This Papaya Sherbet, according to FastBuds, is a hybrid with a 9-10 weeks flowering period. Sounds like an epic strain and I personally cannot wait for this lady to strut her stuff!😍 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: This is going to be an outdoor grow, but I have started the Papaya Sherbet photoperiod indoors as our weather is still a bit too chilly to put a newly sprouted seedling outside (nighttime temp's dipping regularly into the 40's℉). The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. I anticipate that it will be harvest time any day now, weather permitting. 10/11- After doing a final check of the trichomes on the Papaya Sherbet this afternoon and checking out our weather forecast, I decided that I will be taking her down early tomorrow morning before the sun comes up. 10/12- Today is CHOP DAY for the Papaya Sherbet Fem Photo! After checking over the flowers yesterday I decided that today is the day as I wanted to avoid any further chances of Boytris ruining more flowers. I got up early, before sunrise and took her down branch by branch which were then hung in my 'drying room' to begin the drying/curing process! This has been a interesting and educational journey for me and I hope that my experiences may help someone else in their garden... Royal Amnesia Haze is now giving its best and everything coincided with the start of the truly exceptional Easy Grow booster as a fertilizer. It was enough to dissolve half a tablet in two liters of water and the result was very interesting because it does not stink unlike other organic fertilizers. The beginning of this treatment started the grand plan with the photos of the two weeks and you will understand. For now, organic fertilizers are very promoted.

Gedüngt wird nach dem BioBizz-Schema, vorbeugend gibt es CalMag dazu. Aktuell kämpfe ich gegen Trauermücken mithilfe von SF-Nematoden.

I had to prune a lot of roots that were rotting before the holiday. Probably due to heat and bad hygiene from not being able to completely wash the earth out of the root complex. But it survived 2 weeks on its own and ist putting out new roots... It sure is willing to survive 😅😅 I will wait and see if I can get some true foliage out of it 🤷‍♂️

Got a bottle of Biotonex from the nice folks @Cannaboom, the promised shorter internodial distance actualy shows, as far as i can tell at this point Plants started smelling realy nice and sweet

Banana Blaze this strain was really easy to grow also she was very resistant against stress. Smells super fruity but with a hint of diesel. I recommend this strain for beginners 😍👌

Our journey is slowly coming to an end. Both Gelatos have developed well, and I'm looking forward to testing them soon. The smell in the box is mind blowing 💚💚💚.

This girl is doing amazing, buds stacking up nicely, trichomes are getting cloudy, she’s smelling like an armpit mixed with gas lol, I think she’s close to being done, gonna start removing some of her ties this week

So I've chosen my final 6! 4 are 7 days old and the other 2 are 6 days old! A little slower in growth for some but I put that down to me having them in coco to start and I'm inexperienced with coco and as soon as I switched them to soil they perked right up so I'll stick to what I know and use soil starter plugs or soil or even root cubes have done me justice in the past, I run my diffuser twice a day to maintain my 60-70% avg RH I started at 25% power on the light at 10" and slowly increasing the power to 50% at 10" above canopy! As I'm using co2 im able to put the light closer and raise the temps! I was using a heat matt but honest opinion I think they're a Hazzard in some way and not necessarily necessary! Just my opinion as I came across problems with the substrate being too dry sometimes! But I will keep them in these pots for about another 3-5 days and then transfer them into a bigger but not final pot for an avg of 2-3 weeks! Can't wait to be at the end of may! Want my babies to be all grown up now lol but thanks for stopping by and wish me luck on my journey 😊
