🦍 Monkey Grease — Harvest Report! 🦍 The first strain harvested from the grow was Monkey Grease, with one pheno coming down at 63 days. Flavor & Aroma: The first pheno gives dry nutty notes with a really unique chocolate milk vibe 🍫🥛 — such a distinctive taste! The other pheno leans more toward a chamomile-like aroma, though I’m still not entirely sure 🌼. Very interesting! Effect: I’d classify it as indica-dominant vibes. Very clean, pleasant relaxation! The aroma is super strong and fills the room.!

Took 2 days to germinate Day 1: planted in soil 1/4 inch deep or so. Day 2: Had to replant because the root was growing horizontally just below the surface after doing so the stem turned a purplish color. Day 3: starting 3rd set of leafs also set out water to raise humidity in the tent. Day 4: looming good nothing new Day 5: looking good regularly misting, definitely growing but I think she's focusing on her roots. Day 6: looking great going to give her a good watering probably about .75 gallon

Frostbanger Plants 1-6 Week 8 May 18– 24 FLOWER 4 Nutrients : GH Micro 25 ml GH Gro 10 ml GH Bloom 30ml CalMag 30 ml Recharge 10ml Green sensation 16.5ml Power buds 7.5 ml 5/17 PH 6.3, PPM 1130, temp 71 1ltr each 5/18 PH 6.67, PPM 935, temp 68.5 1 ltr each 5/20 PH 6.67, PPM 1330, temp 68.5 2 ltr each 5/21 PH 6.66, PPM 984, temp 69 1 ltr each videos & pics 5/17 Defoliation of yellowing leaves, feed, pics As I mentioned last week, I must monitor and control the tent environment manually. For the past month, the humidifier has been an issue putting out way too much humidity; often leaving water in the bottom of the tent. In addition, the temperatures are also out of control. I added an AC last week to keep the temperature below 80. I finally determined the exhaust vent is also broken and has been for some time. AC Infinity does not extend the warranty to the replacement parts. I guess that makes sense since they would be in a state of perpetual free replacements. I bought a new one from Amazon that came with a new controller which is different from the controller 69 currently using. I decided that while it is very inconvenient and inefficient to monitor the tent through the day, I would rather finish this Frostbanger run without introducing a new unknown variable. I will continue using 3 circulating fans, the 4” exhaust vent from my 3x3. I have the AC pushing air in and the exhaust pulling air out. This creates a neutral pressure tent environment-neither positive nor negative. It looks like growth has stopped and plant height has been reached. Now is the time for buds to fatten and frost up. All 6 of them are short remaining less than 3 ft. They range from 15 to 31 inches. #4, 5 &6 are showing some fade, particularly #4. Upon opening the tent, a melon smell comes off the buds if I get close, and more stickiness was observed during the process of defoliation. They are living up to the new strain’s name. #5 is the frostiest followed by #2. Wow week 3 of flower and that much frost already. Before FastBuds announced the strain name and characteristics, I was disappointed that FBA2502 could be an indica sleepy strain but the universe provides what you need at the time. Days 78-84 - Been lax in updates, but I still log every week to completion. Back injury in addition to The Nineteen, Rona Style, has been a bit of a pain in the posterior. (That means ass) Plants are gigantic and sassy. Had Dangergirl come out and defoliate/lollipop the bottoms out of the girls, saving me painful labor and increasing my yields, so yay for her! Plants are happy, pompoms are getting thick, and everything looks good. Switched FF01 to flower on day 84.

This was just a temporary stage where I put the plants on a wilma to keep em watered n growing nicely while I built my table for them, not much went wrong this week.. the other little ens are in the little veg tent as well waiting to be potted up into there final home

Short term memory loss is a m'fer... *edit* i have talked directly to quite a few suppliers/vendors/etc... and i can tell you FastBuds is a great company to do business with. im not licking boots here... i paid for my beans, and am loving these FastBuds genetics so far. JUST LOOK AT IT! a little short, but i think thats my fault from around the day 21ish mark if ya look back in the diary. i told myself i wasnt going to run any more autos, unless it was some odd occasion. but IF i do in the future... it WILL be FastBuds. unless this pink runtz i have ends up being an auto, and if it is.. im going to off the fucker lol. Day 56- GC is trying to catch up. I think stabbing the main helped a lil lol. Few random plucks on WG tonight, and don't even want to start on GC for now. May clean it up a bit later depending on how the back feels. It's got a ton of branches that are going to be too close REAL soon. Kinda f'd GC off over a week ago, and said I'd run it again in the future to make up for it. So not too pressed on how it looks, as long as it stays alive until WG chopping day. Atleast it wasn't a male 🤣. Anyway, bumped the girls up to the "aggressive" mid bloom GHE feed. Using TAP water to reduce the amount of calmag needed since mine has N in it.. Breakdown as follows: 5gal TAP water - 137ppm 15mL calmag - up to 252ppm 10mL hydroguard Micro- 33mL Grow- 33mL Bloom- 47.5mL RES total after PH correction - 818 @ 5.91. ============================================================================================= Day 57- I REALLY need to cut back GC... like yesterday... backs been hurting something fierce, and I'm out of my medicine of choice ATM. few random plucks on WG today. may make my way in there again later and start hacking away at GC. will update pic if I do. They're both liking aggressive feed, maybe a touch too heavy on the N though. *edit* 🎶oops, i, stabbed it again...🎶 lol. still feel there's a branch that's gotta go. Started pulling WG out some to help expose lowers. Need more garden wire for sure ============================================================================================= Day 58- cut back GC even more.. we'll keep it alive, but I'll make sure it doesn't block the beloved WG. remember, there will be a list of things I learned I did WRONG in this experiment and will share at the conclusion. Trimmed up WG little bit later in their morning. Top view pic is after the small defol. Some fans only had the middle finger snipped, to be on the safe side. Progress seems slow on WG atm, but it's getting ready to fatten up and mature. ============================================================================================= Day 59- i just cut back GC AGAIN!!! like HALF of its branches, and cut all the tops to the same length before snapping todays pic. after comparing 58 to 59's pic... it STILL looks like it grew.. WTF... that things confused ASF or something... just dont herm on me... WG finish is right around the corner.. a few weeks... hang in there GC... hang in there... ive been topping off with 80% strength nutes and RO water, and the EC has remained pretty consistent. may bump em up one more time for WG next week to help fatten her up some. right before we dial it all back for the end. WG already looking pretty frosty, and the weatherman is predicting some more in the next weeks. *edit* added a night vid to show my WG defol struggles. Its easier to see why the foliage looks so thick and it needs a trim when lights on when you see lights off.. We're down to a few fans towards the bottom to help out down there. Rest are connected to bud sites, and are limited. May need to add a small fan blowing up WG skirt soon. ============================================================================================= Day 61- nothing really to report. tried to kill the ice probe, and put frozen 1L bottle (in 12hr rotations) to see how it performed. i think 61.2 is a little too cold for my liking, and one morning i woke the temp was over 71.. the roots are messing with the flow and the water isnt getting chilled as much with the probe. problem ive been facing for the last week or so. ice probe back in, and warming up the tent with its exhaust again.. should fab up a duct system for a 3d printer... ideas... tinkercad here we go.. ============================================================================================= Day 62- kinda feel bad for leaving GC out of the shot yesterday. Since she's riding along in this experiment... added her back today. WG is starting to phase 2. Her finish is coming within the next 2-3 weeks I'm guessing. Maybe 4? Day 43 (Second Grow, Flowering Phase): Hey everyone! We’re well into day 43 of our second grow and deep into the flowering phase. 🌸 The transition has been amazing to witness, with our plants showing significant bud development. The plants are producing beautiful, dense buds, and it’s incredible to see the daily changes and the rapid development. We’ve been maintaining the humidity between 50-60%, but we’re keeping a close eye on it to prevent any issues. We’re considering whether to get a dehumidifier to bring it down to the ideal 40-50%. The SCROG net continues to work wonders, ensuring even light distribution and supporting the heavy buds. Our Timor shield mantis is still patrolling the garden, keeping pests at bay naturally. She’s become quite the guardian! The plants are looking healthy and vibrant. We're excited to see how they continue to develop over the coming weeks. Any tips or advice for optimizing this stage? Royal Gorilla took 63 to harvest from 12/12 switch Very Sticky while trimming The buds I hung last night totalled 223 grams The trimmings totalled 35 grams I will update next week when things are dry and going into mason jars

Still giving them a 2:1 or 2.5:1 grow vs bloom nutrient. Its helping with some of the pink stems from last week. Feeding strength is up .2 point to reach 900ppm or aorund 1.8EC will leave it here fro the remainder of Veg. Prob will do for 2 more weeks then flip to flower as I just topped them and want to give them some time to recover. NPK ratio of 7-7-14 1:1 equal parts grow/bloom. Grow=8-4-15 Bloom=6-10-14 Boost=1-15-30 "not yet used it yet" Also took some clones from the plants as well, took two main cuttings from each plant, forgot to do the one so its not shown in the first video up the updated clone pics later in the week. If any of these impress me then the clones will go outside and grow there all year for a extra special harvest. Or I'll give them out to some friends and family maybe a little gorilla gardening project, but I will wait before getting ride of them all as I'm still kicking my self in the ass over the Blue Cindy loss. really liked that plant and wish its clones I gave out where still aorund. Lights doing well. The V1 spectrum is good on the medic grow mini sun-2's 240w. No issues so far, dimmed at 80% till flower is initiated then up to 100%, Will test out 13/11 I think as the schedule to give them some more photons for an extra hour vs 12/12 . Растения уже начинают желтеть из за минимального содержания хлорофилла, с 3 недели цветения после 21 дня я прекратил поливать азотом, хочу провести для себя эксперимент и проверить как влияет хлорофил на вкус. У меня остался последний полив удобрениями, дальше я начну промывать горшки чистой водой и готовить растения к харвест. WEEK 9 Wuhuuu 🙂 Things really took off this week with my Diablo Delights XL. The buds have bulked up significantly and are now filling out almost the entire plant. I think it’s going to end up as one big bud ball 😅 She’s absolutely stunning to look at, even though she stayed relatively short in height. You can already start to pick up on the flavor, and the smell is downright delicious. I’m really looking forward to the tasting. If she keeps up this pace, I don’t think she’ll need another four weeks. I did a bit more defoliation and removed a few weak shoots since she was still a bit too bushy for my liking. This week, I ran the light at 800 PPFD and watered once with plain water and once with nutrient solution.
