OMG THE CRYSTALS! Wow first time using any carbohydrates on hydro. I even went with a low dose of 5ml per gal to top it off! The buds grew funky shaped not sure why. But they are really filling in now! And the smell is amazing. Prob 5x stronger then the monther plant that finished flowering in soil not hydro. Hello Diary. I am very happy that we are starting again. I’m going back to Automatics again. Many thanks to Royal Queen Seeds for sending me two of their new strains, Green Gelato Automatic and HulkBerry Automatic. So this is the first of two new diaries. WHY GREEN GELATO AUTOMATIC? LET THE DIARY START OFFICIALLY: 10/06/2020. planting. I have prepared everything I need for planting. The 11lit fabric pot I got from RQS, also Organic Boost Nutrition and Mycorrhizza from RQS, Soil is Light-Mix from BioBizz and of course the seed of the new strain Green Gelato Automatic. After adding 50g of pellets from Organic Nutrition and 5g of Mycorrhizze, I mixed everything well in the pot. After that I watered well and soaked the soil, I dug a hole with a wooden stick about 2-3 cm, I first put 1g of mycorrhize and then put the seeds inside. I lightly covered the hole with earth and put the pot in his new home. The temperature was about 25 degrees and the humidity about 65%. 14/06/2020. She sprouted. After 4 days, Green Gelato came out. In the meantime, I sprayed the surface of the earth a little twice. The temperature is still around 26 degrees, thanks to the summer and the high temperature that enters the apartment anyway. I regulate the humidity with a humidifier, I maintain it around 60% -65%. 15/06/2020. Her first photo shoot, I also watered her with about 2 liters of water, which I only regulated p.H. at 6.3 with Plagron, Lemon Kick. 19/06/2020. Day 1. Green Gelato is officially one day old. On that occasion I took another photo shoot to celebrate this big day :). 24/06/2020. First Feeding First feeding. She got a whole meal from BioBizz, Root-Juice, Bio-Heaven and Acti-Vera, p.H of water I regulated with Lemon Kick from Plagron. 25/06/2020. Day 7. End of the first week. For now, everything is great. It is developing nicely, its conditions are almost perfect. Green Gelato will also have two roommates in the box, HulkBerry Automatic. Week 5

Week 2 (16/03/20) had abit of yellow turn up on the leaf. Took it as nutrient deficiency and topped up on A&B abit more. Now starting to look healthier. Started to tie the babys down to try and make a nice even canopy. Will upload week 3 next week😁👍

La tenda continua a crescere sotto questa SF2000 che spinge al 80% da oggi e ho abbassato a 15 ore di luce al giorno in modo da farle abituare piano piano, le più grandi hanno delle carenze e oltre a quelle spero non sia un fungo Fasarium perché le foglie più basse sono gialle con bruciature e secche quindi mi viene da pensare più a quello visto che ultima non avevo fatto asciugare benissimo e avevo meno ricircolo di aria perché uso più il deumidificatore e meno estrattore… insomma quelle più danneggiate sono state potate e ora aspetto di asciugare bene bene questa volta e prossima darò solo acqua per sciacquare le radici… Vediamo come procede i prossimi giorni 🙂📸🌱💚✨

we are finally geting closer to the end, had some minor over feeding issues but quickly sorted so pretty much no damage just few leaves have some signs of burns, nothing drastic one more week of normal feeding and then I will add pK 13/14 for a week and finally 2 weeks flushing I bought humidifier but It doesn't really do much work. Humidity is still around 50% so i hope good airflow will be anough to avoid any mould

Only 1cm vertical growth this week, but she's been pushing out some leaves! She seems happy so far.

I applied too much pressure and main cola broke during final LST. I would call it super cropping if she wasn't in flowering faze already. She will recover but I doubt she will manage to reach full potential. Sprayed with boom boom spray. 20 ml orgatrex per plant and 10ml BIO P-K. Connected on auto-pot as I am gone for a week. Sun-Light EVO 80 grow light increased on 100% (Out of 4 levels I was increasing power every 2 weeks app). Light eight increased to 50 cm.

15th week for my 3 girls The buds are swelling day by day, the trichos are quite milky. The nute burn gave me a hard time... (see video) I managed to regulate the pH of the affected plant, before the flowers were also affected by the burn; I take care to decrease the humidity and to ventilate well to avoid the moulding of the burnt leaves. I was going to do a final watering with fertiliser before starting a 10-15 day flush; plant B will only get clear water ;) I'm too close to get rid of it; I'll keep a close eye on it, and if necessary I'll harvest it before the others. I'm still confident: it will produce maybe less than the others, but its power shouldn't be affected too much.

Week 5 on these amazing girls. They're full into the flower stage and the smells are starting to come through super strong. I've switched over to bloom nutes and they seemed to never skip a beat. All in all excited to see what the coming weeks have in store. Happy Growing.

Day 33: What an amazing height and bud gain in just 3 days! Lady #1 is 67 cm tall now, her sister a tad smaller. Both still have a great color, and I dared to cur away just the lowest branches and leaves that do not look like they could gain height in time. Really enjoying this strain so far! At the end of their day, they are a bit dropping leaves, so clearly no hunger for more light. The impressive growth speed continued on their buds: Tallest lady at 70 cm now. Their next morning shows growth is still at an impressive 5 cm/day as lady #1 with her leaves erected again stretches now 72, the maximum of my previous growth. Pulled the lights as close as possible to the ceiling and hope they won’t make it much more than 1 m. I activated the Sansi 30 W folded wings LED to give them somewhat of a morning and evening light and to add some more light to their overlapping center branches in the middle of "their" day. Sadly that’s causing some interference to the timelapse videos, but I can’t say they’re perfect if it wouldn’t. Watching the timelapse video of day 34, I have the feeling the additional light rather irritates them. Maybe the interference is not only visible for electronic eyes. I’ll keep it off next day for comparisons. Day 35 shows stretch speed has reduced indeed and they seem to be concentrating on leaf and bud growth instead. 75 cm, so we are currently at "only" 3 cm/day. Watered them with a HPE/Bud growth mix again last night, about 1 l each. Well, forget my words about reduced growth. After they recovered during the night, we are at 77 cm for lady #1. Which measured at 78 with hanging leaves in their day’s evening. I must have missed a day number – day 36 concludes their 5th week. I gave them another 2 l of fertilised water each and will lave them for the weekend again. Video shows that growth concentrates now more on leaf and bud development than on gaining height. So I guess my 160 cm tent will be sufficient. For a moment I was worried, but it looks like stretch is over. Anyway, time to rearrange the camera next week. Leaves are running out of focus.
