I love these last stages! The girls are still stretching but I decided to give them a defoliation a week early. If you look back on last week you can see how bushy they have gotten so there was a definite need to get some light to the lower bud sites. I can definitely start to smell the familiar gassy aroma coming through now so may be time to get the fan and carbon filter cranked up. I will be top amending the soil again at some point this coming week but as for now I have just been feeding with water and liquid seaweed. I've had a few compliments from friends on the good health of the plants this time round compared to previous grows when the Sour Diesels had nutrient issues, not helped by the Coco medium I was using. I'll be sticking to this choice of soil and organic nutrients with the results I'm getting so far! I mean, look at those pistils!! 😁 I love that I've had 93 views on this diary so far! Purple Kush might be the runt of the bunch right now, but I have high hopes for it. Even though it's lagging behind the others, it has these super vibrant, dark green leaves. There's something about them that tells me this plant is a fighter. I'm excited to see how it develops and if it'll catch up to its siblings. Last week was awesome! I finally got around to giving all my plants a little upgrade – I repotted them into some bigger homes. They're all looking so happy and healthy now, it's crazy. I can't wait to see how much they grow this year!

This week the GSCE hasnt really done much strechin but buds are filling in nice and starting to get sticcckkyyy. There isnt much smell coming from the llant but trimmed LARF smelt very fruity. Both the BB and GG4 have outgrown the GSCE by far with the BB actually being the largest. The BB could use a little more lollipopping i believe but dont wanna over do it. GG4 has lots of bud sites as well but has a lot more airflow. Have just basically been doing minor leaf stripping when needed.

**** Week 12 growth - February 27 to March 5, 2021 - Week 4 Flower ***** These two girls are getting frosty and pheno 1 stacking up beautifully. The second pheno does a funny thing with growing horizontal leaves when happy and not point way up😃 Light intensity increased this week. Pushed up to 525 watts and then to 550 watts at the end of the week. This got the a little hot by the end of the week though. Working with a new light and finding the sweet spots takes a run or two. Learning how the girls grow anyway so the whole run is a lot of learning......its all good😀 Nutrients were pushed a little at the end of last week and the start of this week so backing off a bit more again. Given that they were pushed with light intensity they started showing some signs of nutrient issues. It’s good though as there is reaction time and back off to plain water feed for a couple of days at the end of the week and into week 5. Week 5 is going to be the start of the last stage of flower feed and work with that for two weeks, then stop feeding at the end of week 6........the plan so far anyway. Mimosa is longer strain though so they may get another week.👍 Little more detail....... Feb 27/21 - Day 22 - big feed day - all IPP line plus silica @ 1ml, CalMag @ 1ml, Rezin @ 1.5ml, enzymes @ 1.5ml - 1650ppm and 6.1pH - 4L for MM1 and 3L for MM2 - MM2 grows some horizontal leaves at the top. - MM1 is swelling and getting frost now!!💪😎 Feb 28/21 - Day23 - Microbe day but also added some CalMag - 3L for MM1 and 2L for MM2 - Natures Candy @ 1.5ml, Recharge @ 1/2 tsp/gal, Magnifical @ 1.5ml, Micro @ 1ml, Bloom 1.5ml, Terpinator @ 2ml - 950 ppm and 6.0pH - leaf colour almost looks light today. Mar 1/21 - Day 24 - dry out day. Mar 2/21 - Day 25 - plain water - 300ppm and 6.1 pH - 4L in MM1 and 3L in MM2 - light power pushed up to 550 watts today. - (too much from 16” to 20”........note!!) Mar 3/21 - Day 26 - plain water with two suppliiments - 4L for MM2 and 2.5L for MM2. - Terpinator @ 3ml, Rezin @ 2ml. - 525ppm & 6.0pH - stripped some leaves today......sticky in the middle😃😃👍👍 Mar 4/21 - Day 27 - no water added today - light power reduced today 450 watts. - been going too hard with intensity. Seeing leaf curl on other girls in the tent. - MM2 is showing light stress or Potassium deficiency.....related to CalMag?? - joys of diagnosing cannabis😂 - starting with backing off light and reduce ppm going in but not the ml👍 Mar 5/21 - Day 28 - hit with microbes again to help with stresses. - recharge @ 1 tsp/gal, Nature’s Candy @ 1.5ml - 375ppm and 6.0pH - 3L for MM1 and 2.5L for MM2 Moving right along we are through 4 weeks now and moving past the middle of flower.

NOT the best week.... -Day 47 since sprouting - Day 12, week 2 of flower ? ?? Possibly?? Honestly, no idea Inside - Last time watered was Sunday - Tiger Bloom - Grew tall QUICK , got too close to the light- Broke off the top few inches of the main cola while raising the light and taking fan and filter down on Tuesday - Very high humidity in tent, started too many at once, didn't expect them to be so big! Got it under control , but too crowded. Now sharing with Zkittles Auto, I believe. Outside - Watered Tuesday ( didn't ph water) - Weather has been very inconsistent- tornado, high winds, rainy, humid, cool, hot - Seems happy, been having to move her around a lot, hoping today is the LAST time. They both smell amazing! Not going to lie. I will be disappointed if I mess them both up. One of my favorite strains to use and grow. Next time will be topping and keeping inside, lesson learned. No bugs! -

Buds got really dense this week. The smell is definitely more intense. I also defoiled for any tops that were getting covered. Other than that just waiting on them to ripen some more so I can flush next week.

02/19 start of new week. 02/20 got 7 gallons of water

Today is day 74 since planting, so in theory I should have about 2 weeks to go. The taller plant will probably make that, the shorter may take an extra week or so. Overall, pretty boring week, as the buds are at the tail end of fattening up, should be right on the edge of ripening. The bud structures of the plant continue to be completely different, with the taller plant having a more typical sativa appearance while the shorter plant has dense, stocky nugs more like an indica. I'm just excited to see the end in sight. At this point in the grow I just want to harvest and start my next batch, but one of my growing mantras is " let the plant tell you when she's ready to be cut" so I will continue to wait impatiently until a vast majority of the trichomes are milky. 09/19/2018 All going well buds filling out resin sparkle all over flowers and leaves this plant is destined for my top shelf of slow cured buds can't wait to taste each one and compare to each other,to see if my breeder was as good as I have hoped for.
