Happy Mother’s Day. 5/13 Getting weird like bright neon orange pistils. I personally think it’s way too early to have pistils changing colors already. 5/16 fairly certain it was wind burn. My humidity was jacking up and my fan was trying to compensate. Changed settings and we should be golden now. Plant is frosting up hella already. I think there’s more frost than there are pistils 5/18 day 20 of flowering. Last day of week 2

Day 50 Friday 17/05/24 I attempted to try mainline her, failed 😅 But I think I'm learning the fundamentals of this method. She seems to have exploded since I did it. The tops seem to have a surge of energy. Seeing sex all over plant now😁 female first tell signs are awesome to see 😍 Feed today. Day 52 Day 9 Flower 19/05/24 - Sunday. Water today with calmag- Finally seeing her slap them female pistils out, and turn a nice vibrant green on her tops indicating the pre flower/flower stage. Since trying the mainlining and lollipopping, she really has thrown out awesome new growth development. Continually pulling tops back down via lst to encourage an even canopy. Day 56 Day 13 flower 23/05/24 Light water with calmag Wow, this one loves pre flower stress. Her stretch is starting, I've stopped plucking and snipping till required now. The tops are throwing so many bud sites out it's incredible.

After being topped previously, the two shoots are approximately 8" long now and when I went to spread them apart to feed them through the trellis squares I inadvertently broke one of them almost completely off where it joined the main stem. I immediately taped it back in place and also secured it to the trellis net to give it an extra measure of stability. Fingers crossed 🤞I'll know by tomorrow if my tape job was a success, or if I am going to lose part of the plant. 5/16- Well, my tape job was a shining success!🤩 The Wedding Cheesecake FF exhibited zero stress from the injury and the broken branches leaves are all up and 'praying'! Seven weeks on the books for this lady and the fun has yet to begin... day 1 - flower week 6 has now started and i want to H²O stress her in the next 2-3 weeks in hope to get her metabolism to work faster. it works by fakeing that the plant has a dry year and might not have enought water to stay alive till she can reproduce. so she starts to work faster and goes turbo (bro science explainaition). thats what i want to try here so dont expect it to work out perfectly. i watered her every day before this week and i will reduce by about 40%. i will still spray the soil every day a little bit when the light turns on but only every other day she will get her usual water dosage (about 600-700ml)

May 11: plant looks good and the bad colour in the pic is due to wildfire smoke. Seems happy in the final 5 gallon grow bag. Today was overcast and smoky after two beautiful sunny spring days. First smoke of the season arrived at about 7 am this morning. This smoke is likely due to fires in northeast BC about 1000 km (600 miles) from here. Hopefully it won’t be as bad as last year. May 13: air quality is better again. Plant is doing fine. Watered with Monster Maxx during afternoon. May 16: cool and rainy today. There was some sun in the late afternoon. She’s looking good and off to a better start than most of my previous starts. May 17: very cool and rainy again which is just as well for forest fires.
