Flowering Week 6 – Fading Leaves, Persistent Flies The sixth week of flowering brought a mix of progress and persistent problems. The whitefly issue unfortunately hasn’t gone away. I replaced both yellow sticky traps at the end of the week, and within minutes, two new whiteflies were already spotted on the fresh left trap. The old one had four additional flies on the back. This pest pressure remains a concern, but I’ve decided to hold off on further neem oil sprays for now, given how far along we are in flowering. I’ll keep monitoring closely. Nutrient-wise, I stayed cautious this week due to ongoing signs of overfeeding. Leaf tips are still showing yellowing and some burn, especially on the lower leaves. Many leaves have pronounced yellow spots and curled tips — a clear sign of excess nutrients earlier on. To reduce stress, I watered with plain pH-adjusted water (5.5–6.0). Total watering volume was approximately 29 liters This week I also did a second round of lollipopping, focusing on removing all small popcorn buds and lower growth under the net that wouldn’t develop well. Despite the nutrient stress and the ongoing whitefly presence, the plants are still developing well. Buds are getting chunkier, trichome production is visibly increasing, and the overall structure is solid. Still, I’ll be keeping a close eye on both leaf health and pest activity in the coming days. ⸻ TL;DR – Week 6: • New whiteflies still showing up – 7 total seen this week. I just knew it lol.. this is a slow girl to get started but once u get her going shes exploding, the stems are so thick. id be suprised if this one doesnt come out as the tallest ones with the fattest nugs in the end, the yield remains to be seen

Messed up not trimming lower buds really fluffy but still, branches were lst to long and buds got heavy in branchs

Seems their all adapting pretty well.. Black Sugar and Gelato moving slow but still moving. Other two seem to be moving little quicker.

Here we are again to tell you about this crazy strain that we found: White Truffle by Zamnesia, worked with a main lining sent into flowering very quickly due to the arrival of the heat. We can spend two and a half months doing main lining but guys it also depends on the times and many other factors, if it were up to me I would always make trees but you have to adapt. ** We remind all users that we grow two plants per strain, one worked with specific techniques and the other left to grow freely this was main lined. Description // This plant was worked with a main lining, having very irregular internodes it was complicated to decide what to keep and what to leave but in the end the plant is not bad at all. The resin is also very good and after 48 hours of darkness there is that effect that only the dark finale can give, do not give up on this procedure especially in periods of less resining like summer. Trichomes and maturation // We did a thorough microscopic analysis 10x (and 10x x 1.6) and noticed a good percentage of milky/lumpy trichomes; The percentage of amber trichomes was also excellent and still a bit transparent, but that's fine for us as we're not crazy about THC oxidation and hyper indica effects around here. Week 5 veg - clones and Week 3 - Blueberry Cupcake (Humboldt Seed Co.) and French Macaron (TH Seeds) from seed. G-41, Frosty Gelato, and Frozay Gas topped with 2 clones each taken from cuttings to propagate placed in 2x2 clone/seedling tent with low LED lighting. Temps in low 80F w/60% ROH. Clone cuttings covered with sandwich bags used as humidity domes. After taking cuttings transferred G-41, Frosty Gelato, and Frozay Gas to 3x3x6 AC Infinity tent under Mars-Hydro FC-E3000 set at 50 percent power (PPFD range for veg). Black Cherry Gas clone, Blueberry Cupcake, and French Macaron from seed remain in 2x4x5 AC Infinity under Spider Farmer SF-2000 with dimmer set at 50 percent power (PPFD range for veg). Continued twice weekly IPM foliar treatment with Organishield as well as watering soil program (SP).

18h in 0,5% H2O2. Soil: The living soil was from Dope soil. The soil was used for one grow and keep alive over 5 months. 1 month ago i gave some new compost (5L) a new mulch cover. Compost tea 900 mL compost + 10 L rain water, brewed for 18h.

May 12th 14th - most of the plants were watered with Nute Tea ** unsolicited… the vivosun e6 clip-on is an awesome small fan. Wonderfully made/finished and a super efficient tool for the tent. A No-Brainer of a purchase now that I see it work! 16th - she’s hit with a bit of a nitrogen deficiency and that changing. Coffee grounds mixed into surface, Worm Casting Tea for Dinner… - a few plants in the tent are showing it. All Purpose Fert 4-4-4 must be running low… - Will add half-dose of Granular Veg Fert (gaia green) to liquid dinner 17th - fed and Looking Good 👀 18th - last day of the week, back on track. 19th - found a big set of Nuts on the Afghan… we’ll have to try this one again ! Starting a second seed of this Wedding Cake strain from Lifted, a rec grower. The first seed has some interesting mutations going on that I did not see in any of the four plants last year. Hopefully this one comes out strong and uniform. If it does, I’ll likely clone it and hit the clone with some colloidal silver to reload. I have 9 seeds left, but it would be nice to have some extras. I really scored with these seeds. I put a few photos of a plant from the same seed stock. As you can see, the plant is very robust. I also found it very durable, pest and weather resistant. It also provides high yields. The research I’ve done says that Lifted’s Wedding Cake strain comes from a clone of the Seed Junky strain, which I believe to be the original strain. Whether the seeds I found in my rec store purchase are from cross pollination, genetics or stress, I’m not sure. However, given that I popped 4 seeds last year and had four females, I feel pretty confident that the seeds are from stress or genetics. So they would be feminized. No topping, just some serious LST. This year, I plan to top the stronger of the two and FIM the other.

My Runtz plant has some dark green leaves, and they're the most interesting of all the plants in the tent. They're really pointy and almost look like they have some old European genetics. It's been a challenging week with the constant rain and ridiculously high humidity. Keeping things dry indoors has been a real struggle. Despite the weather, I managed to flip all my feminized photoperiod plants to flower this week. I'm hoping the switch will go smoothly, but with this humidity, it's going to be tough.
