Room setup rundown, examples of bud, et al in pictures... Seedlings/Clones lights - Viparspectra XS1500. Vege lights - Mars Hydro FC-4800 Flower Lights - 650w 3400K 1900umol/s PAR, (3) 226w DIY 2900K 630umol/s PAR (678w and 1890umol/s), Substrate - 50/50 sphagnum peat moss and vermiculite in 5-gallon pots Climate Control - Luckily, the lights, winter and normal furnace use all equate to a decent temperature, though a bit on colder side in in vege phase, sadly. Humidifier is needed early and later a dehumidifier is needed when canopy develops. I only grow in the winter months. Irrigation - do not use the emitters in this diary. They suck a big fat dick to skip a line to suck a bigger dick. They come in different shapes, too. Basic process The little light takes care of seedlings in 2.5" wide seedling pots until first up-pot. The 1-gallon pots fit well under the FC4800 in a 4x4 tent until day 21 after sprout. I plant 150% or more of what i need, so i can kill the weak without concern. The goal is for every plant that makes it to the 5-gallon up-pot being capable of producing a minimum of 160 grams with a maximum of a 35-40 day vegetative phase. Third up-pot is into 5-gallon nursery pots and now under the 3 DIY lights and the 650W light in the big tent for a couple more weeks of vege. An irrigation system in the big tent saves a lot of time. One scrog for training and another for support, just in case. Reverting back to a more systematic approach to canopy composition moving forward. About 2.3 colas per sq ft and 8 primary colas per plant. Yields were similar when over-crowding and being less systematic, but the proportion of less dense nugs is greater and trim time is needlessly elevated because of that fact. I was very controlling about this the first couple years but got away from it for far too long at this point. Drying / Curing - Into mesh racks for 9 days. I wet trim and cut down to similarly sized buds for even drying. Temps are controlled around 68F and RH is set to 60%. Then into some 5-gallon buckets with gamma seal lids and (3) 2-way 67g boveda humidipaks (58% or 62%) in each bucket - 1 at bottom, 2 at top. Temp/RH probe confirms that they hold the RH steady at 60-63%. Cost - 0.33 cents (USD) per gram produced. This includes an accelerated depreciation expense for all equipment used, fertilizer, water, electricity for all equipment used, new filters and other yearly purchases - bti, ph strips, sticky traps, etc. I'm a finance guy, so these numbers are comprehensively accurate and purposely err slightly on high side of cost. The only facet not included is the cost of my labor.

She is getting big. By my calculations, I should have just enough room in the tent for her if she stretches out to about 3x her current height. Flipped her to flower on Friday of this week. Let’s go 😊

Love the way she grow super easy too look after and produce good yield She drank every other day 3 litre nuts without run off Day 47 I relize she have deficiency so I decide to flush her with 10 l ph water coz bud won't rippen now she is in week 4 flowering and looks how small the bud are I'm so sad 😢 hope she will be OK next week

Hi Gromies, well sometimes I can be my own worst enemy seems I defoliated ( actually I'll blame the apprentice Urban grow cat 😺) He defoliated a little to much, it's hard to get good help these days! Anyway she got a bit of light burn directly under light bulb area. A mix of to much defoliation & I also turned light up to super lumen setting & being lazy I hadn't hooked the extraction fan & ducting up to the light ( it's an air cooled light shade) pump air from outside tent through sealed light shade & exhaust it outside. I hooked that up & raised the light around 20 cm & all is good now, some burnt leaves. She is bouncing back & grown more leaves. It may have slowed Bud development a little! I changed light cycle to 12.5 hours of darkness 11.5 hrs on to try & kick her into gear , fool her into thinking the season is coming to an end with shorter daylight hours. I may increase dark period a little more bit by bit, experiment a little, I've read of other growers who give plants less light around week 6 till harvest. She is getting a faint lemony smell. Lollipoped some of the smaller secondary branches, any tips low down not receiving much light & don't look like they will get much bigger, other than that I'm leaving her alone, probably just try & seperate any close growing colas so we don't get any Bud rot. She finally triggered flowering this week. I was away for a few days, but fortunately I had the timelapse camera running and it caught the beginning of flowering.

There’s still a lot to learn. Just when I thought things were back in the sweet spot, moderate signs of nutrient burn started to appear. Several older leaves are showing the typical symptoms, so I’m cutting back on feeding and switching to pH’d water for the next couple of weeks until they stabilise and it’s time to flip. I’m also hoping the move into the 11L pots encourages more lateral growth, because what I have right now can’t really be called a canopy yet 😅. The goal is to fill things out properly before installing the net and thinking about 12/12. For now, it’s about restraint and letting them rebalance. Hi, exciting times, flowering, see some stratching, but not too much. Plant now drinks 2 liters a time, each 2 days. Befor I was giving 1 liter every 3 days. So water cosumption encreased more then 3 times. Smell is not strong yet, as expected. Not much really I need to do escept mixing fertilizer and water the plant.

Been unable to log in for weeks, I apologize to those who were patiently waiting and probably thought I wasnt gonna finish. I just condensed the last 4 or so weeks into 1 video then ill do 1 maybe 2 more and that'll be the end to this abomination lol. I had a rough 2nd half to this 1 which is partly why I fell behind and couldnt ever catch up, also it ended up being much more involved than I had originally planned and I didnt have the time. End of Week 10 (Third week of flower) The ladies are frosting up slightly and there are trichomes developing on the fan leaves, this can only mean that they are happy, the genetics are fire and that we are in for a treat! The main top-sites are swelling up by the day. Trying to keep the training to a bare minimum and ONLY removing fan leaves that are blocking bud sites. The lower part of the canopy is denser than I would have liked but I do not want to stress the plants too much by removing it at all. I will now try to keep a cooler average temperature in the following couple of weeks to promote healthy flower development and hopefully bring out some beautiful colours - and also keep the relative humidity lower to ensure that the plants aren't susceptible to mould and mildew.
