I'm counting this as the first week of flowering but she's been sending out pistils for two weeks, so I guess that weeks four and five should have been flowering weeks. Sorry about that. Surprised to be here but excited to see the next few weeks. Day 44: This girl is amazing. She took the horrendous start I gave her for the first three weeks, and just exploded. Look at her now! If you are really interested, now look at Misty and Nesia - imagine what they could do! I am really pleased with Karen here, I think she has more surprises in store. I am very glad I decided to LST or she would be towering above everything else in the tent. I have noted early Mg deficiency, as more advanced on Nesia. Correcting with foliar and re-addition of CalMag to feed. Day 44.5: Fertigated approx 1.5l. Defoliated approx 10 leaves. Slightly adjusted LST. Day 46: Fertigated 2l. Karen is very thirsty. Her roots have breached the side walls at the bottom of the pot in 360 degrees... this is the biggest root system I've had on any potted plant to date. She is stretching fast now, I think by the end of next week she will be done stretching. I must get a photo of her stem. The base is ridiculously thick. Overall Karen is shockingly good compared to expectations from the poor start. I can only imagine how big she would be. She is currently 27cm tall and at least 50cm in diameter. I count at least a dozen colas. Day 47. She is now 29cm tall and pistils are bursting forth at a phrenetic pace. I have added a comparison shot of my grow space for size reference. Day 47.5: Defoliated approx 30 fan leaves. Slightly adjusted LST. Rearranged tent and cleaned floor. I have ordered some risers to raise the pots off the floor, this will make it easier to deal with run off. While I was inspecting Karen I had a good look at her roots. The fabric pot she is in has viewing flaps (they were designed for potatoes) and I had a look... every bit of the pot is full of roots, and they're all properly pruned. I see no circulation or binding. If Karen produces at anywhere near the rate she is supposed to then she might yield as much as 150g. Day 48.5: Rapid changes. Pistils everywhere, more stretching. Karen is very thirsty. Fertigated. Added pot risers and adjusted pot. Did a little LST to separate some bunched colas a bit. Had a really good inspect of the root system. Wow this plant is a beast. Day 48.75: Fertigated 3l Day 49: Height 34cm Diameter: 60cm. End of week summary. Really big week, she is stretching quicker and quicker. Today she has developed a striking scent. I will now have to keep the tent closed so temps will rise. Day 49.5: Removed about 10 fan leaves. On reflection back over this week I think I needed to be taking a top and side photo, so I shall do that from next week.

Day 71👋🌱 I started flushing some days befor. I think I’ve got 20 days left but this lady eat a lot of feeding this last weeks so I give some more flushing. Maybe I could have fertilise two times more, but anyway I’d not a big problem, I’ve been feeding them a lot since the beginning so a more long flush won’t be a problem at all. Keep washing it with ph controleed water that looks always cleaner, i think i'll be cutting the most high bud some days before the rest of the plant. First grow since 2020, with around 250 grams for an outdoor which has kept me going as I'm not a big smoker. No option for outdoor this year so with summer coming to an end indoor it will be in my tin garden shed. Bit of a heat wave this week but likely to cool down by the time I plant. Then just hoping the weather gods are nice for the next 4 months. Not too hot. Not too cold...just right🙄 Soaked seeds last night and now in paper towels. Planning on 5 plants anyhow, will veg for 4 weeks and flower for 9 to 10 or whenever ready. Hoping to harvest early winter before it gets really cold. Coco coir perlite mix this time and using the whole Mills range. Should be fun anyhow. Not expecting the same rewards of my last outdoor, but anything over 100 grams I'll be happy with. Anyhow, as far as germination goes I have 5 seeds to play with. In a glass of water for 8 hours, then paper towel in a zip lock bag in a warm location, including my pocket and next to me sleeping. Within 24 hours 3 of the 5 had germinated. I have doubts that 1 of the 2 remaining will germinate at all as it's a small mongrel seed but who knows. Update...all seeds germinated even the last mongrel seed. I like keeping em warm, in bed with me, in my pocket when cold and not in bed. The last seed that I didn't think had a chance from the start popped 2 days after the rest, after I put the zip lock bag with the paper towel in my pocket for a couple of hours. 100% ain't bad that's for sure. Every time I grow I do the same thing, no u may not see this method recommended but it works for me. Last few grows I've germinated them in my underwear, while wearing of course. Nice and warm thats for sure, maybe its the fluctuation 🤣 Go on, do a google search on the underwear germination method, doubt any hits will be found 🤣

D-37 : Done the third topping, but I broke one of the branch of the most healthy Desfran :( I'm very sad about that so I will try to do a fourth topping to have the good amount of flowers. The others are going well ! D-43 : Everything still ok ! The LST is almost over, and I think I'll turn to flowering mode winthin 10 days max.

The smell.... amazing... Looks like I have ended up with 3 purple phenos and 2 green phenos out of these 5! These are stacking up nicely, however, they seem like they will end up being smaller plants than im used to. Just kind of staying low and slow. They have a long ways to go, so ya never know! They may gain some size, but they better do it soon! These ladies hit the HPS light this week, at 750 watts. So we will see! Some BEAUTIFUL purple flower!

Außerdem zeigt die Lady nun eine wunderschöne Farbentwicklung: Einige Blätter verfärben sich in Richtung Gelb-, Orange- und Lilatöne, was optisch fast wie ein Herbstwald wirkt und typisch für eine spätere Phase Im Vergleich zur letzten Woche wirkt sie buschiger, voller und insgesamt homogener. Die Triebe bilden jetzt eine kleine „Blütensilhouette“, fast wie eine Miniatur-Stadt aus Türmchen. Jetzt sieht sie stolz aus und zeigt, was sie kann. 🌿✨

Just got done with trimming the 4x4 @greenhouseseedco Super Silver Haze / @blimburnseeds Silver Surfer Haze tent. The final yield is exactly 1000g plus some (kind of a lot)that I smoke in the last 2 weeks 😃 Also got 6, gallon size ziploc bags filled with good quality trim for concentrate. To be honest I was expecting a little more but keeping in mind that this grow I did not supplemented with bottled CO2 I think I’m good with the results. Definitely I enjoyed a lot this grow and I’ve learned even more.

*Week 6 of flowering 10/01* Critical +2.0 - Apple Fritter Both plants are nearing harvest and have maxed out at a height of 48 inches. Buds have developed heavy trichomes and are giving off a bright and vibrant smell. 85% of both plants have grown in their orange hairs and have a bright green and orange tint, Today will be the last nutrient feed, I will be using the "Lotus Carboflush" starting tomorrow (10/02) to remove the salt build up until harvest which will be next week (10/09) * 10/8 - Cut down* Both are heavy on top - Covered in trichomes - smells deep (Citrus) Dry trimming in two weeks - aiming for 14 day cure. *Day 2 Dry Hang Video uploaded 10/09* *10/15 - Harvest should be completed by the end of this week - 10/20*

Well I'm a bit upset last week I ended up dropping my ph meter in a tank of nutes I was mixing and by the time I got it out the meter was junk. I was planning on flushing the crystal but had to wait another week for the meter. I suppose the good thing to take from this was I found out why I was having issues with my plants. When the new ph meter came in I went to check my run off and my nutes that I had all ready mixed up. It turns out that my meter i had been using this whole grow was off by about -2-2.5 so this whole time I had been feeding the plants at around 3ph smfh. I cant believe they look how they do knowing what went on this whole time. Fastbuds crystal meth is 3days into flush and i will be cutting it down this weekend most likely. Mephisto hubbabubbasmelloscope is smelling like sweet sweet candy and is thick in resin Bighead seeds freeze berry/ blueberry crumble has a dank pungent stank to it and also is frosty but larrfy Big bomb is still growing thick and have bud sites everywhere Now I'm ready for the next batch and ready to get dialed in!
