoff due to different substrate being used. I was getting rid of some leftover stuff from past grows. This is not ideal, but it’s what I had to work with and cost no 💰 this go around. I’m hoping for a great stretch from these Mandarin Cookies. The net will probably go up at the end of the week followed by one final week before flipping the light cycle to 12/12 for flower production. I really need the height of the Cookies to catch up to the Super Lemon Haze that are growing like a maniac! I’m gonna take clones at some point…maybe. They are full of crystals and trichromes covered by much, they are super sticky and solid. The banana blaze is a tall and stalky girl with her buds being dense with hues of purple and really long orange hairs. This one is going to be a great grow for both of them.
