Hey everyone! So this week has been pretty good, no sort of issues really as I've decided to incorporate kelp meal into my next grow. With 4 weeks left of flowering, I feel this won't affect harvest too much considering my last group was showing cal/mag deficiencies before even going into flowering. Anywho, this bad boy is a monster and the buds are getting fat. I brushed up against some sticky leaves and all you can smell are literal blackberries with a skunky pungent smell to it. Exciting :) Buds are getting fat by the day, about toonie sized and getting some vertical growth to them..nice pine cones ;) Smell is incredible in the tent...sweet, skunky berries. Day 36 - Starting week 6 and she’s coming along nicely. Pistils are just starting to show so hopefully she’s be going into full flower in a week or two. This one is definitely a late bloomer but looking like I’m not gonna need flip to 12-12 to get her started. Day 37 - She’s still doing some stretching right now and has a few more pistils showing so I’m happy about that. She’s definitely getting light on the water so will probably give her a good drink and feeding tomorrow. Tucked a few leaves and letting her go for the night. Day 38 - Decided to hold off on watering and feeding for another day or two. She still didn’t seem quite dry enough to don’t want to push it. Re-tucked some leaves and will check things out tomorrow. Day 39 - Gave her a gallon of water and nutes today and she’s still stretching. Not much of buds forming yet but still tossing a few pistils out. I’m hoping she’s start throwing out some more or I might have to switch to 12-12. I thought I wasn’t going to have to but if she doesn’t start really preflowering by next week, I might have to. Day 40 - Went ahead and turned my second light on in the tent to try and get the temp up just a bit and it did the trick. I think this one is liking the other light cause I noticed quite a bit more pistils so again, I think I’m not gonna have to worry about flipping to 12-12. Tied a couple other branches down and out and opened her up a bit more. Day 41 - She’s looking great and really taking off now. Pistils are still showing and she’s stretching close to a half an inch every 24 hours. I did remove a few fan leaves and all the new branches I tied down are standing tall again. Will give her some water and nutes on Tuesday. Day 42 - The end of week 6 and she’s doing great. Nothing else new to report and just updating some pictures. She’ll get some water and nutes tomorrow.

Start of week 5. Week 4 went well, bud site development is going great, she's gaining size and weight, the smell is like fresh greenery, almost like walking in the spring forest.

Everyone is wonderful, the back row with the Vitcory Kush F1 are ready in about 3 weeks, and will be washing up in the next few days. The middle blooms nicely in front of you, the front row just starts to bloom 😍. I wish you all the best and let it grow 😎

The plants are now putting all their energy into bud production, and it’s really starting to show!🌱 Both are developing bigger and bigger buds, and the smell is becoming more intense every day. #2 has an insanely large main bud, completely covered in trichomes. The aroma is very hazy, deep, and complex. it’s going to be interesting to see how it develops in the coming weeks. #1, on the other hand, continues to impress with its tropical, sweet, and pineapple-like scent, and its buds are also swelling up beautifully! Everything is going exactly as it should—excited to see how much more they’ll bulk up in the next weeks!💚

Last time im growing this INDOORS. plant is waaay too big for my tent, she finaly is flowering now and ill have to keep pushing her under the net because it cannot go any closer to these leds.

All plants have nugs but the quick one . My F1 /royal critical & Royal gorilla all are looking like they are gonna have some weight stacked up. First grow is going amazing definitely hooked on growing these RQS seeds !!

3 dny po posledním tréninku (53 dní od vyklíčení) jsem změnil světelný cyklus na 12/12. Nastavil jsem SCROG síť do finální výšky a nyní zbývá jen čekat až holky vyrostou 🤩 snad se mi podaří vytvořit rovnoměrný baldachýn. Blumat zavlažování funguje skvěle a rostliny jsou s ním velmi spokojené. V substrátu se mi rozmnožili springtails. Beru to jako dobrou zprávu poukazující na dostatek organického materiálu kterým se živí. Ale i tak budu jejich počty hlídat a redukovat postřikem substrátu pomocí nimbového oleje (1 polévková lžíce na 1 litr vody + 3 kapky mycího prostředku na nádobí) vždy když mi přijdou jejich počty moc vysoké.

UPDATE - 24th of February 2020 - DRY WEIGHT & LOVE 56g total dry weight, after I gave them a very nice trim. They started curing in glass jars on 19/2/2020 and are currently between 63-68%RH inside. Burping every other hour for couple of minutes. While trimming some dried buds yesterday, I came across a seed, I couldn't believe it, between 😕and 😆, first time experiencing this, interesting, hopefully she didn't lose a lot of her potency and it only happened late. Learning from this: don't change light cycle. I changed from 18 to 21 hours, thought that was a good idea... All this aside, I am sooooooo in LOVE WITH HER 😍I have never grown such a beautiful plant, excuse the photo spam, she deserves a stage, at least for me 😉I can't wait to try her properly cured and get to learn her whole taste spectrum with the low and slow dried buds. Some of them will be processed to oil and edibles. If I find time, I might document some more. Until then, happy growing everyone, peace 🙏 Tried 2 different drying methods: 1. Regular hang dry: For 7 days in small grow tent, darkness at 50% humidity & 20°C/68F - she was almost too dry after 7 days. 2. Low & Slow dry: after washing & hang-drying for 4 hours, she went into the fridge for 7 days in a paper bag, followed by several jar tests until she was at a steady 68% outside; She dried like this in the fridge for 8 days. I didn't trim her too much, since I want to preserve everything for oils. More details: 16. Nov. 2019 - 13. This week I top all 8 Green Poison ( 4dwc and 4 coco ) clones. They look healthy and happy and few days later I already start to low stress training (LST) them.

We often said the bigger the pot the bigger the yield...not in this case..or in my case. Here are the datas with 12 differents seeds of Baby Boom and different pot sizes and fertilizers: Pellets: 25L: 21,96g 18L: 18,3g 18L: 14g 12L: 10,5g 10L: 16,2g 10L: 12,48g 6,5L: 9g 6,5L: 12g Liquid fertilizer for automatic strains: 25L: 25,66g 6,5L: 11,5g 6,5L: 8,2g 6,5L: 7,5g Average is quite the same, but I think I will use medium sized pots for outdoor session (between 10 and 15L). Small pots gave me the best ratio. Even with pellets or liquid fertilizer taste depends on the genetic. I found too much different plants, some going to the ruderalis side, some but few to the Blueberry side I wonder, and the other one will be the Northern Light side. It's a great automatic strain for beginners...and for beginner in smoking, too. Effect is not too strong, but gently surprising. Uplifing at the beginning and becoming more fat after the time. I recommand to smoke this strain. It has not so much taste by vaporisation. Update: absolut strong and fruity pollen...nothing to do with the flowers: so good

Things are going good, I am beginning to think about when to harvest. I have tried capturing some microscope shots of the trichomes with a 15x macro lens (BlitzWolf), but they turned out awful. They still look transparent and glasslike, and I did not see many, if any, amber trichomes. I am going on vacation next week, and wonder if plant will be fine with not being harvested before the 8th of July, two weeks from now. Day 3: Watered Day 4: Macro shots. Trichomes look transparent and glasslike, but since this is my first grow, any input from experienced growers is very welcome :-) Day 7: Watered. No amber trichomes in sight, I will wait one more week before the harvest.

I just tried a new fertilizer. It turned out to be more than expected. Excellent.👍👍👍

******** Week 10 - Feb 10 to 16/20 (Days 64 - 70 from seed popping out) It’s flush week so not much to update really. This week you anticipate the outcome with great hopes and also think about missed opportunities......no different here 😂 😂 😂 Last feed given last week. First good flush and finishing agent used this week. Gave her Flawless Finish in the morning and 8 hours later flushed her with 8L of RO water. Given she has been very green and tips were burnt a fair bit, I used Flawless Finish to flush the medium. The medium is pretty good with going into the week in mid 300’s ppm. She is taking the end well😀 Her stems are really pulling inward. Really wish I had a wider pot to have been able to pull out further from the centre.....widen her up more. She has started to show her purple colours this week as well. She is fading and looking more beautiful everyday! Will be pushing this girl and don’t anticipate chopping her down before next weekend.....day 75 to 77 idea.......see what the week brings. She has beautiful buds but they need more squishing and I want to ensure she can feed on herself as much as possible. I personally prefer the smoke from a plant flushed for two weeks, so that is the goal......only concern is what will happen to tricombs over the next four days or so???? She squished out bud very well over the weekend and has swelled quite a bit. She is getting fat and happy.......putting on the weight and frost this week girl!! Dropped the night temps to 60 degrees and the humidity to roughly 40% at night. Stripped more of her leaves and down to just bud, haha. Some are still left where I don’t want to remove the leaves for fear of bruising the bud trying to get it off. 😧 Mephisto.....I have seen in a number of the other diaries where the frost seems thick on the fan leaves and this strain is no different! There will be very few leaves that won’t make it into the trim bin from this girl👌😀 For me.....its not that I haven’t seen this frost level but rather, this an auto only 10 weeks from popping her head out of the soil!!!! Even at 8 and 9 weeks it catches your eye as if you see something as growing wrong or an issue.....then you look closer and go DAMN😂!!!!!! Senescence has set in and I have not seen that on many other Mephisto diaries for Skywalker and it is awesome!! Several more days to go for her to show her beauty....exciting😜 If she can keep swelling she will be a great producer!! Keep her cold and keep the density improving and she could be impressive.....for this breeders strain a good yield😀 Lets not put the cart before the horse here though and will focus on tricombs for now. Little more detail......to come Feb 10/20 - Day 64 - 2L with Flawless finish given in morning @ 2.0ml/L. 125ppm and 6.1pH - 8L water flush in evening broken into two parts: - 6L plain water, 5.4pH. Then 2L with LW8 & Rezin 100ppm 5.4pH - Runoff 285ppm 6.1pH - okay we are set now and like the numbers from the runoff. She should have lots in her leaves to keep her going.......lets flush Baby!!!👌 Feb 11/20 - Day 65 - nothing today. - more bud swelling noticed and she is squishing out😀 Feb 12/20 - Day 66 - 2L water with Liquid Weight and Rezin @ 2ml = 79ppm and 5.95pH - Lower bud sites swelling more visible as well. Feb 13/20 - Day 67 - 2L water with Liquid Weight and Rezin @ 2ml = 80ppm and 6.15pH - upper sites are firming up, lowers still have firming up to do yet. Feb 14/20 - Day 68 - Nothing today Feb 15/20 - Day 69 - 3L water with Liquid Weight and Rezin @ 2ml = 100ppm and 6.1pH - Buds are starting to appear more white now. Frost building and turning cloudy. - Leaves are lightening and she is eating the nutrients within her. Feb 16/20 - Day 70 - 3L water with Liquid Weight and Rezin @ 1.5ml = 90ppm and 6.0pH - Purple really starting to come out on her tops now. - lower temps further in the tent to promote bud density and ripening.
