1/5 - Day 51 / Day 23 flower - Feeding Day
Pots were mostly dry on this day, last time they were fed was a little over a week ago on day 43 (12/28). I've done two small waterings since last feed, about a half gallon of water for each of my 5 gallons and about 8oz of water for my bonsais. My plants are drying out within about 48 hours of each small watering.
For today's feeding I went to full strength on my nutes. My solution consisted of:
- 1 gallon distilled water
- 3ml CalMag
- 3 tsp of FF Big Bloom (full dose))
- 2 tsp of FF Tiger Bloom (full dose)
- pH: 6.9
- TDS: 342ppm
- EC: .7
I gave each of my 5 gallons about a half gallon of the fertigated water each which wasn't enough to produce runoff. I gave them each about another 1/4 gallon distilled water to generate enough runoff to test. I tested the runoff of my Z52 which gave me readings of:
- pH: 6.3
-TDS: 1600ppm
-EC: 3.2
I gave about 12oz of fertigated water to each of my bonsais. My ZB2 runoff posted readings of:
- pH: 7.2
- TDS: 594ppm
- EC: 1.2
My TDS readings are definitely low compared to the FF Soil Feeding Schedule. The suggested readings for week 7 are an EC of 2.8 - 3.0 and 1960-2100ppm. Not stressing too much over the reading as the girls are looking healthy and happy. Will add another feeding in between waterings if I start to see any nutrient deficiencies but I don't see any cause to do so at the moment.
As you can see from the picture on 1/3, the super cropping I did on 1/2 didn't hurt my girls one bit. By the following day, the tops were already bending back toward the lights. This was a big relief.

1/7 - Day 53 / Day 25 Flower
Light watering in the morning today using pH'd dechlorinated tap water w/ 4ml of cal mag. Gave about about a 1/4 gallon to each for my 5 gallons and another 8oz each for my bonsais.

1/8 - Day 54 / Day 26 Flower
Noticing signs of nutrient issue on the Z51. Surprisingly, no signs of nutrient issues on the Z52 despite using the same solution and roughly the same amount of water during the feeding day on 1/5. Decided to do a heavier watering tonight, using about 3/4 gallon of pH'd dechlorinated tap water. Hoping that dilutes the soil a little bit and pushes the salts toward the bottom.

1/9 - Day 55 / Day 27 Flower
Nutrient issues did not appear to get any worse overnight so that is encouraging. Did some minor defoliation on my 5 gallons this morning to remove any of the smaller branches on the lower 3rd of the plant. Haven't completely removed any branches that are below the trellis. Will start pruning more regularly every other day so I don't shock the plants too much.

Week 12 complete and she's starting to fatten up a tad more.
Pistils are going brown but she kicks up new white ones every morning. 80-90% clear tricomes still and as I hoped she looks like she's got another week or two to go.
Slight clawing of the leaves and some brown spots but they're very few of them. I've raised the LED a couple of inches just in case of light burn. Or it may be she still has a lot of food in the coco as after checking the runoff of tds it was around 1000ppm but as it's living soil she should just take what she needs and stop when she's had enough.
And I'm still just feeding her water as I'm 'flushing' her. The Symphylans are still doing their job well from the looks of her!! After researching Symphylans, they are microscopic centipede like insects that are white and they mainly eat seedling roots or decaying organic matter..so they're essentially cleaning the medium..and they stay under the soil away from the light. They can makes holes in roots for pathogens to enter her..but as she's doing so well and as it's only a week or two away from harvest I'm not going to worry about it.

ok..i'm an idiot 🐱🔫 ..they we're clearly overfed last week and without thinking i gave them our usual "full strength" bloom shot as we decided to flower her (no more space)..she's not too happy with us atm, her top leaves are curling very hard..We intend to give her PH water only until she comes around some...normally we wouldn't flower a plant in this condition, we'd wait for her to straighten out and then flip however, space is critical atm...we moved her to the 3x3 to flower with a couple tiny White OG plants...she's a big plant, we have some room for stretch but not a ton, this might interesting in another week or 2 lol...we setup a dedicated exhaust for this tent and temps have been great, lots of air movement...We'll upload in a few days if her condition changes, thank you as always for taking the time to read and happy harvests everyone!! ❤️💡🌱😽💨

Keeps getting bigger!!! I have both of them woven like a basket with the 2 haze plants in here to to my best of keeping an even canopy 🤣.....thats a laugh! The two 🐅 are on the left, with the two haze being on the right. I've created a real mess in here that will be crazy to try and cut down if they don't mature at the same time.

It’s more so like 14 days into flowering but No biggie. She is stunning along recovering for Magnesium scares. Little to note other than stems hardening. The more the merrier and we shall be full of Cured Buds before the Holidays!
The Original seed etiquette is still intact!

First time to ever do this method.
My lessons learned here were:
(1) Remove the wine bottle label! The heat from the water is minimized if paper label remains.
(2) Dry your hash properly if you want a temple ball at the end. Small fine grains if needed... to ensure the last of the moisture escapes. And it smokes and melts away.
(3) Hashmasters of GrowDiaries are telling me that BubbHash can't be bricked or temple balled in general. Hmmm... So it isn't my error then .. it's the hash! 🤣🤣
I’ll keep on trying the Frenchie method until I get it. 😅 Wish me luck!

Slurricaine is starting to come back around. It was getting pretty stressed with the big light and new pot but it’s looking decent. In a few days it will be fully recovered…

The coco hempy buckets continue to impress. The rate of growth is just insane compared to the conservative nature of hand watered soilless mix. The girls are getting 2 heavy feedings daily, once right before lights on, once at lights off. Responding tremendously. The largest daughter has broken 4 feet this week and hopefully the stretch is coming to a close. Good thing for my headroom. I am having difficulty with humidity this week due in part to the weather, but I feel mostly because of an underpowered ac and mucho transpiration coming from the leaves. Set for second round defoliation in three days and hopefully some break from the heat. Struggling to keep the room under 70 rh right now.

First day of week 4, the plants are grown big enough to top but they didn't develope enough side branches to start mainlining. I hope I can use this technique as soon as the plants recover from the topping.
On day 4 just the first of the three shows sign of complete recover while the side branches still don't want to grow up. I fed the plants with a tea full of microbes and good organic stuff.
End of week 4, the only thing needed for the lower branches to catch up was increase the height of the lamp. Now they are really happy looking forward to the second and last month of veg

-Día 36. Se riega con agua declorada 1.5 litros
-Día 37. Se riega con una solución nutritiva NPK de 1.5 Litros con Plagron Alga Bloom (2.6 ml), Plagron Sugar Royal (0.75 ml) y Plagron Green Sensation (0.75 ml). Alimentación para la producción y el engorde de las flores.
-Día 38. Se riega con una solución nutritiva NPK de 4 Litros con Plagron
-Día 39. Responde de buena manera al riego, se nota el engorde de las flores 💪 y una capa helada mas contundente.
-Día 40. Cada vez se llena de mas resina y luce simplemte hermosa, a los olores cítricos frescos de limon con menta y cítricos dulces como mandarina, se le suma un fuerte olor a diesel que deleita a cualquiera 🍋🍊⛽️
-Día 41. Se riega con una solución nutritiva NPK de 3 Litros con Plagron Alga Bloom (5.1 ml), Plagron Sugar Royal (1.5 ml) y Plagron Green Sensation (1.5 ml). Se agregan trichodermas (1.5 ml).
-Día 42. Responde excelente al riego del día 41, siguen engordando las flores y aumentando cada vez mas los intensos olores de los terpenos

Indoor de 60x60x159 cm y una iluminación BlackCob F320, se activa solo 1 modulo (160w) a 45 cm del canopy por el resto del cultivo. Intractor de 135mm, extractor de 135mm, filtro de carbón, ventilador "oscilofan", ventilador "clip fan", este ultimo ventilador se ajusta en la parte baja de la carpa para mejorar la circulación de aire bajo el canopy, 2 termohigrometros y una malla SCROG de kanovi a 15 cm de la maceta.

Now we are in week 8.
Plants stopped growing.
I will let them grow two more weeks and then I will at least harvest two of them.
Depending on the trichomes I will keep the other two for 4-5 weeks more, because I will be away ... traveling
lets hope that the sun is coming out again and that the buds get bigger and bigger in the last two weeks.
BTW I stopped giving any type of nutrients, just water.

I made so many mistakes during this run I can't even believe we made it to this point. The flowers aren't great but they're aight considering. I tested some run off and ppm was 3000+. I was consistently hearing the condensate pumps go off which made me think I was getting run off not realizing it was from the dehumidifier. The pics were taken on Thursday and after 2 days of flushing they look better and have swelled up a little bit. I sprayed dr zymes for the thrips 3 days in a row to try and knock them out. I know spraying in flower is never great but the zymes evaporates and really had no noticeable negative effects on the buds (pistil burning or residue) and I havnt seen a thrip or any damage in a few days. I also got the full line of Marrone bio grandevo, venerate and regalia which ill incorporate into a weekly ipm starting next run. I'm gunna wash the buds at the end. Hopefully all the dumb shit I do this run I can learn from and improve. Day 49 I've dropped the base nutrients and have them on 8 grams per gal of full tilt with some aptus additives and enzymes. The multi strain makes it tricky as a few really need 70-80 days but at this point I just want to wrap it up asap. I'll hand feed the 3 or 4 plants that still need the base probly.
